  • The connection conditions of phase pressures and Darcy velocities at gas-water flood front in porous media

    Abstract: Gas-liquid two-phase displacement are widely observed in oil and gas reservoir. The traditional seepage theory holds that the phase pressures and Darcy velocities must be continuous at the jump interface, and we have falsified them in previous studies. In this paper, the jump interface condition of two-phase seepage is extended from incompressible fluids to compressible. Taking gas-water displacement as an example, the new connection conditions of phase pressures and Darcy velocities at the gas-water displacement front in porous media were built. The results show that at the flood front, the global pressure is continuous, but not the fluid pressure are. (2) The total Darcy velocity can be discontinuous with a specific functional relationship;(3) The phase Darcy velocity of each phase of the fluid is discontinuous.

  • Neuro-cognitive mechanism of food craving and restrained eating in Chinese

    Abstract: In modern affluent societies, where palatable foods are readily available, resisting the food craving brought by tempting food clues and keeping restrained eating to maintain a healthy body weight has become one of the challenging propositions. In recent years, in order to identify the reasons for the success of dieting, domestic scholars have created a Chinese Food Image Database to investigate the neuro-cognitive mechanism of restrained eating, and examine the differences of brain mechanism between successful and unsuccessful restrained eaters. In particular, based on the neural correlates of food craving, researches on general food craving and spicy food craving with Chinese characteristics has been carried out. Exploring the neuro-cognitive mechanisms of restrained eating and food craving can not only promote the theoretical developments of eating behavior research, but also provide important support for health interventions such as obesity and eating disorders.

    Abstract: The paper summarizes recent eye movement studies in sequence learning home and abroad. Studies of sequence learning which adopted the manual response mix several different kinds of sequence learning, and the manual response doesn’t suitable for children and patients. The eye tracking technology can overcome the shortcomings of manual response, the anticipate saccade rate, saccadic response time, anticipation index and eyeblink rate were as dependent dependent variables for sequence learning. The major issues are sequence learning by observation, developmental and clinical research, and the relationship between implicit sequence learning and attention.

  • 性别化名字对个体印象评价及人际交往的影响

    Abstract: People can infer personal traits from names, and impressions of individual can be influenced by names. It is estimated that male-oriented names and female-oriented names have difference on the perception of the big two fundamental traits: warmth and competence. It raises an interesting question: how people evaluate individuals with opposite gender-oriented names, and what effect does the name have on the individual's interpersonal interaction. To answer these questions, the first aim of the current study was to test the content of gender-oriented names in Chinese context, and examine the effects of name-gender orientation and gender on individual’s impression formation. The second aim of the study was to explore the behavioral aftereffects of names and its evaluation-behavior mechanism. Four studies were carried out to explore this problem. In Study 1, 176 undergraduate participants were presented with 100 gender orientation names, participants were asked to rate names on 4 traits (2 on warmth dimension, 2 on competence dimension). In Study 2, 121 undergraduate participants were presented with information about two subjects, two subjects are of the same sex but different gender orientation names. Participants were asked to rate two subjects on warmth and competence dimension. In Study 3a, 136 undergraduate participants were presented with introductions, which describe two person with different gender orientation names in the context of trip. In Study 3b, 131 undergraduate participants were imagined that they would meet two person with different names in the context of finishing task. Participants in Study 3a and Study 3b were then asked to evaluate subjects on 6 traits (3 on warmth dimension, 3 on competence dimension), and choose one as partner to complete corresponding activities. The results showed that: (1) Female-oriented names were higher on warmth than male-oriented names, male-oriented names were higher on competence than female-oriented names; (2) Individuals with gender-consistent names were considered to have the characteristic of typical male or female: female with female-oriented names were perceived more warmth than female with male-oriented names, and male with male-oriented names were perceived more competence than man with female-oriented names; (3) Individuals with gender-inconsistent names were considered to have the characteristics of the opposite sex: male with female-oriented names were perceived more warm than female with male-oriented names, female with male-oriented names were perceived more competence than male with female-oriented names; (4) Participants intended to make friends with female subjects whose name is consistent with gender, and trait warmth totally mediated the impact of gender-oriented names on willingness to interact; Participants intended to finish task with male whose name is consistent with gender, and trait competence totally mediated the impact of gender-oriented names on willingness to cooperate. In conclusion, the current study is the first to explore gender-oriented names and gender on impression of name owners by applying the content of stereotype, and examines the influence of gender-oriented names on individual impression and behavior intention and its mechanism from the perspective of social motivation. This study provides new theoretical basis and empirical support for impression evaluation and interpersonal interaction based on names, and has important implications for the future research about name social cognition. Future research should explore the content of gender-ambiguous names and its’ effects on individual’s impression and behavior aftereffects, and combine emotion and cognition to examine the influence of names on interpersonal interaction. "

