    Abstract: The "20 Data Articles" highlight the right to use data and dilute the concept of data ownership. In the process of data transactions, how to balance the personal information personality interests and property interests has become an issue that needs to be considered. In this article, the term "personal data" is used instead of "personal information" to highlight the property attributes. As a personality right, personal information rights and interests include ethical considerations such as human dignity, privacy, risk prevention, and balance of interests, and can be divided into sensitive personal data and non-sensitive personal data. Non-sensitive personal data may be traded for reasons including: the risk is controllable and it is not easy to damage human dignity; Increase the overall welfare of society. Sensitive personal data is subject to the prohibition of transactions, with the exception of transactions.

By examining the developmental history of ethics committees, it becomes evident that this organizational form initially emerged within the realm of bioethics before gradually expanding into science and technology ethics. The Science and Technology Ethics Committee assumes the responsibility of safeguarding both substantive and procedural ethics.
     

  • The Evaluation Model of User Participation Level of Subject Services in University Libraries:Taking High Quality User Participation as a Perspective

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Integrating the wisdom of users to make up for the limitation of librarians’ knowledge is an important trend in the transformation and development of the subject service in university libraries in the new era. The evaluation of user participation quality is helpful to provide theoretical references for libraries to better integrate user wisdom. [Method/Process] Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper constructed a conceptual model from three main dimensions of "psychological approach", "action support" and "result performance" to screen and optimize the evaluation items. Through exploratory analysis and confirmatory analysis, it was determined that the introduction and evaluation model of user participating in subject services with high quality in university libraries. [Result/Conclusion] The evaluation model of library subject services can be presented a multi-level and multi-dimensional comprehensive model with three main dimensions and eight sub dimensions.

    Abstract: Response inhibition refers to the ability to inhibit inappropriate or irrelevant actions so that one can make flexible and goal-directed behavioral responses based on environmental changes. Response inhibition is an essential component of cognitive ability. It is critical for the executive control of behavior in healthy individuals and a fundamental cognitive ability required for people to function properly. Previous studies have shown that response inhibition is mainly related to the functions of the right inferior frontal gyrus (rIFG), the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), and the pre-supplementary motor area (pre-SMA). An increasing number of studies have used transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to modulate the activities of these brain regions, thereby affecting response inhibition. This review examined existing studies concerning the modulatory effects of tDCS targeting relevant brain regions on response inhibition in healthy participants, summarized the parameters of tDCS used in these studies and their main behavioral findings, and pointed out the shortcomings of previous studies and the future research directions of response inhibition enhancement by tDCS. The neural mechanism of tDCS modulating response inhibition has yet to be clarified, mainly for the following two reasons: First, efforts are still needed to clarify the neural circuit of response inhibition itself, especially the time process of each brain region in the circuit. Second, the key brain region for improving response inhibition (i.e., the brain region that most greatly affects response stimulation after being stimulated) has not been confirmed yet. Solving these two problems can provide a basis for a better understanding and application of tDCS in response inhibition enhancement. This review also provides some insights on how to solve these problems. Currently, a majority of studies focus on healthy young adults, but have neglected the needs of the elderly and the children for enhanced response inhibition. Previous studies have shown that the effects of tDCS on response inhibition are age-dependent. Considering the age-related differences in physiological characteristics (especially brain anatomy characteristics), targeted studies should be conducted in the future to investigate the age-dependent effects of tDCS on response inhibition enhancement, so as to better use tDCS in healthy people of different ages. Altogether, tDCS is an effective method to improve the ability of response inhibition, but the outcomes of previous studies are heterogeneous. Most studies have found that anodal tDCS can improve response inhibition; however, some studies have obtained inconsistent results. This review assumed that such inconsistency can be explained by three categories of factors, that is, individual differences (genetics, personality, baseline performance, etc.), stimulation parameters (current intensity, electrode placement, electrode size, duration, etc.), and behavioral tasks (difficulty, analytical methods, etc.). We have put forward valuable suggestions on how to control the effects of these factors, so that future research can introduce more standardized designs to reduce the heterogeneity of related studies. Finally, in order to further investigate how to use tDCS to improve response inhibition more efficiently, this review proposed several directions for future research. First, existing studies are mostly based on conventional tDCS. Future research should actively embrace high-definition tDCS (HD-tDCS), as HD-tDCS has higher spatial resolution than conventional tDCS and can produce more prominent behavioral or neurophysiological effects and obtain results with higher reliability and validity. Second, few studies have explored the combination of tDCS with cognitive training of response inhibition. It is worthwhile to further clarify the effects of this protocol on response inhibition enhancement. Third, the effects of different stimulation patterns need to be explored, such as multisession repeated stimulation, combination of tDCS with other stimulation methods, and multitarget stimulation over multiple brain regions.

  • Effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on response inhibition in healthy people

    Abstract:

    Response inhibition refers to the ability to inhibit actions that are inappropriate or incapable of meeting current demands. Studies have shown that response inhibition is mainly related to the functions of the inferior frontal gyrus, the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, and the pre-supplementary motor area. Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is a non-invasive brain stimulation technique. In recent years, an increasing number of studies have explored the effects of tDCS on response inhibition by stimulating corresponding brain regions in healthy people, but they have not arrived at consistent conclusions. In this context, it has become increasingly urgent to elucidate the specific neural mechanism underlying the effect of tDCS on response inhibition, reduce the heterogeneity of tDCS studies, explore more effective ways of tDCS stimulation, and determine the age-dependent differences in tDCS effect.

