  • Transformation and Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage through Technology

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance In recent years, the national leadership has attached great importance to the inheritance and innovation of China’s excellent traditional culture, and the concepts of creative transformation and innovative development are constantly evolving. The Ministry of Science and Technology of China, among six departments, jointly formulated the Guidelines for Promoting the Deep Integration of Culture and Technology , proposing to form a cultural and technological integration innovation system covering key areas and critical links, to achieve the goal of in-depth integration of culture and technology . Intangible cultural heritage (ICH), as an essential part of China’s excellent traditional culture, plays a crucial role in consolidating the sense of the Chinese national community and enhancing cultural self-confidence. This paper discusses the research paths for the creative transformation and innovative development of ICH in the context of culture and technology integration, emphasizing the significant role of modern technology in promoting the transformation and development of ICH. Method/Process The paper first interprets the connotation of creative transformation and innovative development in ICH, and clarifies the theoretical foundation and guiding principles of creative transformation and innovative development in ICH. It then analyzes the significant contributions of creative transformation and innovative development in ICH to society, economy, and cultural diversity, as well as the categorized scenarios of technology empowerment in creative transformation and innovative development of ICH. It discusses six types of common key technologies that enable technology-driven creative transformation and innovative development in ICH, including digital technology, virtual and augmented reality, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. It summarizes a three-tier framework system for technology-driven creative transformation and innovative development in ICH, namely the method layer, technology layer, and object layer, forming a progressive relationship from theory to technology and then to specific practices. Finally, by integrating the specific example of the traditional craft of Wuhu iron painting, it demonstrates the facilitating role of modern technology in the creative transformation and innovative development of ICH and its impact on the protection, inheritance, and innovative development of ICH. Results/Conclusions The findings suggest that technological means can effectively protect and inherit ICH, facilitating its creative transformation and innovative development. However, it also requires careful consideration and precautions against the potential risks and challenges that modern technology poses to ICH projects in terms of intellectual property rights, the digital divide, and the indirect nature of experiences. Looking to the future, with the emergence of more innovative technologies, modern technology will not only help to protect and pass on traditional culture but also give new connotations and expressions to traditional culture, ensuring that its unique value and charm continue to play out in an ever-changing world.

  • Research Progress on the Mechanism of Immune Imbalance in the Pathogenesis of IBS-D and Chinese Medicine Intervention

    Abstract: Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS-D)is a clinically common functional gastrointestinal disease,in which immune imbalance plays an important role. Related immune cells include innate immune cells and adaptive immune cells,and immune cytokines include immunoglobulin,interferon,interleukin,tumor necrosis factor,etc. Traditional Chinese medicine monomers/compounds or compound formulas can regulate immunotherapy for IBS-D through multi-pathway,multi-target. This article systematically reviews and sorts out relevant literature on targeted immunotherapy of IBS-D using traditional Chinese medicine monomers/compounds and compound therapies from the perspectives of immune imbalance and intestinal infection,dysbiosis of flora,brain-gut axis disorder,and endocrine disorders. At the same time,it confirms the similarities between the "spleen as the guard" and immunity,to provide ideas for traditional Chinese medicine to treat IBS-D and related diseases through immune-mediated pathways.

  • Technology Opportunity Analysis Based on the Combination of Patent Novelty Research and Development—A Case Study of Thrombolytic Drugs

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The meanings of potential technology opportunities become more explicit by identifying anomaly patents rather than patent vacancies that are usually represented as a simple set of keywords. [Methods/Process] We propose an approach to detecting anomaly patents based on systematic processes and quantitative outcomes. Density-based Local Outlier (DLOF) algorithm is used to identify novelty patents, then use scope of technology index with amount of similar patents index structure Anomalyportfolio patent map. [Results/Conclusion] Research results show that novelty-focused patent mapping for technology opportunity analysis can accurately identify the novelty patents and provide a reference for the technology research and development.

  • Research on the Evaluation Index System of External Translation Books in Humanities and Social Sciences

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The external translation of excellent books in the humanities and social sciences is an important way for Chinese culture to go abroad. Establishing an external translation book evaluation system can demonstrate the influence of books and provide guidance for the selection of content types of external translation books. [Method/process] From the 10 dimensions that reflect the academic influence and social influence of the external translation books, the evaluation indicators are refined. Using the entropy weight method to calculate the weights of each index, the comprehensive scores of academic influence and social influence are calculated by weighted averaging, and then an empirical analysis is performed on the external translation books which are funded by Chinese academic translation project. [Result/conclusion] The absolute value of the difference between domestic and foreign impact rankings of 40.84% books is greater than 10; the external translation of books with high domestic academic influence have not attracted the attention of foreign scholars; the social influence of external translation books is generally lower. When selecting the content type of an external translation book, it is necessary to examine the academic influence and social influence of the book both at home and abroad.

