  • Study on Green Development Model of Global Bay Areas under Background of Win-win Pattern of Economy and Ecology

    Abstract: Implementing Xi Jinping’s guiding ideology of “Two Mountains Theory” and realizing the win-win pattern of regional economic development and environmental protection are very important for modernization of national governance system and capacity. As an important engine of regional economic growth place, Bay Area’s economic development model can always take into account the harmonious coexistence with the ecological environment. Therefore, this research starts from the two dimensions of green economy and green environment, builds the basic path of regional green development and takes it as the analysis framework. Meanwhile, we systematically review on the green development experience of the four Bay Areas in the world combing their different characteristics. Finally, a general theoretical model is put forward of green development for the bay area economic belt under the background of winwin pattern, which can provide theoretical and practical experience for the economic and environmental construction of coastal areas, as well as for the construction of ecological civilization in China.

  • Origin, Practice, and Evolution of Innovation Culture—Case Study of Chinese Academy of Sciences

    Abstract: This study introduces the origin, connotation, function, and significance of innovation culture, identifies four basic elements of innovative culture, including value concept, thinking mode, behavior standard, and institutional system. On this basis, this study systematically reviews the four innovative cultural developments of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Meanwhile, this study points out that the spirits of saving, serving, and strengthening the country through science are the value concepts of CAS. Striving to be the practitioner and inheritor into the spirit of “two bombs and one satellite” is the thinking modes of CAS. Innovating technology, cultivating talents, serving the country, and benefiting the people are the principles of conduct of CAS. Continuous innovation of the scientific and technological system is the institutional advantage of CAS. Finally, this study also looks forward into the future innovative culture construction of CAS.

  • Practice and suggestion of spirit-inherited type special issues published by Journal of Earth Sciences and Environment

    Abstract: Purposes This paper aims to find the feasible path of high quality special issues published by the ordinary sci-tech journals. Methods Taking Journal of Earth Sciences and Environment (JESE) as an example, the academic influences of 9 spirit-inherited type special issues commemorating sb. or sth. with strong academic influences were assessed based on statistical data. Findings  Compared with other issues published from 2020 to 2023, the quality of 9 spirit-inherited type special issues published by JESE at the same time are higher. Conclusion For ordinary sci-tech journals publishing high quality special issue, the spirit-inherited type special issue is great choice; the excellent experts contribute to the success rate of soliciting contribution; three examinations and three proofreading should be executed strictly; the design on external presentation form of special issue can widens communication effects; the subjective initiative of editor should be developed adequately and preferentially.
     

  • Analysis and Path Selection of Knowledge Management Problems in University Think Tanks Based on SECI Model

    Abstract: University think tank is an important type of think tank, and it is an important part of the new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics. Its construction and development is of great significance to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. As a knowledge management research institution, the knowledge management level affects the development of think tanks, and knowledge management ability is the core of think tank competitiveness. In view of the current trend of selective management of university think tanks, the instability of organizational endogenous environment, the “indifferent” of individual participation in think tank research, and the “suspension” of think tank research results, this paper introduces the SECI model in knowledge management theory into problem analysis. It is found that the knowledge conversion rate is low in the commonalization stage and the outsourcing stage, and knowledge transformation has not yet been carried out in the jointization and internalization stage. The organizational environment of the commonalization stage and the presentation stage should be reshaped, and the integration of knowledge systems should be strengthened to provide the trainees with Projects, etc. promote knowledge accumulation, digestion and absorption in the linkage phase and internalization phase.

