  • Concept, Task, and Application of Social Robots in Information Behavior R

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance The advent and emergence of social robots represent a closer development trend in human-computer interaction. However, the study of the information behavior of social robots faces many challenges that arise from the need to simulate human social behavior. This challenge includes technical hurdles such as a multi-level understanding of human emotions, extraction of multi-modal information features, situational awareness, as well as the establishment of long-term user profiling, data privacy, and ethical considerations in personalized interaction. However, existing research tends to focus narrowly on specific applications and lacks a holistic review. This paper attempts to provide a thorough review of both domestic and international studies of social robots in the area of information behavior. It aims to elucidate the theoretical evolution and technological foundations of social robots, thereby enriching our understanding of their role in the landscape of information behavior research. Method/Process Using a rigorous literature review methodology, we meticulously analyze the current state and prospective trajectory of research on the information behavior of social robots. First, we extract and scrutinize the theoretical foundations and salient research topics within the field. We then delineate the core tasks of social robots, which include data acquisition, language processing, emotion analysis, information retrieval, and intelligent communication. Furthermore, we synthesize research on the information behavior of social robots in various application domains such as education, healthcare, and service sectors. We delve into the intricacies of human-computer interaction in these contexts and provide comprehensive insights. Finally, we explore future directions in the field. Results/Conclusions Our examination of the information behavior of social robots reveals both promising potential and notable challenges. This paper provides a fundamental elucidation of the social robot concept, identifies current research foci, and addresses prevailing challenges. Regarding the construction of data resource and related technologies, we systematically delineate the task architecture of social robots, and highlight their wide-ranging applications in various domains. Furthermore, we provide an in-depth examination of human-computer interaction scenarios in critical domains such as education, healthcare, and service delivery, offering prescient guidance for future research efforts in social robotics. Nonetheless, our findings underscore the nascent stage of development of social robotics, which requires a concerted focus on advancing interaction quality assessment, enhancing social cognitive capabilities, managing user information disclosure, and refining emotional intelligence. By prioritizing these avenues, we aim to improve the quality of human-robot interaction and provide users with enriched and personalized service experiences, thereby catalyzing the continued evolution and broader integration of social robotics technology.

  • Research on medical X-ray shielding mechanism and functional materials

    Abstract: [Background]: With the continuous development of nuclear technology, the demand for radiation protection is increasing, and the optimization research of protective materials is receiving more and more attention. [Purpose]: Develop lightweight, lead-free flexible X-ray protective materials for commonly used medical diagnostic X-ray tubes within the voltage range of 150 kV. [Methods]: Firstly, focusing on studying the X-ray energy spectrum characteristics under 80, 100, and 120 kV tube voltages, and analyzing their bremsstrahlung and characteristic radiation characteristics; Secondly, using the Xcom program to calculate the photon absorption cross-sections of different elements and using the MCNP program to simulate and predict shielding performance; Finally, the shielding performance of the flexible X-ray protection material prepared is tested and verified by experiments. [Results]: The W+Bi based composite material combined with Gd has excellent shielding performance, with a highest shielding efficiency of 82.98% at 120 kV tube voltage, a mass attenuation coefficient of 6.47 cm2·g-1, a linear attenuation coefficient of 10.12 cm-1, and a half value layer of 0.07 cm. [Conclusions]: Theoretical prediction indicates that the absorption cross section tends to decay with energy, but there is a significant K-absorption edge effect in the low-energy region. Not only W, Bi, and Gd elements all have high mass absorption coefficients for X-rays, but also thier K-absorption edges have complementary advantages, which can effectively shield both bremsstrahlung and characteristic radiation in the energy spectrum. This study can deepen our understanding of medical X-ray shielding strategies and provide guidance for the development of lightweight, lead-free flexible X-ray protective materials.

