  • The Detection Rate of Postpartum Depression in Advanced Maternal Age in China:a Meta-analysis

    Abstract: Background With the rapid development of economy and the change of fertility concept in modern population,coupled with the full liberalization of the “two-child” and “three-child” policies,the number of advanced maternal age is increasing year by year. Compared with appropriate maternal age,advanced maternal age is more likely to suffer from depressive symptoms due to personal,family,work,and other reasons. Objective To systematically evaluate the detection rate of postpartum depression in advanced maternal age(≥ 35 years at delivery) in China to provide relevant evidence for early prevention and intervention. Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase, and Web of Science were searched for articles on the detection rate of postpartum depression in advanced maternal age in China by combining subject terms and free terms from inception to July 2023. The process of literature screening,data extraction and quality assessment were carried out by two researchers independently. Stata 16.0 software was used for data analysis. Results A total of 21 studies were included,with a total sample size of 5 163. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the overall detection rate of postpartum depression in advanced maternal age in China was 20.0%(95%CI=17.4%-22.6%). The subgroup analysis revealed that the detection rate of postpartum depression was 19.5%(95%CI=13.8%-25.3%) in women < 40 years old,40.3% (95%CI=11.4%-69.3%) in women ≥ 40 years old,19.7%(95%CI=11.7%-27.7%) in women with high school education level or higher,30.7%(95%CI=19.1%-42.3%) in women with high school education level or lower,21.1%(95%CI=14.4%-27.9%) in primipara,16.2%(95%CI=12.9%-19.6%) in multipara,16.4%(95%CI=12.2%-20.6%) in natural childbirth, 27.8%(95%CI=20.9%-34.8%) in cesarean section,20.7%(95%CI=15.6%-25.8%) in women with male newborn and 27.3%(95%CI=20.5%-34.0%) in women with female newborn; there were 38.7%(95%CI=22.6%-54.8%) women with pregnancy complications,11.7%(95%CI=7.6%-15.8%) women without pregnancy complications,29.5%(95%CI=17.9%- 41.1%) women with adverse pregnancy and childbirth history,27.7%(95%CI=16.6%-38.8%) women without adverse pregnancy and childbirth history,18.0%(95%CI=16.5%-19.4%) published the year before 2020,19.5%(95%CI=18.0%- 21.0%) published the year after 2020,20.4%(95%CI=18.2%-22.6%) in the north and 18.2%(95%CI=17.0%-19.4%) in the south,20.0%(95%CI=18.5%-21.5%) in the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS) score ≥ 13 and 16.9% (95%CI=15.2%-18.5%) in the EPDS score ≥ 10. The Egger's test(t=1.76,P=0.095) and the Begg's test(Z=1.48, P=0.147) indicated no significant publication bias. Conclusion The detection rate of postpartum depression is higher for advanced maternal age in China,including women ≥ 40 years old,with high school education level or lower,primipara, cesarean section,female newborn,pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy and childbirth history,publish year after 2020,areas of the north,EPDS score ≥ 13,attention should be paid to the psychological status of advanced maternal age,and corresponding prevention and intervention measures should be formulated.

  • 基于地理探测器的中国金融网络空间结构特征及影响因素研究

    Abstract:利用多行业金融机构的地理分布数据,运用社会网络分析方法对中国金融网络进行测度,借助地理探测器模型探讨中国金融网络空间结构形成的影响因素。结果表明:(1) 金融网络呈现核心-边缘结构特征,但是金融网络的空间分异程度在缩小。另外,金融网络空间结构具有空间指向性。(2) 影响全国、东部、中西部、核心和边缘地位金融网络发育的因子不同,这与不同区域经济发展水平、市场潜力、关键资源、区位条件和经营成本等不同紧密相关。(3) 择优选择、路径依赖和网络邻近机制是金融网络空间结构形成所遵循的内在机理,在未来经济金融日趋融合的大背景下,各级政府需进一步在更大尺度上加强城市之间在金融方面的合作。通过研究中国金融网络空间结构特征及其影响因素,既可以为优化金融资源配置提供政策建议,也可以为推动城市间协调发展的政策制定提供科学依据。

