    Abstract: Age-related hearing loss is a common sensory disorder in humans caused by abnormalities in the inner ear. Vascular striae are a major cochlear structure that can independently degrade and affect hearing. This article aims to review the research progress on the relationship between vascular striation and age-related hearing loss, focusing on the literature on age-related hearing loss caused by vascular striation under different etiologies, including reactive oxygen species and inflammation, vascular damage, mitochondrial function changes, gene deletion. Try to explore the mechanism from the cellular and molecular biological level.

  • The influence of mindfulness meditation on mind wandering and its mechanism

    Abstract: Mind wandering is a common psychological phenomenon that can cause many obstacles for people. Mindfulness meditation is one of the important intervention methods to alleviate or avoid mind wandering. Therefore, based on an overview of the previous research, the improvement effect of mindfulness meditation on mind-wandering was firstly summarized through various aspects such as different durations, different forms, control group settings, and different groups. Second, combined with the neural mechanism and related theoretical models the mechanism of action is elaborated. Third, some potential directions for future research are discussed, including the types of mind-wandering, and different forms of mindfulness meditation, to explore the improvement of mindfulness meditation on mind-wandering and build a perfect theoretical model.
     

  • Evaluation of the Application Effect of Virtual Reality Technology in Standardized Training of General Practice Residents

    Abstract: Background  The emergence of virtual reality(VR)technology is the breakthrough of medical education reform. It is the focus of clinical educators to apply VR technology to medical education and discuss the application effect. The application of VR in the standardized training of residents(referred to as residential training)is not rare,but the literature on the application of VR in the residential training of general practice has not been reported. Objective  To explore the effectiveness of VR technology in the residential training of general practice,and provide a reference for the promotion and application of VR technology in the residential training of general practice. Methods  From May 16,2022 to August 16,2022,a total of 58 general practitioners in the grade of 2020 in the department of general practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,Henan Province were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group(n=29)and control group(n=29)by using random number generator. The experimental group adopted the teaching method of combining traditional theoretical training and VR skills training,and the control group adopted the method of combining traditional theoretical training and traditional skills training. The training content included the first aid of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and electric defibrillation,the treatment process of organophosphorus poisoning,and treatment process of independent sudden dyspnea in the hospital. Questionnaires were distributed to investigate the basic information of the subjects and their understanding of VR before the training,theoretical and skill assessments were carried out respectively after training,and the two groups of students were compared in theoretical assessment results,skill assessment results,self-assessment results of the key points of training skills and satisfaction with teaching methods. Results  There was no difference in gender,age and years of graduation between the experimental group and control group(P>0.05). After training,the theoretical and skill assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). With an assessment score ≥ 80 as excellence in assessment,the excellent rate of theoretical assessment in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The self-assessed rate of mastery of the key points of the first aid skills for electric defibrillation and organophosphorus poisoning in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of study interest,self-study ability,clinical thinking and judgment ability,clinical comprehensive ability,simulation of clinical environment,improvement of teaching effect,preparation for clinical practice and whether teaching is helpful to them were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion  Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of traditional theoretical training combined with VR skills training teaching method is conducive to stimulating the subjective motivation of general practice residents,and also effectively improves their mastery of professional knowledge,which has popularization value in the teaching of residential training of general practice.

  • Sleep Disorders among Community Dwelling Older Adults over 80 years:a Scoping Review

