  • Research on the Ranking of Social Q&A Community Answers Based on Multidimensional Features

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the impact of multi-dimensional characteristics on Social Q&A Communities answer ranking, which can improve the service quality in Social Q&A Communities and optimize the user experience.[Method/process] This paper constructed a Social Q&A Communities answer ranking feature system from the answer feature, respondent feature and voter feature dimensions, and then we compared the applicability of 11 ranking learning algorithms based on deep learning, tree, neural network and support vector machine in Social Q&A Communities data set, and train random forest classification algorithm to get the importance of each feature.[Result/conclusion] The experimental results show that the sorting learning algorithm based on deep learning performs better than other sorting algorithms in NDCG@k and MRR indexes, and the influence characteristics of voters are very important, followed by the content characteristics of the answers, and finally the professional characteristics of the respondents. From the two dimensions of increasing the diversity of the answer ranking method and improving the comprehensiveness of the answer ranking algorithm, we provide some suggestions for the optimization of community answer ranking.

  • 辣木叶对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化功能和肉品质的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平的辣木叶对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化功能和肉品质的影响。选用体况良好、平均体重为(65.40±1.63) kg的“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪144头,随机分为4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加3%、6%和9%辣木叶的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,6%辣木叶组育肥猪的终末体重和平均日增重显著提高(P0.05)。与对照组相比,6%和9%辣木叶组育肥猪的肌肉SOD活性和总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加辣木叶可以提高育肥猪的生长性能和抗氧化功能,改善肉品质。本试验条件下,辣木叶适宜添加水平为6%。

    Abstract: Stoichiometric homeostasis is one of the core concepts of ecological stoichiometry. It refers to the ability of an organism to maintain a given elemental composition in the body despite variation in the elemental composition of its environment or diet. It reflects the net outcome of many underlying physiological and biochemical adjustments as organisms respond to their surroundings. The homeostatic index (H) of plant can be estimated by measuring the nitrogen and phosphorus contents and N:P ratio in plant and soil. In general, the homeostasis of plants is weaker than that of animals, with a larger variety of homeostasis. Stoichiometric homeostasis is an important mechanism in maintaining ecosystem structure, function, and stability. The homoeostatic species tend to have high and stable biomass; and ecosystems dominated by more homoeostatic species have higher productivity and greater stability. Therefore, the homeostasis is considered to be an important index to measure species competitiveness. Studies of stoichiometric homeostasis of plant will help us to understand the adaptation strategies and ecological adaptability of plants to the environment, as well as the relationship between plant ecological stoichiometry homeostasis and ecosystem functions. However, there are few studies on the internal stability of plant ecological stoichiometry. Previous research showed that the stoichiometric homeostasis characteristics of different plant species or functional groups were different. There were differences in stoichiometric homeostasis among different growth stages, different organs of the same species, as well as different nutrient elements. This paper reviews the concept of stoichiometric homeostasis, the estimation of plant homeostatic index (H), the stoichiometric homeostasis characteristics of different plant species or functional groups, different organs and growth stages and different elements, as well as linking plant stoichiometric homoeostasis with ecosystem structure, functioning and stability. Based on the obtained achievements and the current study, we put forward some perspectives of plant stoichiometric homoeostasis for future research to be conducted with an aim to promote this discipline of research in China.

    Abstract:【目的】识别并获取细粒度的用户偏好信息, 优化图书个性化推荐的效果。【方法】使用情感分析方法对 用户图书评论进行属性层文本挖掘, 通过用户本身的图书评论获取用户对图书属性的偏好; 基于每本图书的所 有评论的情感计算获得其属性评分; 将用户偏好矩阵、图书属性得分矩阵进行匹配, 从而实现用户对图书属性情 感偏好的个性化推荐。【结果】利用亚马逊图书评论数据作为数据来源分别对传统的协同过滤方法与本文提出的 推荐方法进行实验对比。结果表明, 本文提出的方法在准确性、召回率、覆盖率上分别提高了 0.030、0.097、0.2812。 【局限】未考虑时间因素对用户偏好的影响, 并且属性类型的全面程度受亚马逊图书评论数量和质量的限制。 【结论】本文计算用户对图书属性的情感得分, 得到细粒度的用户偏好信息, 并通过与图书属性的得分进行匹配, 提升了图书个性化推荐的效果。

  • 重组鹅β-防御素7蛋白的原核表达及其生物学特性分析

    Abstract:为探讨鹅β-防御素7(AvBD7)的生物学特性,将鹅AvBD7基因亚克隆到大肠杆菌原核表达载体pProEX HTa的EcoRⅠ和XhoⅠ双酶切位点上,构建重组表达质粒pProEX-AvBD7,将重组质粒转化到大肠杆菌Rosetta感受态细胞中,用异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷(IPTG)对其菌液进行诱导表达。经N-三(羟甲基)甲基甘氨酸十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(Tricine-SDS-PAGE)分析,该重组蛋白大小在10~15 ku,与预期大小结果一致。重组鹅AvBD7蛋白纯化后,通过菌落计数的方法测定其体外抗大肠杆菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、四联球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等抑菌活性,盐离子浓度对其抗菌活性的影响及其对鸡红细胞的溶血活性。结果显示,重组鹅AvBD7蛋白对所测定的5种细菌均有抗菌活性,且其抑菌活性随蛋白浓度的增加而增强。高浓度盐离子(150 mmol/L)显著抑制重组鹅AvBD7蛋白的抗菌活性(P0.05)。由此可见,重组鹅AvBD7蛋白具有广谱抗菌活性,高浓度盐离子显著降低其抗菌活性,且该重组蛋白不具有溶血活性。
