摘要: Recently, both ATLAS and CMS collaborations at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) have announced their observations of an excess of diphoton events around the invariant mass of 750 GeV with a local significance of 3.6σ and 2.6σ, respectively. In this paper, we interpret the diphoton excess as the on-shell production of a real singlet scalar in the pp→S→γγ channel. To accommodate the observed production rate, we further introduce a vector-like fermion F, which is carrying both color and electric charges. The viable regions of model parameters are explored for this simple extension of the Standard Model (SM). Moreover, we revisit the problem of electroweak vacuum stability in the same scenario, and find that the requirement for the electroweak vacuum stability up to high energy scales imposes serious constraints on the Yukawa coupling of the vector-like fermion and the quartic couplings of the SM Higgs boson and the new singlet scalar. Consequently, a successful explanation for the diphoton excess and the absolute stability of electroweak vacuum cannot be achieved simultaneously in this economical setup.

摘要: Coupling an antisymmetric tensor field to the electromagnetic field in a dyonic Reissner-Nordstrom-anti-de Sitter black hole background, we build a holographic model for the paramagnetism/ferromagnetism phase transition. In the case of zero magnetic field, the time reversal symmetry is broken spontaneously and spontaneous magnetization happens at low temperatures. The critical exponents are in agreement with the ones from mean field theory. In the case of nonzero magnetic field, the model realizes the hysteresis loop of a single magnetic domain and the magnetic susceptibility satisfies the Curie-Weiss law.

摘要: In this paper, we study the problem of integral input-to-state stabilization in different norms for parabolic PDEs with integrable inputs. More precisely, we apply the method of backstepping to design a boundary control law for certain linear parabolic PDEs with destabilizing terms and $L^r$-inputs, and establish the integral input-to-state stability in the spatial $L^p$-norm and $W^{1,p}$-norm, respectively, for the closed-loop system, whenever $p in 1,+ infty $ and $r in p,+ infty $. In order to deal with singularities in the case of $p in 1,2)$, we employ the approximative Lyapunov method to analyze the stability in different norms. Concerning with the appearance of external inputs, we apply the method of functional analysis and the theory of series to prove the unique existence and regularity of solution to the closed-loop system.

摘要: Objective To modify the structure of psoralidin using in vitro enzymatic glycosylation to improve its water solubilityand stability. Methods A new psoralidin glucoside (1) was obtained by enzymatic glycosylation using a UDP-glycosyltransferase. The chemical structure of compound 1 was elucidated by HR-ESI-MS and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analysis. The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) peaks were integrated and sample solution concentrations were calculated. MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxicity of the compounds against 3 cancer cell lines in vitro. Results Based on the spectroscopic data, the new psoralidin glucoside was identified as psoralidin-6',7-di-O glucopyranoside (1), whose water solubility was 32.6-fold higher than that of the substrate. Analyses of pH and temperature stability demonstrated that compound 1 was more stable than psoralidin at pH 8.8 and at high temperatures. Only psoralidin exhibited a moderate cytotoxicity against 3 human cancer cell lines. Conclusion In vitro enzymatic glycosylation is a powerful approach for structural modification and improving water solubility and stability of compounds.

摘要: To investigate the effects of the 6-weeks progressive core stability training on dynamic balance and agility in male college students specialized in badminton. 65 college students majoring in physical education are randomly divided into an experimental group (for the 6-week progressive core stability training) and a control group (for the 6-week regular physical training). The duration, frequency and intensity of physical training are the same in both groups. The results indicates that after the intervention: (1) The results and overall scores of the 8 directions of SEBT in the experimental group are better than those before the intervention, but there are no differences in the all SEBT results in all directions on the left and right parts. (2) The test results and overall scores of the left leg supported under the experimental group were better than those of the control group in all directions except the results in the anterior and external directions, and the results in the external and anterior directions under the right leg support. (3) Only the reach distance of SEBT under left and right leg support in the control group significantly increases in the external direction compared with that before the intervention. (4) No significant change in agility was observed in both groups. Conclusions: Progressive core stability training can significantly improve the dynamic balance of male college students specialized in badminton among those majoring in physical education, promote the balanced development in dynamic equilibrium on the left and right parts, but it cannot significantly improve their agility.