  • 黄土高原生态水文过程研究进展

    Abstract:以黄土高原水文过程为主线,围绕水资源短缺、水量分布不均衡、水文过程的复杂性和非稳态等特性,梳理了黄土高原水文过程的主要现状及研究进展,包括水资源分布、水量平衡和水文循环等过程;融合生态水文尺度效应,从土壤、微生物、植物冠层、坡面、流域和景观等方面归纳和总结了黄土高原生态水文过程;针对该区生态水文过程的时空异质性,提出未来更需要通过多学科交叉与融合手段,加强宏观与微观过程的集成与联网研究;采用多尺度、多要素、多时空的综合观测与模拟手段,定量重要生态功能区水分承载力及生态阈值;从生态学和水文学方面揭示不同时空尺度下水分转移与分配特征;为解决黄土高原水资源的宏观调控与最优分配模式提供理论基础。

  • Comparison of Privacy Concern and Sentimental Characteristics of Users in Internet Privacy Controversial Events

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The rapid development of AI, big data etc. makes an increasingly fierce confrontation between business development and privacy protection. This paper finds the differences in privacy concern and sentimental characteristics of users in different situations through the comparative analysis of sentiment and topic of Weibo comments on different types of online privacy controversial events.[Method/process] Firstly, Weibo comments related to privacy controversial events from 2012 to 2019 were collected and preprocessed as experimental data. Secondly, the sentiment value of each comment was calculated based on the sentiment dictionary. Then, the privacy controversial events were classified into privacy collection categories, privacy exposure categories and privacy agreement categories. The sentimental analysis was conducted under different situations. Finally, a bipartite network of "discussed object-emotional expression" was constructed, and a single vertex network was constructed by the bipartite network projection, and the analysis of both were carried out by combining the indexes such as node centrality.[Result/conclusion] The result shows that users' overall privacy concern shows an upward trend; users of different types of privacy controversial events have different levels of negative sentimental intensity; the hotspots of users' concern vary widely across privacy controversial events, and emotional expression have different characteristics. These findings indicate that there are significant differences in user privacy concern and sentimental performance in different situations.

  • Influence of Crude Oil on Inhibition Performance of Corrosion Inhibitors in H2S/CO2 Containing Brines

    Abstract: The influence of crude oil on the inhibition performance of three corrosion inhibitors in H2S/CO2 containing brines was investigated by using dynamic mass loss method and potentiodynamic polarization technology. The crude oil could lower the inhibition efficiency of the water-soluble inhibitor significantly when its dosage was low, but have little impact when its concentration was high. The crude oil could also lower the inhibition efficiency of oil-soluble and water-dispersible inhibitor of different concentrations to some extent. The inhibition efficiency of oil-soluble inhibitor was declined in the presence of the crude oil significantly. By measuring the concentration of inhibitor in the water phase it follows that after the aqueous solution containing inhibitors was mixed with crude oil, most of the water- soluble inhibitor stayed in the aqueous solution; while most of the oil-soluble and water-dispersible inhibitor stayed in the aqueous solution and the rest went into the oil phase; and almost all of the oil-soluble inhibitor went into the oil phase.

  • H2S/CO2腐蚀环境中原油对缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响

    Abstract:采用动态失重法、动电位极化技术研究了含H2S/CO2的盐水溶液中原油对三种不同类型缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:对水溶型缓蚀剂而言,当其在低浓度投加时,原油的存在可使缓蚀剂的缓蚀率显著降低,而在高浓度时,未产生影响。原油对各浓度的油溶水分散型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果均有不同程度的减弱作用;原油使各浓度的油溶型缓蚀剂的缓蚀率均有明显的降低。通过缓蚀剂浓度测定发现,含有缓蚀剂的水溶液与原油混合之后,水溶型缓蚀剂大部分存于水相;油溶水分散型缓蚀剂大部分进入油相,少量留于水相;油溶型缓蚀剂几乎全部存于油相。

  • Effect of Exercise Interventions Based on Community Health Workers' Management on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus:a Meta-analysis

