  • Technology Framework Model of Target Guidance of Anomie Behavior of Network Public Opinion Audience

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The anomie behavior of the audience is the crucial factor of drastic changes in public opinion. This paper aims to construct the technical framework of targeted guidance of anomie behavior, and guide the anomie behavior from the technical methods. [Method/process] This paper started with the analysis of the target guidance of the anomie behavior of the Internet public opinion audience. Then established the framework model and described each module of the framework model in detail. In addition, this paper organized the core technologies according to each module of the framework, and put forward the further research ideas. Finally, this paper verified the framework by taking microblog public opinion as an example. [Result/conclusion] Targeted guidance is a method combining theory and application. The technology framework model of target guidance for the anomie behavior of Internet public opinion audience can solve the specific defects of current guidance strategy from the technical level, and enhance the operability of targeted guidance.

  • A Method of Micro-blog Content Recommendation Based on the Fusion of Similarity and Trust Degree

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Micro-blog plays an important role in getting information and building social networks. In order to improve the quality of micro-blog services and improve the information overload, this paper proposes a recommendation method for micro-blog content, which can carry out personalized microblog content recommendation based on user demands. [Method/process] Based on the fusion algorithm of similarity and trust degree, this paper built a model of Micro-blog content recommendation. Then, it took sina micro-blog as the research object, used the programming way to get data from five areas of cars, sports, sports and fitness, internet and finance, and conducted comparative analysis on the basis of user similarity and trust calculation experiment. [Result/conclusion] The analysis results show that this method can effectively represent and mine micro-blog content, and improve the accuracy and user satisfaction of micro-blog recommendation.

  • The Construction Idea and Preliminary Framework on the Subject Classification Table of Library Science Research in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The construction of the subject classification table could provide a target of judgment for an extensive research on subject classification table of Library Science, which helps to broaden the scope and deepen the content on the research of library subject distribution in China. [Method/process] On the basis of the comprehensive collection and analysis from 1978 to 2015 on the Journal of Chinese Library Science monographs, dissertations, academic literature of the national social science fund project, the subject classification table based on the three elements is formed. [Result/conclusion] A table of subject classification of Chinese Library Science is built containing 9 primary subjects, 70 secondary subjects and 26 tertiary subjects. In the future, in view of the research,the historical changes on the study of subject of Library Science in China will be analyzed, and according to the development of the subject, the table will be constantly updated and improved.

  • Study of the Mechanism and Path of Information Audience Opinion Measurement in the Network Public Opinion Field

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper studies the opinion measurement of the network information audience, with qualitative and quantitative study methods and multi-modal study subjects, to enrich the theory and practice in the network public opinion analysis and governance field.[Method/process]It introduces the concept of network and the field, and then explains the meaning of network public opinion audience and measurement of public opinion audience,and debates the logical relationship between network public opinion field and measurement of public opinion audience.[Result/conclusion]This article puts forward the mechanism and the concrete measure path of opinion measurement in the network public opinion field. The conclusion can pave a way for network public opinion analysis, multidimensional sentiment measurement of public opinion audience, audience cognitive law discovery, network public opinion supervision and control and other follow-up research work in the network public opinion field.

  • Research on Interoperability of Multimedia Network Public Opinion Knowledge Base Groups

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Interoperability of Multimedia Network Public Opinion Knowledge Base Groups can provide network public opinion monitoring service for government public opinion supervision department quickly, efficiently and accurately.[Method/process] On the basis of discussing the correlative research of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group, this paper analyses the interoperability elements and mechanism of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group, and discusses the interoperability mechanism of knowledge base group from seven aspects:data aggregation, sub-database collaboration, scheduling control, algorithm matching, demand feedback, interactive service and protocol adaptation, and deeply analyses the mechanism, elements, process and the interaction between the mechanisms.[Result/conclusion] The paper promoted the basic theoretical research of the interoperability of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group, and provided a reliable theoretical basis for the construction of multimedia network public opinion knowledge base group.

  • Research on the Types and Attributes of Dissemination Elements of Multimedia Network Public Opinion Information

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper analyses the types and attributes of the dissemination elements of media network public opinion information from different dimensions, and then effectively improves the processing efficiency and utilization value of multimedia network public opinion information.[Method/process] Using literature research as research method, the subject, object, ontology, media and environmental noise in propagation elements are analyzed from two aspects:types and attributes. Data forms and content generated in the evolution of multimedia network public opinion are systematically sorted out.[Result/conclusion] The data types of multimedia network public opinion information are diverse. Through the analysis of the types and attributes of the multimedia network public opinion information dissemination elements, it is helpful to provide theoretical basis and research ideas for the integration of multimedia network public opinion information system and database construction.

  • Establishment of Public Opinion Derivative Index: An Empirical Study in China

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] During the evolution of public opinion, the derivation of public opinion could possess significant value for the forecasting and warning of public opinion both theoretically and empirically.[Method/process] To investigate the mechanism of public opinion derivation, this paper conducted the study using text clustering and DB cluster validity index. It proposed certain standards to judge the occurrence of public opinion derivation and its according velocity index. Furthermore, this paper used an well-known public opinion incident called "Classic Deadbeat" to conduct an empirical research.[Result/conclusion] The result of empirical study shows that:the derivative index reaches its climax during emergence phase and declined thereafter. The number of sub-topics reaches its climax during the integration phase and then declined thereafter; when the number of sub-topics decreased, the derivative index become negative,indicating that the public opinion become stabilized. When the public opinion incident reaches the disappearance phase, the number of sub topics become stable and the derivative index remain negative but approach zero. The study of derivative index of public opinion offers a new angle to study public opinion observation and prediction.

