  • Analysis of Disease Burden and Annual Change Trends of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease in China from 1990 to 2019

    Abstract: Background  Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)has a high incidence and a heavy disease burden in recent years,but there is a lack of data to understand the burden of GERD in China.This study describes and analyzes the disease burden of GERD in order to better understand the prevalence of GERD in China. Objective  To analyze the disease burden and prevalence trend of GERD in China from 1990 to 2019,and to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of GERD in China. Methods  Crude and standardized incidence,prevalence,and DALY rates of GERD in China from 1990 to 2019 were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease Database 2019(GBD 2019);the rate of change was calculated,and Joinpoint regression model was used to analyze the standardized incidence,prevalence,and DALY rates of GERD. Results  In 2019,the crude and standardized rates of GERD incidence in China were 2 299.80 per 100 000 and 1 841.66 per 100 000,respectively. Compared with 1 761.59 per 100 000 and 1 849.31 per 100 000 in 1990,the crude rate increased by 30.55%,and the standardized rate decreased by 0.41%. In 2019,the crude rate and standardized rates of GERD prevalence in China were 5 739.55 per 100 000 and 4 509.32 per 100 000,respectively. Compared with 4 252.72 per 100 000 and 4 532.19 per 100 000 in 1990,the crude rate increased by 34.96%,and the standardized rate decreased by 0.51%. In 2019,the crude rate and standardized rates of GERD DALY rate in China were 44.37 per 100 000 and 34.94 per 100 000,respectively. Compared with 33.10 per 100 000 and 35.04 per 100 000 in 1990,the crude rate increased by 34.05%,and the standardized rate decreased by 0.29%. The age-standardized incidence,prevalence,and DALY rates were lower than crude rates after 1996. The standardized incidence,prevalence,and DALY rates of Chinese women were higher than those of men from 1990 to 2019. The results of Joinpoint regression analysis showed that the standardized incidence of GERD in China showed a downward trend from 1990 to 1994(APC=-1.0%),a downward trend from 2005 to 2010(APC=-1.4%),and an upward trend from 2014 to 2017(APC=3.2%).The standardized prevalence of GERD in China showed a downward trend from 1990 to 1994(APC=-1.2%),a downward trend from 2005 to 2009(APC=-1.7%),and an upward trend from 2014 to 2017(APC=3.7%). The standardized DALY rates of GERD in China showed a downward trend from 1990 to 1994(APC=-1.1%),a downward trend from 2005 to 2009(APC=-1.7%),and an upward trend from 2014 to 2017(APC=3.6%). In 2019,the standardized incidence,prevalence,and DALY rates of GERD in China continued to increase with age,peaking at the age of 70 to 84 years. The number of new cases and cases of GERD in 2019 were respectively about 32.711 3 million and 81.636 5 million,and the populations were mainly concentrated in the age group of 45 to 59 years and 30 to 34 years. Conclusion  From 1990 to 2019,the disease burden of GERD in China showed an upward trend in terms of crude rate and a slight decline in terms of standardized rate,indicating that aging had a great impact on the incidence,prevalence and DALY rate of GERD in China. In addition,it is important to pay attention to the middle-aged and young population,who account for a larger proportion of the population already suffering from GERD and may be closely related to overweight or obesity,alcohol consumption and dietary habits,etc.

  • Effect and Mechanism of Optimized Kuijie Decoction in Ulcerative Colitis Rats with TCM Syndrome Differentiation of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

    Abstract: Background Experiential effective prescription optimized Kuijie decoction can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis(UC),promote the intestinal mucosal healing and clinical remission,but its mechanism remains unclear now. Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of optimized Kuijie decoction in UC rats with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods From September to October 2023,70 SPF#2;grade male SD rats were randomly divided into the blank-control,model,salicylazosulfapyridine,low-dose,standard-dose, Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups,with 10 rats in each group. UC model with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis was established by trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol secondary inflammation combined with restraint method. Rats in the blank-control group were enucleated with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at the time of modeling and were grasped and fixed synchronously with the rats in the other groups,and were given an equal volume of water by gavage once per day after the establishing for 14 days;rats in the model group were given an equal volume of water by gavage once per day after the establishing for 14 days;rats in the salicylazosulfapyridine,low-dose,standard-dose,Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups were given intragastric administration with salicylazosulfapyridine suspension(0.54 g/kg),low-dose optimized Kuijie decoction(0.837 g/kg),standard-dose optimized Kuijie decoction(1.674 g/kg),Astragalus suspension (1.8 g/kg)and Safflower suspension(0.9 g/kg)once per day after the establishing for 14 days,respectively. High-precision transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructural changes in the colonic tissues of the seven groups of rats after intervention,the expression levels of CXCR4,VEGFA,and TAK1 were compared among the seven groups of rats after intervention. Results The ultrastructure of colonic tissue of rats in the low-dose and standard-dose groups tended to be normal after intervention. The gray ratios of proteins and relative mRNA expression quality of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in colonic tissues of rats in the model group were higher than the blank-control after intervention(P<0.05);the gray ratios of proteins and relative mRNA expression quality of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in the salicylazosulfapyridine,low-dose, standard-dose,Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating groups were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05); the gray ratios of proteins of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in the standard-dose group were significantly lower than those in the salicylazosulfapyridine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Optimized Kuijie decoction and its Qi-enhancing and Blood-activating components can effectively reduce the expression of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in colonic tissue in UC rats with TCM syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,its therapeutic effect may act through the coordinate regulating of the expression of CXCR4,VEGFA and TAK1 in colonic tissue by Qi-enhancing component and Blood-activating component.

