    Abstract:既有文献对消费者延迟选择影响因素的研究,主要集中于决策复杂度、决策者特质或情绪,少有对决策场景进行深入探讨。互联网购物时代,PC 端与手机端已成为重要的消费场景。针对手机端是否会加快消费者决策过程的问题目前也存在不一致的结论。本文引入决策双系统理论,力图解释以往看似冲突的结论。消费者的购买决策模式,不仅会受到决策任务(产品价格)的影响,还会受到决策场景(购买终端)影响。当场景与决策任务使消费者启动的思维模式相一致时,会提升决策流畅度,降低延迟选择。本文发现,移动端(PC 端)与低(高)价格产品更容易激发相容的经验性(理性)思维,降低延迟选择倾向。反之,则会同时启动两种相左的决策思维,增加延迟选择倾向。本文从场景启动与价格启动视角,将以往消费者单一的决策思维模式,拓展到多因素启动的思维模式相容性问题;同时本文通过探究延迟选择问题,对价格策略与场景化营销带来启示。

  • 成熟对青春期型反社会行为的影响

    Abstract: Moffitt's developmental taxonomy theory categorized antisocial behaviors (AB) into two types, namely the life-course persistent and adolescence limited (AL). Adolescent antisocial behaviors, usually develop in the early puberty and end in late adolescence or early adulthood, occur more in youth group than LCP-AB. Maturity, in aspects of physical or psychological maturity, impacts the emergence, development and cessation of adolescent antisocial behavior. Physical maturity develops and strengthens AL-AB. Psychological maturity slows down and weakens AL-AB. The interaction between physical maturity and psychological maturity might strengthen or weaken AL-AB. The maturity gap between physical maturity and psychological maturity inhibits AL-AB. Further efforts are needed to expand different types of maturity research, improve the calculation methods of maturity, and investigate the intervention based on adolescent maturity characteristics.

  • A meta-analysis of the relationship between Chinese family parenting styles and the development of healthy personality of children and adolescents

    Abstract: How to develop the healthy personality of children and adolescents is a common concern in the society, among which family parenting style has received more and more attention, but the findings are inconsistent. To reveal the relationship between the two and its moderating mechanism, this study conducted a meta-analysis of 1054 effect values from 52 studies with 19,642 subjects. The results showed that (1) Positive parenting style is significantly and positively related to healthy personality, while negative parenting style is significantly and negatively related to healthy personality. (2) The effect of parenting style on healthy personality was moderated by the age of children and adolescents, with an inverted U-shaped trend of "small at the end and large in the middle," reflecting a strong influence at the junior high and high school levels, and a weak influence at the elementary and college levels. In addition, the effect of parenting style on the integrity of children and adolescents was also moderated by the gender, generation, and region of the children. The results of this study provide a scientific perspective and an empirical basis for the development and education of children and adolescents' sound personality in the context of Chinese family culture.

  • 棉籽粕化学脱除棉酚的试验研究

    Abstract:本试验旨在探讨棉籽粕化学脱毒的最佳方法。试验1,通过研究不同水分、温度和水热作用时间对棉酚脱毒率的影响,确定最佳水、热条件对棉籽粕的脱毒作用。结果发现,在60~100 ℃、水分8%~16%和时间20 min~8 h条件范围内,随着温度、水分添加量、时间增加,棉籽粕脱毒率越高。试验2,通过对10种常见单一化学脱毒剂的脱毒效果的比较,研究发现,硫酸亚铁(FeSO4)、硫酸铜(CuSO4)和双氧水(H2O2)脱毒效果较佳,脱毒率均达到40%以上,然而,FeSO4脱毒棉籽粕颜色发黑并带有铁锈味,故CuSO4和H2O2为较优的单一棉酚脱毒剂。试验3,将CuSO4和H2O2制成混合脱毒剂,研究其最佳反应条件,并验证其脱毒效果,结果发现,80 ℃、16%脱毒剂添加量和烘1 h为最佳脱毒条件,且此混合脱毒剂的游离棉酚和结合棉酚的脱毒率均在84%以上;虽然脱毒棉籽粕粗蛋白质含量稍微降低(P>0.05),但粗蛋白质消化率显著提高(P˂0.05)。因此,水分、温度、时间都是影响棉籽粕化学脱毒的重要因素,在控制好这3个条件的情况下(80 ℃、16%脱毒剂添加量和密闭烘1 h时间),选用H2O2、CuSO4配制成一种混合脱毒剂,能有效脱除棉籽粕棉酚并且提高棉籽粕粗蛋白质和能量消化率,为棉籽粕脱毒加工提供良好的理论和技术支持。

