  • 陕西理工科院校传媒类双创人才培养现状分析与改革探索

    Abstract:【目的】提出在培养陕西理工院校传媒类双创人才过程中,不同地区、高校、学生都存在着相关的问题,并寻求解决问题的方法。【方法】基于双创教育与人才培养融合发展背景和理工院校传媒类双创人才培养与实践,利用发放问卷与访谈的调查方法在调查理工高校传媒类专业创新创业教育现状的基础上,分析研究双创人才培养实践。【结果】研究出陕西理工院校在培养传媒类双创人时在系统性、针对性、有效性上都存在一定的问题,在双创人才的顶层设计、学校资源的分配,以及学生专业的实践基地几个问题中都遇到了挑战。【结论】理工科院校在培养传媒类双创人才时要做到与时俱进,结合时代要求和行业需求进行差异化培养,要将人才培养的质量和水平落到实地。

  • Ecosystem quality comprehensive evaluation and stability analysis of Yellow River Basin in 1980—2019

    Abstract: Quality and stability are the basic characteristics of the ecosystem, which comprehensively reflect the structure, process, and functional integrity of the ecosystem and the ability to resist interference, self-regulation, and dynamic balance. The Yellow River Basin is a complex giant system composed of many elements. The management and protection of the river basin ecosystem has received more and more attention. It is necessary to start from the integrity of the ecosystem, make overall considerations, and implement comprehensive policies to improve the quality and stability of the ecosystem, and promote a virtuous cycle of the ecosystem, so the quantitative description of system quality and stability is very important. This paper uses the entropy weight model to establish a multi-index long-term series of Ecosystem Quality Index (EQI) to quantitatively describe the changes in ecological quality in the Yellow River Basin in the past 40 years; at the same time, use the dissipative structure theory and the Brussels model to establish the steady-state transformation of the ecosystem Quantitative indicators and methods provide ideas for the study of steady-state transformation of the Yellow River Basin ecosystem. The study found that: (1) The average EQI value of the Yellow River Basin ecosystem over the past 40 years is 0.64, the maximum value is 0.70, and the minimum value is 0.59. The overall quality is showing an oscillating trend for improvement; (2) The steady-state conversion power value of the system is less than 0, indicating that the steady-state conversion power of the ecological-human-society coupling system in the Yellow River Basin is low, but the overall trend is oscillating upward, and the overall trend is getting closer and closer to the critical conditions for achieving steady-state conversion.

  • 黄河流域发展质量综合评估计算方法研究

    Abstract: From the perspective of systematic thinking, this study applied the theories of information entropy and dissipative structure to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the evolution of the complex system of the Yellow River Basin over the past 40 years. With the concept of “Basin Development Index (BDI shortly)”, a preliminary scientific comprehensive evaluation method system of basin development quality is established. Results of the model calculation show that the ratio of per capita GDP in the basin to the national average and the total sedimentation in the lower Yellow River have occupied the largest weight for many years, and have had a relatively greater impact on the development of the basin in different historical periods. During the entire 40 years, the value of BDI has varied from 50.5 points in 1996 to 66.6 points in 2019, and has generally experienced a decreasing and an increasing stage. The evolution of BDI of Yellow River basin is consistent with the overall law of the basin development and has a great correlation with some major events happened in the basin. In addition, this research method can be extended to other fields such as regional governance. Compared with the current evaluation models mainly based on economic indicators, this novel methodology is more systematic and scientific, and will better serve the decision-making with more scientific thoughts.