  • Management and Evaluation of Electronic Resources——Taking the Foreign-Language Electronic Periodicals of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as an Example

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to solve the problem of the lack of efficient, accurate and practical statistic method, tools and empirical research for the use of electronic resources in university libraries, this paper explores the methods of dynamic management and evaluation of the collection resources by using the ERS electronic resources utilization performance analysis platform to manage and evaluate the practice of the foreign electronic periodicals in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics library. It provides a reference for university libraries to collect and manage the resource utilization and assessment data. [Method/process] This paper mainly discusses the basic function and workflow of the electronic resource management and analysis system based on server-side COUNTER report data, and takes the library of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics using ERS to carry on resource management, citation analysis, core resources and subject resources analysis and database evaluation of the foreign electronic periodicals. [Result/conclusion] Based on the statistical analysis practice of the foreign electronic periodicals of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, this paper holds that it is feasible and practical to use the electronic resource management and analysis platform based on COUNTER report data to manage and evaluate the electronic resource, and the electronic resource management and analysis platform can provide decision support for the library's resource procurement, and a deep resource disclosure for the subject service.

  • Nursing care of a patient with chronic renal failure tinnitus treated with ear moxibustion combined with Huolong medicinal moxibustion

    Abstract:

    Objective To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with chronic renal failure tinnitus treated with ear moxibustion combined with Huolong medicinal moxibustion.

    Method One patient with chronic renal failure tinnitus admitted to our department was treated with ear moxibustion combined with Huolong medicinal moxibustion. The tinnitus severity assessment scale was used before treatment and on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 10th days after treatment, and the total score of the scale was calculated.The results showed that the scores of the patient's tinnitus severity assessment scale were significantly reduced and tinnitus symptoms were significantly improved after treatment with ear moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as Huolong moxibustion, which improved the quality of life.

    Conclusion The combination of ear moxibustion and Huolong medicinal moxibustion has a significant therapeutic effect on improving tinnitus symptoms in patients with chronic kidney failure, but further confirmation from randomized controlled clinical trials is needed.

  • Disease Burden and Variation Tendency of Inflammatory Bowel Disease in China from 1990 to 2019

    Abstract: Background Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) has become highly prevalent in recent years characterized by a prolonged disease course and high disease burden. However,there is a lack of data to understand the burden of IBD in China,which may hinder health care planning and resource allocation for the disease. Objective To investigate the burden of IBD and its variation tendency in China from 1990 to 2019,and analyze the influence of age,gender and period on IBD. Methods The incidence,mortality and disability adjusted life year(DALY) rate of IBD in China from 1990 to 2019 were collected using the Global Burden of Disease Database 2019. Joinpoint software was used to analyze the variation tendency and characteristics of standardized incidence,standardized mortality and standardized DALY rate of IBD,and Excel 2019software was used for data processing. Results From 1990 to 2019,the standardized incidence increased from 1.47 per 100 000 to 3.001 per 100 000 with AAPC of 2.50%〔95%CI(2.4,2.6)〕,the standardized mortality decreased from 0.86/100 000 to 0.35/100 000 with AAPC of -1.6%〔95%CI(-3.8,-3.4)〕,the standardized DALY rate decreased from 24.47/100 000 to 16.31/100 000,with AAPC of -2.20% (95%CI:-2.3,-2.0),the changes of trends were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The standardized incidence and mortalityof of males were higher than females in each year,while the standardized DALY rate of females was higher than males before 1995,basically the same in males and females from 1995 to 2001,and higher in males than females after 2001. There was overall stable uptrend in the AAPC of the standardized incidence of IBD in all age groups by year(P<0.05) and overall downtrend in the AAPC of standardized mortality rate in all age groups,while the downtrend became slower with increasing age(P<0.05). Conclusion From 1990 to 2019,the standardized mortality rate and DALY rate of IBD showed a downtrend,while the standardized incidence showed an uptrend. The standardized incidence and mortality of males were higher than females by year. The burden of IBD in elderly population deserves priority attention and will be a major public health challenge in China due to large population base and aging population. 

