  • Research on the fusion Mode of Blockchain Technology and Open Peer Review

    Abstract: Purposes  The fusion model of Blockchain&IPFS technology and open peer review of sci-tech journals is bulit in the paper,it could solve some problems existing in the open peer review model, and explore a high-quality academic review system.  Methods  By analyzing the necessity and problems of open peer review mode, and combining with the internal logic of Blockchain&IPFS technology to solve these problems, the fusion mode of Blockchain&IPFS technology and open peer review was constructed. Findings Through the integration mode of Blockchain&IPFS technology and open peer review, the problems of identity authentication and participation scope of all parties involved in the review were effectively solved, and two incentive mechanisms, academic reputation evaluation and material reward were put forward, It can form effective constraints while enhancing the enthusiasm of all parties involved. Conclusions  Blockchain technology can effectively solve some problems existing in the current open peer review, while ensuring the fairness and openness of peer review, it can also effectively ensure the security and privacy of information of all parties involved. However, realizing the real implementation of the integration model is still an ongoing battle, which needs further in-depth study in policy, infrastructure and technology.

  • Study on Construction of Emergent Public Health Event Data Platform Based on Knowledge Entity

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The public health emergencies endanger social public life health around global seriously. The realization of information resources for the intelligent storage, query, and knowledge of emergency organization and output has important reference significance for the integration sharing of scientific research data and knowledge management in emergency field. [Method/process] This paper selected the China Knowledge Network and Web of Science as the retrieval platform. Set health emergencies as the search conditions to crawl valid data, and used literature measurement software to extract knowledge data processing and fusion, and did cluster visualization analysis of the high frequency vocabulary, the author of the literature, and institutions. Then the knowledge entity, attribute and relation were stored in the Neo4j graph database, and the complex relation between knowledge entities was established, finally built the public health emergencies data platform model. [Result/conclusion] Emergency event wisdom platform is a knowledge data sharing resource platform facing the public which is based on the information resources. It can processes the information from different areas, and is built by the screening and fusion of internal entity. The platform can realize information resources flow by upper and lower interaction, to play the role of information resources of emergency management work.

  • Reading Needs of Self-employed Individuals and the Construction of Reading Service System of Grassroots Libraries

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] By investigating the satisfaction of reading needs of the self-employed individuals, this study tries to inspect the construction of reading service system of grassroots libraries.[Method/process] In-depth interviews and survey were made with 30 self-employed individuals and the grassroots libraries around them to understand the characteristics of their reading behavior and how their reading needs are meet.[Result/conclusion] These self-employed individuals mainly met their reading needs by contacting mobile reading devices, online bookstores, physical bookstores and libraries, with the smartphone as the most popular and the library as the least popular. The community libraries are short of reading space and reading resources, there is no full-time librarian, and daily reading service is absent. The reason is that the district library is unable to participate in the administration of community libraries, and the evaluation on the district library is unable to promote the community libraries to play its role. It is suggested to strengthen the coordination at the government level and enhance the administrative function of the district and county libraries on the community libraries; to help the community libraries to carry out standardized daily services; to incorporate the service conditions and service efficiency of community libraries into the evaluation system of community and district libraries.

  • 外源水杨酸对低温胁迫下火龙果幼苗的形态及生理效应

    Abstract: Pitaya (Hylocereus undatus) is a typical tropical cash crop that is not chilling-tolerant. Low temperature stress seriously affects the quality and yield of pitaya. It is an efficient and safe method to apply exogenous natural substances to improve the chilling tolerance of plants. Salicylic acid (SA) not only regulates many physiological and biochemical processes such as seed germination, growth, fruiting and senescence, but also helps plants to cope with biotic and abiotic stresses. However, the role of exogenous SA in chilling tolerance of pitaya has not been reported. To explore the effect of exogenous SA on the morphology structure and physiology of pitaya seedlings under low temperature, the leaves of "Zihonglong" seedlings were sprayed with SA at four concentrations (0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7 mmol·L-1). 48 h after spraying, seedlings were incubated at 4 °C. The change in the morphology and leaf tissue structure of pitaya seedlings were observed at 0, 3, 6, and 9 d. Physiological indexes such as relative electrical conductivity, content of malondialdehyde, content of osmotic regulators (soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline) and antioxidant enzymes (superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, glutathione S-transferase) activity in leaves were measured. The results were as follows: (1) Under low temperature stress, pitaya seedlings showed chilling injury of grade 0, gradeⅠand gradeⅡ. The leaf shape, color and cell structure of pitaya with different chilling injury symptoms were quite different. The percentages of grade Ⅰand gradeⅡchilling injury of pitaya seedlings treated with SA were significantly reduced. (2) Compared with the low temperature control, SA treatment could reduce the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content of pitaya leaves, and increase the content of osmotic regulators and antioxidant enzyme activities.(3) After comparing with different SA treatments, SA at 0.3 mmol·L-1 had the best effect on relieving chilling injury symptoms, reducing the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content, increasing the soluble sugar and proline content, and increasing the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione S-transferase. The optimal SA concentrations for increasing soluble protein content, peroxidase activity and catalase activity were 0.7, 0.1 and 0.5 mmol·L-1, respectively. In summary, exogenous SA could alleviate chilling injury of pitaya seedlings under 4 °C, and had a positive physiological effect on improving chilling tolerance of seedlings. Exogenous SA at 0.3 mmol·L-1 was more suitable.

