  • Poverty leads to the desire to change, and wealth leads to the desire for stability: The impact of perceived money scarcity and abundance on individual risk decision-making

    Abstract: Money, as an important resource that can fulfill people’s material and spiritual needs, is closely related to everyone. Does perceiving oneself as poor or rich have an impact on risk decision-making? Currently, research on the influence of perceived scarcity (abundance) of money on risk decision-making is very limited at a relative level, and the psychological mechanisms by which perceived scarcity (abundance) of money affects risk decision-making are still unclear. The objective of this study is to determine the psychological mechanism by which money perception affects risk decision-making from the perspectives of relative scarcity and relative abundance. We will reveal the impact of perceived money scarcity and abundance on individual risk decision-making through laboratory and field experiments, cross-temporal tracking empirical research, and eye movement behavioral experiments. Based on these experiments, the impact of perceived money scarcity and abundance on high- or low-risk decision-making (risk perception, expected return, risk choice) will be tested. At the psychological mechanism level, this study seeks to clarify the cognitive (the mediating role of cognitive biases, cognitive reflections, and executive control) and emotional (the mediating role of specific emotions related to perceived scarcity and abundance of money) mechanisms by which perceived money scarcity and abundance influence risk decision-making under different money perception scenarios.

    Abstract:随着国内用电设备增多,电气火灾的发生率也有所升高,故障电弧检测的 研究成为当今热点。本文提出一种 Hilbert-Huang 变换与支持向量机相结合的方法,其 中采用 Hilbert-Huang 变换对不同负载电流波形进行时域分解,从而提取各模态分量的 特征值。然后采用支持向量机的自适应分类方法,通过学习不同负载下 Hilbert-Huang 变换得到的特征值,自适应地区分正常运行状态与故障电弧运行状态。本文以调光灯、 电吹风高档、电吹风低档、电风扇和电水壶等 5 种类型的常用负载作为研究对象,验 证算法的正确性。

  • SELECTION OF THE SOLIDIFICATION PATH OF Mg-Zn-Gd TERNARY CASTING ALLOY

    Abstract: Mg-Zn-Gd base alloys possess much superiority, such as, high strength, light weight, low cost, etc., and favorable for the application in various airframe components. Two kinds of eutectic phases, such as, W(Mg3Zn3Gd2) and I(Mg3Zn6Gd), can be usually found in Mg-Zn-Gd alloy under the traditional casting conditions. The interface between W phase and a(Mg) is incoherent and thus weak. However, I phase has quasiperiodic lattice leading to a coherent interface between I phase and a(Mg). Therefore, compared with W phase, I phase is more effective to obstruct dislocations slipping and so efficiently strengthening the alloy. So, controlling the solidification path, i.e., controlling the relative amount of I phase and W phase, is critical for increasing the heat resistant of Mg-Zn-Gd magnesium alloy. In this work, the solidification path of Mg-4.58Zn-2.6Gd ternary casting alloy was investigated by experiments and numerical analysis. Experimental results showed that at lower cooling rate (≤0.75 K/s), a+W(Mg3Zn3Gd2) eutectic will be formed first, while at higher cooling rate (≥7.71 K/s), a(Mg)+I(Mg3Zn6Gd) eutectic will be formed first. A numerical model for predicting solidification path of the primary phase in multi-component alloy with considering the effects of solute diffusion in liquid phase and the cooling rate was developed. The thermodynamic data in the computation model was obtained by using the database of Thermo-Calc. The numerical results were in favorable agreement with the experimental ones. The numerical model established in this work provides a direct and easy way to predict solidification path of Mg-Zn-Gd alloy for different casting conditions. The validity of this model was further confirmed by other three different Mg-Zn-Gd alloys, i.e., Mg-3.8Zn-2.0Gd, Mg-5.5Zn-2.0Gd and Mg-5.5Zn-4Gd. It is also found that for Mg-Zn-Gd alloy, the higher Zn-content and the higher cooling rate will promote the formation of I phase. However, higher Gd-content and the lower cooling rate is favorable for the formation ofWphase.