    Abstract: Background  Patients with type 2 diabetes usually lack sufficient awareness of safe exercise and have poor exercise compliance,which requires the management of exercise interventions by professionals to improve the health status of patients with type 2 diabetes. A strategy worth considering is the management of exercise interventions for patients by community health workers. Currently,there is a lack of research on the management of exercise interventions,and studies on the health management of patients with type 2 diabetes usually only mention exercise without specific exercise management measures. Additionally,there is a lack of quantitative systematic reviews. Objective  To systematically review the health effects of exercise interventions based on community health workers' management for patients with type 2 diabetes and specific exercise intervention programs. Methods  Eight Chinese and English databases,including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM were searched by computer from inception to October 17,2022,to screen randomized controlled trials on the effects of exercise interventions based on community health workers' management for patients with type 2 diabetes,in which the intervention group adopted an exercise intervention program based on community health workers' management and the control group adopted conventional care. Literature screening,quality assessment,and data extraction were performed independently by 2 investigators. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 and Stata 15.1 software. Sensitivity and subgroup analyses were carried out to find sources of heterogeneity. Pre-identified subgroups were intervention duration(3 months;6 months;>6 months),frequency of exercise(3 times/week;>3 times/week),and duration of the single exercise session(≤ 30 min/session;>30 min/session). Results  A total of 1 079 subjects from 11 articles were finally included in this review,of which 550 were in the intervention group and 529 in the control group. The results of the Meta-analysis revealed that the exercise interventions based on community health workers' management were more effective than the control groups in reducing glycated hemoglobin(MD=-1.07,95%CI=-1.31 to -0.83,P<0.000 01),fasting blood glucose(MD=-1.26,95%CI=-1.57 to -0.96, P<0.000 01),2-hour plasma glucose(MD=-1.47,95%CI=-1.90 to -1.04,P<0.000 01),total cholesterol(MD=- 1.02,95%CI=-1.52 to -0.51,P<0.000 1),low-density lipoprotein (MD=-0.62,95%CI=-0.87 to -0.37,and P<0.000 01) and triglyceride levels(MD=-0.71,95%CI=-1.13 to -0.28,P=0.001),whereas there was no significant difference in the improvement of high-density lipoprotein (MD=0.09,95%CI=-0.02 to 0.21,P=0.11). Subgroup analysis showed more significant improvements in total cholesterol with exercise frequency of more than three times/week compared with three times/week(P=0.02);improvement in 2-hour plasma glucose was more significant with >30 min/session compared with ≤ 30 min/session(P=0.001);single exercise session of three months duration showed more significant improvements in glycated hemoglobin(P<0.000 01) and triglycerides(P=0.008) compared with duration of six months and longer. Egger's test indicated that glycated hemoglobin(P=0.34),and fasting blood glucose(P=0.281) did not show any significant publication bias. The quality of evidence evaluation demonstrated that glycated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose were low-level evidence,and 2-hour plasma glucose and lipid-related outcomes were very low-level evidence. Conclusion  Exercise interventions based on community health workers' management could significantly improve blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Community health workers are recommended to develop an exercise program based on aerobic exercise intervention of >30 min/session,>3 sessions/week,and duration of ≥ 3 months in future exercise intervention management for type 2 diabetes. If the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus have concurrent dyslipidemia,it is recommended that the duration of the exercise intervention should ideally last for more than 6 months.

  • 青藏高原高寒草甸两种优势植物的生长及其CNP化学计量特征对模拟增温的响应

    Abstract:以青藏高原高寒草甸和高寒沼泽中的两种优势物种小嵩草(Kobresia pygmaea)和藏嵩草(Kobresia tibetica)为研究对象,采用开顶式增温室(OTCs)模拟气候变暖,对比分析两种植物叶片形态和解剖结构特征、根活性及地上-地下部分化学计量特征对增温的响应差异。结果表明:增温显著增加了小嵩草叶片的长度和叶片的数量,也显著增加了藏嵩草株高和叶片长度;增温没有明显改变小嵩草和藏嵩草的叶片上表皮厚度、下表皮厚度、下表皮细胞角质层厚度、叶肉细胞长和叶肉细胞宽;增温增加了小嵩草根系活跃吸收面积,对小嵩草和藏嵩草其他根系活性指标没有显著影响;增温降低了小嵩草地上部分N含量,对小嵩草地上部分C、P含量没有影响;增温降低了藏嵩草地上部分C、N含量,对P含量没有影响;增温增加了小嵩草和藏嵩草地上部分C/N比,提高了两种优势植物对氮素的长期利用效率;增温对小嵩草地下部分化学计量学特征没有影响,而降低了藏嵩草地下部分C含量和C/N比。