    Abstract: Background  With the aging and life expectancy increasing in China,sleep disorders in the elderly (≥80years old) have received widespread attention. As one of the common problems,sleep disorders seriously affect the quality of life and physical and mental health among the elderly,and can also aggravate or induce multiple diseases. Objective  To conduct a scoping review of studies on sleep disorders in community dwelling older adults over 80 years and provide guidance for the early diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in community dwelling older adults in China. Methods  PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,OpenGrey,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases were searched for literature on sleep disorders in community dwelling older adults from inception to March 15,2023. Literature was independently screened by 2 investigators and basic characteristics of the literature were extracted (authors,time of publication,country,type of study,sample size,assessment tool or modality,prevalence,findings). Results  A total of 10 486 papers were searched,and 21 papers were finally included,of which 14 were in English and 7 were in Chinese,16 were cross-sectional studies,2 were quasi-experiment studies and 3 were longitudinal studies. The results of the analysis indicated that sleep disorders were more prevalent with serious adverse effects in the community dwelling older adults aged over 80 years,which were assessed by nine tools or modalities,including three structured scales with the more commonly used scale being Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). The influencing factors of sleep disorders were divided into three categories of social demographic factors,physical health and disease-related factors,psychological and behavioral characteristic factors. Interventions such as music therapy,therapy combined with interaction mode groups were found to be effective in improving sleep disorders. However,few prevention and intervention studies were conducted. Conclusion  The high prevalence of sleep disorders among older people in the community is high with serious effects,there is insufficient knowledge about sleep disorders among community dwelling older adults and fewer types of assessment tools lacking specificity in China. The influencing factors of sleep disorders among older people are complex and diverse,with a lack of research on prevention and intervention.

  • Conceptual Framework and Responding Approach of Treatment Burden of Type 2 Diabetes:a Video Recording-based Analysis

    Abstract: Background  Patients with type 2 diabetes commonly experience a high treatment burden. Currently,both domestic and international researches on the treatment burden of the specific diseases is still in its initial stage. Objectives  To summarize the conceptual framework of treatment burden related to type 2 diabetes in the Chinese population and explore proactive responding approaches for general practitioners based on video recordings of clinical consultation scenarios. Methods  A retrospective analysis of video recordings from general practice training clinics in a standardized training base in Guangdong Province from 2018 to 2019 was conducted by using qualitative research methods such as observation record forms,notes from the fields,encoding-retrieval and thematic analysis,combining with existing conceptual framework of treatment burden. Results  A total of 49 video recordings of doctor-patient communication about the treatment burden of type 2 diabetes were extracted from25 video recordings. All 6 themes of the original conceptual framework were mentioned and 2 new themes (burden of medical information and drug-induced hypoglycemia) were identified by analysis that were mentioned repeatedly. A modified conceptual framework of the treatment burden of type 2 diabetes was finally developed containing 7 observable dimensions including economic,drug,medical management,lifestyle change,healthcare system,time/travel,and medical information burdens and the connotation of subtopics in each dimension. According to the analysis of the response approach,general practitioners who have received training can respond consciously to some of the treatment burdens(medications,medical information,time/travel,lifestyle change) by utilizing the skills of health education,enhanced communication,shared decision-making and motivational interviewing. Conclusion  This study constructs a modified conceptual framework of treatment burden for patients with type 2 diabetes. General practitioners can consciously respond to treatment burdens of patients by using effective doctor#2;patient communication skills,in combination with the identification of conceptual dimensions in clinical practice.

  • Research Trends in Artificial Intelligence in Gastric Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment:a 20-year Bibliometric Analysis