  • Interannual variations of extreme air temperature events and its response to regional warming in Shanxi Province in recent 60 years

    Abstract: Extreme temperature is an important indicator of climate change. Under the background of global warming, disaster events (warm winter, drought, and heat wave) caused by extreme temperature changes are also becoming increasingly frequent, which pose a serious threat to the ecological system and agricultural production. Therefore, studying and predicting the occurrence of extreme temperature events are particularly important. On the basis of the daily maximum, minimum, and average temperature data of 70 meteorological stations, eight extreme temperature indices were analyzed to obtain spatial and temporal variations of extreme temperature events, and their response to regional warming was examined in Shanxi Province, China, from 1960 to 2019. The following results are presented. (1) The occurrence of summer days, tropical nights, annual maximum value of daily minimum temperature, and annual minimum value of daily minimum temperature showed a significant upward trend, whereas the occurrence of ice and frost days showed a significant downward trend. (2) The annual maximum or minimum value of daily maximum and minimum temperatures showed warming trends, and the change rates of annual minimum value of daily maximum and minimum temperatures were large in most regions. (3) The annual average temperature in the study area presented a statistically significant increasing trend at a rate of 0.26 ℃·(10a)-1 . The spatial distribution of the warming rate increased from southeast to northwest. The changes in extreme temperature indices demonstrated remarkably significant responses to climate warming. The responses of frost days and annual maximum value of daily minimum temperature to regional warming were highly sensitive. (4) In semiarid regions of Shanxi Province, the rising rate of annual maximum and minimum values of daily minimum temperature was large and ice days had a rapid reduction. In the semihumid area of Shanxi Province, tropical nights demonstrated rapid increase, whereas frost days revealed a rapid reduction.

  • Research on the Design of University Intellectual Property Information Service Training System

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In line with the national intellectual property strategic development, some university libraries have tried to develop intellectual property information services in recent years. Since the intellectual property information service breaks through the original information service, it is urgent to train a batch of librarians with corresponding service capabilities. In addition, as an important source of intellectual property, university library directors, researchers and students' intellectual property information literacy needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a complete and standardized training system for intellectual property information services in universities.[Method/process] This paper used literature research, expert interviews, questionnaires and other methods to conduct extensive research on four groups of universities, and built a multi-agent intellectual property information service training system. The training content has five modules:intellectual property awareness strength, intellectual property basic knowledge, intellectual property information retrieval, intellectual property information analysis and application, as well as intellectual property application process explanation and patent document writing. Among which basic knowledge, information retrieval, information analysis and application were key modules, which were divided into primary, medium and high levels. The modular course can be assembled to implement the training.[Result/conclusion] The training system has the advantages of completeness, operability and adaptability. It can meet the needs of multi-level and diversified intellectual property training in universities. Its effective implementation will improve the intellectual property information service capabilities and intellectual property information literacy.

  • Policy Tool Identification Method and Empirical Research Based on Deep Learning

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The identification and analysis of policy tools is one of the important methods of policy research. However, the identification of policy tools is mostly manual. In this article, we attempt to use deep learning methods to automatically identify policy tools, aiming at improving the efficiency of policy tool identification. [Method/process] We designed and implemented the policy tool automatic identification experimental process of "Policy data collection and cleaning-policy tool manual indexing-model training-result interpretation". We take the open government data policies of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Guiyang as an example to compare the performance of traditional machine learning methods and deep learning methods on the task of identifying policy tools. In addition, we have proposed to integrate policy global information to identify policy tools in each paragraph, and our experiments have proved the effectiveness of the idea. [Result/conclusion] The deep learning model CNN achieves an accuracy of 76.51% on the full test data, and the CNN model that integrates global information achieves an accuracy of 77.13%. When evaluating the high-confident results of the model, we find that the model achieves an accuracy of 95.44% on 55.63% of the test data, which has reached the practical requirements. This shows that more than half of the data can be indexed with the model’s high-confidence results without manual review. Deep learning methods have been applied to the automatic identification of policy tools and has achieved good results. It could help to improve the efficiency of policy tool labeling and provide positive experience for the automatic identification of policy tools with big data. And it provides a positive experience for automatic identification of policy tools with large data volumes.

