  • 坚定文化自信的三个维度——从文学研究视角看“不忘本来、吸收外来、面向未来”

    Abstract:[目的/意义] 现代社会高科技支撑下的数字技术及其网络技术的发展,标志着信息化时代和文化经济时代的到来,中国文艺领域由此发生了市场化转向与数字化生存的两次重大变革。面对当代中国文艺领域所存在种种问题,文艺工作者应当响应习总书记的号召,“坚定文化自信”,勇攀学术高峰,脚踏实地地将文化自信精神落到文艺研究工作的实处。[方法/过程] 习总书记2016年5月17日在北京主持召开哲学社会科学工作座谈会时提出,建立文化自信应该“立足中国、借鉴国外,挖掘历史、把握当代,关怀人类、面向未来”,本文以此为方法论指导,试图从文学研究视角探索坚定文化自信的三个维度。[结果/结论] 当代中国的文艺实践在发展过程中,只有始终不忘本来,吸收外来,面向未来,才能保障中华民族的文化自信坚若磐石。

  • Thermal Stability of Li(NixCoyMnz)O2/Li4Ti5O12 Battery

    Abstract: The thermal stability of the main constructive materials for Li(NixCoyMnz)O2/Li4Ti5O12 batteries was evaluated using a C80 micro calorimeter. The thermal decomposition of anode and cathode, the heat of reactions of electrolyte with anode and cathode, and the heat of reactions of an integral cell were characterized. It follows that with rising temperature the system of anode Li(NixCoyMnz)O2/electrolyte undergoes two exothermic processes with a total heat generation of −526.0 J·g− 1 and activation energy of 273.8 kJ·mol−1; while the system of Li4Ti5O12/electrolyte undergoes four exothermic processes with a total heat generation of −291.5 J·g−1 and activation energy of 61.8 kJ·mol−1; the reaction processes for an integral cell are the overlap of the reaction processes occurred in the two half cells Li(NixCoyMnz)O2/electrolyte and Li4Ti5O12/electrolyte. The heat runaway phenomenon is triggered by the reactions of the anode/ electrolyte, while, of which the main heat source may come from the reactions of the cathode/electrolyte.

  • 24小时尿钠排泄与难治性高血压患者血压达标状态的相关性:单中心横断面研究

    Abstract:目的分析24 h尿钠排泄与难治性高血压(resistant hypertension, RH)患者诊室血压及家庭自测血压(home blood pressure monitoring, HBPM)达标状态的关系。方法采用北京协和医院心内科门诊RH数据库,2017年10月至2018年3月间在北京协和医院心内科门诊就诊的RH患者人选本研究,进行横断面调查。检测患者24 h尿钠,记录患者同期诊室血压、HBPM水平及临床用药情况,以所有患者24 h尿钠水平四分位数为分界点,将研究对象分为低尿钠、低一中尿钠、中一高尿钠及高尿钠4组。采用多因素Logistic回归,分析影响RH血压达标状态的危险因素。结果共202例RH患者人选本研究,男性107例,女性95例,平均年龄( 59. 87士16. 30)岁。24 h尿钠平均水平为(198. 92士96.59) mmolo年轻患者及体质量指数高者尿钠水平更高(P均0. 05 )。结论24 h尿钠是RH患者诊室血压及HBPM早晨及上午血压达标的独立相关因素,限制钠盐摄人对减少RH患者血压波动、促进血压达标有重要作用。

    Abstract:本文采用加速量热仪与电池充放电循环仪联用技术,实时测量了钦酸铿电池在脉冲放电过程的电压、电流、温度、温升速率变化。电压曲线在脉冲过程及之后的静置时间内呈现先急剧下降再增加的变化。电池温度因脉冲的存在高于正常放电过程的温度,温升速率曲线在脉冲瞬间也急剧增大,但随着电池内部温度的增加,脉冲对温度、温升速率的影响减弱。此外,由于传热的滞后性,电池温度在脉冲瞬间并没有表现出明显的上升过程。

