  • Research on the evolutionary game of Personal data Protection and Utilization in Internet enterprises

    Abstract: With the progress of Internet technology, personal data has become an increasingly important means of production, and the value potential and energy function of data have become more and more obvious. How to realize the balance between the protection and utilization of personal data has become an important problem in the development of digital economy and data governance. Method/process based on personal data protection and utilization as the research object, to build both the Internet platform, evolutionary game model, to explore the participation main body behavior characteristic and stable strategy, and with the help of MATLAB numerical simulation technology, the participation main body under the condition of different evolutionary stable strategy has carried on the simulation analysis, and proposes the solution to the problem of personal data protection. Result/Conclusion The research shows that the cost of government regulation, the intensity of rewards and punishments, the participation degree of industry associations, data sensitivity, and the cost of data protection technology are the important factors affecting the strategy choice of both parties. Therefore, in order to realize the dual Pareto optimum of data protection and ideal evolutionary equilibrium, the government should actively explore the modernization of the regulatory system and regulatory system, improve the regulatory benefits and reduce the regulatory costs, improve the classification and classification of data in advance, ensure the implementation of policies in the process, and motivate and hold accountable the offending enterprises afterwards. Internet companies should strengthen industry self-discipline and scientific and technological innovation to reduce the cost of data protection.

  • Scientific Data Management from the Perspective of Archives: A Study Based on Relevant Achievements of International Organizations

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the context of global e-science development, scientific data management practices have increasingly shown a desire for interdisciplinary thinking and methods. The use of relevant theories and methods in the field of archives can help improve the quality and efficiency of scientific data preservation, sharing, and reuse. [Method/process] By use of text coding analysis and comprehensive integration method, the archival methods and the involved scientific data management work were extracted and inducted from the research achievements of four international organizations including OCLC, DCC, RDA and ICA, as well as other related literature. [Result/conclusion] It is found that the methods of archival science include appraising and disposal, digital continuity, context management, long-term preservation are necessary to carry out scientific data management. It is recommended to improve the effectiveness of scientific data management by conducting interdisciplinary cooperation dialogues, establishing a cross-agency continuity management regulation framework, and cultivating data librarians with archival expertise.

    Abstract: In exploring the brain mechanism of interval timing, animal research, compared with human subjects, can provide more evidence in pharmacology, molecular biology, single neuron electrophysiology and optogenetics. At present, the commonly used animal research paradigms of interval timing include temporal bisection task, peak-interval procedure and differential reinforcement of low rates. To be well fit for different research need, animal research paradigms are often adjusted. Animal research of interval timing were discussed from two aspects: (1) the introduction and comparison of the commonly used animal research paradigms of interval timing; (2) the research progress of neural mechanism of interval timing based on these paradigms, to provide a reference for further psychological research on time perception.

  • 基于不同算法等高线曲率的提取与分析

    Abstract:等高线曲率是一个重要的地形属性,反应了地形表面在水平方向的凹凸性,表达了地表物质运动的发散和汇合模式。基于安塞县县南沟小流域的矢量等高线数据和DEM,分别利用圆拟合算法(相邻三点法、间隔三点法和最小二乘法)和曲面拟合模型(E模型、S模型和Z模型)提取等高线曲率,通过对实地地形的对比分析,结果表明:(1) 在矢量等高线数据的计算结果中,三点拟合法计算结果相比最小二乘法结果差异大,对等高线曲率空间格局分布描述更准确;(2) 最小二乘法计算的结果频数分布集中程度最高,两种三点拟合法计算结果频数曲线差别微小;(3) 在栅格数字高程模型的计算结果中,基于S模型计算结果在空间格局上较E模型和Z模型的结果差别大,基于E模型的计算结果对等高线曲率描述效果更好。结果能准确说明采用不同算法计算等高线曲率的差别,对在实际数字地形分析中有重要的意义,可为等高线曲率计算提供重要参考。

  • Accuracy of“representative population grid dataset”in arid areas: A case of Gansu-Ningxia-Qinghai region