    Abstract: this paper summarizes a case of sigmoid colon carcinoma with closed loops complete intestinal obstruction colonoscopy stent implantation combined surgical treatment of nursing experience, through the preoperative evaluation, intestinal preparation, psychological care, postoperative close observation of vital signs and auxiliary characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine technology treatment, patients postoperative recovery is good, without complications. For patients with sigmoid carcinoma combined with complete intestinal obstruction, intestinal stents are first to relieve obstruction, and then preoperative intestinal preparation is done to create conditions for the first operation. Combined with perioperative period and nursing content, effectively reduce complications, reduce patients' pain, and achieve significant clinical effects.

  • Effective Fraction Screening of Glycyrrhiza Radix on Preventing Respiratory Tract Injury Induced by Endotracheal Intubation

    Abstract: Background  Postoperative sore throat (POST) is one of the common mild but unpleasant postoperative complications after general anaesthesia. There is evidence that Glycyrrhiza Radix can effectively reduce the incidence of POST,but its effective fraction remains unclear. Objective  To screen the effective fraction of Glycyrrhiza Radix on preventing respiratory tract injury induced by endotracheal intubation. Methods From April 2021 to July 2022,60 SPF-grade Wistar rats were randomized into the control group,endotracheal intubation group,lidocaine group,total polysaccharides group,total saponins group,total flavonoids group based on random number table method,with 10 rats in each group. The endotracheal intubation model was prepared for all groups except the control group. Before intubation,each treatment group was sprayed with a solution consisting of 1% lidocaine,total polysaccharides,total saponins,and total flavonoids at 1 mL/100 g(by body weight)to permeate the uvula and peri-soft palate tissue of rats,respectively. The control and endotracheal intubation groups were sprayed with an equal volume of 0.9% saline. After 2 hours of mechanical ventilation,the endotracheal tube was removed,and the pharyngeal mucosa tissues and blood samples of rats were collected under deep anesthesia. Pathological changes of rat pharyngeal mucosa and the expression levels of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE staining) and immunohistochemistry (IHC); the expression levels of inflammatory cytokines including serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and stress hormones including cortisol(Cor),epinephrine (E),and norepinephrine(NE) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results  HE staining showed mucosal shedding and severe damage of submucosal structure accompanied by a large number of inflammatory cells infiltrated in the endotracheal intubation group; while milder damage of mucosal structure and less inflammatory cells were significantly reduced in the total saponins group. ELISA results showed that compared with the control group,the levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in the serum of rats increased significantly,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 decreased significantly in the endotracheal intubation group (P<0.05); compared with the endotracheal intubation group,the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-2 decreased,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 increased in the total saponins group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the MDA level in the serum of rats was significantly increased,and the SOD and T-AOC levels were significantly decreased in the endotracheal intubation group(P<0.05); compared with the endotracheal intubation group,the MDA level decreased and the levels of SOD and T-AOC increased in the total saponins and flavonoids groups(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,serum Cor,E,and NE levels significantly increased in the endotracheal intubation group (P<0.05); compared with the tracheal intubation group,serum Cor,E and NE levels were decreased in the total saponins group rats (P<0.05). The IHC results showed that the average optical density (AOD) expressed by TLR2 and TLR4 in the endotracheal intubation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The AOD expressed by TLR4 in the pharyngeal mucosal tissue of rats in the total saponins group was significantly lower than that of the endotracheal intubation group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Total saponin is the main effective fraction of Glycyrrhiza Radix for the prevention of respiratory tract injury caused by endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia.