  • Stage Characteristics of the Lifelong Development of Attentional Functions

    Abstract: Attention is the orientation and concentration of individuals to specific objects. Basic attentional functions such as alerting, orienting, and executive control, and complex attentional functions such as selective attention and sustained attention have various trajectories of germination, development, and decline. Based on previous studies on attention development, this paper reviewed the lifelong development trajectories of basic and complex attentional functions and suggested that the development of attention roughly includes three stages: the germination period (0–1 year old), the development period (1 year old-adulthood), and the degenerating period (adulthood-old age). Furthermore, this paper emphasized the significance of the cooperation among attentional functions for understanding the development of attention. In specific, complex attentional functions depend on the cooperation of basic attentional functions. Their developmental trajectories also depend on the development of the latter. In the future, longitudinal studies especially in adolescents and studies of the cooperation among attentional functions should be strengthened with high reliability and validity measurement tools sensitive to attention levels. The theory of attentional development would benefit from such studies.

  • Research on the Development of Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Prediction Model for the Elderly Based on TCM Constitution

    Abstract: Background The most effective prevention strategy for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)is primary management,with the core measure of risk assessment. The existing prediction models for ASCVD for the elderly are not able to guide TCM primary management well. Therefore,it is necessary to integrate TCM elements into the development of prediction models to guide the primary management of ASCVD with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine. Objective  To construct and validate the ASCVD prediction model for the elderly based on TCM constitution. Methods A total of 1 418 elderly people who underwent physical examination at Huayuan Street Community Health Service Center,Chentangzhuang Street Community Health Service Center,Xiangyang Road Street Community Health Service Center and Daqiuzhuang Town Central Health Center in 2017 were included as the study subjects. General data of the study subjects were collected and constitution identification was performed. The incidence of ASCVD(clinical outcome)was followed up from 2017 to 2022. The data of the subjects were randomly divided into a training set and validation set according to 8 ∶ 2. In the training set,the conventional ASCVD prediction model for the elderly(Model 1)and the conventional ASCVD+constitution prediction model for the elderly(Model 2)were constructed by using the forward stepwise method. The nomogram of ASCVD prediction model for the elderly based on TCM constitution was plotted. The calibration curve was plotted and the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test was performed to determine the calibration of the model. The receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated to determine the discrimination of the model. AUC,Net Reclassification Index(NRI),Integrated Discrimination Improvement(IDI),and Decision Curve Analysis(DCA) were used to compare Model 2 with Model 1 to evaluate the improvement efficacy of model 2. Results There was no significant difference in the general data between the training set and validation set(P>0.05). The results of multivariate analysis showed that Model 1 included 7 predictors of gender,age,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,triacylglycerol(TG),BMI,systolic blood pressure×hypertension medication history. Model 2 included 8 predictors of gender,age,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,TG,BMI,systolic blood pressure×hypertension medication history,and constitution type. Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test showed good fit of Model 2;Delong test results showed that AUC of model 2 was higher than that of Model 1(Z=2.741,P=0.006),NRI=0.511[95%CI=(0.359-0.663),P<0.001], IDI=0.038[95%CI=(0.024-0.051),P<0.001],suggesting that the addition of constitution predictors could improve the accuracy of model prediction. The clinical utility comparison results showed that the net benefit of Model 2 to predict severe ASCVD events in the elderly was better than Model 1 at a threshold probability of 5 to 74%. Conclusion In this study,a ASCVD prediction model for the elderly was constructed including 8 predictor variables of gender,age,waist circumference,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,body mass index,systolic blood pressure×hypertension medication history,and constitution type. After testing,the differentiation and calibration performed well,which was better than the conventional prediction model, and can be applied to the individualized risk assessment of ASCVD in the elderly and guide the primary management of ASCVD with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine.

  • Effects of sodium glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitor and dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor on body weight and body composition in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

    Abstract: Objective:This study compared the effects of dapagliflozin and linagliptin on weight and body composition in elderly T2DM patients who had already been treated with metformin for poor blood sugar control.
    Methods:Totally 106 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who had received metformin treatment and had HbA1c levels of more than 7.0% were randomly divided into dapagliflozin and linagliptin groups. Bioimpedance analysis was used to assess body composition before and after the study.
    Results:The average body weight change from baseline to 24 weeks in the dapagliflozin group was -3.78 kg . Dapagliflozin also significantly reduced muscle massand total body protein. Compared with linagliptin, dapagliflozin resulted in a greater decrease in body fat mass from baseline to week 24, the statistical difference was significant.
    Conclusion:Dapagliflozin significantly reduces body weight, including body fat and lean weight, and should be used with caution in elderly frail patients.
     