    Abstract: High-accuracy population grid datasets are of great value in the fields of risk assessment, disaster emergency response, ecological environment protection, and regional development. The characteristics and advantages of the datasets vary because of the different input data accuracy and model selection. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate the accuracy of datasets and analyze the applicable conditions of datasets. To this end, this study evaluated the accuracy of the WorldPop and GPWv4 datasets in the arid areas of the Gansu Province, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and the Qinghai Province of northwest China. The accuracy of each dataset was quantitatively evaluated by calculating the spatial distribution of statistical and relative errors. Taking the best available unit of census data of China (township administrative division) as the research unit, the correlation analysis was conducted between the WorldPop and GPWv4 datasets and the seventh census data in 2020. The spatial distribution of statistical and relative errors is obtained through correlation analysis to quantitatively evaluate the accuracy of each dataset. Furthermore, the mapping performance of the dataset was qualitatively analyzed by visual estimation. Finally, the error sources of the dataset are discussed. The statistical error results show that WorldPop has higher accuracy than GPWv4. The correlation coefficient (r), root mean square error, average absolute error, and average absolute percentage error of WorldPop are 0.76, 23016, 0.73, and 0.60, respectively, while those of GPWv4 are 0.70, 22297, 0.75, and 0.58, respectively. Concurrently, according to the spatial distribution of the relative error, WorldPop accurately estimates the population of more areas. The visual estimation results show that the mapping performance of the two population grid datasets is similar, with the characteristics of a dense and sparse population in the east and west of the study area, respectively. This study on the accuracy of population grid datasets in arid areas is conducive to analyzing the error sources of datasets and guiding the rational use of datasets. In future research, it would be a beneficial direction to use the auxiliary data of human life to generate a unique population distribution pattern in an arid area to improve the accuracy of population datasets in the northwest arid area of China.

  • 基于流域的陕西省水资源承载力研究

    Abstract: 以陕西省9个流域为评价单元,基于宏观指标和综合指标构建水资源承载力综合评价模型。通过分析经济压力、人口压力、承载压力及协调指数,进而对研究区水资源承载力进行评价并探讨其时空分布特征。结果表明:(1)陕西各流域水资源承载力差异较为明显,其中陕南最大,陕北次之,汉中最小。陕南地区的汉江和嘉陵江两个流域水资源丰富且降水充足, WI1.50,处于严重超载阶段。(2)从承载压力指数分析可以看出,流域调水对缺水地区或经济中心城市的发展起到决定性作用。从丰水流域跨流域调水能解决地区性缺水问题,进而解决水资源危机所带来的社会经济可持续发展问题。(3)基于水资源的自然资源属性,以流域为评价单元,其研究结果更符合自然规律,有利于实现流域间水资源的合理均衡和分配。

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as sparse data, cold start and lack of diversity of recommendation results in traditional collaborative filtering recommendation algorithms, this paper proposes a collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm that integrates social networking with key users. Based on the score matrix of user projects, the algorithm integrates user social networks to derive social trust matrix, integrates key user information to obtain key user scoring matrix, and then uses these three matrix data distributions to predict user's target project with different weights. score. At the same time, aiming at the massive data problem, this paper uses the Spark distributed cluster to realize the parallelization of the algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively alleviate the data sparse problem and improve the data processing speed and recommendation accuracy.

  • 电场作用下微液滴变形和破裂的数值研究

    Abstract:采用电场对微液滴进行精确操控在化工、生物医学、能源和环境领域具有广阔的应用前景。准确预测外加电场作用下黏性液滴的变形与破裂行为,是精确操控微液滴行为的重要前提。本文基于漏电介质模型发展格子Boltzmann有限差分混合数值方法对恒稳电场作用下的液滴变形与破裂行为进行研究,结果表明:本文数值方法可对恒稳电场作用下液滴的小变形进行准确预测,验证了该模型的有效性和准确性;对于沿垂直于电场方向变形的液滴(扁平型),液滴随电场毛细数的增加呈现四种不同的形态:椭圆形、类椭圆形、哑铃型和破裂;对于沿电场方向变形的液滴(扁长型),其变形参数随电场毛细数的变化与扁平型液滴显著不同,液滴呈现的形态包括椭圆形、类椭圆形、周期振荡和破裂。在液滴变形阶段,扁平或扁长型液滴均随电场毛细数的增加而变形增大;液滴破裂阶段,破裂所需时间均随电场毛细数的增加而缩短。研究工作为深刻认识电场作用下微液滴变形和破裂机制提供理论基础。