  • 5-HTs/褪黑素能系统在六味地黄方体外调节黑素代谢中的作用

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang (LWDH) decoction on serotonine (5-HTs), melatonin and the activity of the rate-limiting enzymes ANNAT and HIOMT in cultured human melanocytes and in melanocytes co-cultured with keratinocytes. Methods CCK-8 assay was used to assess the proliferation of melanocytes and melanocytes co-cultured with keratinocytes after treatment with the serum from rabbits fed with LWDH decoction. High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine 5-HT and melatonin contents, and real-time fluorescent PCR was employed to evaluate the ANNAT and HIOMT activities in the cell cultures. Results The serum from rabbits fed with LWDH Decoction at low doses did not affect the proliferation of melanocytes co-cultured with keratinocytes, but at the concentrations of 20%-40%, the serum significantly inhibited the proliferation of melanocytes, and the effect was optimal with a concentration of 40% (P< 0.05). 5-HT and melatonin contents in the cell culture decreased as the serum concentration increased (P<0.05), which was the most obvious with a serum concentration of 40% (P<0.01). Exposure of the cells to low and moderate doses of the serum caused a dose-dependent decrease in AANAT activity (P<0.05), but the serum produced no significant changes in the level of HIOMT mRNA expression in the cells. Couclusion The serotoninergic/melatoninergic system mediate the regulation of melaninmetabolismbyLWDHDecoction,themechanismofwhichmayinvolve5-HTs,melatoninandANNAT.

  • Mg-Zn-Gd三元铸造镁合金的自由凝固路径选择研究

    Abstract:本文采用实验方法和数值计算方法,以Mg-4.58Zn-2.6Gd为例,研究了Mg-Zn-Gd三元铸造镁合金的自由凝固路径选择问题。不同铸型条件下的实验表明,当铸型冷却速率较小时,实验合金生成α(Mg) + W(Mg3Zn3Gd2)共晶组织;随着铸型冷却速率的增大,实验合金生成α(Mg) + I(Mg3Zn6Gd)共晶组织。建立了综合考虑合金液相扩散和冷却速率因素的多元合金初生相凝固路径计算模型。耦合热力学计算软件Thermo-Calc及其数据库获得实验合金凝固路径计算所需热力学数据,发现计算结果与实验结果吻合良好。

    Abstract:全球气候变暖导致极端天气事件频发,针对西南喀斯特山区的特殊地理国情(水土流失和石漠化严重),引入了大尺度景观格局指数(香农均匀性指数和蔓延度指数)和极端气候指数(极端高温日数、极端低温日数和极端降雨日数),构建了生态系统脆弱性遥感评价体系,进而分析和探讨了该地区近13年的生态系统脆弱性时空变化格局和驱动机制,研究结果表明:西南喀斯特山区的生态系统则属于轻-中度脆弱,其分布格局表现为以川滇黔为核心向周边减小的趋势。2000-2013年,西南喀斯特山区的生态系统脆弱性表现为先增加后减小的趋势。近13年西南喀斯特山区的生态系统脆弱性时空变化格局受人类活动(不同产业GDP和人口密度)、降水、地形地貌、水土流失、石漠化等因素影响较为显著。本研究可以为西南喀斯特山区的生态系统保护及生态环境的恢复与治理提供决策依据和技术支持。