    Abstract: Background  The number of researches on the application of artificial intelligence(AI)to diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer has been increasing in recent years,but no researcher has systematically analyzed it using bibliometric analysis. Objective  To analyze the researches on the application of AI to diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer,explore the research hotspots and development trends from 2003 to 2022. Methods  On November 06,2022,Web of Science(WOS)core collection database was searched by computer to obtain studies on the application of AI to gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment,and VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to visualize and analyze inter-country(region),inter-institution,and inter-author collaborations,co-cited authors,keyword co-occurrences and overlays through bibliometric analysis. CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software was used to perform institutional betweenness centrality analysis,journal biplot overlay,cluster analysis of co-cited literature for the last 6 years,Co-cited literature clustering timeline graph analysis and reference bursting analysis. Excel 2019 software was used to plot bar graphs of the volume of publications and descriptive analysis tables of countries(regions),institutions,journals,authors,cited references and keywords. Results  A total of 703 papers were included,and the annual publication volume of the application of AI to gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment showed an overall increasing trend from 2003—2022,with a rapid increase after 2017 and the most rapid growth from 2019—2021. The top publishing country,institution and author was China,Chinese Academy of Sciences and TADA TOMOHIRO,respectively. The top three co-cited authors of BRAY FREDDIE,HIRASAWA TOSHIAKI and JIANG YUMING had made significant contributions to the field. Frontiers in Oncology was the journal with the highest publication volume,and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy was the most influential journal among the top ten journals for researches related to the application of AI to the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer. The citing journals mainly focused on the two fields of“Medicine,Medical,Clinical” and “Molecular,Biology,Immunology”. And the cited journals mainly focused on the two fields of “Molecular,Biology,Genetics”and “Health,Nursing,Medicine”. The top ranked literature in terms of total citations titled Global cancer statistics 2018:GLOBOCAN estimates of incidence and mortality worldwide for 36 cancers in 185 countries. All keywords were classified into 4 categories based on keyword clustering results,including AI-assisted biological research of gastric cancer,AI-assisted endoscopic diagnosis of gastric cancer,AI-assisted pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer,and AI-assisted non-endoscopic treatment and prognosis prediction of gastric cancer. Deep learning,convolutional neural network,imaging histology,gastrointestinal endoscopy,pathology and immunotherapy were the current research hotspots. Conclusion  AI has a broad application prospect in gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment,and more and more scholars are devoted to AI in gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment. Currently,AI has been widely studied in the biology,diagnosis,staging,efficacy assessment and prognosis prediction of gastric cancer. The results of this study can provide a reference for scholars engaged in research work related to AI and gastric cancer.

  • The Magnetic Reconnection Induced Coherent Emission on Pulsars

    Abstract: The pulsar radio emission mechanism remains an enigma since its discovery in 1967. The critical issue of origin of coherent emission is usually investigated separately from the micro-structure of individual pulses and characteristic emission frequency of pulsars... In this letter, these issues are interpreted in an unified scenario. The pulsar spin piles up magnetic field at the apex of last closed field line triggering magnetic reconnection. The resultant Alfven wave interacts with open field lines giving rise to coherent maser curvature and cyclotron emission. Such a scenario of coherent emission not only imposes new limit to emission site, nanoburst, and characteristic frequency, but also affects polarization and pair production required in maintaining a marginal stable circuit in radio emission of pulsars.

    Abstract:  [ Purposes ] To retrieve and analyze the general situation of articles published by journal editors and provide data support for the improvement of the "integration of editing and research" system. [ Methods ] Taking 133 core agronomic journals in the journal navigation of CNKI database as an example, this paper systematically analyzed the number, subjects, journals, themes and cooperation of articles published by their editors in 2022 and before by using the methods of bibliometrics and mapping knowledge domain. [ Findings ] A total of 1714 articles were published by the editorial office of 133 core agronomic journals, and the earliest publication year was 1986. From 1986 to 2022, the number of articles output increased year by year, and the research became more systematic and in-depth. Article output was concentrated in some editorial office or editors, and the leading editors of scientific research had obvious mentoring effect on young editors. Scientific research cooperation existed in a small scope and was relatively loose as a whole. The research fields were concentrated, and editorial science was the hot spots of the editors pay attention to. Editors have a high level of publishing papers, with a relatively large proportion of articles published on journals of editorial science such as Acta Editologica, Chinese Journal of Scientific and Technical Periodicals accounted for a large proportion. [ Conclusions ] The factors hindering editors' scientific research activities included lack of systematic knowledge in editorial science and insufficient professional scientific research conditions, It is necessary to strengthen cooperation across regions, institutions, specialties and fields, and carry out scientific research from both directions of editorial science and professional science.
     