  • 高脂饲粮和高碳水化合物饲粮对大鼠脂肪代谢的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在以相同代谢能水平为基础,研究高脂饲粮和高碳水化合物饲粮对大鼠脂肪代谢的影响。选取48只8周龄雄性SD大鼠,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复2只。3个组分别饲喂高脂饲粮(HF组)、高碳水化合物饲粮(HC组)和对照饲粮(CON组),试验期9周。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,HF组、HC组大鼠的初重、末重、日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05),日采食量极显著降低(P0.05)。3)与CON组和HF组相比,HC组大鼠血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与HC组和CON组相比,HF组大鼠血清葡萄糖含量极显著增加(P<0.01),血清尿素氮含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。与CON组相比,HF组和HC组大鼠肝脏甘油三酯含量极显著升高(P<0.01),HF组大鼠肝脏总胆固醇含量极显著升高(P<0.01)。4)与CON组相比,HF组和HC组大鼠肝脏磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸激酶(PEPCK) mRNA表达量极显著增加(P<0.01);与CON组和HC组相比,HF组大鼠肝脏胆固醇调节元件结合蛋白1(SREBP1)mRNA表达量极显著增加(P<0.01)。综上所述,相同代谢能水平下,HF组和HC组大鼠体重无显著增加。HC组大鼠血脂升高;HF组大鼠血清葡萄糖、肝脏总胆固醇含量升高,血清尿素氮含量下降。HF组和HC组大鼠肝脏甘油三酯含量升高,且通过肝脏PEPCK和SREBP1基因表达调控途径影响脂肪代谢。

  • 近红外反射光谱技术评定棉籽粕营养价值和蛋公鸡代谢能

    Abstract:本试验旨在探讨利用近红外反射光谱技术测定棉籽粕常规营养成分含量和蛋公鸡代谢能的可行性。从全国范围内收集76个不同产地、不同年份、不同加工方式的棉籽粕样品,测定其常规营养成分含量,并通过蛋公鸡强饲试验测定其表观代谢能和真代谢能。随机选取定标集(n=56)和外部验证集(n=20)样品,建立近红外定标模型。结果表明:1)不同来源棉籽粕的营养成分和蛋公鸡代谢能变异较大,变异系数为2.52%~84.75%,其中水分、粗脂肪、粗纤维、表观代谢能和真代谢能的变异系数超过10%;粗蛋白质、粗灰分和总能的变异系数分别为9.58%、9.81%和2.52%。2)水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分和总能的定标决定系数为0.923 5~0.975 8,交互验证决定系数为0.824 7~0.930 3,外部验证决定系数为0.879~0.896;表观代谢能和真代谢能的定标决定系数为0.969 0和0.926 8,交互验证决定系数为0.917 0和0.905 7,外部验证决定系数为0.911和0.892。因此,常规营养成分和代谢能的定标方程均可用于日常分析。

  • 阿魏酸对ob/ob小鼠脂肪沉积及腹脂脂肪酸组成的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究阿魏酸对ob/ob小鼠脂肪沉积和腹脂脂肪酸组成的影响。选取5周龄的雄性ob/ob小鼠30只,随机分为3组(n=10),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加0(对照组)、0.25%和0.50%阿魏酸的试验饲粮,试验期9周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.25%和0.50%的阿魏酸显著降低了ob/ob小鼠的总增重、腹脂率(P<0.05),显著降低了血清甘油三酯及肝脏甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平(P<0.05),减少了肝脏脂滴积累,显著降低了腹脂中棕榈油酸和油酸的含量(P<0.05),显著降低了腹脂中脂肪酸饱和度指数棕榈油酸/棕榈酸和油酸/硬脂酸(P<0.05)。由此得出,阿魏酸可以抑制ob/ob小鼠的脂肪沉积,改善其腹脂脂肪酸组成,减重降脂效果明显。