  • 6种酚类化合物及胡桃醌的体外抑菌活性

    Abstract:核桃青皮提取物具有较好的抑菌作用,本试验以核桃青皮及叶片中含量较高的7种植物次生代谢物为研究对象,评价其抑菌活性,为解析核桃青皮提取物的抑菌活性及开发新的饲用抗生素替代品提供参考。以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为受试菌,将7种植物次生代谢物——绿原酸、鞣花酸、丁香酸、芦丁、单宁酸、对羟基苯甲酸和胡桃醌稀释至1.000 0、0.500 0、0.250 0、0.125 0和0.062 5 mg/mL,采用滤纸片扩散法以培养24 h后抑菌圈直径大小反映植物次生代谢物的抑菌活性。结果显示:除大肠杆菌对羟基苯甲酸和单宁酸不敏感外,其他植物次生代谢物对3种受试菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。对大肠杆菌抑制作用的顺序为鞣花酸>胡桃醌>芦丁=丁香酸>绿原酸>对羟基苯甲酸=单宁酸;对枯草芽孢杆菌抑制作用的顺序为鞣花酸>绿原酸=对羟基苯甲酸>丁香酸>单宁酸>芦丁>胡桃醌;对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用的顺序为胡桃醌>丁香酸>芦丁>单宁酸>鞣花酸>对羟基苯甲酸>绿原酸。由此得出,绿原酸、鞣花酸、丁香酸、芦丁、单宁酸、对羟基苯甲酸和胡桃醌对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有不同的抑制作用,其中鞣花酸对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有较强的抑制作用,胡桃醌对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用。

  • Elements Diffusion and Phase Transitions in Yb/Y Co-doped Zirconia Ceramic under Molten-salt Corrosive Environment

    Abstract: Ingeneral,high- temperature salt- corrosion may usually induce mechanical stresses and phase transformation within ZrO2,as the main componentof thermal barrier coatings (TBCs), therewith further cause the failure of TBCsfor hot section components of gas turbine. Yb/Y co-doped zirconia (YbYSZ) powder was synthesized by a coprecipitation- calcination method, thenYbYSZ ceramic pallets were obtained by cold pressing and subsequent sintering at high temperature. The corrosion behavior of thepallets coated with a film of powder mixture CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CMAS) was examined in air at 1250℃ for different time intervals. The elemental diffusion and phase transformationwith YbYSZ after high-temperature corrosion wereinvestigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The results showed that among othersthe elementYbin YbYSZ reacted preferenyially with CMAS and dissolved into the molten saltCMAS. The loss of Yb could suppressed the segragation of Y from the rest YbYSZ.Consequently, it stabilized the metastable tetragonal phase (t'-zirconia). The optimal dose of Yb is 5 mass% for the minimal yield of monoclinic ZrO2 in the YbYSZ after corrosion test.

  • 饲喂不同消化能和粗蛋白质水平的饲粮对泌乳前期伊犁母马泌乳性能及马驹生长发育的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲喂不同消化能(DE)、粗蛋白质(CP)水平的饲粮对泌乳前期伊犁母马泌乳性能、乳成分及马驹生长发育和血浆生化指标的影响,为进一步探讨泌乳期伊犁母马能量和蛋白质的需要量提供参考依据。选取无亲缘关系,年龄、体重、胎次相近且处于泌乳前期的伊犁母马25匹,根据母马体重分成5组,每组5匹。试验期为60 d,分为2个泌乳月,每30 d为1个泌乳月。母马第1泌乳月DE、CP饲喂水平分别为101.41 MJ/d、1.38 kg/d(Ⅰ组),112.05 MJ/d、1.50 kg/d(Ⅱ组),122.40 MJ/d、1.63 kg/d(Ⅲ组),133.27 MJ/d、1.75 kg/d(Ⅳ组),143.84 MJ/d、1.87 kg/d(Ⅴ组);第2泌乳月DE、CP饲喂水平分别为129.73 MJ/d、1.82 kg/d(Ⅰ组),140.37 MJ/d、1.94 kg/d(Ⅱ组),150.72 MJ/d、2.07 kg/d(Ⅲ组),161.60 MJ/d、2.19 kg/d(Ⅳ组),172.17 MJ/d、2.31 kg/d(Ⅴ组)。每个泌乳月的第1~14天为预试期,最后10 d为采样期。结果显示:饲喂不同DE和CP水平的饲粮对泌乳前期伊犁母马的产奶量、常规乳成分和乳体细胞数无显著影响(P>0.05)。乳脂中饱和脂肪酸含量各组间均无显著差异(P>0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅳ组不饱和脂肪酸含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸含量Ⅰ组显著低于饲粮Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P0.05),但马驹的体高表现为Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P0.05)。由此可见,在第1和第2泌乳月,DE饲喂水平分别为101.41和129.73 MJ/d、CP饲喂水平分别为1.38和1.82 kg/d时已能满足伊犁马泌乳的营养需要,增加饲粮DE和CP水平可降低马乳中棕榈酸和棕榈油酸的含量,提高亚油酸的含量。