  • Reference Model and Quantitative Metrics of Aggregated Flexible Energy Resources

    Abstract: The high penetration of the renewable energy generation brings significant volatility and uncertainty for the power system operation. To address this issue, it is necessary to involve a significant amount of flexible resources for grid dispatch and ancillary services. The numerous, widely distributed, and diverse characteristics of these flexibility resources make cluster-based management difficult, requiring a quantitative evaluation of their power flexibility range. This article proposes a quantification metrics system for aggregating flexible resources based on their application requirements in grid dispatch and the power market. By classifying the energy resources in the cluster into generator-type and storage-type, they are respectively aggregated into equivalent generator and equivalent storage devices as the reference model. The parameters of these two equivalent devices serve as the quantification metrics, possessing intuitive physical meanings, robust nested characteristics, and applicability across multiple time scales. These metrics can be widely applied in many scenarios, such as the asynchronous dispatch of distributed resource clusters, the coordinated optimization dispatch of integrated energy systems, and bidding of virtual power plants participating in the power market.

  • Study on the Mechanism of Budesonide in the Treatment of IgA Nephropathy Based on Network Pharmacology

    Abstract: Background  IgA nephropathy(IgAN) is the most common primary glomerulonephritis in China and worldwide,approximately 25%-30% of patients will progress to end-stage renal disease within 20 years after diagnosis. Currently,there is no effective and safe treatment specifically for IgAN. In recent years,there has been a rapid progress in the research of new drugs for IgAN,among which the targeted delayed-release budesonide capsules is the first allopathic drug for IgAN globally. Objective  To investigate the mechanism of corticosteroid budesonide capsules in the treatment of IgAN based on network pharmacology. Methods  Chemical Book platform was used to screen the targets of budesonide;GeneCards and CTD databases were utilized to obtain the relevant targets of IgAN. The intersection of budesonide targets and IgAN targets was obtained through a Venn diagram. A protein-protein interaction(PPI) network map was constructed,and gene ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis were performed on the intersecting targets. Results  A total of 242 targets for budesonide,1 443 candidate targets for IgAN,and 146 intersecting targets were selected. The 15 core targets in the PPI network included interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interleukin-10(IL-10),vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),interleukin-1B(IL-1B),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(CXCL8),gene on chromosome 1(JUN),interleukin-13(IL-13),interleukin-2(IL-2),chemokine 2(CCL2),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),colony-stimulating factors(CSF2),and albumin(ALB). Enrichment analysis revealed 1 646 GO enrichment results and 174 KEGG signaling pathways. The biological processes(BP) mainly involved positive regulation of phosphorylation,inflammatory response,and positive regulation of cell movement. The cellular components(CC) mainly involved cytoplasmic vesicle lumen,cyst cavity,and secretory granule lumen. The molecular functions(MF) mainly involved receptor signaling activity,receptor regulator activity,and receptor ligand activity. The KEGG signaling pathways mainly included interleukin 17 signaling pathway,cytokine#2;cytokine receptor interaction,pathways in cancer,and tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway. Conclusion  This study provides preliminary verified that budesonide can treat IgAN by targeting IL-6,TNF,IL-10,VEGFA,EGFR,and other targets,through multiple signaling pathways,like cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction,interleukin-17 signaling pathway,pathways in cancer,and tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway,providing a theoretical basis for further research and clinical practice of budesonide.