  • Research on Underwater Signal Processing in Arctic Region

    Abstract: Due to the special strategy role and the trends of global warming, the Arctic region attracts many interests. The underwater acoustics play a very important role in the ocean research work of Arctic region and its neighborhood. The research work of underwater signal processing in polar region is relative late than the other field of underwater acoustics. It focuses on polar region especially the Arctic ocean environment, studies the effects of underwater acoustic environment and its adaptive signal processing methods. In this paper, the outline of research work, since WWII, of underwater acoustics in Arctic region and its neighborhood is introduced. The specific research issues and results different from the traditional underwater acoustics in this special region are discussed. It is shown that the characteristics of Arctic ocean environment has more important role in underwater signal processing and sonar design, , some special treatments must be taken in matching the requirement of Arctic underwater acoustics.

    Abstract: " Interval timing refers to the time perception of hundreds of milliseconds to hours. It involves many activities in daily life and is influenced by many factors, such as arousal, attention and motivation. Pain is a multi-dimensional physiological and psychological phenomenon, including sensory-discriminative, affective-motivational and cognitive-evaluative components. Studies about interval timing in pain context comes from three aspects: (1) Time estimation of pain faces in healthy subjects; (2) Time perception of neutral stimuli in healthy subjects under experimental pain or pain expectation; (3) The change of interval timing in patients with clinical pain. Exploring the change of time perception in pain context may provide a new perspective for understanding the mechanism of pain occurrence and development. "

  • Analysis of Depression Status and Influencing Factors in Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases in China:an Empirical Analysis Based on CHARLS Data

    Abstract: Background There are a large number of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases. However,there is currently limited research on the depression status and influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases nationwide. Objective By exploring the depression status and influencing factors of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases in China,to provide a reference for improving their mental health status. Methods According to the fifth round of national survey data conducted by the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2020, a total of 12 551 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases were selected as the study objects. The depression status of the study objects was measured using the Depression Scale(CES-D),and the main factors affecting the depression status of middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases were analyzed using the chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression. Results Among middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases,the proportion of those with depressive symptoms(5 111/12 551). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that:gender(male:OR=0.613, 95%CI=0.553-0.680),age(65-<75 years old:OR=0.862,95%CI=0.769-0.965; ≥ 75 years old:OR=0.604, 95%CI=0.510-0.716),presence of spouse/partner living together or not(have OR=0.730,95%CI=0.648-0.822),places of residence(rural:OR=1.515,95%CI=1.387-1.654),educational levels(junior high school:OR=0.727,95%CI=0.657- 0.805;senior high school and above:OR=0.561. 95%CI=0.488-0.646),social status(1 item:OR=0.870,95%CI=0.793- 0.956; ≥ 2 items:OR=0.866,95%CI=0.779-0.963),satisfaction with child relationships(satisfaction:OR=0.266, 95%CI=0.218-0.324),smoking(OR=1.131,95%CI=1.014-1.263),alcohol consumption(OR=0.873,95%CI=0.795- 0.959),nighttime sleep duration(6~<8 h:OR=0.539,95%CI=0.493-0.590; ≥ 8 h:OR=0.443,95%CI=0.396- 0.495),BADL(damaged:OR=1.875,95%CI=1.692-2.077),IADL(damaged:OR=2.251,95%CI=2.030-2.496), number of chronic diseases(2 types:OR=1.202,95%CI=1.076-1.342;3 types:OR=1.452,95%CI=1.289-1.636; ≥ 4 items:OR=1.954,95%CI=1.749-2.183)are the influencing factors of depression symptoms in middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases(P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of depressive symptoms in middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases is 40.7%,and the situation is not optimistic. Their depression is influenced by various factors. Healthcare institutions and policymakers should pay attention to their mental health and take targeted measures from personal,family, community,and other aspects to improve.