  • Proton Exchange Membrane Based on the Star Shaped Block Copolymer withWell Connected Ionic Domain and Conductivity

    Abstract: Star shaped block copolymer POSS-(PMMA-b-PS)8 was synthesized by a two step process of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) with eight functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silisesquioxane POSS-(Cl)8 as core and poly(methyl methacrylate-b-polystyrene) as arm. The POSS-(PMMA-b-PS)8 was then sulfonation treated to produce hybrid polymer POSS-(PMMA-b-SPS)8, which was finally used as the polymer matrix for making proton exchange membranes (PEMs). The examination of conductivity as function of relative humidity for PEMs of high and low hydration status respectively indicated that with longer SPS block length exhibited higher proton conductivity for the PEMs of low hydration status with the same λ i.e. the number of water molecular coupled to sulfonic acid groups. TGA analysis showed that two kinds of PEM all exhibited higher water retention capacity and higher initial decomposition temperature. A well-connected ionic domains in PEM with longer SPS block could be observed by transmis-sion electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The features of molecules motion of chain segments and spins relaxation time T2 for the PEMs of low hydration status were analyzed by low field nuclear magnetic resonance, and it is found that the well connected ionic domains could be observed also in the PEMs with longer SPS block, which exhibited higher proton spin-diffusion coefficient, therewith higher proton conductivity by low relative humidity.

  • Scale Adaptive Small Objects Detection Method in Complex Agricultural Environment: Taking Bees as Research Object

    Abstract: Objects in farmlands often have characteristic of small volume and high density with variable light and complex background, and the available object detection models could not get satisfactory recognition results. Taking bees as research objects, a method that could overcome the influence from the complex backgrounds, the difficulty in small object feature extraction was proposed, and a detection algorithm was created for small objects irrelevant to image size. Firstly, the original image was split into some smaller sub-images to increase the object scale, and the marked objects were assigned to the sub-images to produce a new dataset. Then, the model was trained again using transfer learning to get a new object detection model. A certain overlap rate was set between two adjacent sub-images in order to restore the objects. The objects from each sub-image was collected and then non-maximum suppression (NMS) was performed to delete the redundant detection boxes caused by the network, an improved NMS named intersection over small NMS (IOS-NMS) was then proposed to delete the redundant boxes caused by the overlap between adjacent sub-images. Validation tests were performed when sub-image size was set was 300�300, 500�500 and 700�700, the overlap rate was set as 0.2 and 0.05 respectively, and the results showed that when using single shot multibox detector (SSD) as the object detection model, the recall rate and precision was generally higher than that of SSD with the maximum difference 3.8% and 2.6%, respectively. In order to further verify the algorithm in small target recognition with complex background, three bee images with different scales and different scenarios were obtained from internet and test experiments were conducted using the new proposed algorithm and SSD. The results showed that the proposed algorithm could improve the performance of target detection and had strong scale adaptability and generalization. Besides, the new algorithm required multiple forward reasoning for a single image, so it was not time-efficient and was not suitable for edge calculation.

    Abstract:核心-边缘结构的研究将加深对城市网络演化规律的理解。基于证券服务联系视角,解析 了20052019年中国城市网络的核心-边缘结构演化特征及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)中国城 市网络核心区块的规模稳步扩张,同时城市核心度的分布趋于分散,推动着城市网络向多中心格 局发展;城市网络的核心区块主要由城市群的核心城市组成,城市网络连通度的分布收敛于Zipf法 则,预示着中国城市网络将呈现持续的等级结构特征。(2)政治权力、市场潜力、知识资本、航空联 系和经济开放决定了证券企业获取有价值信息流的能力,进而构成了中国城市网络核心-边缘结 构生长发育的基础;城市的网络地位在很大程度上源于场所空间中的影响力,这意味着城市网 络的发展可能会加剧中国城市经济的发展差距。