  • Effects of Health Coaching Combined with Wearable Devices on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Self-management Behavior in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

    Abstract: Background Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) has become a public health burden facing the whole world,with the rapid development of Internet and digital technology,intelligent service model plays an important role in the management of patients with T2DM. Objective To explore the effectiveness of wearable devices combined with health coaching in patients with T2DM. Methods A total of 315 patients with T2DM who were hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the control group, the intervention A group and the intervention B group based on the method of randomized numerical table,the control group implemented the routine management measures based on capillary blood glucose monitoring,the intervention A group adopted the wearable devices for routine management,the intervention B group was managed by wearable devices combined with health coaching. The differences in glycemic and lipid control status and self-management behaviors among the three groups before and 3,6,9 and 12 months after intervention were compared. Results A total of 15 lost visits were made during the implementation of the study,and 300 study subjects were finally included in the analysis,with 100 in each of the three groups. There was an interaction between intervention method and time in the three groups on 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),number of hypoglycemic episodes,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),self-management behaviors of diabetes mellitus (2-DSCS),and self-management behaviors of diabetic patients (SDSCA) scores(P<0.05). There was a significant main effect of intervention method on the number of hypoglycemic episodes,total cholesterol(TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),2-DSCS and DSCS scores(P<0.05). The main effect of time was significant on all indicators except the number of hypoglycemic episodes(P<0.05). The levels of HbA1c,FBG,2 hPG,TC at 3,6, 9,and 12 months after the intervention in each group were lower than those before the intervention in the same group,and the level of 2-DSCS and DSCS scores of T2DM patients were higher than those before the intervention in the same group. After 3 months of intervention, the number of hypoglycemic episodes were lower in the intervention B group than in the intervention A group and control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of intervention,the 2hPG level and the TC level in the intervention B group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),HDL-C level,2-DSCS score,SDSCA score in the intervention A and intervention B groups were higher than the control group(P<0.05),SDSCA score in the intervention B group was higher than the intervention A group(P<0.05);after 9 months of intervention,FBG level,2hPG level,and TC level in the intervention B group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),FBG level and 2hPG level in intervention B group were lower than those in intervention A group,HDL-C level,2-DSCS score,and SDSCA score in the intervention B group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),2-DSCS score and SDSCA score in the intervention B group were higher than those of the intervention A group(P<0.05);after 12 months of intervention,FBG level,2hPG level,HbA1c level,TC level,LDL-C level in the intervention B group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),FBG level,2hPG level,HbA1c level in the intervention B group were lower than those in the intervention A group,HDL-C level,2-DSCS score,and SDSCA score in the intervention B group were higher than those in the control and intervention groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Wearable devices combined with health coaching has short-term and long-term effects in improving the comprehensive control of glucose and lipids,as well as improving self-management ability of them in patients with T2DM.

  • High Quality Ramie Resource Screening Based on UAV Remote Sensing Phenotype Monitoring