  • Research on The Influence of User Interaction on Implicit Communities in Open Innovation Platforms

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] From interactive networks and their combined networks based on the two types of attention and comments, this paper investigates the influence of user interaction on implicit communities in open innovation platforms. [Method/process] This study collected the half-year user interaction data in the LEGO IDEAS platform, used topology analysis, centrality analysis and community analysis, and then used Gephi to construct three-phase network relationship diagrams and analyze the evolution for the concerns, comments and combination relationships. [Result/conclusion] This paper demonstrates that the three types of interactive networks all have the scale-free network characteristics, where a small number of users are involved in a large number of interactions. The combined network is closer to the real network structure of the open innovation platform. Comments are more important for the formation of implicit communities and innovation participation. With the growth of time, the number of nodes and connections in implicit communities shows an increasing trend. New nodes tend to be connected with hub nodes with higher connectivity, and the information transmission efficiency is getting higher and higher. In the implicit community of the combined network, the subgroups based on comment relationships update and iterate faster over time, while the subgroups based on follow relationships are relatively stable and lasting.

    Abstract: The rapid development of the information society puts forward an ever-increasing urgent need for information storage, processing, and transmission capabilities. With the ending of Moore's Law, the semiconductor industry urgently needs to find new solutions. Low#2;dimensional materials are considered to be a new breakthrough in the semiconductor industry in the post-Moore era, because of the size characteristics of atomic-level thickness, the structural advantage of no dangling bonds on the surface, and the sensitivity to electrical and optical control methods caused by a large specific surface area. Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory has introduced a group of top scientists and established a low-dimensional materials team. The research of the team, based on basic science and guided by engineering applications, focuses on tackling key issues. The goal is to achieve world-class influential scientific research results, and to deploy China low-dimensional materials industry.

  • Ecology in Agriculture and Long-term Research Guide Protection of Black Soil and Agricultural Sustainable Development in Northeast China

    Abstract: Black soil region in Northeast is one of important commercial food production bases in China, and is irreplaceable for the national food security. However, the sustainable development of agriculture in Northeast has been severely constrained by soil degradation caused by long-term intensive and unbalanced use of arable land without protection of it. To solve this problem, original Heilongjiang Institute of Agricultural Modernization, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) established Hailun Agro-ecosystem Experimental Station (Hailun Station), CAS in the central black soil region in Northeast in 1978. Since then, a series of long-term experiments have been set up based on the structure and function of the region. The evolution of soil fertility has been divided into three periods in light of the long-term monitoring and research for key elements in agro-ecosystem. The thresholds of soil organic matter on regional scale were proposed, and the evolution of soil fertility under different management patterns of soil nutrients was expounded, which verified that appropriate arrangement of field crops could regulate and control the impact of pests on crops. 10 high-yield soybean varieties were bred with pedigree method and were applied in Heilongjiang Province. Through the research and development of critical technologies for constructing fertile cultivated soil layer, the protection and utilization patterns of black soil were established, which were demonstrated and extended in more than 10 major grain-producing counties in Heilongjiang Province. Long-term research provides scientific and technological support for the protection of black soil and regional agricultural development through the combination of basic research, critical techniques development and large-scale demonstration.

  • 牛油果果实发育过程中营养物质含量变化研究

    Abstract: In order to provide a scientific basis for optimum harvest time, the nutrient changes of avocado (Persea americana) fruit during the growth and development were studied. An approach of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, ion exchange chromatography derived after ninhydrin column, reflux extraction, burning and GC-MS technique was applied to determine the contents of mineral elements, ash, amino acids, crude fat, and fatty acid composition in three avocado cultivars (‘HASS’, ‘V3’ and ‘V4’), at different growth and development time from June to December. The results were as follows: (1) Oleic acid was the main oil component in the three avocado cultivars. The contents of crude fat in ‘HASS’ and ‘V4’ fruits increased continuously during the growth and development stages, and reached to the maximum on December, while V3 fruit increased continuously from June to October, but decreased in November and December. (2) All fruits of ‘HASS’, ‘V3’ and ‘V4’ contain 17 kinds of amino acids, including 7 essential (THR, MET, VAL, LEU, ILE, PHE, LYS) for human beings, 2 essential (ARG, HIS) for children, and 8 non-essential (PRO, TYR, CYS, ALA, GLY, GLU, SER, ASP) amino acids. The contents of 17 amino acids in ‘HASS’ and ‘V3’ fruits reached to the peak in November, while ‘V4’ fruits reached to the peak in October. (3) All the ‘HASS’, ‘V3’ and ‘V4’ fruits contain 9 mineral elements of P, K, Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu and Na. Among which, the contents of P, K, Zn, Fe and Na accumulated to the maximum in the later stages of growth (October to December), while the changes for the other four mineral elements were not obvious. (4) The variation of ash contents in the three cultivars of avocado was similar to that of the crude fat. It suggests that the three studied avocado cultivars, ‘HASS’, ‘V3’ and ‘V4’, have met the picking requirements since October and can be optimized the harvest time following fluctuations in demand.