  • Construction and Application of Comorbidity Follow-up Model for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Diabetes after PCI

    Abstract: Background The lack of disease self-management awareness in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)affects the prognosis,and the prognosis of patients with diabetes is worse. The establishment of chronic disease follow-up system and the collaborative management of the two diseases become the key to the rehabilitation of patients. Objective To construct a comorbidity follow-up model for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes after PCI based on the theory of chronic disease self-management and CICARE communication model,and to explore the application effect. Methods From January to April 2022,literature review,semi-structured interviews and expert correspondence were used to constructed a comorbidity follow-up model for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes after PCI. Patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes who received PCI in the department of cardiology of Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital, Tianjin Medical University from May 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into two groups by using the random number table method. The control group(77 cases)received routine follow-up,and the test group(78 cases)received comorbidity follow-up model. The scores of Coronary Heart Disease Self-Management Scale (CSMS)and other outcome indicators were compared between the two groups before discharge,3 months and 6 months after discharge. Results The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of expert correspondence were both 100%,the authority coefficient was 0.87,and the coordination coefficient was 0.310 and 0.334,respectively(all P<0.001). The comorbidity follow-up model included three dimensions,11 modules and 30 contents. Finally,64 patients in each group completed the follow-up. There was an interaction between group and time on the scores of CSMS(F=150.504,P<0.001). The scores of CSMS at 3 months and 6 months after discharge were higher than those before discharge(P<0.001),and the scores of the test group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 6 months,the BMI of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The constructed comorbidity follow-up model after PCI was scientific and effective, which can improve the self-management behavior of patients after PCI and reduce BMI.

  • 腓肠肌羽状角的超声自动测量

    Abstract: Objective We propose a cross-correlation method for automatic extraction of the pennation angle (PA) of the gastrocnemius (GM) muscle from ultrasound radiofrequency (RF) signals. Methods The ultrasound RF signals of the GM muscles in tension condition from normal subjects and the simulated ultrasound signals were collected. After the starting point of tracking, a fascicle was selected in the reconstructed GM ultrasound image from the RF signals, and the fascicle and deep aponeurosis could be automatically tracked using the cross-correlation algorithm. The lines of the fascicle and deep aponeurosis were then drawn and the PA was calculated. The reproducibility of the proposed method and its consistency with the manual measurement method were tested. Results The angles of the simulated fascicles were precisely extracted automatically. The difference between the experimental measurement and the theoretical values was less than 1� The PA measured automatically and manually was 20.48氨0.47�and 21.49氨1.79� respectively. The coefficient of variation (CV) of the two methods was less than 3% and the root-mean square error (RMSE) was less than 1� Bland-Altman plot showed a good agreement between the proposed automatic method and the manual method. Conclusion The proposed cross-correlation automatic measurement method can detect the orientation of the fascicle and deep aponeurosis and measure the PA based on ultrasound RF signals with serious speckle noise.

  • 大规模围填海对滨海湿地的影响与对策

    Abstract:随着沿海地区经济的快速发展和人口增长压力的不断增大,围填海活动成为缓解滨海用地紧缺、促进滨海区域发展的重要方式。围填海活动在带来经济效益的同时,也对近岸资源和滨海湿地生态系统造成巨大的影响。滨海湿地是海陆之间交叉作用的过渡地带,对维持生物多样性和海陆动态平衡具有重要作用,为此,在分析我国大规模围填海特征的基础上,从滨海湿地格局、滨海湿地生物多样性的维持及生物分布结构等方面,分析和探讨围填海活动对滨海湿地生态系统结构、功能和过程的综合影响。提出“以网代点”“以缓代急”“以重代轻”和“以多代少”的修复对策,深化滨海湿地修复机理,强化生态修复实践;提出“两个大类,三个层次”的生态补偿模式,推进滨海湿地生态补偿的国家重要需求;权衡经济收益与生态损失,合理布局围填海空间,有力推进滨海湿地资源的可持续利用和生物多样性保护,实现不同利益群体的和谐发展。