  • NVST垂直双光谱切换扫描系统

    Abstract:1m新真空太阳望远镜(New Vacuum Solar Telescope,NVST)的科学目标之一是对太阳活动区域进行二维光谱扫描观测。本文基于NVST多波段光谱仪和大色散光谱仪提出了垂直双光谱切换扫描系统,可实现相互垂直的两个光谱仪的光谱扫描观测任务,并参与实现两个光谱仪之间的切换。分析了光谱扫描观测的原理和过程,结合NVST终端仪器系统的具体构造,完成了扫描系统的光机结构设计和装调分析工作,并对扫描系统进行了性能测试,包括系统稳定性、扫描直线度以及扫描步幅精度测试,测试结果满足预期功能需求和精度要求,为后续NVST进行常规光谱扫描观测提供了支持。

    Abstract: 射电脉冲信号在传输过程中受到星际介质的影响会导致轮廓展宽和变形,在研究过程中需要对信号进行消色散处理。本文设计并实现了基于零拷贝的脉冲星数据GPU相干消色散算法,采用设备内存映射以消除主机到设备的拷贝开销,利用CUDA的cuFFT库进行多BATCH傅里叶变换以提高DFT效率,同时采用多线程实现了传递函数的加速计算。实验结果表明,与传统CPU及GPU算法相比,本文提出的算法在大数据量时表现良好。

    Abstract:殷卜辞中有5次纪日月食记载是目前已知的可为殷商时期天文定年的最确凿的材料,夏商周断代工程研究给出了这5次殷卜辞月食的发生日期。本文作者利用美国航空航天局(NASA)喷气推进实验室(JPL)发布的现代天文行星历表DE422,解算这5次月食的主要参数,研究它们在地球表面的可观测情况,进一步确认这5次月食在殷都安阳的可视性。研究结果支持夏商周断代工程给出的5次月食的发生日期,并可为殷卜辞月食的深入研究提供一定的参考。

  • Does the children s library promote literacy?

    Abstract: With the increasing demand for library services for children, China has paid more attention to the collection and service construction of children s libraries. However, what kind of benefits the children s library has brought to children, especially whether the children’s literacy is really promoted by libraries? Through literature research and analysis, two major types of researches were found to answer this question: literacy promotion researches and library literacy program evaluation. Because the first type of researches does not take the library as the main factor in literacy development, its conclusions cannot really answer the questions we care about. The second type of researches can be divided into three categories according to different reader groups: book gifting research, early literacy project evaluation, and summer reading project evaluation. However, no substantial research work has been carried out on this issue in China. The library researchers have begun to address this critical and fundamental question. But currently, the depth and standardization of these researches could not answer the question well, and still left many unanswered questions. Children s library researchers should adopt a broader perspective, more diverse metrics tools, and more solid scientific approaches to clarify and demonstrate the great role that children s libraries can play in literacy development.

  • Analysis of mechanical performances of cylindrical wall in 3D printing processes

    Abstract: In order to enhance the overall structural stability of 3D printed concrete wall, we propose a novel scheme to produce a wavy wall with curvature along its contour direction. To validate the idea of the scheme, a single wave wall is set as a cylindrical wall and its mechanical performances are analyzed. The mathematical 3D printing model of the wavy wall is formulated by the shell theory while taking into account of additional parameters of the printing processes, the model will be used to analyze the two failure mechanisms of the cylindrical wall: elastic buckling and plastic collapse. Compared with the results of Suiker’s straight wall, it is found that when the parameters were same, the stability of the cylindrical wall is more than twice of the rectangular wall. Our studies indicate that it’s a feasible scheme to improve the printed structural stability by increasing curvature.

