  • Review of “Situational” Researched by Information Science Researcher in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To summarize the situation research literature in information science, strengthen the situation awareness in information work, and enrich the situation theory of information work.[Method/process] Under the framework of the scenario response life cycle, the bibliometric analysis was carried out from the literature year, source, author, keywords, etc., and by means of the combination of bibliometrics and content analysis. The situational response in the field of library and information, the situational response in the field of competitive information, and the situational response in the field of emergency information focused on the research content of the literature, and summarized the basic situation and research content of the research literature.[Result/conclusion] The research results related to the situational perspective in the field of information science show steady growth and development, and there has been a certain research scale in competitive information and emergency information. At the same time, it is necessary to further deepen the scenario analysis and strengthen the research recommendations for various information work areas and information work processes.

Most of the patients are in the age range of 20-50 years old, if we want to improve the curative effect, we should pay attention to the development of nursing work, and reduce its cyclical development and the occurrence of the probability. Based on this, this article reviews the progress of nursing research on peptic ulcer diseases for reference of relevant scholars.

  • 颈椎矢状面曲度的研究

    Abstract:颈椎位于头颅与胸椎之间,决定头颅的位置和水平视线的方向,它包括前方的椎间盘和后方的关节突关节”。头颅的重量(平均为4._Skg)由枕骨骼传递至C1侧块、C1-2关节,并通过C2传递至颈椎后柱(承受头颅重量的64070)和前柱[[1, 2]。颈椎在脊柱中具有最大的活动度,以便于观察周围环境和完成相应的动作,因此颈椎相对容易发生各种退变。这些退变可引起颈椎曲度异常,从而产生疼痛等不适;颈椎曲度异常也可加重颈椎退变,并引起脊柱其他部位出现代偿性改变。以往文献中,关于胸腰椎曲度与患者生活质量或功能状态的关系的研究较多,但有关颈椎曲度的研究相对较少。颈椎曲度的测量方法、颈椎正常曲度、颈椎曲度与颈椎病及邻椎病的关系、颈椎曲度与临床功能的关系等均未明确,本文将针对以上问题进行综述。

  • 全细胞脂肪酶研究

    Abstract:脂肪酶是一类重要的工业用酶,广泛应用于诸多工业领域。与游离脂肪酶、物理或化学固定化脂肪酶相比,全细胞脂肪酶具有制备简单、无需蛋白质提取纯化、天然固定化、稳定性及抗逆性更好、制备及设备成本较低等优点,因此以全细胞形式利用脂肪酶被誉为是最有前景的降低生物转化成本的方法之一,关于全细胞脂肪酶的研究一直是脂肪酶领域的热点。本文就全细胞脂肪酶的研究进展进行归纳和述评,包括野生型全细胞脂肪酶和基因工程全细胞脂肪酶,并对其未来研究方向做出展望,以期为后续研究提供有益参考。

    Abstract:代谢组学是对内源性代谢物的综合评估,可以实现来自生物样品的代谢物及其相关代谢途径的分离、检测、表征和定量,以此来反映生物机体的营养代谢变化、营养状况甚至一些疾病的发展程度等。然而,代谢组学技术在动物营养中的研究起步较晚,目前尚处于起始阶段,不过随着代谢组学研究平台的不断完善,该技术在动物营养中的应用价值必将日渐突出。本文就代谢组学的概念特点、分析技术及其在动物营养中的应用作一综述。

  • 近30 a黄河流域人地系统研究:脉络、热点及展望

    Abstract:黄河流域是我国重要的生态屏障,其生态保护和高质量发展是重大国家战略。以CNKI数据库为基础数据,运用CiteSpace和Origin软件计量统计核心期刊、核心学者的基础上,总结近30 a黄河流域人地系统研究的基本现状、演进脉络、研究热点与前沿动态。结果表明:(1) 黄河流域人地关系评价遵循初识-衍生-深化-耦合递进评价的轨迹,应用研究聚焦流域三生空间评估城市生态系统与经济发展人地系统与国土空间开发以及人地协调与高质量发展评价。(2) 以系统结构-系统评价-实际应用逻辑梳理研究热点,研究热点由可持续性现状评估向前向的驱动因子与作用机制,以及后向的高质量发展路径选择研究转变,研究方法从传统的耦合协调分析向立体式可视化的空间分析转变,研究数据趋于集传统数据、遥感数据及大数据为一体的综合应用。(3) 未来研究应在延伸研究领域重视开发工具构建综合集成性研究体系强化区域发展等方向进行优化与深入,以推动人地系统理论纵深发展,为黄河流域人地系统研究体系提供新视角。