    Abstract: Ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin has become a major national strategy. The socio-economic development of the Yellow River Basin is one of the main factors affecting the governance and protection of the Yellow River. It has become a scientific issue to analyze the law of socio-economic development of the Yellow River Basin and give countermeasures. . This paper selects 12 socio-economic characteristic indicators from four perspectives: population characteristics, residents’ quality of life, economic growth level, and regional industrial structure. The social development index (SDI) is calculated by the entropy method, and the Yellow River Basin is quantitatively analyzed in the past 40 years. The research shows that the social development index of the Yellow River Basin in the past 40 years shows a trend of "down stable up", especially after 2012, with the gradual maturity of economic transformation, the social development of the Yellow River Basin is on the whole better. "

  • 变化环境下黄河流域河流健康诊断研究

    Abstract: The Yellow River is the mother river of Chinese nation. In recent years, the inflow and sediment of the Yellow River have decreased, with extreme climate events occurred frequently, the boundary conditions have changed greatly. As the rapid economic and social development, it is necessary to carry out river health diagnosis under the changing environment. This research adopted information entropy and entropy weight methods to study the evolution characteristics of the healthy development of the Yellow River basin. Results showed that: (1) The river system presented healthy in 1980~1986, unhealthy in 1987~1999 and sub-healthy in 2000~2019. (2) The river system showed a healthier trend within 1980~1984, an increasingly unhealthy trend in 1984~1996, while following a good development trend in 1996~2019. (3) The flood discharge capacity of the main channel of the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach and the total amount of erosion and deposition in the downstream are the most sensitive factors.

  • 基于5993个核基因的被子植物系统发育关系研究

    Abstract:系统发育关系的构建对被子植物分类及进化研究非常重要。长期以来,被子植物系统发育的研究,大多使用质体基因、线粒体基因或少数保守的单拷贝核基因。本研究从已注释基因组或转录组中搜集88种被子植物(包含58目)的核基因集;通过对其进行同源基因聚类及去旁系同源基因,获得了5 993个一对一的直系同源基因家族(即对于每个基因家族,每种植物最多一条序列,最少包含50个物种);使用截取各种不同数目基因集的DNA或氨基酸序列,采用串联法(concatenation)和溯祖法(coalescence),共构建了20棵进化树。比较这些进化树,虽然大部分结果支持APG IV中描述的被子植物主要支系之间的关系((真双子叶植物,单子叶植物),木兰类植物),但真双子叶植物内部各目分支的演化关系与APG IV有一个很大的不同,即本研究认为檀香目和石竹目是蔷薇类植物的姊妹群。基于这些进化树,估算了被子植物各目分支的分化时间,结果表明被子植物的起源时间为237.78百万年前(95%置信区间为202.6~278.08),与主流观点认为的225~240百万年前一致。本研究为构建进化树提供了一种可行性策略,这种方法允许使用基因数目更多而计算速度更快。

  • ALDH1、CXCR4、E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma and their roles in lymphatic metastasis. Methods Surgical specimens from 127 cases of gastric carcinoma were examined for expressions of ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin immuohistochemistry with 60 adjacent tissues as control. The associations ofALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin with the clinicopathological pfeatures, 5-year survival rate and lymph node metastasis of the patients were analyzed. Results ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin were positive in 57.5% (73/127), 63.8% (81/127), and 36.2% (46/127) of the gastric carcinoma tissues, respectively, showing significant differences from the rates in the adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The expression of ALDH1 was significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), CXCR4 was significantly correlated with the invasion depth, differentiation, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of the tumor (P<0.05), and E-cadherin was significantly correlated with the invasion depth, differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The positivity rates of ALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin were higher in cases with lymph node metastasis than in those without metastasis. E-cadherin expression was inversely correlated with ALDH1 and CXCR4 expression, and the latter two were positively correlated (P<0.001). Overexpressions of ALDH1 and CXCR4 and a decreased expression of E-cadherin were all related to a poor prognosis of the patients (P<0.05). The expressions ofALDH1, CXCR4 and E-cadherin were all independent prognostic factors of gastric carcinoma.Conclusion The expressions ofALDH1, CXCR4and E-cadherin are associatedwith the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of gastric carcinoma, and their combined detection provides important evidence for predictingtheprogressionandprognosisofgastriccarcinoma.