    Abstract: In the protologue of Indocalamus semifalcatus (H. R. Zhao et Y. L. Yang) T. P. Yi, there were only parts of vegetative organs reported. Based on field investigation, stereoscopic anatomy and scanning electron microscope (SEM), its reproductive organs, complete vegetative organs and micromorphological features of the abaxial leaf epidermis, were described and illustrated herein, and its geographical distribution was also updated. The results were as follows: (1) Reproductive organs: panicle, spikelet and spike densely white pubescent, glume, the first and the second lemma both smooth and glabrous, stamens 3, anthers purple, stigmas 2, white, feathery; (2) Vegetative features: culms up to 4.5 m tall, up to 2 cm in diameter, culm sheath erect close to culm, culm sheath auricle semifalcate or weak, foliage auricle weak or absent, ligule margin with densely ciliate, both sides of leaf blade homochromatic and glabrous; (3) Micromorphology of the abaxial leaf: stomatal apparatus invisible, eight to ten elongated papillae covered the stomatal apparatus, silica bodies saddle-shaped, micro-hairs and macro-hairs both absent; (4) The new distribution area was Guanyin Mountain of Guiyang in Guizhou. The species is similar to Indocalamus longiauritus Hand.-Mazz., differed by culm sheath and foliage sheath with auricles semifalcate or rare, culm up to 4-5 m tall and 2 cm in diameter.

  • 基于蚁群算法的SDN数据中心网络大象流调度研究

    Abstract: The traditional methods may cause network congestion and load imbalance when scheduling the elephant flows in data center networks. To deal with these isuses, this paper proposed scheme ACO-SDN, which is based on ACO (ant colony) algorithm in SDN(Software Defined Network) data center networks. It built an ILP(Integral Linear Programing)model according to the flow scheduling problem, with the object of minimize the maximum link utilization. Then, it employed ant colony algorithm to solve the ILP model through redefining its parameters and operations. The optimal route was obtained for of rerouting elephant flows. The experimental results show that, in comparisons with ECMP(Equal-Cost multi-path Routing) and GFF (Global First Fit) algorithms, ACO-SDN algorithm lowers down the maximum link utilization rate, and effectively improves the network bisection bandwidth of networks.

  • 电子束成形TC18钛合金晶体取向规律研究

    Abstract:采用电子束熔丝成形工艺制备 TC18 钛合金试件,研究了其柱状晶组织的生长和晶体取向的分布规律。 结果表明,用电子束熔丝成形工艺制备的 TC18 钛合金,其宏观金相组织为沿竖直方向生长的粗大柱状晶,以 外延生长的方式从熔池底部长大。受成形过程中特殊传热条件的影响,电子束熔丝成形钛合金组织中的 TC18 钛合金晶体形成特定方向的择优取向,α、β两相晶体取向分布都有明显的规律。在成形组织外延生长的 情况下,β相向α相晶体结构的转变具有继承性。其中大多数β晶粒有方向的强丝织构,柱状晶间β相的宏 观取向也有明显的特征,分布方向集中为 TD、LD 及法面 ND。β→α转变严格遵循 Burgers 取向关系,由同一个 母相β晶粒内析出的片层α/α满足 Burgers 取向关系所要求的取向差分布,柱状晶内的α主要有 6 种取向,β→α转 变过程有较强的变体选择。

