  • Exploring differences between depression and bipolar disorder through the urinary proteome

    Abstract: How to differentiate the diagnosis of depression and bipolar disorder has always been an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in clinical practice. In this study, from the perspective of urine proteomics, urine samples of similar age were collected from two hospitals to investigate the candidate biomarkers for differentiating the diagnosis of depression and bipolar disorder using both group analysis and one-to-many analysis. The experimental results of the paired group analysis showed that 108 differential proteins were identified in the depressed group compared to the bipolar group under strict screening conditions with screening criteria of FC ≥ 2 or ≤ 0.5 and a two-tailed unpaired t-test of P < 0.01, with an average of 3.7 randomly generated differential proteins, and a confidence level of 96.6 % for the correlation between these proteins and the disease difference. In the one-to-many analysis, 24 differential proteins were co-identified by the samples of 13 depressed patients, 16 of which showed a completely consistent trend of expression changes in all depressed patients studied, and 6 of which were associated with immunoglobulins; 41 differential proteins were co-identified by the samples of 12 depressed patients out of 13, and 19 of which showed a completely consistent trend of expression change in the These results reflect the strong consistency of differential proteins between the two groups of patients. 12 or more samples from depressed patients were enriched for differential proteins related to multiple biological processes and signaling pathways associated with the immune system, which is consistent with previous studies: immune mechanisms may be one of the pathogenetic mechanisms of major depression and that drugs with major immune targets can improve depressive symptoms. In the future, it may be possible to observe the immune status of patients with depression to provide direction and basis for the precise treatment of depression. The results of this paper show that urine proteomics can differentiate between depression and bipolar disorder, suggest possible mechanisms and potential targets for the treatment of depression and bipolar disorder, and provide a tool for future differential diagnosis and precision treatment of the diseases.

  • Types of Knowledge,Beliefs,Behaviors of Reducing Dementia Risk in Middle-aged and Elderly Adults in Community and Difference Analysis of Cognitive Function

    Abstract: Background Lifestyle is an important modifiable risk factor for dementia. Knowledge and beliefs are important factors affecting lifestyle. However,there is a lack of research on the types of knowledge,beliefs,behaviors of reducing dementia risk,and it remains unclear whether there are differences in dementia risk and cognitive function among residents with different types of knowledge,belief,and behavior. Objective To understand the current situation of knowledge,beliefs ,behaviors of reducing dementia risk in the middle-aged and elderly adults in the community,explore and analyze the types of knowledge,beliefs and behaviors and the differences of cognitive function,and provide a basis for the development of targeted dementia prevention measures in the community. Methods From March 2021 to February 2022,middle-aged and elderly adults who participated in free health checkups at community health centers and established health management files in five communities in Shapingba District of Chongqing were selected as the survey objects by convenience sampling method. The general information questionnaire,Dementia Knowledge Assessment Scale (DKAS),Motivation to Change Lifestyle and Health Behaviors for Dementia Risk Reduction (MCLHB-DRR),Lifestyle for Dementia Risk Reduction Scale (LDRRS),Beijing version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA) and Cardiovascular Risk Factors,Aging and Dementia(CAIDE) scores were used for the investigation. K-means cluster analysis was used to classify the knowledge,beliefs ,behaviors of reducing dementia risk of residents,and the differences in demographic characteristics,cognitive function and dementia risk among different types were compared and analyzed. Results A total of 232 questionnaires distributed and 211 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 90.9%. The cluster analysis results showed that the knowledge,beliefs and behaviors of reducing dementia risk of the middle-aged and elderly adults in the community could be divided into three types of good knowledge,beliefs and behaviors type,low knowledge-poor behaviors type,low beliefs-poor behaviors type,which accounted for 39.8% (84/211),37.4% (79/211),and 22.7% (48/211),respectively. The average years of education of middle-aged and elderly residents in good knowledge,beliefs and behaviors type were significantly higher than those in low knowledge-poor behaviors type (t=2.703,P<0.001),and low beliefs-poor behaviors type (t=1.524,P=0.022). The CAIDE scores of residents in low knowledge-poor behaviors type and low beliefs-poor behaviors type were significantly higher than those in good knowledge,beliefs and behaviors type(t=1.431,P<0.001),(t=1.080,P=0.002). The MoCA scores of residents in low knowledge-poor behaviors type were lower than those in good knowledge,beliefs and behaviors type and low beliefs-poor behaviors type (t=-2.529,P<0.001),(t=-1.869,P=0.018). Conclusion The knowledge,beliefs ,behaviors of reducing dementia risk of the middle-aged and elderly adults in the community could be divided into three types of good knowledge,beliefs and behaviors type,low knowledge#2;poor behaviors type,low beliefs-poor behaviors type,and there are significant differences in years of education,dementia risk and cognitive function scores among different types. Developing targeted dementia prevention measures based on the characteristics of different types of knowledge,beliefs ,behaviors of reducing dementia risk,may be effective in reducing the risk of dementia and maintaining or slowing cognitive decline.