  • The effect of dawn phenomenon and glucose variability on cognitive function of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

    Abstract: Abstract:
    Objective To evaluate the effect of dawn phenomenon (DP) and glucose variability on cognitive function of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to explore the correlation and risk factors between dawn phenomenon and cognitive dysfunction.
    Methods The patients were divided into DP group (18 cases) by Flash Glucose Monitoring data, and the NDP group (18 cases) was matched according to age, gender, HbA1c and education level. The glucose level, glucose variability and cognitive function of the two groups were compared by paired t test; The correlation between cognitive dysfunction and other indicators were analyzed by person correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression.
    Results There were statistically significant differences in TIR, TAR, SD, MBG, CIMT and MoCA scores between two groups (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that cognitive impairment was negatively correlated with age, tar, SD, MBG, CIMT (r=0.509, -0.338, -0.341, -0.341*, -0.345*, p<0.05), Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis suggested that age and SD were the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction. Conclusion Elderly type 2 diabetic patients with dawn phenomenon have higher blood glucose level, increased blood glucose fluctuation, and increased degree of atherosclerosis, which are more likely to lead to cognitive impairment.

  • A Review of Information Representation of User’s Micro-Expressions

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] To analyze the current status and trends of research in the field of micro-expression recognition at home and abroad, and to provide a reference for the research on microexpression information representation of users in the field of library and intelligence. [Method/Process] The bibliometric-based research method revealed the research dynamics in the field of micro-expression recognition in the last decade, and analyzed the convergence trends, technical basis and difficult challenges of micro-expression recognition and information representation. [Result/Conclusion] Micro-expression datasets and micro-expression recognition technologies are current research hotspots; technical approaches, security ethics and database volume are major challenges for today’s development; information transmission and information feedback are emerging research areas that can be developed in libraries and intelligence in the future, and areas such as meta-universe, privacy issues and technology-driven are future trends in the application of micro-expression recognition technologies.

  • Research Status and Prospect of Oracle Bone Inscription Recognition Technology

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Digital humanities research is a prominent research hotspot in the current academic circle. This study systematically reviewed the frontier research on oracle bone inscription recognition from the perspective of digital humanities, which provided reference for follow-up research, promoting the effective development of digital humanities research and the recognition and utilization of characters in ancient books. [Method/Process] The literature was retrieved from multiple academic platforms such as WOS and CNKI using the method of bibliometric analysis, and a total of 103 English literature and 52 Chinese literature were screened for review. [Result/Conclusion] Interpreting the research status of oracle bone inscription recognition from three levels: traditional recognition technology, machine learning and deep learning, which analyzed the research development process, and discussed the future development trend. This paper mainly conducted a systematic review of oracle bone inscription recognition research from the perspective of digital humanities, which analyzed existing research technologies and research directions, but did not elaborate on the recognition algorithm mechanism in depth. Oracle recognition technology has gradually changed from traditional feature extraction to deep learning-based recognition technology. Although the recognition accuracy has been improved, there are still shortcomings such as serious overfitting and low recognition efficiency. Meanwhile, the construction of oracle knowledge base and knowledge graph, and the establishment of domain knowledge have good development potential in this field.

  • Falls Prevention Intervention for Community-dwelling Older Adults from the Perspective of Policy Tools: an International Comparative Study

