    Abstract:电视新闻媒体曾经是人们最喜爱的知晓外界信息的途径与渠道,但随着近年科学技术的快速发展与应用,在互联网模式的冲击下,电视新闻媒体的收益以及收视率正在直线下降。与电视新闻媒体相比,新媒体具有更为丰富的传播途径。因此,电视新闻媒体必须对传统的商业模式以及应用技术不断进行优化、改革,提高观众对其的黏度以及忠诚度,推动电视新闻媒体在新媒体时代仍旧具有持久发展的潜力以及蓬勃的生命力。

  • Exploring the characteristics of gut flora in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma based on 16S rDNA sequencing

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the basic characteristics of gut flora in patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods 35 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma without any anti-tumor treatment were included as esophageal cancer group (EC group), and 35 healthy volunteers as control group (DZ group). Collected stool samples of two groups people,then used 16S rDNA technology to detect intestinal flora, analyze the alpha diversity, beta diversity and differential flora species of the intestinal flora of two groups according to the species annotation of the test results. Results Shannon index, Simpson index, Chao1 index and ACE index of alpha diversity had no significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), while principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) graph of the Beta diversity showed that the two groups were far apart on the whole, and the species results were different.T-test results of different species showed that the abundance of Faecalbacterium, Rosebria and Citrobacter in EC group decreased, while the abundance of Lactobacillus, Romboutsia, Ruminococcus_torques_group, Enterobacter and Turicibacter increased compared compare with DZ group at the genus level (P<0.05). LEfSe analysis showed that the abundance of g-faecalbacterium and s-faecalbacterium prausnitzii in EC group were significantly lower, and the abundance of g-Romboutsia and s-Romboutsia-ilealis increased significantly than that in DZ group at the genus and species levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients have significant differences in intestinal bacteria, among which faeculibacterium, faecalibacterium-prausnitzii,Rombutzia and Rombutsia-ilealis may be specific change species of esophageal cancer, which are closely related to the occurrence of esophageal cancer.

  • 重组不可分型流感嗜血杆菌E蛋白与血浆脂蛋白(a)的相互作用

    Abstract:目的:E蛋白(Protein E, PE)是不可分型流感嗜血杆菌(Nontypeable Haemophilus influenza, NTHi)表面的一种纤溶酶原(Plasminogen, Plg)受体,其C末端含有两个赖氨酸残基。NTHi可通过其表面的PE与Plg结合,从而利用机体的纤溶系统深层入侵宿主。基于脂蛋白(a)[Lipoprotein(a), Lp(a)]中载脂蛋白(a)[Apolipoprotein(a), Apo(a)]与Plg高度的同源性,本研究拟证明Lp(a)是否会与重组表达的PE(rPE)结合。方法:原核表达并纯化rPE及敲除C末端两个赖氨酸残基的rPEΔKK,密度梯度离心结合阴离子交换层析分离人血浆Lp(a),通过ELISA、Pull down、Western blot等方法研究rPE与Lp(a)的相互作用。结果:rPE与Lp(a)结合,但不与LDL结合,且rPEΔKK与Lp(a)的结合能力明显低于rPE;赖氨酸类似物6-氨基乙酸(EACA)能有效抑制rPE与Lp(a)的结合;Lp(a)对rPE与Plg的结合具有微弱的抑制作用。结论:rPE能够与Lp(a)结合,其中rPE的C末端赖氨酸残基和Apo(a)的赖氨酸结合位点(Lysine binding sites, LBS)是rPE与Lp(a)结合的主要位点

    Abstract:建立了流量分配不均下多股流板翅式换热器通用传热数学模型,并通过FLUENT仿真和自主编程相结合的方式实现了板翅式换热器数值计算。以机载交叉式三股流板翅式换热器为例,通过与文献试验数据对比论证了数值方法的合理性,分析了变流体比热容、流体入口温度和流体流动阻力条件下流量分配不均对多股流板翅式换热器传热性能的影响。