  • “云南第一天文点”与清康熙年间的全国大地测量

    Abstract:在昆明市区的云南大学校园内,有“云南第一天文点”的确切点位可寻,它是指1934年用天文观测方法得出昆明的经纬度坐标,是对清康熙年间始测的数据进行复测,目的是得到昆明市区更精确的经纬度。康熙时在昆明始测是用经纬仪,称为大地测量,它仅是该次开展全国大规模大地测量中的一个点,也是那时在云南使用经纬仪测量的29个点之一。其他还有若干个点是由若干人用三角法测量推算后,填充在29个点之间,才绘制成云南地图。在云南的始测时间是在康熙五十三年至五十四年(1714 ~ 1715年)。始测昆明点是1714年,由费隐和潘如二人主持,或是在1715年,主持人是雷孝思。始测为后来的复测铺了路,并提供了比较的依据,其本身具有重要的实践价值。这次测量就全国而言,先前丈量尺度长短不一致得到了统一。另外,让世人了解昆明乃至云南所处的地理位置,有了明确具体的数字概念。

  • 热电制冷器热模型建立与修正方法研究

    Abstract:影响热电制冷器仿真温度的输入参数较多且不易准确测得导致建立高精度仿真模型较为困难。为此,提出了一种热电制冷器热模型建立与修正方法。首先建立热电制冷器温度场仿真模型,并基于Spearman相关级数对影响仿真温度的参数进行灵敏度辨识,确定强相关参数和弱相关参数;然后以热电制冷器的实测温度值为目标,采用多岛群遗传算法对强相关参数进行修正;在此基础上,再对弱相关参数进行修正;最后运用霍克基维斯直接搜索算法对修正后的参数进行更为精确的修正,得出了电流为3.6 A时模型输入参数的修正值。采用相同方法,获得了电流在0~3.9 A范围内输入参数的修正值。据此建立的热模型,仿真值与实测值最大误差小于4.9 ℃(-5 ℃~100.5 ℃范围内),表明该热模型的建立与修正方法合理有效。

    Abstract: Objective To discuss miR-17, miR-92 and let-7 expression in non small cell lung cancer and cisplatin resistance andclinical application. To provide experimental data for prediction of lung cancer patients as a sign of cisplatin chemotherapysensitivity Method Non small cell lung cancer cell line A549 and its resistant strain A549/DDP were used as the cell researchobject. The expression level of miR-17, miR-92 and let-7 in the cell was detected by RT-PCR method. CCK8 was used to detectthe survival of the transfected cells after Cisplatin maintenance culture compare to untransfected cells. After transfection, cellproliferation was detected by Cell plate cloning experiments and apoptosis rate was measured by Flow cytometry Result (1)The expression level of miR-17 in A549/DDP cells was (2.11士0.25) times (P<0.05) of A549 cells, and the expression level ofmiR-92 in A549/DDP cells was (7.40士1.05) times of A549 cells (P<0.05). However, the expression of let-7 in A549/DDP cells was(26.54士2.90)% (P<0.05) of A549 cells; (2) A549 cells transfected with mir-1几,92a mimic and let-7 microRNA inhibitor,compared to control group, showed a lower sensitivity to cisplatin (P<0.05); while the sensitivity to cisplatin of A549/DDP cellstransfected with mir-17b, 92a inhibitor and let-7 miRNA increased(P<0.05); (3) A549 transfected with mir-17b, 92a mimic andlet-7 microRNA inhibitor, the cells formed colony number is greater than that of the control group, the difference is statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); and A549/DDP transfectd with mir-17b, 92a inhibitor and let-7 miRNA, the cells formed clones colonyquantity less than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); (4) The apoptosis rate of A549cells transfected with mir-17b, 92a mimic and let-7 microRNA inhibitor, apoptosis rate was significantly lower than the controlgroup, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); For A549/DDP cells transfected with mir-17b, 92a inhibitor and let-7miRNA, the apoptosis rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mir-17, miR-92 expression level increased, let-7 expression level decreased, can promote the proliferation oflung cancer cells, inhibit apoptosis, as well as the decrease of lung cancer cell sensitivity to cisplatin.