  • The representational momentum effect and the reference dependence effect on the evaluation of dynamic happy expressions

    Abstract: The majority of current research on facial expression perception uses static face images, and there is comparatively little study on dynamic expression. However, facial expressions are highly dynamic phenomena capable of conveying complex psychological states: the motion inherent in dynamic stimuli is crucial for social perception and improves coherence in identifying facial affect. Previous studies have found that perceptual processing of dynamic expressions may involve a variety of mechanisms, and some of these mechanisms have inconsistent effects. Therefore, it is important to study dynamic expressions to understand the nuances of human communication and support the naturalistic assessment of affective disorders.
    Three experiments involved 96 participants, which provided 94 valid samples. The experimental material came from the Chinese Affective Picture System (CASP). Dynamic expression sequences were created from the happy and neutral expressions of the same individual. In Experiment 1, the impact of direction change and the average summary representation were examined. Experiments 2a and 2b combined static expressions to systematically explored the representational momentum effect of dynamic happy expressions. As such, the average summary representation of dynamic expressions differed across the two experiments. Participants were asked to evaluate the valence, arousal, and dominance of the final emotion of dynamic expressions or static expressions on a seven-point scale. ANOVA, independent sample t-test, and one sample t-test were used to analyze the results.
    In this study, it was found that when the faces changed from strong to weak (versus weak to strong), they were rated with lower valence scores and higher dominance scores. In addition, faces that went from strong to weak had lower valence scores and higher dominance scores than static faces with the same intensity of expression in the previous frame. Indicative of the the representational momentum effect, faces that went from weak to strong had higher valence scores. Furthermore, the dynamic happy expressions that moved from strong to weak had a larger impact on perceived representational momentum than the dynamic happy expressions that moved from weak to strong. The arousal ratings were higher for the dynamic happy expression with a higher average summary representation. Valence, arousal, and dominance scores for the same expression image differed across experimental designs and material groups, according to this study's thorough analysis of repeated stimulus conditions (such as static 50% smiling).
    According to the results, representation momentum impact extends to the assessment of dynamic happy expression on valence and dominance dimensions. Additionally, when assessing a facial expression, the perceiver will make a relative assessment based on the internal reference standard: a lower the standard is associated with a higher the score, and vice versa. This finding is consistent with  reference dependence effect on expression perception. These processing characteristics are used as a reminder to academics to consider the difference between dynamic and static expressions and to think about the impact of various materials when using facial expression data in the future.
     

  • 巨大侧耳原生质体制备条件的优化

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the optimal conditions for the protoplast preparation of Pleurotus giganteus, two strains, PG46 and PG79, with different temperature types, were selected as materials to study the effects of five factors (mycelial age, osmotic stabilizer type, lywallzyme concentration, enzymatic hydrolysis duration and enzymatic hydrolysis temperature) based on single-factor and orthogonal experimental methods. The results were as follows: (1) In the single factor test, the optimal conditions for the protoplast preparation of P. giganteus were mycelial culture for 5 days, using 2.5% lywallzyme with 0.6 mol·L-1 mannitol, incubated for 4 h at 32 ℃ (PG46) or 27-35 ℃ (PG79). (2) Orthogonal experiment verified and optimized the single factor test results. Combination 2 (mycelial age 5 d, lywallzyme concentration 2.5%, 0.6 mol·L-1 mannitol, incubated for 4 h at 32 ℃) was the optimal condition for the protoplast preparation of PG46 and PG79, and the protoplast yields were 11.2 × 106 CFU·mL-1 and 7.28 × 106 CFU·mL-1, respectively. (3) For F-test, the influence degree of various factor on the protoplast preparation were as follows: mycelial age>lywallzyme concentration>enzymatic hydrolysis temperature>enzymatic hydrolysis duration (PG46), and mycelial age>enzymatic hydrolysis duration>enzymatic hydrolysis temperature>lywallzyme concentration (PG79), respectively. In conclusion, the protoplast preparation conditions of the two P. giganteus strains with different temperature types were basically the same, and the effects of mycelial age on the protoplasts yield of the two strains was the most significant. The results can lay a foundation for further cross-breeding, genetic transformation, whole genome sequencing and promote the molecular genetics development of P. giganteus.