  • 基于交易特征对以太网多类型非法账户的分析与预测

    Abstract: The increasingly frequent illegal transactions hinder the secure transactions of Ethereum, and the anonymity of electronic currency makes it difficult to track and analyze illegal transactions. This paper used the transaction data of the Ethereum platform as the data source, the marked illegal account and unmarked normal account data set as the training set, and the characteristic attributes of the transaction data as the construction basis. Account for the overall forecast. The process uses the T-SNE algorithm to realize the dimensionality reduction and visualization of transaction features, adopts multiple cross-validation, and introduces the SHAP Value factor to judge the positive and negative attributes of the feature. The prediction effect accuracy rate of the established model reaches 94.29%. The evaluation metric for the area (AUC) value reached 0.9846. The proposed scheme can more accurately predict the illegal behavior on the Ethereum trading platform, and will effectively improve the blockchain-based trading environment.

  • A Comparative Study of Item Selection Methods in CD-CAT based on Nominal Response Model

    Abstract:

    Cognitive Diagnostic Computerized Adaptive Testing (CD-CAT) combines the advantages of cognitive diagnosis and CAT, which could improve the efficiency and accuracy of CD-CAT. CD-CAT can be divided into two types: dichotomous and polytomous. Presently, the majority of researches on CD-CAT are based on dichotomous CD-CAT. However, among the practical tests in psychology and education, there are many polytomous items, which can be further divided into nominal polytomous and ordinal polytomous items according to whether there is an order or grade between every response category. Nominal polytomous items are items whose response categories are independent and without orders or grades between every response category. Although researchers have developed (ordinal) polytomous CDMs and corresponding CD-CAT, few nominal CDMs and CD-CAT are based on nominal responses.

    This study introduces seven commonly used item selection methods in dichotomous CD-CAT into NCD-CAT (CD-CAT based on nominal response models). PMR (pattern match ratio) and test efficiency index are evaluated under different conditions between these item selection methods. Here are details of two simulation studies below. Study 1 compared the performance of NR_PWKL, NR_PWCDI, NR_PWACDI, NR_MPWKL, NR_SHE, NR_MI, and NR_GDI methods under different test lengths (5, 10, 15, 20) and item pool qualities (high and low) in NCD-CAT. Results showed that: (1) the PMRs of NR_PWCDI, NR_PWACDI, NR_MPWKL, NR_SHE, and NR_MI are higher than or equal to that of NR_PWKL, especially in short tests. (2) as test length gets longer, that PMR advantage is missing, which is the same as the results of Zheng and Chang (2016). (3) compared to test length, item quality has a greater impact on PMR. For instance, with item quality descending, the PMR declined about 30% among all conditions. Study 2 is an experiment on variable-length NCD-CAT that was conducted to compare the performance of each item selection method under the conditions of three maximum posterior probabilities (0.8, 0.85, 0.9) and two item qualities (high and low). The results showed that: (1)under all experimental conditions the average test lengths of NR_PWCDI, NR_PWACDI, NR_MPWKL, NR_SHE, and NR_MI are shorter than that of NR_PWKL; the difference is more than 0.738. (2)affected by item quality, the average length of NR_GDI is smaller than that of NR_PWKL under high-quality conditions and larger than it under low-quality conditions.

    To sum up, this study compared the performance of 7 commonly used item selection methods of dichotomous CD-CAT in NCD-CAT with different conditions (fixed and variable length). The simulation study showed that under most conditions, the NR_PWCDI, NR_PWACDI, NR_MPWKL, NR_SHE, and NR_MI methods performed well when compared to baseline algorithm NR_PWKL. This study has expanded the alternatives of item selection methods in NCD-CAT.

