Abstract: Aiming at the problem of cold start caused by the addition of new item in the recommendation system, This paper proposed a collaborative filtering recommendation model USPTMF-CFIA based on matrix factorization model, which combines the similarity of item image and category attributes . First, it used the matrix factorization model based on users’ preference and time weight to predict and fill the missing item. Then, it used the VGG16 neural network to extract the features of the item images and combines category attributes to calculate the similarity between the new item and the historical items, then got the item’s neighbors. Finally, the new item is predicted based on the similarity between the new item and the neighbors, and the first N items with high score are recommended to the correspond user. The experiment on the dataset provided by GroupLens proved that the proposed accuracy rate of this model. The recommended accuracy of this model is 0.006~0.015 higher than the MAP-BPR model , 0.02~0.028 higher than the traditional collaborative filtering model and 0.001 ~ 0.003 higher than that of the USPTMF-CFA model without image similarity0.001~0.002 higher than ACMF model.

Abstract: ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) analysis is an important method widely applied in Diagnostic research. Although this method has been widely used in Diagnostic research in recent years, it has not been applied in psychological measurement in China. In the ROC analysis method, this paper mainly introduces the application of ROC analysis (BROC) based on Bayesian theory in psychometric measurement. Based on this, we not only review the concept of ROC analysis and its important indicators, but also summarize the Grade variable Gold Standard, Time Dependence Correlation and No Gold Standard. Consequently, the application value in psychological measurement require reviewed and prospected. "

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of small interfering RNA (siRNA)-mediated silencing of PC4 and SFRS1 interacting protein 1 (PSIP1) on invasion and migration of human glioma U87 cells. Methods Chemically synthesized siRNA targeting PSIP1 gene was transfected into U87 cells via lipofectamine, and the gene silencing effect was determined using real-time PCR. The changes in the invasion and migration abilities of the transfected cells were assessed with Transwell assay and wound healing assay, respectively. Western blotting was used to analyze the expression of N-cadherin, β-catenin and the transcription factor Slug. Results The mRNA and protein level of PSIP1 was significantly reduced in U87 cells after transfection with PSIP1 siRNA (P<0.0001). PSIP1 knockdown in U87 cells resulted in significant suppression of cell invasion and migration abilities (P<0.01) and also reduced N-cadherin, β-catenin and Slug expressions. Conclusions Silencing of PSIP1 impairs the invasion and migration abilities of glioma cells and lowers the expressions of N-cadherin, β-catenin and Slug, suggesting that PSIP1 may regulate Slug by classical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to modulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition and promote the invasion and migration of glioma cells.