  • Enlightenment of Biosphere Reserve to Establishment and Management of National Park in China

    Abstract: China has officially established the first batch of national parks in 2021 and such construction is entering a high-speed stage. National parks of the country basically originate from existed protected areas, and face series of long-standing problems and challenges, such as over simplified administration, low community participation, and prominent contradictions between ecological conservation and social development. The Man and the Biosphere (MAB) Programme is the first flagship project of United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for biodiversity and cultural diversity conservation, biosphere reserve is its implementation platform, which has accumulated a lot of useful experience in biodiversity conservation, sustainable development, management and governance models, and regular evaluation. This study summarizes the theories and practice of biosphere reserves related to the construction of national parks. Several suggestions are concluded for the establishment and management of national park, including strengthening the excavation, integration and utilization of cultural diversity, promoting the participation of communities, innovating governance models, establishing a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products and brand appreciation, and formulating a comprehensive evaluation system.

  • Current Situation and Trend of Intelligent Analysis Software for Scientific Big Data

    Abstract: The field of artificial intelligence has made a breakthrough in recent years. How to promote scientific discovery in the field of natural science, especially the field of Earth Science with mass and multi-source data, has become the focus of scientists and industry. The scientific data mining analysis and knowledge discovery in the multidisciplinary and cross field intersecting background depend on building a set of efficient, easy to use and extensible scientific data analysis software system for scientific data. It provides learning models, algorithms and development tools for complex data processing, analysis, pattern extraction and knowledge discovery. In this study, the representative intelligent analysis software system in the typical scientific field is selected to make a full investigation and comparison on the generality and difference of this kind of software, and the development trend is also discussed. On this basis, this study proposes an integrated and customizable intelligent analysis framework for scientific big data, which supports the interactive construction of intelligent analysis models, and provides systems and tools supporting for the rapid development of scientific discovery research.

  • Preparation and Photocatalytic Activity of Sepiolite/Flower-Like BiOCl Nanocomposites

    Abstract: Sepiolite/flower-like BiOCl nanocomposites as photocatalyst have been successfully prepared by hydrolysis precipitation method. And the influence of temperature, pH and Bi(NO3)3 concentration on the unique morphology of the nanocomposites was investigated. Moreover, the photocatalytic activity of these nanocomposites was examined for the degradation of rhodamine B. The results show that the flower-like BiOCl is uniformly dispersed on the sepiolite and this nanocomposites exhibit a photocatalytic efficiency of 14.29%-16.67% higher than that of pure BiOCl nanosheets for the degradation of rhodamine B, and the catalyst has an excellent cycling stability.

  • 基于叶片生理指标的小麦芽期耐盐性评价

    Abstract: Soil salinization seriously impacts wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) production. Improving salinity tolerance is one of the main biological approaches responding to the problem. The germination stage is also sensitive to salt, and the salt tolerance at the germination stage is very important for wheat planting in saline-alkali land. In order to explore the feasibility of using physiological indexes of leaves to evaluate salt tolerance of wheat at germination stage, CM6005 and its 73 sodium azide mutagenesis families were used as experimental materials. The contents of proline, soluble sugar, total protein and soluble protein, as well as the activities of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the leaves were measured under the conditions of ultra-pure water and 40% artificial sea water, and principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the salt tolerance of the wheats. The results were as follows: (1) Under 40% artificial sea water salt stress, the contents of proline and soluble sugar increased, but the contents of total protein and soluble protein decreased. The activity of peroxidase(POD) increased, and the catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity decreased. (2) In principal component analysis, the first and the fourth principal components were two factors of the response of salt-tolerant enzyme system, and the second and third principal components were mainly two factors of osmotic adjustment of salt tolerance in wheat leaves at the stage of germination. (3) In the evaluation of salt tolerance, the salt tolerance grade of CM6005 was 2(salt tolerance) , and the salt tolerance grade of the lines was 1(high salt tolerance), which were SAM1, SAM49 and SAM59. On the whole, the activity of peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) as well as the content of proline and soluble sugar could be used as physiological indexes to evaluate the salt tolerance of wheat at germination stage. These results can be used as a reference for the evaluation of salt tolerance in wheat based on physiological indexes of leaves at the germination stage.