  • Research of IS Continuance Model Based on the Expectation Confirmation: A Meta-analysis

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Since the expectation confirmation model of IS continuance was put forward, it is widely used in the prediction of continuance intention, but the conclusion is inconsistent or contradictory. Therefore, the evaluation is very important.[Method/process] In this paper, the meta-analysis was used as the method to extract the data of sample size and correlation coefficient in 108 articles. This paper analyzed the descriptive statistics, the calculation effect size, the failure-safety number of the extracted data.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the effect size and the failure-safety number of the five groups of variables in the model are stable, but the effect size and the failure-safety number of the "perceived usefulness-continuance intention" and the "perceived usefulness-satisfaction" are low, whose reasons are analyzed in this paper. At last, this paper gives recommendations.

  • Research on Precise Recommendation of Knowledge Discovery Services Based on Users Interests

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper proposes a recommendation algorithm based on user interest metrics and content analysis for the current issues of low personalization and poor recommendation in knowledge discovery services. [Method/process] Through characteristic word distribution, LDA topic distribution and citation association, this paper constructs the academic resource model. Through the measurement of user behavior (browsing time, downloading, forwarding, collecting, etc.), the user's interest in browsing academic resources can be calculated, and the user interest model is constructed. Matching the user interest model with the academic resource model and calculating its similarity, the user's interest value for each academic resource can be obtained. Finally, the TOP-N academic resources with the highest interest value can be recommended to the user. [Result/conclusion] The paper tests the effectiveness of the algorithm and the accuracy of the recommendation through experiments. From the experimental results, we can show that the recommendation algorithm can predict the user's interest better and the recommendation effect is significant, simultaneously providing ideas for precise recommendation of discovery services.

  • Research on Knowledge Discovery Service Optimization of Digital Library Based on Multi-feature Coupling

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In the context of big data, the user's knowledge needs are changed from decentralization to correlation, and multi-feature coupling is used to assist the knowledge discovery service to discover multiple correlations between resources, thereby optimizing knowledge discovery services. [Method/process] The concept of multi-feature coupling was defined by analyzing the internal and external attribute characteristics of the literature. This paper analyzed the relationship between multi-feature coupling and digital library knowledge service according to the function of multi-feature coupling. Then, by combining the existing knowledge discovery system, the multi-feature coupling structure was constructed. And the method of improving the supply side of the knowledge discovery service was proposed based on data layer-coupling layer-service layer. [Result/conclusion] The data layer guarantees the quality of the data, the data source changes from single to mixed; the coupling layer enhances the effect of coupling analysis, the unit of analysis changes from coarse-grained to fine-grained, the semantic association between fine-grained units attracts much attention; the service layer attaches importance to the user's interactive experience and develops multi-dimensional visualization function.