  • Variation characteristics of canopy nutrients during the rainfall process of Haloxylon ammodendron and Haloxylon persicum in the Gurbantunggut Desert

    Abstract: " Nutrients are relatively scarce in arid regions, and adequate nutrient input after rainwater flows through the canopy is of great significance to the growth and development of plants in arid regions. Through the study of canopy nutrients during the rainfall process of Haloxylon ammodendron and H.persicum, which were the main dominant species in the southern margin of the Gurbantunggut Desert, the concentration differences of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in stemflow, throughfall, and rainwater were analyzed, and the concentration degree of ions after rainwater flows through the plant canopy was determined. The results showed that the total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN) concentrations of rainwater increased significantly after passing through the canopy of Haloxylon ammodendron and Haloxylon persicum, and the total phosphorus (TP) did not increase significantly. The change of ammonium nitrogen ( NH+4 -N) concentration is basically consistent with that of TN, and the difference between nitrate-nitrogen ( NO-3 -N) and nitrite-nitrogen ( NO-2 -N) concentrations is not completely significant. Among them, the trunk organic nitrogen (TON) has the highest proportion, and its proportion in TN is always greater than 50%. For the average concentration of different nutrient inputs, in addition to TP and NO-3 -N, other ions have increased. The concentrations of TP, NO-3 -N, and NO-2 -N are lower, and they flow in the stems of stemflow, throughfall, and rain. The coefficient of variation is larger in.

  • 基于UHD185 成像光谱仪的冬小麦叶绿素监测

    Abstract:以关中地区冬小麦为研究对象,无人机为平台搭载的UHD185成像光谱仪获得冬小麦农田高光谱影像,并从中提取波段信息,以传统光谱指数和新光谱指数为自变量构建预测模型,比较模型精度并制作冬小麦叶片叶绿素含量分布图。结果表明:各预测模型中以新光谱指数构建的预测模型精度明显高于传统光谱指数模型,其中,SPAD-NDSI模型精度最高(R2=0.6308,RMSE=1.9766);通过反演叶片叶绿素分布图并对填图结果进行检验可知,SPAD-NDSI模型填图效果最佳(R2=0.7013,RMSE=1.4548),可以作为冬小麦叶片叶绿素含量无人机高光谱影像遥感反演估算的基本模型。

  • 青藏铁路沱沱河段取土场草本根系力学强度试验

    Abstract:以青藏铁路沱沱河段取土场作为研究区,选取生长年限为10 a的碱茅[Puccinellia distans (Linn.) Parl.]、垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans Griseb.)、冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila L.)和星星草[Puccinellia tenuiflora (Griseb.) Scribn.] 4种草本作为试验供试种,分别进行室内单根拉伸与剪切试验,较为系统地评价了4种草本其单根力学强度特征。结果表明:(1)取土场4种草本单根平均抗拉强度由大至小为:碱茅(66.29 MPa)>垂穗披碱草(50.78 MPa)>冷地早熟禾(46.11 MPa)>星星草(40.62 MPa),单根平均抗剪强度由大至小为:碱茅(44.37 MPa)>垂穗披碱草(37.74 MPa)>冷地早熟禾(36.80 MPa)>星星草(26.66 MPa),且两者均与根径之间符合幂函数负相关关系;(2)对生长年限为5 a和10 a的4种草本单根抗拉力和抗剪力对比分析得出,4种草本根系抗拉力增长幅度为11.71%~62.31%,抗剪力增长幅度为26.30%~92.61%;(3)比较4种草本根系其不同根径级别的力学强度,得出碱茅和垂穗披碱草根系力学性能相对优于其他2种草本,可优先作为研究区固土护坡植物种。本研究可为青藏铁路沱沱河段及周边优势护坡植物的筛选提供一定理论依据。

    Abstract:以甘肃省民勤县作为研究区域,使用了3景Landsat 8 OLI数据进行民勤县沙地信息的提取,提出了一种混合像元分解(FCLSU)和面向对象图像分割技术相结合的新方法。该方法不仅实现了沙地、盐碱地和裸土的分类识别,还实现了流动沙地、半固定沙地和固定沙地的定量区分,新方法总体沙地分类精度为87.23%,高于面向对象图像分类的84.82%,在沙地定量划分中新方法有着更为明显的优势。

  • 基于三维生态足迹模型的天山北麓绿洲生态安全评价

    Abstract:运用改进三维生态足迹模型对2000—2016年天山北麓绿洲生态安全进行评价。结果表明:(1)17 a来天山北麓绿洲的整体生态环境处于不可持续的发展状况,生态占用面积持续增加,生态足迹广度由8.38×106 hm2上升到2.73×107 hm2,平均增速为1.11×106 hm2·a-1,生态安全受到严重威胁。(2)2002年后天山北麓绿洲不可持续状况的相对差异逐渐减小,内部各行政单元的人均生态赤字相对差异逐渐缩小。(3)天山北麓绿洲生态利用效率整体上呈现增加趋势,17 a间翻了三番,对于资源的利用程度日趋充分,单位资源创造的经济价值不断增加,但在各年份变化率波动较大,波动幅度在-18.23%~120.84%之间。(4)天山北麓绿洲生态适度人口虽呈现出波动增长趋势,但对于资源的需求和利用也在迅速增加,持续增加的人口规模给生态环境造成巨大压力。最后为缓解生态压力,减小生态赤字,促进天山北麓绿洲的可持续发展提出了建议和对策。