  • Present Situations, Collaborative Governance, Grassroots Reading, Services Under, Digital Villages, A Survey, Hubei Province

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Focusing on the collaborative governance of rural reading services can improve the level of collaborative governance, and the effectiveness of rural-level grassroots reading services. [Method/process] A questionnaire survey for rural residents and reading service providers was carried out in Hubei Province.And based on the integrative framework for collaborative governance proposed by Emerson and Nabatchi, the survey results were analyzed, and the status quo and existing problems of collaborative governance of Grassroots reading services at the rural level were found. [Result/conclusion] The results show collaborative governance of rural reading services is still at a low level. Regarding the collaborative governance system environment, there are problems such as insufficient downward communication of relevant policies and laws, insufficient reading service resources, especially digital resources, insufficient education of reading service personnel, insufficient rural reading atmosphere, and insufficient trust of rural residents in reading services. Regarding the drivers of collaborative governance, there are problems such as the lack of communication between service bodies, which leads to uncertainty, interdependence lack of coordination, lack of incentive mechanisms, and insufficient leadership across departments and organizations. Regarding the collaborative governance dynamics, there is a mechanical and not systematic enough principled contact, not strong enough common motivation based on understanding and trust as willingness to act, and insufficient capacity for joint action at grassroots level. On the basis of above, a collaborative governance framework for rural reading services based on digital reading service platforms and corresponding action strategies are proposed.

  • What is beautiful is good? the role of physical attractiveness in intimate relationships

    Abstract: Physical attractiveness plays an important role in the formation and development of intimate relationships. Since individuals with higher ratings of physical attractiveness are perceived as having more socially desirable traits and better genes, they are regarded as having a higher mate value that can facilitate the establishment of intimate relationships. However, because of the dissimilarity in physical attractiveness, the less attractive partner tends to employ a range of mate retention, jealous, insulting, and sexual coercion behaviors. These behaviors contribute to an acceleration of the breakup of intimate relationships. Other studies have suggested that attractive men have a higher probability of not possessing good genes, which would be favorable to intimate relationships and women do not show a stronger preference for attractive men when in the hormonal states associated with high fertility. The viewpoint of “what is beautiful is good” is currently being questioned, the findings of which have been controversial and divergent. As a result, the relevant direct evidence needs to be further consolidated.

  • 乙肝病毒X与Tab1蛋白相互作用的体内外验证

    Abstract:目的借助实验室前期质谱分析技术和数据分析研究基础,采用免疫共沉淀(Co-IP)和蛋白沉降实验(GST pull-down)验证HBV X蛋白与Tab1蛋白的相互作用,为进一步研究HBx在HBV慢性感染致癌机制中的作用提供一定的实验依据。方法成功构建pGEX-2TK-GST-HBx质粒,对GST-HBx融合蛋白进行诱导表达,与GST-beads结合孵育,构建pcDNA3.1/myc-His(-)B-Tab1,转染293T细胞使其表达,然后GST pull-down体外试验验证二者的相互作用;构建pcDNA3.1/myc-His(-)B-Tab1和pcDNA3.1-3×flag-HBx真核表达质粒, 共转染293T和HepG2细胞使其表达,通过Co-IP实验验证抗Myc抗体可以将HBx从细胞裂解液中沉淀下来,证实了它们在两种细胞系中存在相互作用。 结果显示了HBx和Tab1在体内外条件下能够发生相互作用,为进一步明确HBV X蛋白功能及作用机制奠定基础。