  • 不同供水下白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum)离体根呼吸特征——基于稳定碳同位素示踪技术

    Abstract:植物根呼吸是土壤呼吸的主要组成,研究根呼吸对生态系统碳收支及碳平衡有重要意义。采用13C脉冲标记技术,在3种供水条件下,对比不同根离体时间(标记后0,6,24,48,216,360 h)的白羊草离体根呼吸速率和根呼吸释放的δ13C同位素比值变化,分析根参数与离体根呼吸相关性。结果表明:1)不同离体时间的离体根呼吸速率变化趋势一致,3种供水条件下无显著差异,均在0-20 min急剧下降,下降范围为32%-39%。2)测定离体根呼吸释放的δ13C在不同离体时间的变化,为实时监测转移到白羊草根系的13CO2在根部释放的过程提供了新思路;不同离体时间,3种供水条件下根呼吸释放的δ13C在2 h内均值大小呈:供水充分 > 轻度胁迫 > 重度胁迫。随离体时间(0-360 h)推移根呼吸释放的δ13C均值先增大后减小,在216 h达到峰值31.46‰;3)离体根呼吸速率和根呼吸释放的δ13C受根系根面积、比根面积、N含量、C/N及根组织δ13C的影响显著。4)轻度水分胁迫可促使根系生长(C固定)和根呼吸(C代谢)同时增加。

    Abstract:对人源类溶菌酶蛋白6(human lysozyme-like protein 6,LYZL6)在受精过程中的作用进行研究,并对重组LYZL6蛋白(recombinant LYZL6,rLYZL6)的生理特性进行分析,从而揭示其生理功能。细胞免疫荧光法确定LYZL6定位于成熟精子头部的顶体后区域,反转录PCR(RT-PCR)分析表明精子表面的LYZL6蛋白来源于睾丸和附睾的分泌,Western blot法分析表明精子获能前后表面LYZL6的量无明显改变。半透明带结合实验和精子穿透实验分析表明兔抗LYZL6血清未明显抑制人精子结合透明带,但可明显抑制精卵融合。利用毕赤酵母表达系统成功表达了rLYZL6,使用甲壳素亲和层析和凝胶过滤层析可从发酵上清中纯化到具有生物活性的rLYZL6。酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分析显示rLYZL6不具有透明质酸结合能力、透明质酸水解能力和自由基清除活性,但具有较强的肽聚糖结合能力和异肽酶活性。LYZL6由睾丸和附睾分泌后定位于成熟精子头部的顶体后区域,可以参与精卵融合,并具有肽聚糖结合能力和异肽酶活性,提示LYZL6可能通过多种机制参与精子功能。

  • 石蒜碱对肾癌细胞ACHN的具有明显的抗肿瘤作用

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the antitumor effect of lycorine on renal cell carcinoma ACHN cells and explore the possible mechanism. Methods We used flow cytometry to examine the effect of lycorine on ACHN cell cycle and apoptosis. The cell proliferation, migration and invasion were assessed with MTS assay, wound healing assay, and Transwell assay, respectively. Colony forming assay was performed, and the mRNA and protein levels of Bax, Bcl-2, survivin, caspase-3, cyclin D1 and CDK4 were measured with qRT-PCR and Western blotting. Results Lycorine obviously inhibited the proliferation of ACHN cells with an IC50 of 24.34 μmol/L. Lycorine also induced apoptosis of ACHN cells, caused cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 phase, and suppressed the colony forming ability of the cells in a dose-dependent manner. The migration and invasion of ACHN cells were significantly inhibited by 5 μmol/L lycorine. Lycorine up-regulated the mRNA levels of CDK4, Bax, caspase-3 while down-regulated the levels of survivin, Bcl-2 and Cyclin D1; the protein levels of CDK4 and Bax were increased and cyclin D1, Bcl-2 and surviving expressions were decreased, but caspase-3 expression showed no significant changes following the treatment. Conclusion Lycorine has obvious antitumor effect against ACHN cells, suggesting its value as a new therapeutic agent for renal cell carcinoma.

The application of the method in project design and construction process has improved the feasibility of the design,as well as provided an effective solution to optimize and control the height of electromechanical installation of existing buildings.

  • 人Bcl-6 3'UTR区报告质粒及其表达载体的构建和功能检测

    Abstract: Objective To observe the direct regulation of miR-127 on Bcl-6 and the effect of Bcl-6 in rescuing miR-127-induced cell cycle and cell growth inhibition. Methods The 3'UTR and coding region of human bcl-6 gene were amplified by PCR and cloned into pcDNA3.0-Luc and pcDNA3.0-Flag vectors, respectively. Mutations were introduced into the seed sequences of the predicted miR-127 target sites within the Bcl-6 3'UTR using recombinant PCR. Luciferase assay was used to verify the direct targeted regulation of miR-127 on Bcl-6. In HepG2 cell models with overexpression or knockdown of miR-12, the changes of cell cycle and cell growth were investigated after transfection with the constructed vectors. Results The recombinant plasmids were successfully obtained as confirmed by double digestion and sequence identification. Luciferase assay showed that in 293T and HepG2 cells, miR-127 inhibited the activation of wild-type Bcl-6 3'UTR reporter vector but not mutated Bcl-6 3'UTR vector. Overexpression of miR-127 induced cell cycle arrest at G 2/M phase and suppressed the growth of HepG2 cells, and these effects were reversed by Bcl-6 overexpression. Conclusion We successfully cloned wild-type and mutated 3'UTR reporter vectors and expression vector of bcl-6 gene and confirmed their biological functions.