  • 玛纳斯河流域绿洲区耕地扩张的CA-Markov 模型参数敏感性分析

    Abstract:元胞自动机模型是土地利用变化模拟最有效和常用的方法之一,其模拟精度受元胞大小、时间间隔和邻域结构及大小等参数的影响。以玛纳斯河流域绿洲区耕地为研究对象,基于1975年、1995年、2005年、2010年及2015年土地利用数据构建耕地扩张CA模型,定量分析CA模型的参数敏感性。结果表明:(1)CA模型模拟精度具有时空尺度依赖性,时间间隔越短,精度越高,其中时间间隔为5 a的数量精度、位置精度及Kappa精度分别比时间间隔为20 a的高13.89%、2.63%和8.49%;空间尺度上,元胞大小越小,模拟精度越高,元胞大小为30 m的Kappa系数值(0.8671)高于120 m的模拟结果(0.8259)。(2)邻域结构及大小模拟结果表明,摩尔邻域模拟精度优于冯诺依曼邻域;同等邻域下,邻域大小为7×7模拟精度比3×3邻域模拟精度高,7×7摩尔邻域是模拟耕地的最优选择。(3)耕地模拟结果表明,2020年耕地面积较2015年相比减少149.29 km2,耕地占比已由2015年的67.40%降至66.18%,表现出因增长饱和而逐渐减缓的趋势。此研究可为全面了解元胞自动机模型敏感性提供一定的理论基础。

  • 松叶猪毛菜瞬时转化体系的建立及初步验证

    Abstract:松叶猪毛菜(Salsola laricifolia)是典型的荒漠C3-C4中间型植物,隶属于藜科(Chenopodiaceae)猪毛菜属,是研究C4途径进化以及光呼吸减少机制的最佳物种。以松叶猪毛菜无菌苗为试验材料,通过农杆菌介导的瞬时转化方法,分别对质粒载体、苗龄、农杆菌侵染浓度、侵染时间和乙酰丁香酮浓度进行研究,探究各因素对松叶猪毛菜植株瞬时遗传转化效率的影响,以确立最佳的瞬时转化体系;并在上述体系的基础上,过表达松叶猪毛菜叶绿体型NADP-苹果酸酶基因(SaNADP-ME1),通过GUS组织化学染色和荧光定量PCR验证瞬时转化效果。结果表明:(1)采用pCAMBIA1301构建表达载体,以30 d苗龄植株作为转化受体,在侵染液中添加200 μmol·L-1乙酰丁香酮,农杆菌菌液OD600为0.8,侵染6 h条件下,瞬时转化效率最佳(92%);(2)构建过表达载体并瞬时转化松叶猪毛菜植株,通过染色检测到GUS活性,并且荧光定量PCR检测到SaNADP-ME1的表达量相比对照组显著增高,该基因成功瞬时过表达转化至植株中。综上所述,本试验在松叶猪毛菜植株中建立了一种快速基因功能验证方法,为以后研究松叶猪毛菜功能基因奠定了基础。

  • 辐射对里海盐爪爪内生微生物群落多样性的影响

    Abstract:为研究不同辐射强度对里海盐爪爪不同组织中内生微生物群落的影响,利用Biolog-Eco微平板法结合土壤的理化性质,对新疆不同辐射强度污染区的里海盐爪爪地上部分和根部内生微生物群落代谢活性、碳源利用类型、多样性、主成分和环境因子间的差异进行了分析。结果表明:(1)各处理间代谢活性随培养时间的延长而提高,植物不同组织内生菌群落代谢活性存在明显差异。(2)地上部分样品中的主要菌群为利用碳水化合物类、氨基酸类的微生物;根部样品中的主要菌群为利用碳水化合物类、氨基酸类、羧酸类和多聚物类的微生物。(3)不同辐射强度污染区植物样品及植物不同部位的内生菌群落结构也存在显著差异。尤其在根部样品中,中度辐射污染区的代谢活性和多样性指数显著低于其他污染区。(4)土壤全氮、有机质、速效钾和氯根与微生物群落多样性显著相关,但辐射强度与里海盐爪爪内生菌群落多样性之间没有显著的相关性。本研究揭示了不同辐射强度对植物内生微生物生长代谢、碳源利用及群落多样性的影响,为辐射污染区微生物资源的开发和利用提供了科学依据。