  • 近60 a天山北坡冰川变化研究

    Abstract:从流域尺度揭示天山北坡冰川变化状况,对下游绿洲地区水资源的合理开发利用具有重要意义。基于多源遥感影像提取天山北坡诸河流域近期冰川边界,结合前期发布的冰川编目及ASTER DEM数据,对该区域冰川面积和物质平衡变化特征进行了分析。结果表明:(1) 2015年前后天山北坡共计分布冰川10061条,总面积约4855.85245.86 km2。1960s2015年天山北坡国内段冰川面积萎缩速率为0.52%a-10.06%a-1,且近年来呈加速萎缩趋势(0.96%a-10.88%a-1);19992015年天山北坡国外段冰川面积萎缩速率约为0.56%a-10.31%a-1。(2) 20002020年天山北坡冰川表面高程变化速率约为-0.570.01 ma-1,冰川物质呈持续亏损态,物质平衡为-0.390.04 m w.e.a-1。(3) 天山北坡东、西段冰川面积和物质平衡变化均存在一定的空间差异性,近十几年间,东段各子流域冰川面积萎缩速率和物质亏损速率均相对较大。

  • 榆林市景观生态风险及其时空分异

    Abstract:以2000年、2005年、2010年和2015年ETM遥感影像为数据源,基于景观格局、生态敏感性和植被生产力构建景观生态风险综合指数,以ArcGIS 10.2和GS+9.0软件为平台,研究榆林市景观生态风险时空分异。结果表明:榆林市景观生态风险程度总体较高;2000年、2005年和2010年以中度风险为主,2015年以高度风险为主;2000—2010年,中度风险区范围在扩大,高度风险区范围在缩小;2010—2015年,中度风险区范围迅速缩小,而高度风险区范围迅速扩大。榆林市景观生态风险空间变异较小,景观生态风险空间相关性中等。2000年自然因素对景观生态风险空间变异的影响略大于人为因素的影响,2005年和2010年的影响基本相当,2015年则受自然因素影响较大。

  • 酵母来源α-1,2甘露糖转移酶Alg11的异源表达、纯化和活性分析

    Abstract:糖基转移酶Alg11作为N-糖基化途径中一个重要蛋白,功能为催化将甘露糖转移到底物DPGn2M3(Dolichyl-pyrophosphate-GlcNAc2Mannose3)上进而生成DPGn2M4和DPGn2M5这两种多萜醇寡糖前体的反应。在本研究中,首先通过对酿酒酵母Alg11的蛋白质结构进行分析,设计了去除跨膜域的蛋白Alg1145−548并成功在大肠杆菌中表达,进而对诱导时间、诱导剂浓度进行了产量最大化的优化,最终得到了纯化蛋白。以PPGn2(Phytanyl-pyrophosphate-GlcNAc2)为底物,利用体外表达的重组蛋白Alg1ΔTM和Trx-Alg2以酶法合成出Alg11的天然底物类似物PPGn2M3。用纯化的Alg1145−548蛋白催化转糖基反应,并通过液质联用(LC-MS)的方法检测产物,证实Alg1145−548蛋白具有催化PPGn2M3生成PPGn2M4和PPGn2M5的糖基转移酶活性。产物PPGn2M5通过不同的甘露糖苷酶酶切反应,验证了两个新加上的甘露糖以α-1,2糖苷键的形式连接到底物PPGn2M3上。底物特异性实验表明Alg1145−548可以特异性识别底物PPGn2M3,而其他N-糖基化中间体类似物如PPGn2和PPGn2M1无法被识别,且底物中的脂肪链结构也对酶的识别具有重要作用。Alg11的底物特异性保证了多萜醇寡糖前体的有序合成,具有重要的生理意义。

  • 新疆有无人为干扰下土壤盐分估算的比较

    Abstract:以新疆有无人为干扰土壤的实测光谱为数据源,利用去包络线法提取其吸收特征和敏感波段,建立了多种基于去包络线法的土壤盐分估算的一元、多元线性回归模型。结果表明:① 去包络线法能明显增强土壤光谱在400~610 nm和610~800 nm波段的吸收特征;② 有/无人为干扰区土壤盐分含量与去包络线一阶微分的相关性较好,敏感波段在无人为干扰区集中于可见光区(400~800 nm),而人为干扰区为可见光-近红外区(400~2 400 nm);③ 土壤盐分值预测模型精度从高到低在有/无人为干扰区基本上是:去包络线6个吸收特征模型>去包络线和去包络线一阶微分敏感波段模型>去包络线3个吸收特征模型>单个吸收特征模型。有/无人为干扰区最佳预测模型的[WTBX]R2[WTBZ]分别为0.86和0.92。无人干扰区最优模型(6个吸收特征)的相对分析误差(RPD)达到了3.06,大于3,说明其能极好并且稳定的预测此区土壤盐分值。