  • 中国区域旅游发展潜力演变格局与影响因素分析

    Abstract:以中国31个省级行政单元为研究区域(不含港澳台)。综合运用熵权法、标准差法、多元线性回归分析等方法对中国区域旅游发展潜力格局演变及主导影响因素分析。结果表明:(1) 中国省际间旅游发展潜力呈现出东南高西北低的格局,省际间区域差异随时间变化呈现出缩小—扩大—缩小的趋势。(2) 东部地区的旅游发展潜力差异最大,中部、西部和东北部区域的差异整体较小且三大经济区之间的差异也较小。(3) 中国区域旅游发展潜力的主导因素包括旅游业总收入、接待旅游总人数、床位数、第三产业从业人数、旅游院校学生数、国内外进出口总额。(4) 中国区域旅游发展潜力的四种类型区为:市场需求主导潜力区、区域供给主导潜力区、保障发展主导潜力区、经济支持主导潜力区,依据不同类型区的特征和存在问题,针对性的提出了发展对策与建议。

  • 基于齿冠偏心内凹结构的工业机器人用PMSM转矩波动抑制

    Abstract: In order to optimize the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) used in industrial robots with 36 slots and 8 poles, the structure of eccentric and concave stator tooth is proposed. This structure is based on the thinking of different air gap length, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Maxwell is used to model and analyze the PMSM with the structure. The total harmonic distortion of the air gap magnetic field, the total harmonic distortion of the back EMF, the torque ripple coefficient under different eccentric distances are studied, and the influence of the structure of eccentric and concave stator tooth for cogging torque is analyzed. The simulation experiment results show that the structure of eccentric and concave stator tooth can effectively improve the air gap flux density waveform, and reduce output torque ripple and amplitude of cogging torque.

  • 基于BiGRU-Attention神经网络的文本情感分类模型

    Abstract: The BiLSTM neural network model has long training time and can not fully learn text context informations. In order to solve the problems, this work proposes a text emotion classification model based on BiGRU-Attention neural network. Firstly, the bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unity (BiGRU) neural network layer was used to extract the features of the deep text information; secondly, the attention mechanism (Attention) layer was used to allocate the corresponding weight of the extracted text deep information. Finally, the text feature messages of different weights are put into the softmax function layer to carry out the text sentiment classifications. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed neural network model is 90.54% on the IMDB data set, the loss rate is 0.2430 and the time cost is 1100s and the validity of the BiGRU-Attention model is verified.

  • 新型YdjM超家族成员的钠/氢逆向转运蛋白功能鉴定

    Abstract:在原核生物中,钠/氢逆向转运蛋白具有催化细胞内的Na+、Li+或K+等碱基阳离子的排出,换取外部质子,以降低有毒碱性金属阳离子的细胞质浓度和维持细胞内pH稳态起到了至关重要的作用。为了进一步挖掘中度嗜盐菌Halobacillus Y5中具有盐碱耐受性的钠/氢逆向转运蛋白基因并对其功能进行鉴定,我们首先提取该菌的基因组DNA,然后采用Sau3AI随机酶切及功能互补的方法获得了一个新型的钠/氢逆向转运蛋白基因Ha_ydjM。生物信息学分析表明,该基因属于YdjM超家族成员,是一个未知功能的膜蛋白,系统发育分析证实,其与来自Halobacillus sp. Marseille –P 3789的YdjM(蛋白登录号WP_101846656.1)家族成员聚在一起但形成独立分支。研究发现,该基因能够恢复大肠杆菌突变株KNabc对0.2 M NaCl和5 mm LiCl 的耐受特性,并且耐受碱性pH 8.0。功能分析显示,该蛋白呈现pH依赖的钠/氢逆向转运蛋白活性,转运动力学分析表明,Na+、K+、Li+在KNabc中Km值分别是0.43 ± 0.05 mM、0.49 ± 0.06 mM、0.64 ± 0.06 mM,即对Na+、K+、Li+的亲和力分别是Na+ > K+ > Li+。综上所述,我们认为Ha_ydjM代表了一种新型的钠/氢逆向转运蛋白。该项研究丰富了YdjM超家族成员,并为其他未知膜蛋白功能分析提供依据。

  • Handle系统与域名系统互联互通机制:一种基于标记语言描述协议数据单元的实现

    Abstract: Based on understanding of theory and practice, Handle System will coexist with the Domain Name System for a long time in the future, however, resolution protocols and identifier code rules of two identifier resolution system are incompatibility, leading to a barrier between data space of them. Therefore, it is urgent for us to resolve the connectivity problem of two identifier resolution system currently. By analyzing pros and cons of existing solutions, we found that the separation of protocol data unit and protocol can solve the incompatibility problem of resolution protocol and identifier code rule of two systems. Based on such a separation mechanism, inter-operation mechanism of Handle System and Domain Name System based on the proxy server was developed. Simulation experiments show that compared with traditional client-server ones, the response time of this new mechanism increases a little and is within the acceptable range.