    Abstract: Background  Falls among older adults will cause a heavy burden on society and families. The development of effective falls prevention intervention policies for community-dwelling older adults is an important initiative to address this global public health problem. Objective  To analyze and compare the content composition,key initiatives and implementation strategies of current falls prevention intervention policies for community-dwelling older adults in different countries from the perspective of policy tools. Methods  Six countries in Asia,North America,and Europe,including Japan,Singapore,Thailand,the United States,Germany,and Russia,were selected as sample countries according to the degree of population aging and economic income level. Refer to the websites of relevant government departments such as the Ministry of Health,the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and directly affiliated institutions,as well as websites of nongovernmental organizations,such as Prevention of Falls Network Europe,National Council On Aging,U.S.,Association of Fall Prevention,Japan,and National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds,Germany,the national policy documents of prevention interventions for community-dwelling older adults from January 2010 to June 2022 were searched by using "older adults" "fall/drop/accidental injuries" "prevention" as keywords. The text analysis was performed from the dimensions of policy tools such as demand-side type,supply-side type and environmental-side type,and injury prevention strategies such as education prevention strategies and evaluation strategies. Results  Among the 24 policy documents,there were 212 coded targets in the dimension of policy tools,with environmental-side type,supply-side type and demand-side type policy tools accounting for 45.3%(96/212),40.6%(86/212) and 14.1%(30/212),respectively. Among high-income countries,the public service tools under supply-side type policy tools were mostly applied in the United States and Germany,accounting for 40.5%(17/42) and 13.8%(8/58);the infrastructure construction tools under supply-side type policy tools were focused in Singapore〔24.1%(7/29)〕.Among low and middle income countries,the environmental-side type policy tools were mostly applied in Russia and Thailand,accounting for 51.3%(20/39) and 55.6%(10/18), respectively. Public service was mostly applied among the supply-side type policy tools,accounting for 17.5%(37/212);technical standard was mostly applied among the environmental-side type policy tools,accounting for 10.8%(23/212);medicare payment was mostly applied among the demand-side type policy tools,accounting for 4.7%(10/212). In addition,there were 105 coded targets in the dimension of injury prevention strategies,with the education prevention strategies accounting for the highest proportion of 31.4%(33/105),the engineering strategy accounting for the lowest proportion of 5.7%(6/105). High-income countries are at the stage of multi-sectoral collaborative policy implementation,low and middle income countries are at the stage of policy implementation by the Ministry of Health stage. Conclusion  Six countries focus on public service and infrastructure development under supply-side type policy tools;the application of demand-side type policy tools can be summarized as intervention services managed by medical insurance,intervention projects supported by financial funds,service purchases attracted by price subsidies,planning,organization,advocacy,and standard setting of environmental-side type policy tools. In combination with the priorities and specific measures of the six countries,it is suggested to learn from advanced experience in improving public services,strengthening evidence-based projects,standardizing technical standards,supporting financial incentives,expanding medical insurance programs,and providing price subsidies,thus further optimizing falls prevention intervention policies for community-dwelling older adults.

  • Study on the Base and Structure Construction of the Integrated “Five Metrics”

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] As the integrative developing trend of "five metrics"is inevitable, the basic problems about integration of the foundation of the discipline and the subject construction of informetrics is discussed in this paper.[Method/process] Based on the information basic recurrence process, the analysis of the dialectical relationship among subject, subject objects, subject researchers, and the literature review, the basic problems and research ideas of "five metrics" integration are summarized. Using the tree structure analogy of the knowledge system studied the subjective structure construction of the "five metrics" integration. Using philosophical analyzing method and embryological investigating method studied the subjective and the formative structure construction of "five metrics" integration.[Result/conclusion] To solve the problem of the subjective and formative structure construction of the "five metrics" integration, the information metrics discipline system should be constructed. The logic starting point of "five metrics" is "information"; the subject discipline of "five metrics" is information in the "information basic recurrence process"; the development of "five metrics" is based on the embryological "double principle" theory, and follows the embryological theory of the dialectical unity of the heteronomy and automaticity; in accordance with the core values of "five metrics", unified in the three layer structure of "phenomenology-meta-methodology", the three dimensional structure of "theory-method-application", the longitude and latitude network structure of "diachrony-synchrony", and the theoretical system of "five metrics"; the academic thinking of "content-structure-form" system of "five metrics" integration is established.