摘要: Metallic glasses are non-equilibrium materials and the glass transition temperature upon heating Tg,h can be used to characterize the kinetic stability of the glass. Annealing below the glass transition is well- known to induce relaxation processes that reduce the glass enthalpy. We demonstrate that a liquid- cooled Au-based metallic glass can achieve very high kinetic stability by an optimal annealing treat- ment to yield a large increase in Tg,h of 28 K; this is 3e5 times larger than the increase usually reported. The measured enthalpy decrease of 1100 J/mol is about 50% of the difference between the as-cooled glass and the equilibrium crystalline state and reaches the extrapolated enthalpy of the supercooled liquid. The optimal annealing conditions can be determined by an enthalpy-temperature-time (ETT) diagram which is proposed for the first time based on the comprehensive examination of relaxation processes. At equilibrium, a direct relation is established between the increase in kinetic stability as measured by the increase in Tgh and the enthalpy decrease.

摘要: The absolute dose difference of the iso-center position at different times was used to evaluate the stability of medical linear accelerator (LINAC). In order to eliminate the drawback of point dose without statistical significance and to investigate the output stability of segment with small weight related to intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), a modified method of evaluating the stability of LINAC was proposed based on planar dose combined with gamma method. With a commercial available two-dimensional ionization chamber, a set of planar doses with dose gradient from 2 cGy to 100 cGy were obtained. Then the gamma method was adopted to analyze the dose difference between the reference data and the evaluated data at each dose level. The results showed that the improved method based on planar dose for analyzing the output stability of the medical LINAC was feasible and efficient, and suggested that the reverse optimization should be aborted in clinical when the segment weight related to IMRT was under 10 MU.

摘要: This study investigates the composition dependence of magnetic structures of (Fe1−xMnx)Pt using first- principles method. A series of possible magnetic configurations are considered in the calculation to compare the relative stabilities after structural optimization, based on which, together with the com- parison between theoretical and experimental magnetic properties, the results largely support the ex- perimental finding in powders. The experimentally found stability of ferrimagnetic state in films with a wide composition range of x ≤ 0.5 is not fully supported by this study. The composition-dependent magnetic structures are discussed according to the exchange interactions.

摘要: With the development of high-performance photon sources which have extremely low emittance,autotuning magnet girders have drawn more and more attention, especially for diffraction-limited storagerings and free-electron lasers. The biggest challenge is to simultaneously obtain high stability and highflexibility. In this paper, an autotuning magnet-girder prototype has been designed and developed.Topological optimization, multipoint supports, and locking systems have been applied for magnet-girderdesign to improve the stability. The modal analysis accords with the vibration test well. The naturalfrequency of the magnet-girder assembly is deduced as high as 45.6 Hz, which demonstrates good stability.Ball-cam movers have been chosen as adjustment mechanisms, and a closed-loop control scheme has beenused to pursue high accuracy. The kinematic resolution is better than 1 m, and the accuracy is better than1 m within the adjusting range of #1;5 mm. Besides, it can eliminate most of the calibration, which cansave much manpower and time. The tests demonstrate that the magnet girder can be used for beam-basedgirder alignment with high stability and high accuracy.

摘要: Click chemistry was used to study on radiolabeling of 1,2,3-triazole analogs with fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+. CuSO4/L-sodium ascorbate was chosen as the catalyst system, three terminal alkynes were conjugated with two different azides respectively, and then the new prepared fac-[188Re(CO)3(H2O)3]+ was coordinated to the six triazoles. The results showed that the radiochemical yields (RCY) of the conjugation of fac-[188Re(CO)3]+ with six triazoles were over 90%, and the triazoles showed high stability in phosphate-buffered saline and new-born calf serum. The preliminary biological evaluation results showed that the new 188Re-labeling method via click chemistry could have general application in labeling bioactive molecules in high radiochemical yield and high specific activity for further SPECT research.