  • Remember Initial Intent, Create Glory Again: Sonar Technology Speed Up Dream of Maritime Power Country

    Abstract: The advances and prospect of underwater acoustical signal processing and sonar technology in China during last 40 years is introduced, including the theory and experiment of underwater acoustical signal modeling, technique of acoustical field matched, exploration and study of ocean waveguide and internal wave phenomena, information acquisition and processing of acoustical vector field, research work in time/space correlation performance of underwater acoustic channel, extraction and detection technique of radiated noise invariant feature of underwater target, high resolution image sonar technique and anti-interference transmission technology of underwater speech and image. The theoretical study achievement and the application of these technologies produce a series technology innovation in sonar design, such as large aperture linear towed array Sonar for long range signal detection, Synthetic Aperture Sonar (SAS) of high resolution image sonar, high fidelity real time voice communication sonar, passive ranging sonar, acoustic-guided torpedo, and multiple purpose surface and submerged buoy. Some of achievements, which was carried out in past 863 Program in marine area are introduced. The prospect of underwater acoustical signal processing and sonar technology is discussed in this paper, including deep sea acoustics, Arctic acoustics, radiated noise detection of quiet submarine, integrated information acquisition and data fusion technique in the field of underwater-sea surface-space. The special and irreplaceable important role of these technologies in constructing maritime power country is given.

  • Progress of Mercury Pollution Research and Implementation of Minamata Convention in China

    Abstract: Mercury (Hg) is one of the most toxic heavy metal and a global pollutant. The Minamata Convention on mercury entered into force in August 2017, which aims to control and reduce global anthropogenic Hg emissions and use, and highlights that Hg pollution has become an important global environmental issue. At present, China is one of the larger countries on Hg production, use, and emission, which faced with great pressure of Hg pollution control and implementation of the Convention. Based on this background, this paper systematically describes the production, use, and emission of Hg in China, the migration, transformation, and health effects of Hg, the Minamata Convention on mercury, and the progress of Hg pollution control and implementation of Minamata Convention in China, and also points out five aspects on Hg research in China, which hopes to contribute to the environmental Hg pollution control and the implementation of the international convention in China.

The incidence of chest pain and heartache disease is increasing year by year, which has seriously harmed human physical and mental health. TCM nursing takes holistic nursing as the core, and determines the nursing principles under the guidance of syndrome differentiation, so as to implement targeted TCM nursing for patients, make its clinical treatment effectiveness, physical and mental health level and quality of life be improved, and play its due role in the prevention and treatment of chest pain and heartache disease. This paper analyzes the current situation of TCM nursing application, summarizes the existing problems, and analyzes the future research progress.

  • Research progress of falls in the elderly with hearing loss

    Abstract:

    In the context of the deepening of aging, the incidence of hearing loss in the elderly is getting higher and higher, which has become an increasingly serious public health problem. Hearing loss will limit the ability of the elderly to monitor and perceive the auditory cues of spatial orientation, resulting in confusion of direction and increasing the risk of falling in the elderly. This study summarized the epidemiological characteristics, mechanism, influencing factors and prevention of falls and related injuries in the elderly with hearing loss, aiming to provide personalized intervention and prevention measures for the elderly with hearing loss and provide reference for reducing the incidence of falls.

  • IgG4相关性疾病的诊疗

    Abstract: IgG4-related disease is a kind of chronic and systemic disease which is characterized by increased serum level of IgG4 and abundant IgG4-bearing plasma cell infiltration, storiform fibrosis pathological features in the involved organs. Affected organs or tissues may show a diffuse swelling as a result of chronic inflammatory process, accompanied with progressive fibrosis. The most commonly involved organs or tissues include the salivary glands, pancreas, and retroperitoneal space and so on. A good response to glucocorticoid treatment. In this article, we reviewed before stage diagnostic standards about IgG4-related disease, add international diagnostic standards of uncommon affected organs,update diagnostic standards of international consensus,think the immune inhibitors and biological agents will become the new progress of treatment.

  • Research Progress in Open Access of Ancient Books in China and Abroad

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The Open Access movement has brought new opportunities for the development and utilization of ancient books. Open Access of digital resources of ancient books will become the future trend of development in the collection of ancient books. [Method/process] This article introduced the background of Open Access of Ancient Books (OAAB), summarized the features and research status both at home and abroad, and introduced the present situation of international cooperation. From the perspective of coverage, standard, degree and pattern of openness, we compared the status quo of OAAB across the globe. [Result/conclusion] Domestic libraries are quickly adapted to the new pattern of the global collaboration. Though still with a lower degree of Open Access, the continuous advancement in the digitization of ancient books and the ever-deepening concept of OAAB will undoubtedly lead to great progress in research and practice of OAAB in China.