    Abstract: 利用逐时地面气象数据、探空秒级数据及风廓线雷达数据分析了 2013—2017 年乌鲁木齐 低空焚风演变时边界层和近地层气象扩散条件的变化特征。结果表明:(1)乌鲁木齐大气扩散条 件总体呈现夏季最有利,冬季最差(最大混合层厚度 0.44×103 m、通风系数 1.52×103 m2•s-1、逆温层 厚度 768 m、逆温层温差 4.82 ℃、静稳指数 6.36),且冬季 12 月与 1 月极不利于污染物扩散。(2)冬季 低空焚风演变的 5 个阶段,大气混合层厚度、通风系数呈减小—增大特征,焚风强盛期混合层厚度 最低(0.30×103 m)、通风系数最小(0.62×103 m2 •s-1);逆温层厚度及强度、静稳指数变化趋势为增 大—减小特征,强盛期逆温最强(10.9 ℃)、逆温层厚度(0.99×103 m)、静稳指数最大(9.7)。(3)低空焚风过程的发展期和强盛期各站气压减小,高海拔站点气温升高、风速增大,焚风层以下低海拔区 域气温降低、风速减小,说明焚风使得焚风层以下区域的大气更加稳定,不利于污染物扩散。(4)总体上焚风致使水平扩散能力和垂直交换能力减弱,大气易凝结,结束后扩散条件重建。业务中可利用焚风发展趋势预判边界层扩散条件及地面气象要素的演变,为乌鲁木齐城市群空气污染预报 和污染治理提供参考依据。

  • 西印度醋栗的化学成分及生物活性研究进展

    Abstract: Phyllanthus acidus, an evergreen shrub or tree in Euphorbiaceae, is mainly distributed in Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, etc. It is also introduced and cultivated in Xishuangbanna and Yuanjiang areas of Yunnan Province, China. The fruits are edible and the plant has been widely used to treat various diseases, such as hypertension, asthma, diabetes, dermatitis, fever, smallpox, and so on, by the local people of its growing areas. Moreover,the young leaves are utilized as edible vegetables in Indonesia, Thailand, and India. Phytochemical studies yielded sesquiterpenes, diterpenes and triterpenes from the roots and stems, and flavonoids as the major chemical constituents from the leaves. Some components showed obvious anti-hepatitis B virus (HBV), antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, hepatoprotective, and anti-hypertensive activities. For example, parts of the norbisabolane sesquiterpenes displayed potential anti HBV activities, with IC50 values of 0.8-36 mol·L-1 against HBV surface antigen (HBsAg) and HBV excreted antigen (HBeAg), and the results indicated that the ketal group at C-5 and sugar moieties at C-13 played important roles to the selectivity of HBsAg and HBeAg. This paper reviewed the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the plant from 1966 to 2020, in order to provide scientific evidence and reference for its future study, spread, application and development.

  • 根瘤菌对广金钱草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

    Abstract:为探求促进广金钱草萌发及生长的有效途径,该文使用不同浓度的费氏中华根瘤菌、放射型根瘤菌以及田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌菌液分别浸染广金钱草种子,以蒸馏水浸泡种子为空白处理,考察其对广金钱草种子萌发指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数)的影响,温室培养 40、60、80 d 后分别测定广金钱草幼苗的生长指标(叶片数、分枝数、株高)及部分生理指标(叶绿素含量、含氮量)的变化。结果表明:在 1107 CFU‧mL-1 浓度条件下,三种菌液浸种均获得最大萌发指标,其中田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌实验组效果最显著,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数高于对照组 16.00%、9.33%、9.51 和 41.34%;除田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌实验组外其余实验组的广金钱草幼苗叶片数、分枝数及株高均低于对照组;放射型根瘤菌实验组和田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌实验组幼苗叶绿素含量相比对照组分别增加 1.47%和7.47%,含氮量分别增加了 0.57%和 5.17%。综上所述,三种根瘤菌菌液浸种均可在不同程度上提高广金钱草种子的发芽能力和植株生长期的叶绿素和含氮量,其中田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌具有最大正向影响,可有效提高种子的萌发能力和促进植株生长。本研究可为不同地区广金钱草的种植和栽培提供技术指导,为开发田菁茎瘤固氮根瘤菌作为植物促生长菌剂提供理论支持。