  • 阳极氧化铝膜中间层阻挡元素扩散研究

    Abstract:对铌合金C103基体上真空蒸镀的Al膜进行阳极氧化处理获得阳极氧化铝膜(AAO),利用电镀技术在阳极氧化铝膜上制备Ni表层,通过高温处理研究元素通过阳极氧化铝膜的扩散行为。结果表明:没有中间层的Ni/C103及以纯Al膜作为中间层的Ni/Al/C103样品,涂层和基体间的元素扩散严重;而以AAO膜为中间层的Ni/AAO/C103样品,涂层和基体间的元素扩散受到明显抑制。经900 ℃热处理后,Ni/C103,Ni/Al/C103及Ni/AAO/C103样品其外层中Nb含量分别为7.05%,5.08%和3.55%;基体中的Ni含量分别为6.84%,3.62%和2.85%;AAO膜作为中间层有较强的元素扩散阻挡能力。在900 ℃退火后,Ni/C103和Ni/Al/C103样品表面均生成了NbNi3相,而Ni/AAO/C103样品并未出现Nb和Ni的反应生成物。通过Fick定律计算得知,900℃时Ni在阳极氧化铝膜的扩散系数为3.28×10-14 m2·s-1,Nb为2.16×10-14 m2·s-1;1000℃时Ni的扩散系数上升至1.03×10-13 m2·s-1,Nb为3.58×10-14 m2·s-1。

    Abstract: Social perceptions of faces refer to the process in which people perceive others' social characteristics (e.g., personality) based on their face information. Facial expression plays a key role in social perceptions of faces. The local features and structural information are the main factors affecting social perceptions of faces. Facial expression can also impact social perceptions of faces by eliciting the perceivers' emotion and their behavioral tendency. In daily life, facial expressions are very complicated. For example, there might be mixture of multiple expressions, as well as fake expressions; on the other hand, social perceptions of faces are of great subjectivity. Further studies should expand the types of facial expression, and take the perceivers' characteristics into account.

  • 棉花陆海重组自交系群体花铃期抗旱性鉴定及评价

    Abstract:以陆地棉材料(中07)和海岛棉材料(新海20)构建的F2:6陆海重组自交系群体为试验材料,分别于2018年、2019年的7月份在石河子144团采用田间干旱胁迫的方法,在花铃期对棉花陆海重组自交系群体进行干旱胁迫处理,通过测定农艺性状和产量相关性状,采用方差分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等相结合的方式,对陆海重组自交系群体进行抗旱性鉴定及评价。由主成分分析可知,陆海重组自交系群体在干旱胁迫状态下铃数、皮棉、有效果枝数和衣分变化较为明显。根据抗旱性度量值(D 值)进行聚类,将陆海重组自交系群体材料划分为4个类群:第Ⅰ类群为抗旱型,是HL-44、HL-48、HL-13等16个株系;第Ⅱ类群为中抗旱型,是HL-21、HL-8、HL-19等19个株系;第Ⅲ类群为干旱敏感型,是HL-11、HL-12、HL-3等29个株系;第Ⅳ类群为干旱极敏感型,是HL-10、HL-18、HL-31等8个株系。并鉴定出亲本中07属于抗旱型材料,新海20属于抗旱敏感材料。同时发现群体材料中有比亲本中07抗旱性更强的株系有5个,在抗旱型类群;比亲本新海20抗旱性更敏感的株系有8份,在极敏感型类群。说明该陆海重组自交系群体在抗旱性方面不仅有亲本陆地棉和海岛棉的遗传特性,还有超越亲本的遗传特性。为今后研究海陆重组自交系群体的抗旱性提供了基础。