  • Research on Data Driven Mechanism and Performance Optimization of Knowledge Discovery in Digital Library

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Under the data-driven environment, exploring the data-driven mechanism and optimization scheme of knowledge discover platform of digital library is conducive to provide theoretical support for supply-side reform from the perspective of methodology. [Method/process] By means of the system dynamics method, the data-driven dynamic formation mechanism of digital library knowledge discovery is presented through simulation. From the perspective of performance optimization, the granular computing method is used to provide a feasible solution for its drive optimization. [Result/conclusion] The data driving factors that influence the knowledge discovery of digital library mainly include data dimension, semantic association dimension, visualization dimension and value dimension. From the perspective of the formation of dimensions and the role of performance, the data drive of digital library knowledge discovery is a dynamic system of spiral development, the key point of performance optimization lies in the exploitation degree of knowledge value of data. The knowledge granularity as the starting point to achieve its optimization can better improve the data-driven effect of digital library knowledge discovery, according to the experimental studies.

  • The Development Orientation of Library Service in Data Age

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Big data has opened a major era transformation of library service. The big data thinking could be used to regard the revolution of library service and have a new understanding of the evolution of its development mode, especially thinking deeply about the pattern, content and mechanism and other different aspects of service in such a new environment.[Method/process] Based on a large number of documents and facts, this paper comprehensively analyzes the evolution process of library service development model from the function perspective of library service and demonstrates the internal logic and external basis of the evolution of library service development model.[Result/conclusion] According to the path of the new format, this paper puts forward two new formats of library service development in data-ages:a new format of knowledge discovery services based on data mining and a new format of innovative application services based on data fusion.

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The conceptual definition, type division, and analysis of the causes of typical risks and the impact relationship between risks of online information content ecosystem security risks are carried out, in order to provide an analysis basis for the research on ecological security governance of online information contents. [Method/process] Through a summary of the continuously derived online information content ecosystem security risks, combined with the online information security risk prevention, control and governance issues of national concern, the specific types of online information content ecological security risks were analyzed. From the overall perspective of online information ecosystem security risks, this paper analyzed the connotation and cause of the mainstream and typical types of risks, and summarized the overall characteristics of the ecological security risks of online information content. And from the perspective of the relationship between the ecological security risk of specific types of online information content and the overall risk, this paper comprehensively analyzed the possible impacts of the overall security risk. [Result/conclusion] Online information content ecosystem security risks are the core component of online information ecosystem security risks. Various types of online information content ecosystem security risks have different causes, but they overlap in characteristics and impacts. To ensure the security of the online information content ecology, it is necessary to specifically address the online information content ecosystem security risks of different types and comprehensively consider their overall risk impacts.