  • 高铝高铁青铜Cu-15Al-XFe合金在3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为

    Abstract:通过电化学腐蚀、静态浸泡腐蚀实验等方法研究了真空吸铸态高铝高铁青铜合金Cu-15Al-XFe(X=10,12,15)在3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,利用扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析仪对亚快速凝固合金腐蚀前后微观金相组织和腐蚀形貌进行了观察,分析了铝青铜合金的腐蚀机理及Fe含量对铝青铜合金耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:在3.5% NaCl溶液中,Cu-15Al-12Fe合金具有良好的耐蚀性能,合金中的富铁相与基体相比,具有明显的优先腐蚀倾向,合金主要发生脱铝脱铁选择性腐蚀,这主要是由于富铁相组织中Al、Fe含量高于基体组织所致。其中,铁含量为12%时合金的耐蚀性最好。

  • Development and Implication of Amorphous Alloys

    Abstract: The development of metallic materials is closely correlated to the civilization of human being. Amorphous alloys with long-range disordered atomic microstructure, unique physical and mechanical properties, are advanced and novel metallic materials which have diverse industrial applications. Recently, the scientific research, new system development, and industry applications of the structural disordered alloys such as amorphous alloys and high entropy alloy are fast developing, and have significant influence on fields such as the desgin and development of metallic materials, structural materials, green materials, magnetic materials, catalytic materials, and information materials. In this article, we review the history, the development trends, the fundamental scientific issues, applications and basic research chances and challenges of amorphous and related structural disordered alloys. The role of Chinese scientists in the development of the disordered alloys is evaluated and introduced. We propose the corresponding implication and suggestions on the future development and applications of the fast#2;moving field and the advanced metallic materials in China.

    Abstract: Currently, the global energy system is shifting from the absolute dominance of fossil energy to the transition of lowcarbon and multi-energy. The global energy production and consumption revolution is constantly deepening, and emerging industries and new formats continue to grow and develop. In the process of energy transformation, major developed countries take science and technology innovation as the forerunner and take system reform as the starting point. They are committed to solving major strategic problems, such as green energy and low carbon transition, multi-energy complementary coupling utilization, deep electrification, and smart energy network construction. Based on these, they can build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system, and strive for the competitive strengths of energy science and technology revolution and industrial transformation. At the same time, energy technology innovation is in a highly active period, and emerging energy technologies are accelerating at an unprecedented rate, with a number of disruptive technologies spawning. This study systematically sorts out the major strategic plannings for energy science and technology developed by major developed countries and regions, as well as analyzes the progresses and important achievements of energy technology, which can help to accurately grasp the evolving technology directions. Finally, it proposes several constructive recommendations for the development of energy science and technology in China.

  • Progress and challenges of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the World and in China

    Abstract: Achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by United Nations is a critical task for countries around the world from 2016 to 2030. Yet, recent assessments indicate that progress on half of the SDGs has stagnated or even regressed, and that most goals are unlikely to be met by 2030. This study reviews the progress globally and in China towards achieving the 17 SDGs, and summarizes five key challenges that are impinging their realization: 1) the data gaps and insufficient monitoring capacity, 2) the high complexity of interlinkages among the SDGs, 3) the influence of regional disparities and negative externalities, 4) the lack of integration among science, policy, and society, and 5) the uncertain impacts of global change on SDG progress. Accordingly, four countermeasure suggestions are proposed to accelerate China’s realization of the SDGs: strengthening policy coherence, focusing on priority goals, enhancing basic theoretical research, and improving data acquisition capacity.

  • Practice Research of Smart Library in Ten Years: Progress, Dilemma and Outlet

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance Combined with the practice research of samrt library in ten years, from the perspective of literature research combing, this paper analyzes the practice progress, predicament and explore the outlet of smart library in China.   Method/Process A comprehensive retrieval tool was used to search and screen the practical data of the smart library from 2013 to 2022. Through the extraction and integration of the data content, This paper reviews the practical progress of Chinese smart library in the past ten years from six dimensions, including smart service, smart management, smart space, smart librarian, new generation service platform, and supporting system, and analyzes the difficulties faced by the smart library to explore the outlet for future development. Result/Conclusion The research shows that the practice content of smart library in China involves a wide range of dimensions, diverse subject types, wide regional radiation and diverse application technology types, and has made certain practical progress. However, due to many problems in practice, the current construction of smart library is not systematic, in-depth and balanced enough, and falls into a dilemma of relative stagnation. Subsequent practical construction and theoretical research need to carry out targeted work and focus on the existing problems and dilemmas.