摘要: Effects of mowing on the composition and diversity of grasslands varied with climate change (e.g., precipitation and temperature). However, the interactive effects of long-term mowing and climate change on the diversity and stability of leguminous and non-leguminous species in the semi-arid grasslands are largely unknown. Here, we used in situ monitoring data from 1982 to 2011 to examine the effects of continuous mowing and climate change on the plant biomass and diversity of leguminous and non-leguminous species, and soil total nitrogen in the typical semi-arid grasslands of northern China. Results showed that the biomass and diversity of leguminous species significantly decreased with the increasing in the biomass and diversity of non-leguminous species during the 30-a period. Variations in biomass were mainly affected by the long-term mowing, while variations in diversity were mainly explained by the climate change. Moreover, the normalized change rates of diversity in leguminous species were significantly higher than those in non-leguminous species. Mowing and temperature together contributed to the diversity changes of leguminous species, with mowing accounting for 50.0% and temperature 28.0%. Temporal stability of leguminous species was substantially lower than that of non-leguminous species. Consequently, soil total nitrogen decreased in the 2000s compared with the 1980s. These findings demonstrated that leguminous species were more sensitive to the long-term mowing and climate change than non-leguminous species in the semi-arid grasslands. Thus, reseeding appropriate leguminous plants when mowing in the semi-arid grasslands may be a better strategy to improve nitrogen levels of grassland ecosystems and maintain ecosystem biodiversity.

摘要: This paper focuses on the enhancement of thermal stability of Ag-Al2O3 nanocermet films by means of alloying of Ag nanoparticles with Al element. The optical analysis demonstrated the AgAl embedded Al2 O3 cermet films (namely, AgAl-Al2O3) possess excellent thermal tolerance even at 500◦C for 260h under nitrogen ambient. The evolution of microstructural and chemical properties of Al2O3/AgAl-Al2O3/Al2O3 stack layers during the annealing process was comprehensively investigated, in order to grasp the thermal stability mechanism. It is believed that the enhanced thermal stability was ascribed to the formation of fresh alumina as capping layer riveted on the Ag nanoparticles surfaces, which acted as the pinning points to prevent silver element from migrating so as to maintain the expected optical properties.

摘要: Halogen bonds (XBs) are essential non-covalent interactions in molecular recognition and drug design. Current studies on XBs in drug design mainly focus on the interactions between halogenated ligands and target proteins, lacking a systematic study on naturally existing and artificially prepared halogenated residue XBs (hr_XBs) and their characteristics. Here, we conducted a computational study on the potential hr_XBs in proteins/peptides using database searching, quantum mechanics calculations, and molecular dynamics simulations. XBs at protein-peptide interaction interfaces are found to enhance their binding affinity. Additionally, the formation of intramolecular XBs (intra_XBs) within proteins may significantly contribute to the structural stability of structurally flexible proteins, while having a minor impact on proteins with inherently high structural rigidity. Impressively, introducing halogens without the formation of intra_XBs may lead to a decrease in protein structural stability. This study enriches our comprehension of the roles and effects of halogenated residue XBs in biological systems.

摘要: Environmental radon emanates from the exhalation and release of soil, rocks, and building materials. Environmental radon contamination tracing and radon pollution prevention and control require the measurement of the radon exhalation rate on media surfaces. Reliable measurements of the radon exhalation rate cannot be achieved without regular calibration of the measuring instrument with a high-performance reference device. In this study, a reference device for the calibration of radon exhalation rate measuring instruments was developed using a diffusion solid radon source with a high and stable radon emanation coefficient, an integrated diffusion component composed of a plasterboard and a high-density wooden board, an air pressure balance device, a radon accumulation chamber, and a support structure. The uniformity and stability of the reference device were evaluated using the activated carbon- spectrum and open-loop method, respectively, to measure the radon exhalation rate. The reference device achieved different radon exhalation rates by using different activities of diffusion solid radon sources. Nineteen measurement points were regularly selected on the radon exhalation surface of the reference device, and the uniformity of the radon exhalation rate exceeded 5%. The short-term stability of the reference device was better than 5% under different environmental conditions and was almost unaffected by the ambient air pressure, environmental temperature, and relative humidity.

摘要: This paper deals with the uniform exponential stabilities (UESs) of two hybrid control systems consisting of wave equation and a second-order ordinary differential equation. Linear feedback law and local viscosity, and nonlinear feedback law and interior anti-damping are considered, respectively. Firstly, the hybrid system is reduced to a first order port-Hamiltonian system with dynamical boundary conditions and the resulting systems are then discretized by average central-difference scheme. Secondly, the UES of the discrete system is obtained without prior knowledge on the exponential stability of continuous system. The frequency domain characterization of UES for a family of contractive semigroups and discrete multiplier method are utilized to verify main results, respectively. Finally, the convergence analysis of the numerical approximation scheme is performed by the Trotter-Kato Theorem. Most interestingly, the exponential stability of the continuous system is derived by the convergence of energy and UES and this is a new idea to investigate the exponential stability of some complicate systems. The effectiveness of the numerical approximating scheme is verified by numerical simulation.