  • 新疆喀什噶尔河流域平原区地下水TDS分布及其成因

    Abstract:基于新疆喀什噶尔河流域平原区2014年74组地下水水质检测结果,运用克里格插值法、Gibbs图、离子比值法、矿物饱和指数法,揭示地下水中TDS分布特征及其成因。结果表明:研究区潜水中TDS介于354.80~6505.00 mg·L-1,平均值为1 994.36 mg·L-1,无盐水分布,总体表现为西高东低,水化学类型主要为SO4·Cl-Na·Ca·Mg、HCO3·SO4-Na·Ca·Mg和HCO3·SO4-Ca·Mg;承压水中的TDS普遍较高,介于214.00~14 548.00 mg·L-1,平均值为2 480.30 mg·L-1,其分布特征总体表现为南高北低,水化学类型以SO4·Cl-Na·Ca·Mg、HCO3·SO4-Na·Ca·Mg及SO4-Na·Ca·Mg为主。控制本区地下水TDS的主要机制为自然地理因素、岩石风化作用、蒸发浓缩作用、矿物溶解作用及人类活动。

  • 解淀粉芽孢杆菌TF28抗菌脂肽芬芥素的分离鉴定及抑菌作用

    Abstract:对一株解淀粉芽孢杆菌TF28产生的抗菌脂肽进行分离鉴定及抑菌活性研究,采用酸沉淀、乙酸乙酯和甲醇萃取技术制备了抗菌脂肽粗提物,经过2次HPLC分离纯化,在保留时间32-42min内获得8个抗菌脂肽纯品,经MALDI-TOF-MS鉴定为芬芥素(fengycins),对尖孢镰刀菌和禾谷镰刀菌显示较强的抑菌活性,该研究为提高菌株TF28抗菌脂肽产量的定向遗传改造奠定基础。

  • 一种面向多类不平衡协议流量的改进AdaBoost.M2算法

    Abstract: The existing AdaBoost. M2 algorithm are insufficient in protocol traffic multiclass imbalance to solve the problem. So, this thesis proposes an ensemble algorithom called RBWS-ADAM2 for the classification of multiclass internet traffic. During each iteration of AdaBoost. M2, this algorithm preprocessed the training dataset by randomly balanced resampling, this strategy changed the number of majorities and minorities by randomly setting the sampling balance point to build multiple different training datasets. Moreover, this strategy toke sample weight as the basis for sample screening to strengthen the learning of this kind of sample. The experimental comparison of RBWS-ADAM2 algorithm and other similar algorithms on the internationally published protocol traffic datasets shows that, compared to other algorithms, the proposed RBWS-ADAM2 algorithm not only improves the F-Measure of most minorities, but increases the overall G-mean and the overall average F-measure effectively, and obviously enhances the overall performance of the ensemble classifier.

    Abstract:BIM作为信息化应用的第二次技术革命,是建筑业信息化和高效应用管理的必然趋势〔‘」,城市轨道交通涉及专业繁多,专业间协调沟通困难;本文基于城市轨道交通发展领域,利用BIM技术的空间可视化管理,从项目准备、分专业分阶段建模、模型整合、施工应用以及后期信息反馈收集等五个阶段出发,由三维指导、施工模拟、进度保证、成本管控、安全质量辅助管理等基本应用,再到绿色节能分析、辅助管线迁改技术以及应急疏散模拟等深化应用,充分将BIM技术应用于地铁施工中的整个周期,实现地铁项目施工信息化管理,打造智慧文明工地。

  • 基于专利的企业潜在研发伙伴推荐方法研究

    Abstract:【目的】针对如何准确识别潜在研发伙伴, 提出一种基于专利的企业潜在研发伙伴的推荐方法。【方法】以TRIZ 理论为基础, 对相关专利的功能、科学效应、功效等语义特征进行抽取, 构建出领域专利技术树, 将企业技术需求中的关键信息进行抽取并匹配到技术树中, 根据专利权人得出潜在研发伙伴并使用层次分析法对其进行评估。【结果】研究获取热水器防水垢技术领域的德温特专利数据, 对潜在研发伙伴进行识别与评估, 证明该方法的可行性。【局限】对于语义特征的抽取, 由于中文语法结构存在较大的灵活性, 抽取的准确率有待提高。【结论】该方法可以发现并评估潜在研发伙伴, 为企业推荐可以解决其技术需求的研发伙伴。