    Abstract: Ramie is an important fiber crop. Due to the shortage of land resources and the promotion of excellent varieties, the genetic variation and diversity of ramie decreased, which increased the need for investigation and protection of the ramie germplasm resources diversity. The crop phenotype measurement method based on UAV remote sensing can conduct frequent, rapid, non-destructive and accurate monitoring of different genotypes, which can fulfill the investigation of crop germplasm resources and screen specific and high-quality varieties. In order to realize efficient comprehensive evaluation of ramie germplasm phenotype and assist in screening of dominant ramie varieties, a method for monitoring and screening ramie germplasm phenotype was proposed based on UAV remote sensing images. Firstly, based on UAV remote sensing images, the digital surface model (DSM) and orthophoto of the test area were generated by Pix4dmapper. Then, the key phenotypic parameters (plant height, plant number, leaf area index, leaf chlorophyll content and water content) of ramie germplasm resources were estimated. The subtraction method was used to extract ramie plant height based on DSM, while the target detection algorithm was applied to extract ramie plant number based on orthographic images, and four machine learning methods were used to estimate the leaf area index (LAI), leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD value) and water content. Finally, according to the extracted remote sensing phenotypic parameters, the genetic diversity of ramie germplasm was analyzed by using variability analysis and principal component analysis. The results showed that: (1) The ramie phenotype estimation based on UAV remote sensing was effective, with the fitting accuracy of plant height 0.93, and the root mean square error (RMSE) 5.654 cm. The fitting indexes of SPAD value, water content and LAI were 0.66, 0.79 and 0.74, respectively, and RMSE were 2.03, 2.21 and 0.63, respectively; (2) The remote sensing phenotypes of ramie germplasm were significantly different, as the coefficients of variation of LAI, plant height and plant number reached 20.82%, 24.61% and 35.48%, respectively; (3) Principal component analysis was used to cluster the remote sensing phenotypes into factor 1 (plant height and LAI) and factor 2 (LAI and SPAD value), factor 1 can be used to evaluate the structural characteristics of ramie germplasm resources, and factor 2 can be used as the screening index of high-light efficiency ramie resources. This study could provide references for crop germplasm phenotypic monitoring and breeding correlation analysis.

  • 肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染宫颈癌的临床相关性

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) and the development of high risk human papilloma virus (hr-HPV)-related cervical cancer. Methods A total of 112 cases of cervical tissue were collected, including 16 normal cervical tissues, 55 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues and 41 squamous cervical cancer (SCC) tissues. The expression of CD163 + macrophages in the cervical tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the results were analyzed in relation with the clinical data of the patients. Results Immunohistochemical analysis showed that the cell density of CD163+ macrophages increased progressively with the increase in the tissue malignancy, in the order of normal cervical tissue, CIN I, CIN II-III, and SCC. Correlation analysis revealed a positive relationship between CD163 + macrophage density and tissue malignancy (P=0.000). The density of CD163 + macrophages was significantly upregulated in HR-HPV-positive SCC tissue (P<0.05). CD163 + macrophages were positively correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis (P=0.005) and FIGO stage (P=0.004) of SCC. Conclusion The expression of CD163+ macrophages is positively correlated with malignant transformation of cervical tissues, and hr-HPV infection is significantly correlated with CD163 expression level in the macrophages. CD163 + macrophages can be used as predictors of the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer caused by hr-HPV infection.

  • 宫颈癌与癌前病变组织中HPV-16的整合感染状态

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the prevalence of physical state of HPV-16 DNA in cervical cancer and cervical precancerous carcinoma. Methods Multiplex PCR was adopted to detect the physical state of HPV in samples from 252 patients with cervical carcinoma, including 48 samples of cervical cancer, 204 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)(125 CIN I, 46 CIN II and 33 CIN III) and 20 normal samples from the subjects with hysteromyoma undergoing hysterectomy respectively. Results Among 48 patients with cervical cancer, 31 (65.6%) were infected with HPV-16. Eighteen among 31 (58.1%) HPV-16 infected patients with cervical cancer were found to have integrated infection of HPV-16. The positive rates of HPV-16 infection in the patients with CIN I, CIN II and CIN III were 19.2%, 34.8% and 42.4%, and the integrated infection rates of HPV-16 were 16.7% 18.8% and 35.7%, respectively. Compared with patients with different grades of CIN, the integrated rate of HPV-16 infection in those with cervical cancer was significantly elevated. Conclusion Among the patients with HPV-16 infection, the integrated state of HPV-16 is positively correlated with the severity of cervical lesions. Combined HPV typing test and detection of integrated viral state contribute to predicting the prognosis of patients with cervical precancerous lesions and increasing the accuracy of screening cervical cancer on the basis of HPV DNA detection.