  • 新型含锶硫酸钙的制备及其生物相容性试验

    Abstract: Objective To prepare a novel strontium-containing calcium sulfate and assess its and biocompatibility. Methods A novel strontium-containing α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate (Sr-caS) bone substitute as prepared with hydrothermal reaction and examined for X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetric (TG-DSC) patterns. The biocompatibility of the material was evaluated by in vitro cytotoxicity test in L-929 cells, hemolysis test of blood, and in vivo implantation test in SD rats. Results The XRD spectra of the prepared Sr-CaS powder highlighted 3 strong characteristic peaks of α-CaSO4 at 14.63°, 25.72° and 29.80° with a strontium-specific peak at 24.78°. The FTIR patterns of Sr-CaS resembled those of CaS. TG-DSC results showed that the material contained a non-evaporable water content of 6.03%. In vitro cytotoxicity test in L-929 cells suggested that the material had a class 1 cytotoxicity, and the hemolysis rate of its aqueous extract was 4.3%. The material implanted in the muscular tissues of SD rats maintained a steady state in the surrounding tissues. Conclusion This strontium-containing calcium sulfate material we prepared shows an excellent biocompatibility for potential use as a novel artificial bone material.

  • 软骨延迟增强磁共振成像对基质诱导的自体软骨细胞移植术后移植软骨的纵向评估

    Abstract: Objective To estimate zonal variation of GAG content in reparative cartilage after matrix associated autologous chon- drocyte implantation (MACI) using delayed gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the cartilage (dGEMRIC). Methods Seven patients (14 cartilage defects) undergoing MACI were recruited for examination with dGEMRIC at 3, 6, and 12 months after the procedure to calculate global and zonal longitudinal relaxivity (△R1) of the normal cartilage and reparative cartilage. Results The mean △R1 values of normal cartilage were significantly lower than those of reparative cartilage after MACI. A significant decrease was noted in the mean △R1 values from the deep layer to the superficial layer in the reparative cartilage at the 3 examinations. The △R1 values of the reparative cartilage showed no significant variation between 3 months and 6 months, but a significant decrease in the △R1 values occurred at 12 months. Conclusion dGEMRIC is feasible to assess cartilage repair noninvasively following MACI.

  • Taqman多重实时荧光PCR同步定量检测六种动物源性成分方法的建立

    Abstract:旨在建立一种可同时检测猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅六种动物源性成分的六重荧光定量PCR方法。根据猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅细胞核基因组保守序列,参照序列比对结果选择差异位点设计6对特异性引物和6条以不同荧光素标记的Taqman 探针。通过对PCR 反应体系和反应条件的优化筛选,建立能同步定量检测猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅源性成分的六重实时荧光定量PCR方法。应用此方法分别对18种不同源性动物DNA和200 份不同来源样品进行猪牛羊鸡鸭鹅源性成分检测,结果表明,所建立的六重荧光定量PCR方法灵敏度高,对六种动物的最低核酸检测量分别为0.049ng、0.048ng、0.085ng、0.13ng、0.162ng、0.074ng(50μl体系);特异性强,对狗、兔、鼠、驴、马、骆驼等其他12种动物无特异性扩增;200份样品的检测结果表明六重qPCR检测方法敏感,同一反应体系下实现一次对6种动物快速定量检测,耗时短、效率高、适用性广,可用于肉品、奶品、皮毛和饲料等动物产品猪牛羊鸡鸭鹅源性成分单一或混合物种的鉴别诊断。

  • 太阳闪烁下深空信道建模与电波传播特性分析

    Abstract: For deep space communication paths close to the sun causing solar scintillation of radio waves and increasing bit error rate(BER),the approach of choosing the signal bandwidth in the non-frequency selective and slow fading channel with maximum time was proposed.The deep space communication channel model was built based on Rician fading channel model.The statistical characteristics of the amplitude, the coherence time and the coherence bandwidth of the channel were used.The difference among solar scintillation,mobile multipath and ionosphere scintillation was compared. Based on the change of the coherence time and coherence bandwidth with solar elongation angle,the time-selective and frequency-selective characters were determined. Simulation results show that at different little solar elongation angle,especially the small one,the BER of the signal bandwidth chosen by the proposed approach is better than the BER of other signal bandwidth.