  • A study on the influence of weights on cognitive map construction based on the activation diffusion model

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Aiming at the current problems of lack of universal assignment mechanism for cognitive maps, insufficient explanatory power of retrieval or reasoning process, and excessive cognitive load due to redundant maps, we propose an activation-diffusion model-based cognitive map construction method to optimize the weight assignment of cognitive maps and further improve cognitive intelligence. [Methods/Procedures] First, the current limitations of cognitive maps are analyzed and solutions are proposed. Second, we design the activation diffusion model-based cognitive map construction process based on the solution, and incorporate the formulas of the activation diffusion model, such as the distribution and decay of energy acquisition, activation state judgment, and activation range limitation, to propose the activation diffusion model-based cognitive map construction method. [The results show that the cognitive map based on the activation-diffusion model has a stronger ability to reveal details and a certain degree of flexibility, can present more levels of weight distribution, and the weight assignment is reliable, and can prove the causal asymmetry of the construction results. The activation-diffusion model-based cognitive map construction weight calculation method has obvious effects on improving the cognitive intelligence of cognitive maps, and can form cognitive maps with cognitive preferences and differences.

  • Determining containment policy impacts on public sentiment during the pandemic using SINA MicroBlog user comments

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] During the duration of the pandemic, how to timely perceive, effectively quantify and continuously track the impact of the government's containment policy combination on public cognition and sentiment is an urgent problem to be solved in monitoring and emergency response. [Method/Process] Based on the emotion as social information theory, we propose a new method combining the BERTopic model with Multiple Linear Regression(MLR) and Regression Discontinuity in Time (RDiT) to carry out causal inference on more than 310,000 high-frequency user comments on COVID-19 on SINA MicroBlog in 2020, in order to reveal the impact of the combination of containment policies on the public sentiment. [Results/Conclusion] The findings are as follows: (1) The implementation of the COVID-19 containment policy combination around February 20, 2020 caused a significant decrease in the values of sentiment by 0.07-0.12 units, and around April 28, 2020, also caused a significant increase in the values of sentiment by 0.06-0.08 units; (2) The combination of containment policy has a heterogeneous impact on public sentiment, and policies involving individuals and coercive policies are able to arise heated discussions and significantly reduce the values of public sentiment; (3) The causal chain of policy intervention → user's hot topic → public sentiment constructed based on analysis can play a role of retrospective inference of policy implementation effectiveness. This study not only opens up new ideas for containment policy evaluation, but also adds new means for public oriented real-time pandemic prevention monitoring.
     

  • Topic Mining and Evolution Analysis of Software Open Source Research

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Software open-source is an important production organization and collaborative innovation movement in socialized software production. By identifying and analyzing the themes and evolution of software open-source related research at home and abroad, this study explores the phased hotspots and trend changes in the field of software open-source research, and provides research direction for scholars with the main purpose of promoting further optimization and development of software open-source innovation in China. [Method/Process] This paper uses the software open source literature retrieved from the Web of Science database from 2001 to May 10, 2023 as the corpus, uses the Perplexity index to determine the number of topics, trains the LDA topic recognition model to obtain the topic word distribution and document topic distribution, identifies topics according to the topic word distribution, calculates the topic intensity according to the document topic distribution, and then identifies hot topics and summarizes the evolution path. [Result/Conclusion] The results of topic identification indicate that there are six important themes in the field of software open source research, namely contribution motivation, business model, open source governance, collaboration model, open source protocol, and enterprise participation; From the perspective of theme evolution, software open-source has shown relatively high research enthusiasm in business models, open source governance, and enterprise participation themes in recent years. The research trend of open source protocols is relatively stable, and although the research enthusiasm for contribution motivation and collaboration models is relatively declining, it has always maintained a high level of attention from beginning to end. The research on software open source presents a development pattern from the individual dimension of spontaneous and autonomous attention to open source motivation to the organizational dimension of enterprise and government participation. It is recommended that scholars pay attention to various thematic studies on the open source ecosystem in the Chinese context, in order to provide theoretical support for the healthy development of the open source ecosystem in China.
     