摘要: The distribution of binding agents (i.e., soil organic carbon (SOC) and glomalin-related soil protein (GRSP)) in soil aggregates was influenced by many factors, such as plant characteristics and soil properties. However, how these factors affect binding agents and soil aggregate stability along a climatic gradient remained unclear. We selected the Robinia pseudoacacia L. forests from semi-arid to semi-humid of the Loess Plateau, China to analyze the plant biomass, soil physical-chemical properties, SOC and GRSP distribution in different sized soil aggregates. We found that from semi-arid to semi-humid forests: (1) the proportion of macro-aggregates (>0.250 mm) significantly increased (P<0.05), whereas those of micro-aggregates (0.250–0.053 mm) and fine materials (<0.053 mm) decreased and soil aggregate stability was increased; (2) the contents of SOC and GRSP in macro-aggregates and micro-aggregates significantly increased, and those in fine materials decreased; (3) the contribution of SOC to soil aggregate stability was greater than those of total GRSP and easily extractable GRSP; (4) soil properties had greater influence on binding agents than plant biomass; and (5) soil aggregate stability was enhanced by increasing the contents of SOC and GRSP in macro-aggregates and soil property was the important part during this process. Climate change from semi-arid to semi-humid forests is important factor for soil structure formation because of its positive effect on soil aggregates.

摘要: The stability of excited superheavy nuclei (SHN) with 100 Z 134 against neutron emission and fission is investigated by using a statistical model. In particular, a systematic study of the survival probability against fission in the 1n-channel of these SHN is made. In present calculations the neutron separation energies and shell correction energies are consistently taken from the calculated results of the finite range droplet model which predicts an island of stability of SHN around Z = 115 and N = 179. It turns out that this island of stability persists for excited SHN in the sense that the calculated survival probabilities in the 1n-channel of excited SHN at the optimal excitation energy are maximized around Z = 115 and N = 179. This indicates that the survival probability in the 1n-channel is mainly determined by the nuclear shell effects.

摘要: Flexible transparent conductive films (TCFs) are used in a variety of optoelectronic devices. However, their use is limited due to poor thermostability. We report hybrid TCFs incorporation in both aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) and silver nanowires (AgNWs). The layered AZO/ AgNWs/AZO structure was deposited onto a transparent polyimide (PI) substrate and displayed excellent thermo- stability. When heated to 250 °C for 1 h, the change in resistivity (Rc) was less than 10% (Rc of pure AgNW film > 500) while retaining good photoelectric properties (Rsh = 8.6 Ohm/sq and T = 74.4%). Layering the AgNW network between AZO films decreased the surface roughness (Rrms < 8 nm) and enhances the mechanical flexibility of the hybrid films. The combination of these characteristics makes the hybrid film an excellent candidate for substrates of novel flexible optoelectronic devices which require high-temperature processing.

摘要: It has been demonstrated that passenger strand cleavage is important for the activation of RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC), which is a crucial step for siRNA-mediated gene silencing. Herein, we report that isonucleotide (isoNA) modification around the cleavage site of the passenger strand would affect the in vitro potency of modified siRNAs by altering the motion pattern of the Ago2-PAZ domain. According to western blotting, q-PCR and antiviral test results, we proved that D-isonucleotide (isoNA) modification at the position 8 of the passenger strand (siMek1-S08D), which is adjacent to the cleavage site, markedly improved the in vitro potency of the modified siRNA, whereas siRNAs with D-isoNA incorporation at position 9 (siMek1-S09D) or L-isoNA incorporation at positions 8 and 9 (siMek1-S08L, siMek1-S09L) displayed lower activity compared to native siRNA. Kinetics evaluation of passenger strand cleavage induced by T. thermophilus Ago (Tt-Ago) showed that D-isoNA modification at position 8 of the passenger strand had no significant influence on the cleavage rate, but L-isoNA modification at position 8 slowed the cleavage rate markedly. Moreover, the results of molecular dynamics simulations showed that D-isoNA modification at position 8 affected the open-close motion of the PAZ domain in the Ago/siRNA complex, which may promote the loading of RISC and release of a passenger strand cleavage product, and consequently accelerate the activation of RISC and enhance silencing activity. However, D-isoNA modification at position 9 or L-isoNA modification at position 8 or 9 exerted opposite influences on the motion of the Ago-PAZ domain.