  • Influence of Interface Property on Effective Modulus and Tensile Behavior of Short Fiber Reinforced Composite

    Abstract: The influence of interface performance on the macroscopic tensile properties for the random short spruce fibers reinforced polypropylene (PP) composite materials was investigated. The mechanical behavior of the imperfect interface between spruce fiber and PP matrix is described by the bilinear cohesive zone model (CZM), while a two-dimensional finite element model of the representative volume element (RVE) with CZM for the material was developed in terms of the volume content, aspect ratio (AR) and random anisotropic elastic of random distribution short spruce fiber, as well as the influence of elastic plastic PP matrix. Experimental tensile stress strain curves for the composites with different fiber volume contents were simulated. The results show that there exists a common trend of monotone increasing for the curves of imperfect interfacial stiffness versus the effective modulus, namely E-K curves. The E-K curves for the composites with different volume fraction of fibers converged to a unique critical point (CP). In the range of higher interface stiffness the effective modulus of composites increase with the increase of fiber volume content, in the range of lower interface stiffness that is the opposite. For three spruce/PP composites with different fiber contents of 10%, 20% and 49% (in volume fraction), their imperfect interfacial stiffness could be estimated by their E-K curves and the measured macroscopic effective elastic modulus through experiment. The displacement corresponding to the initial separation and that to the entire separation of the interface could also be determined by the simulating tensile experimental stress strain curve of spruce/PP. Therefore, the results of numerical analysis base on the imperfect interfacial stiffness can be used to explain and further understand the influence of random short fiber volume content on the effective modulus of spruce/PP composites.

  • From Fusion of Research and Teaching to Leading of Science—Strategy to Build Planetary Science Program with Chinese Characteristics

    Abstract: Planetary science is a new and interdisciplinary discipline, which was established during the first upsurge of the international deep space explorations in 1960s—1970s of last century. Planetary science is the scientific study of the fundamental characteristics of planets, moons, and comets in the inner and outer of the solar system as well as their formation and evolution processes. Planetary science research mainly depends on deep space exploration, and it is highly interdisplinary and was built from Earth science, space science, and astronomy. The United States is the first country to build the planetary science discipline and the corresponding education system, and their strategy of science leading the deep space exploration makes them the only country in the world with strong planetary science program. Currently, the international deep space exploration is in the middle of second upsurge, and China’s deep space exploration program is under rapid development and has obtained remarkable and world-class achievements, which makes China a rising star in the field of deep space exploration. However, the planetary science discipline in China is not built yet and we also do not have corresponding education system, which neither matches nor supports China’s deep space exploration strategy. The slow development of the planetary science program has greatly limited China’s potential to become a country with powerful deep space exploration capability and strong planetary science program. Thus, the launching of planetary science program as the first level discipline is extremely urgent. University of Chinese Academy of Sciences together with some other universities have capability and advantages to lead the establishment of the first level discipline of planetary science in China and the corresponding education system, which can serve and lead the future deep space exploration and greatly help to promote China to be a country with strong planetary science program. By comparing the history of the development of planetary science program in the United States, we believe that we should take advantage of the philosophy of "The Fusion of Scientific Research and Teaching" in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and explore a way with China’s own characteristics to the creation of the first level discipline of planetary science.

  • Surface Modification and Interface Properties of Enzymemediated Grafting Kevlar Fibers

    Abstract: Surface coating with functional groups on Poly (p-phenylene terephthalaramide) (Kevlar,KF) fibers was prepared through a polymerization using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as bioactive catalyst. The effect of this approach on integrated properties of KF fibers was investigated. The results show that the polymerization can effectively perform on the fiber surface with the presence of HRP. The HRP content affects the grafting percentage of the fiber surface. More monomer was grafted on the fiber surface with the increase of HRP content, and there with the fiber surface possessed higher amount of polargroups, higher surface free energy, and higher roughness which then resulted in the enhancement of interface adhesion between the fibers with the resin matrix of the composite fibers/resin. Besides, this HRP catalytically grafted fibers hold more or less the same thermal and mechanical properties as the original KF fibers.