    Abstract: Leader humility is a new leadership style that emerging at the VUCA era, which received highly praised in academia and practitioner as being regarded as the "panacea" of organizational management. However, some leaders regard humility as the "workplace protection" and behave in humble ways deliberately, in order to meet the social norms and achieve self-interest. In fact, the phenomenon of "hypocrites" is very common in the workplace, which has negative impact on organization development, e.g. damaging the relationship between superiors and subordinates, and inducing organizational deviation. However, prior studies overwhelmingly focused on the positive effects of leader humility, which may neglect the implicit behavioral motivation of leader's humble expression and the potential dark-side effect of leader humility. Hence, in post-pandemic era, does employees more sensitive to the behavioral motivation of leadership? Does authentic humble leadership more effective to shaping resilient organizations? Does the strategic humble leader effective in workplace? How to break the shackles of strategic leadership? The above questions have not yet been fully explored in current research.Moving beyond the general positive effect, this research recognized two distinct motivations that actually exist behind the expressed humility: the authentic expression of internal trait or self-expression strategy of self-interesting, which may have different effectiveness. Drawing from the distinguish of authentic or strategic of leader humility, this study develops positive effect model of authentic leader humility, negative effect model of strategic leader humility, and conversion effect model of strategic leader humility. Specifically, from the “follower reaction” perspective, study1 investigates how employee respond to leader's authentic humble behavior. Based on the resource conservation theory, this study develops a developing strategy model for employees and explores the psychological mechanism and boundary condition of improving employee resilience. Study 2 investigates how employee respond to leader's strategic humble behavior. Based on supervisor-subordinate value consistency model, this study develops the survival strategy model and ingratiate strategy model for employees, and explores the cognitive and behavioral process employees adopt under different degree of value consistence. From the “leader conversion” perspective, study 3 further reveals the formation mechanism of strategic leader humility at the individual level, and verifies the intervention mechanism of strategic leader humility at the organizational level. In all, this research aims to reveal the profile of the study of leader humility. Through the essential exploration of the "authenticity" of leader expressed humility, this study deepens the dialectical understanding of the connotation of leader humility theory and the different effectiveness of humble leadership. In this way, from the perspectives of subordinate response and leadership transformation, this research comprehensively explores the positive effects of authentic leader humility, the negative effects of strategic leader humility and the transformation mechanism of strategic leader humility. The current study contributes to expand the understanding of leader humility theory, as well as provides potential directions for managers to fully stimulate authentic effectiveness of leader humility, and help to reduce the negative effect of strategic humility in the era of post-pandemic.

  • 面向WSI的乳腺病理亚型分类研究

    Abstract: For precise classification of pathological breast WSI images, the study proposed the gated convolution network based on hybrid connection (HC-GCN) , set up a hybrid block of local residual connection and global dense connection, and through embedding the Squeeze -Excitation-and-Gated (SEG) module into the hybrid block, established a backbone network for alternate connection between the hybrid block and the transition layer. In combination with a training model for image data enhancement based on quad-tree image segmentation method, the experimental results based on the BreastSet clinical data set showed 92.24%, 92.83% and 92.18% of accuracy at the image level, patient level and pathology level respectively. Therefore, compared with other methods, this method is of great clinical application value for improved accuracy as well as reduced number of parameters and amount of computation.

  • 基于InVEST模型的1999—2016 年麻塔流域 碳储量变化及空间格局研究

    Abstract:区域碳储量是生态系统功能的重要度量指标,探索土地改造对区域碳储量变化的影响,对于协调区域生态建设和生态产业发展具有重要意义。基于InVEST模型和地理信息系统技术,研究了陕西省延安南部麻塔流域1999—2016年土地结构改造过程中区域碳储量变化,并探讨坡度、坡向、坡位对碳储量空间分布的影响。结果表明:麻塔流域18 a的土地改造使得区域碳储量增加1688.36 Mg(碳密度增加6.92 Mg·hm2),总固碳功能提升约7.63%。森林、草地和果园土地类型面积的增加是植被转换后流域景观碳储量提升的主要贡献者。碳储量增加的空间位置主要分布在半阴坡、中上坡位以及坡度10°~30°。本研究认为林草植被建设和经济果林建设两者都有利于增强麻塔流域景观固碳能力。麻塔流域土地转换模式能够协调区域生态建设和生态产业的发展,在黄土丘陵区具有较好的推广价值。

  • 利用PSO-SA混合优化支持向量回归的径流预报模型研究

    Abstract: In order to effectively improve the accuracy of runoff forecasting, this paper proposed an effective hybrid optimization strategy which was based on the combination of particle swarm optimization and simulated annealing algorithm, and it also optimized the type of kernel function and the kernel parameter setting of Support Vector Regression to establish an effective hybrid optimization support vector regression runoff forecasting model. The proposed method provided an effective way for the choice of kernel functions and parameter optimization. By analyzing the examples of Guangxi Liujiang’s River runoff and with pure support vector regression model comparison, the results of the study show that the model is stable in prediction and it has high generalization performance and accuracy of prediction, and it can provide an effective prediction method for runoff forecast.