  • 鸡OV启动子表达HA对禽流感病毒攻击提供完全保护

    Abstract:鸡卵清蛋白(Ovalbumin,OV)基因5’调控序列是构建鸡输卵管生物反应器的首选调控元件。以EGFP为报告基因,构建OV启动子真核表达载体,转染原代输卵管上皮细胞和CHO细胞,筛选得到1.1kb的高效OV启动子。构建1.1kb OV启动子表达H5N1亚型禽流感病毒HA蛋白真核表达载体pOV1.1k-HA,转染CHO细胞。PCR、RT-PCR鉴定结果证明HA基因整合至CHO细胞基因组,并进行转录;SDS-PAGE、Western blot及HA试验结果证明HA蛋白在CHO细胞内的表达,并具有免疫反应性和血凝活性。以纯化的HA蛋白免疫4周龄SPF鸡,2周后加强免疫一次,加强免疫3周HI抗体水平为6.3log2;以106 EID50 H5N1(A/Goose/Guangdong/1/96)亚型禽流感病毒鼻腔接种SPF鸡,免疫组100%存活,无排毒现象,对照组100%死亡。结果表明:筛选的1.1kb OV启动子可有效驱动HA蛋白表达,表达的HA蛋白免疫SPF鸡对禽流感病毒攻击提供完全保护;为鸡输卵管生物反应器表达保护性抗原和珍贵药物蛋白奠定了基础。

  • 负载NGF的可注射壳聚糖透明质酸水凝胶材料理化性能及生物相容性研究

    Abstract:目的:制备负载NGF的可注射壳聚糖透明质酸复合水凝胶,探讨其理化性能以及生物相容性。方法:首先京尼平交联制备壳聚糖透明质酸复合水凝胶材料,采用倒置法检测凝胶时间;扫描电镜观察材料形态结构;NGF释放实验、体外溶胀以及降解实验等检测凝胶材料的物理化学性能;通过MTT实验、NGF活性检测、材料与细胞共培养检测凝胶材料生物学性能。结果:在37℃条件下,可注射凝胶材料凝胶时间在37min左右,凝胶材料为多孔网络状结构,凝胶材料8周最多能够降解76%,缓释21天的NGF具有生物活性,凝胶材料能促进RSC96细胞的粘附、增殖、迁移以及细胞活性物质的释放。结论:京尼平交联的壳聚糖透明质酸水凝胶具有良好的生物相容性,能作为NGF的载体材料,具有成为神经导管内填充材料的潜能。

    Abstract:神经系统疾病是发生于中枢、周围、自主神经系统的以感觉、运动、意识、自主神经功能障碍为主要表现的疾病,是目前对人类危害最大的疾病之一。随着干细胞生物学的发展,人类在诱导干细胞神经分化方面取得了显著进展,并可能会解决神经修复与再生的关键问题。其中,小分子化合物因其在使用的便捷性、可控性和功能多样性等方面的显着优势,正越来越多地被用于干预和研究干细胞的增殖,分化和重编程等生物学行为。本文针对小分子化合物诱导干细胞神经分化的研究现状作一概述。

  • 面向在线评论的比较观点挖掘研究综述

    Abstract:【目的】对比较观点挖掘和相关研究的主流研究方法和步骤进行综述, 为相关领域的未来研究提供指导。【文献范围】从WoS, Google Scholar, CNKI 中以“比较观点(Comparative Opinion)”、“比较句识别(Comparative Sentence)”、“比较关系(Comparative Relation)”等为检索词筛选获得55 篇相关文献。【方法】基于文献调研, 介绍比较范畴的划分、比较句识别、比较关系抽取和比较观点情感分析等研究进展。【结果】由于有限的序列规则, 比较观点的识别难以进一步提高, 对隐形比较观点的识别研究鲜有提及, 并且现有的抽取技术难以很好地提取比较要素。此外, 比较观点缺乏细粒度的情感分析。【局限】缺乏对现有比较观点识别方法的对比分析。【结论】本文提出的研究框架可以为未来进一步研究提供参考。此外, 未来的工作重点应关注通过比较观点识别追踪潜在竞争对手, 分析产品竞争力, 以及提供不同商品的对比分析等。