  • Research Progress and Application Prospect of Electronic Nose Technology in the Detection of Meat and Meat Products

    Abstract: With the continuous increase of import and export of various countries, people have put forward higher requirements on the efficiency and accuracy of meat and meat products safety indicators detection. Since electronic nose technology is simple to operate and allows rapid and nondestructive testing, it can meet today's need for efficient test of meat and meat products. In this paper, the detection principle of electronic nose technology was introduced firstly, and its development process was described from two aspects of hardware and software system. Then, the application research progress of electronic nose technology in meat and meat products detection in recent years from the aspects of freshness, adulteration, flavor evaluation and microbial contamination of meat and meat products was analyzed. Different electronic nose instruments and equipment or different pattern recognition algorithms result in different analysis results. Therefore, it highlighting the feasibility and advancement of electronic nose technology application in various aspects of meat and meat products detection. At the same time, in view of the application research results of electronic nose technology in the detection of meat and meat products, the paper pointed out the shortcomings of electronic nose technology, for example: The analysis effect of electronic nose technology was uneven, the price of electronic nose equipment was relatively expensive, and the application range of large electronic nose equipment was limited. Therefore, there were still some difficulties and problems of electronic nose technology in the aspects of universality and popularization. Finally, in view of the shortcomings of the current electronic nose technology, the development and application prospects of the electronic nose technology in the future were prospected. In terms of hardware system, with the research and development continuously of new gas sensitive materials, the durability and sensitivity to smell recognition of the electronic nose by improving the performance of the electrode film material of the electronic nose sensor array was enhanced. In terms of software system, with the upgrading continuously of computer systems, a supporting platform for the emerging and complex pattern recognition algorithms was provided. New pattern recognition algorithms in the pattern recognition system of electronic nose technology were explored and introduced, so that electronic nose technology can achieve faster and more accurate recognition and analysis of odors.

    Abstract:为定量研究具体区域土地整治前后生态系统服务价值的变化情况,本研究以庆阳市土地整治子项目为例,依据生态系统服务价值评估方法的局限性对其参数进行相应优化的基础上,对研究区内土地整治前后的生态系统服务价值变化进行实证分析。结果表明:① 通过尺度推演,将宏观大尺度的生态系统服务价值评估方法进行了市场因素修正、特殊生态系统类型价值当量的制定以及针对区域内部差异的NPP修正,降低了当量因子法应用到具体尺度上的局限性,使其更具合理性。② 基于优化参数的实证得到,土地整治前后4 a间生态系统服务价值由2.88×108元减少到2.76×108元,减少了4.31%。在一级分类体系下,只有调节服务的生态系统服务价值减少了1.84×107元,其余服务均相对增加;在二级分类体系下,多项服务较土地整治前均有所增加,且食物生产服务的增加量最大为8.35×106元,原料生产、生物多样性以及4项调节服务均相对减少。本研究的实证结果更符合具体区域实际情况,参数优化后的方法可用于坡耕地转变为梯田的生态系统服务价值评估,为区域内部残丘陵、沟谷、坡地等地貌类型的黄土丘陵沟壑区土地整治的生态系统服务价值评估可提供参考。

  • 大花蕙兰‘红酒’×莲瓣兰‘边草素花’杂交种组培快繁技术

    Abstract:以大花蕙兰‘ 红酒’(Cymbidium hybridum ‘hongjiu’)× 莲瓣兰‘ 边草素花’(tortisepalum‘biancaosuhua’)F1 代杂交种原球茎和根状茎为试材,比较不同激素配比增殖分化、生根的培养基, 建立适用杂交兰组培快繁体系。结果表明: 1/2MS+6-BA1.0 mg·L-1+NAA1.0mg·L-1+AC0.05%+ 香蕉80 g·L-1 对原球茎增殖效果最佳,增殖率达307%;1/2MS+6-BA1.5mg·L-1+NAA1.0 mg·L-1 +AC0.05%+ 香蕉80 g·L-1 有利于原球茎分化, 分化率为82% ;1/2MS+TDZ2.0 mg·L-1+NAA0.1 mg·L-1+AC0.05%+香蕉80 g·L-1 对根状茎增殖分化效果最佳,增殖率为293%,分化率为79%;1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg·L-1+NAA0.3 mg·L-1+AC0.05%+香蕉80 g·L-1为最佳生根培养基,生根率达84.7%,且根粗苗壮,叶色浓绿。此体系为杂交兰种苗规模生产提供了技术支持。

