肩锁关节脱位术后疼痛的护理干预 postprint

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of nursing care for pain of postoperative of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods We selected 200 patients of acromioclavicular joint dislocation who were conducted open reduction and internalfixation,and randomly divided into group A and B. patients of group A were given antalgesic follow the doctors'advice, andpatients in group B were given nursing intervention such as environment control, psychological nursing, posture nursing,guiding functioning training, auricular point sticking apart from basic conventional disposal, observed the number rating scale(NRS) at 1st, 2nd, 3rd day postoperation of both groups. Results The score of NRS at 1st, 2nd, 3rd day of group B weresignificantly better than group A respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention to the postoperative patients ofacromioclavicular joint dislocation can effectively relief pain and improve the quality of life during hospitalization.