    Abstract: Myopia is a major risk factor for vision health in children,it is important for the prevention and control of occurrence and development of myopia in children to standardize the screening of myopia and achieve early detection and intervention of myopia. At present,myopia screening,the establishment,management and application of refractive development profile in China are still in the initial stage. In particular,the follow-up measures after refractive development profile establishment still face many problems and challenges. In this paper,the role of primary care in myopia prevention and control behavioral intervention among Children was analyzed in depth according to the current status and characteristics of myopia screening and after refractive development profile establishment,combining with the requirements of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,in order to provide recommendations on myopia screening,refractive development profile establishment and community behavioral interventions in China,balance medical resources for its development in a regulated,healthy and sustainable manner.
     

  • Spatiotemporal Pattern, Trend, and Influence of Glacier Change in Tibetan Plateau and Surroundings under Global Warming

    Abstract: Glaciers, an important part of Asia’s water tower, are extremely sensitive to climate change. The study on the spatiotemporal pattern of the changes of the glaciers in the Tibetan Plateau and surroundings in the context of global warming is helpful to identify the main water storage and supply areas of Asian Water Towers, which is of great significance for the rational planning and utilization of water resources. Through comprehensive analysis, it was revealed that the “Karakoram anomaly” might expand in different degrees to the Western Kunlun Mountains and the Pamirs, while the glaciers in the other parts of the Tibetan Plateau and surroundings were in an accelerated melting state recently. Moreover, we also illuminated the influences of the changes of the glaciers over the past 50 years and in different climate scenarios in the future on the basin water resources and sea level rise, and pointed out that the glacier observation and investigation should be carried out systematically, and a climate-ice-hydrological processes coupling model should be set up, in order to accurately assess the glacier melt water resources, which is an important basis for the green silk road construction.

  • Study on Climatic and Environmental Changes Recorded in Ice Cores: From Science to Policy

    Abstract: Ice core is an important carrier of the past climatic and environmental change information. In this paper, we firstly introduced how ice cores record past climatic and environmental changes. Then, we elaborated the achievements of ice core research in the past climate change, levels of atmospheric greenhouse gases, solar activity, volcanic eruptions, and human activities. Thirdly, the role of ice core research in promoting relevant environmental policy making was stated, such as the ban on Pb additives in gasoline and greenhouse gas emission reduction policies. And finally, it was suggested that the state should establish a National Ice Core Facility to drill and store the ice cores from the Three Poles (Antarctic, Arctic, and the Third Pole) to serve the future scientific research and national development.

  • Relationship between time in range and long-term HbA1c glycemic variability in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes

    Abstract: Background As a new indicator of glycemic management,time in range(TIR) is significantly related to short-term glycemic variability,but whether it is also associated with long-term glycemic variability is still unclear. Objective To investigate the relationship of TIR with coefficient of variability(CV) of HbA1c and HbA1c variability score(HVS) during a long-term follow-up in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Two hundred elderly male type 2 diabetic inpatients from the Second Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were enrolled from January 2007 to January 2011. All of them underwent continuous glucose monitoring(CGM) during hospitalization,and by the baseline TIR derived from CGM,they were divided into TIR ≥ 85% group(n=141) and TIR<85% group(n=59),and followed up for (12.5±1.1) years. The CV of HbA1c and HVS in the follow-up were compared between the groups. The relationships of TIR with the CV of HbA1c and HVS were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. Results The long-term CV of HbA1c 〔(9.7±3.8)% vs (8.2±4.5)%,P=0.028〕 and HVS〔(48.7±20.4)vs (32.5±20.8),P<0.001〕 in TIR<85% group were both significantly higher than those in TIR ≥ 85% group. Pearson correlation analysis suggested that TIR showed a significant linear negative correlation with CV of HbA1c(r=-0.239,P<0.001) or HVS(r=-0.400,P<0.001). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that TIR had an impact on long-term CV of HbA1c〔b(95%CI)=-0.07(-0.12,-0.03),P<0.05〕or HVS〔b(95%CI)=-0.44(-0.67,-0.21),P<0.05〕after adjusting for confounding factors. Conclusion TIR was independently associated with long-term CV of HbA1c or HVS in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes. With the decrease of TIR,the long-term HbA1c glycemic variability increased gradually during follow-up.