  • 基于二进制蚁群模糊神经网络的光伏系统MPPT控制算法研究

    Abstract:最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)控制可以使光伏模块最大程度地输出功率,因此 成为增强光伏发电系统输出功率的一个研究热点。本文提出一种基于二进制蚁群模糊 神经网络的光伏系统最大功率点跟踪控制策略,利用模糊神经网络代替传统的 BP 神 经网络对最大功率点进行预测,解决了恒压控制法误差较大的问题;利用二进制蚁群 算法对模糊神经网络权值进行优化,克服了其搜索速度慢、易陷入局部极小值的缺点; 将得到的最大功率点电压输入恒电压控制算法中,然后通过恒压法对最大功率点进行 跟踪。在所构建的仿真模型中模拟了不同光照强度和环境温度的仿真环境,结果表明 所提出的 MPPT 控制策略准确性高、适应性强

  • UV-B辐射对神农香菊菇类物质合成及其相关基因表达的影响

    Abstract:该研究以神农香菊为材料,用强度为400 }wcW的紫外光UV-B对其进行辐射处理,辐射时间分别为0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4 h,探讨U V-B辐射对神农香菊菇类物质合成及其相关基因表达的影响。结果表明:较短时间的U V-B辐射对神农香菊菇类物质合成相关基因表达量有明显的促进作用。与对照相比,0.5, 1, 2, 4 h处理对相关基因表达量均有不同程度的提高。同时在2h处理下HMGR, DXR, TPS, GPS基因的相对表达量达到最大值。在4h处理下FPS和DXS的相对表达量达到最大值,其中FPS基因表达量变化最显著,为对照的69倍。M VA途径中,去氢白首烯、杜松菇烯的含量与FPS基因表达量4h内持续上升的变化趋势保持一致。1一石竹烯与HMGR的变化趋势保持一致,表现为先升高后降低。MEP合成途径中,a-钡财白酮、崖柏酮、p一钡财白酮的含量呈现与DXR, GPS, TPS基因表达量相同的变化趋势。按树脑在U V-B辐射4 h内持续上升,与DXS基因的变化一致。由此可以推断,UV-B辐射通过影响各自途径中一些关键基因的表达量,进而影响了神农香菊菇类物质的合成量。

  • 基于P-Ifourier观测矩阵的宽带压缩感知方法

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of poor precision in the application of compressed sensing theory in the field of broadband spectrum sensing, and according to the sparse characteristics of the stationary signal in the frequency domain, this paper developed a broadband compression spectrum sensing method based on P-Ifourier (Partial-Inverse fourier) observation matrix. The new method translated the spectrum sensing problem into a typical compressed sensing problem, and used the standard orthogonal Fourier basis observation matrix which has the excellent incoherence performance to build the observation matrix in order to have good reconstruction performance and reconstruction precision. The simulation results show that compared with the Gaussian random observation matrix and the embedded chaotic sequence - cyclic Toeplitz structure observation matrix, this method can significantly reduce the mean square error of signal reconstruction in the lower SNR environment, and under the same conditions it can significantly improves the probability of reconstruction.

  • 诱导多能干细胞技术在药物研发领域中的前景

    Abstract:由于基础研究环境和临床环境之间存在的转化差异,使得药物在临床阶段取得成功仍然具有挑战性。诱导多能干(iPS)细胞的诞生为药物研发领域带来了新的希望,使研究者能在体外人性化各种药理学和毒理学模型。人iPS衍生细胞的可获得性,特别是可以定向分化成特定的功能性细胞,组织和器官,为疾病机制研究与细胞治疗提供了全新的途径。另一方面,转化研究中的生物标记物提供了评估临床前基础研究环境和临床环境下毒理学和药理学影响的可衡量的指标,而iPS细胞给生物标记物的研究带来了全新的思路。本综述从转化研究的角度概述了基于iPS细胞药物发现的现行策略,阐明iPS细胞的潜力以及生物标志物在药物发现和发展整个过程中的作用,突出在该领域有待改进的地方,以期为进一步相关性研究提供一定参考,为新药研发提供新的思路与方法。