    Abstract: Intestinal stem cells are an important part of maintaining the stability of intestinal barrier function,which is closely related to intestinal homeostasis,intestinal epithelial renewal,and repair of intestinal damage. Normal physiological activities of the human body cannot be separated from energy intake and metabolism,and the differentiation fate of stem cells is affected by energy metabolism,and impaired intestinal barrier is associated with the development of many intestinal diseases. Therefore,this paper focuses on intestinal stem cells,takes energy metabolism and metabolites as the background to investigate how energy metabolism and metabolites regulate the function and activity of stem cells,thus regulating the function of intestinal barrier and providing ideas for the treatment of various intestinal diseases;in addition,with the in-depth research of modern medical science in protecting intestinal barrier,the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)that cares for spleen and stomach is gradually showing its scientific validity,with the hope of providing ideas for the subsequent research.

    Abstract:本研究利用煤汽化尿素生产工艺制备6 种改性缓释尿素(功能性吸附材料添加量分别为1%、2%、3%、 4%、5%和6%), 通过砂柱淋溶、氨挥发气室试验和田间玉米试验, 以普通尿素为对照, 分析功能性吸附材料添加量与尿素缓释特征和田间肥效的关系, 探讨适于玉米生产的改性缓释尿素功能性吸附材料最优添加量,为基质缓释肥的研发与农业应用提供借鉴。结果表明: 缓释尿素中氮素释放特征可用一级动力学方程Nt=N0(1ebx)拟合, 其氮素释放速率常数(b)比普通尿素下降67.4%~82.6%, 累积氨挥发损失比普通尿素下降15.8%~39.3%。玉米栽培试验中, 耕层土壤速效氮含量随功能性吸附材料添加量的提高呈增加趋势, 同时玉米叶片中叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶活性呈增加趋势。借助一元三次模型拟合玉米产量性状与功能性吸附材料添加量的关系发现, 功能性吸附材料添加量为5.28%、4.80%、5.24%和4.76%的缓释尿素可分别获得理论最高玉米生物学产量(15 829 kg·hm)、地上部生物量(164.0 g·plant1)、根系生物量(26.9 g·plant–1)和籽粒产量(6 769 kg·hm–)。综上, 基质型缓释尿素的功能性吸附材料具有较好的减少氮素淋溶和氨挥发、改善玉米氮素营养、提高玉米产量的作用, 5%的添加量更有利于玉米生物量和产量提高。

  • Simulation and optimization of helium pressure sensitivity coefficient in the HWR019 superconducting cavity

    Abstract: For the superconducting linac section of the Chinese Accelerator Driven Transmutation Research facility (CiADS) operating in continuous wave (CW) mode, the effect of cavity detuning caused by fluctuations of liquid helium pressure is an important factors for stable operation of low β cavities. Aiming at the phenomenon of unstable operation of half-wave superconducting resonators affected by helium pressure fluctuations, and taking the half-wave superconducting resonator with a frequency of 162.5 MHz and an optimal beta of 0.19(HWR019) applied in CiADS superconducting linac section as an example, the fluctuation of liquid helium pressure and the frequency variation law of the cavity was simulated with the method of numerical simulation. By calculating and analyzing the relationship between the contact area of liquid helium in the cavity, the wall thickness of the cavity, the shape of the liquid helium cooling channel, and the helium pressure sensitivity coefficient (KPress) of the cavity, the goal of reducing the (KPress) value of the HWR019 superconducting cavity to close to 0 was achieved, which effectively ensures the stable operation of the superconducting cavity in CiADS. At the same time, by conducting thermodynamic calculations on the cavity, corresponding enhanced heat transfer schemes were provided, effectively reducing the maximum temperature of the superconducting cavity during operation. The analysis and optimization methods also have reference significance for the same type of low β superconducting cavities.