  • Research on Consumer's Purchase Behavior of Geographical Indications Agricultural Products Based on Topic Mining ——Take JD.COM Online Review as an example

    Abstract: Geographical indication of agricultural products is an important way to create brand effect of agricultural products. In order to explore the path mechanism of consumers' purchase of agricultural products with geographical indications, online reviews in JD.COM were collected by Python, and external clues influencing consumers' purchase intention were summarized through Snownlp sentiment analysis, TF-IDF algorithm and LDA topic clustering: product quality, logistics and distribution, e-commerce service, product cost performance, country of origin image and brand reputation. Based on the theory of consumer perceived value, this paper constructs a theoretical model of external cues affecting consumers' purchase intention, and analyzes the mechanism between external cues, perceived value and consumers' purchase intention through structural equation model. The results show that the external clues of geographical indication agricultural products positively affect consumers' purchase intention. The external clues of geographical indication agricultural products affect consumers' purchase intention through different dimensions of perceived value, and the functional perceived value is greater than the emotional perceived value. It aims to solve the "black box" problem of the internal influence mechanism of consumers' purchase intention of geographical indication agricultural products and provide decision support for the marketing of geographical indication agricultural products.

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Data literacy has become a necessary basic literacy for individuals living in the digital age. [Methods/Processes] Sorting out the published literature on the topic of data literacy helps to clarify the research lineage related to data literacy and further optimize the subsequent related research. By collecting, organizing and cleaning academic papers published in SCI, EI, CSSCI, CSCD and Beida core source journals indexed by CNKI to carry out bibliometric analysis, the research lineage of data literacy is systematically sorted out. [Results/Conclusions] At present, domestic scholars have carried out preliminary explorations in the connotation and value research of data literacy, data literacy competence evaluation and data literacy cultivation path, and with the help of CiteSpace analysis, it is found that "data-driven" is the newest emergent word in the research of data literacy, which may be the research frontiers of data literacy research. This may be the current research frontier in the field of data literacy.

  • Digital Innovation Management of Information Resources in the Context of Digital China: Analysis of Elements and Exploration of Models ——A Case Study of Scientific and Technological Archival Information Resources

    Abstract:  [Purpose/Significance] In the context of the construction of digital China, information resource  management is facing increasingly extensive and profound changes. Taking science and technology archival information resources as an example, introducing digital innovation management thinking into information resource management work, exploring a digital innovation management element system for information resources with practical guidance, and better playing the role of innovation driver can help improve the overall effectiveness of China's digital innovation system and open up a path of innovation management that is compatible with the construction of digital China. [Method/Process] Based on the concept of digital innovation management, The Kunliulong DC project was selected as the object of a typical case study. 19 qualitative data texts were obtained through semi-structured interview, and the data texts were coded and analyzed using the thematic analysis method. [Result/Conclusion] Finally, taking digital technology innovation as the foundation support, the integration and interaction among six dimensions of digital technology innovation, digital institutional innovation, digital strategic innovation, digital cultural innovation, digital organizational innovation and digital knowledge innovation are explored, breaking through the innovation element dimensions proposed by existing theories, providing theoretical support for the realization of all-round digital innovation in the field of science and technology archives management, and a digital innovation management element system for information resources is constructed based on this. It effectively overcomes the problems of resource mismatch and ineffective innovation caused by "fragmented innovation" in the field of information resources innovation management.
     

  • Research on Library's 3D Digital Resource Service System from the Perspective of Metaverse

    Abstract:  [Purpose/Significance] With the rise of the metaverse, more and more digital resources begin to enter it, including 3D digital resources. 3D digital resources play an important role in the metaverse, which can provide users with more vivid and intuitive experience and perception. As an important storage and dissemination institution of digital resources, libraries also need to integrate their own 3D digital resource services into the metaverse to meet the needs of users. [Method/Process] Based on the study of the characteristics of 3D digital resources in the metaverse and the present situation of library's 3D digital resources service, this paper puts forward to build a library's 3D digital resources service system from the perspective of metaverse. [Result/Conclusion] It should be realized by formulating the life cycle management standard of 3D digital resources, adopting open source distributed storage strategy, establishing scene resource utilization system and using version control technology based on blockchain.