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Data Collection is the first step of the study of Network Public Opinion. The construction of Heat Assessment Model for Tweets of Network Public Opinion will rapidly screen useful data over dramatic number of data.[Method/process] This paper cites the definition of Average Self-Information, applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Haker News Ranking Algorithm to construct a Heat Assessment Model for Tweets of Network Public Opinion.[Result/conclusion] Through the calculation of data collected from Weibo, this paper obtains the threshold of this data set. Then this paper tests the accuracy of the model, which proves this model could achieve the heat calculation precisely.

  • Research on Crisis Response Mechanism and Risk Classification of Multimedia Network Public Opinion

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Aiming at the current public opinion response problem of multimedia network in China, this paper combs and proposes the mechanism of government organization response path integration matching and response workflow model based on crisis risk classification. In order to improve the resource integration ability for management decision-makers, the network public opinion crisis provides a reference for the accurate response effectiveness.[Method/process] This paper analyzes the role of the dynamic factors of network public opinion crisis in big data environment, extracts the basic coefficients of network public opinion crisis risk classification, and extracts the network public opinion crisis risk classification superposition coefficient from the perspective of the multi-structure of network public opinion information carried by multimedia technology. Then the paper analyzes the work points of the network public opinion crisis response under each risk classification one by one.[Result/conclusion] According to the ordering combination of the main structural elements, the media effectiveness factors and the object attribute elements, the credit base level of the multimedia network is established on the relationship nodes. According to the different influence effects of the ontology component on the public opinion crisis, the public opinion crisis of the big data multimedia network is established. Establishing a multimedia network public opinion crisis risk classification model, deconstructing the public opinion crisis risk into a ranking coefficient and an addition coefficient, and a more accurate description of the lyric crisis is conducive to judging the future development of the grievance crisis and improving the speed and accuracy of matching with the previous grievance crisis case.

  • Research on Influential Factors of Willingness to Disseminate Network Public Opinion from the Perspective of Psychological Distance

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]The formation of the willingness to disseminate network public opinion is a psychological activity of netizens, which is inseparable from psychological distance. Understanding the main factors that influence the willingness to disseminate network public opinion will help the supervising and controlling departments to conduct pre-warning and management of network public opinion more effectively.[Method/process] Based on the deep analysis of the psychological distance theory, this paper expounds the constitution of the psychological distance, and makes a series of theoretical assumptions in the view of time distance, spatial distance, social distance and probability. Then it identifies the main factors and their importance using questionnaire method and optimal scale regression analysis method.[Result/conclusion] Finally, it concludes 7 main factors that influence netizens to change their disseminate willingness which contain the reporting time, home related, yearning related, life related, relatives and friends release, media official release, enterprise official release. Monitoring the public opinion from these seven factors will help the supervising and controlling departments controlling the direction of public opinion dissemination more pertinently.

  • Measuring the Emotional Polarization of Opinion Cluster in Network Public Opinion Field

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper proposes a method to measure the emotional polarization degree of the opinion cluster in network public opinion field, which provides a basis for quantifying the emotional situation of opinion audience, identifying strongly polarized groups.[Method/process] Firstly, the conditions of emotional polarization of public opinion audience are defined. Then, by setting conditional thresholds, the opinion cluster satisfying the conditions is screened out. Based on that, three polarization descriptive indexes(audience attraction rate/growth rate of extreme audience/growth rate of polarized emotion)are introduced to describe the emotional fermentation degree of opinion clusters in the measurement time phase. Finally, the smoothing weights are introduced to weigh and synthesize the polarization performance of each opinion cluster in the measurement time series, and the overall emotional polarization degree is obtained.[Result/conclusion] The emotional performance of opinion clusters at each time phase can provide judgement basis for phased emotional polarization intervention of public opinion audience. The comprehensive emotional polarization value is helpful to accurately identify the sensitive topics and groups in the field, and providing convenience for precise control of network public opinion.

  • The Model Construction and Empirical Analysis on Concurrent Acquisition of Multimedia Network Public Opinion Information

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The model construction and empirical study on concurrent acquisition of network public opinion information are helpful to obtain the key information needed in time from the massive public opinion information and provide data guarantee for its effective analysis. [Method/process] Through the comprehensive analysis on the current situation of public opinion information acquisition research, this paper defined the model elements of concurrent acquisition of multimedia network public opinion information, and constructed the model by combining three mathematical analysis methods of DEMATEL, AHP and FMF, and carried out empirical analysis accordingly. [Result/conclusion] The research results show that the data conclusions obtained are more consistent with the objective situation of public opinion events, which can be used as the basis for the judgment of concurrent acquisition of public opinion information.

  • Research on the Application of Block Chain Technology in Network Public Opinion Risk Management System

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To explore the application value of flexible management and block chain theory in the construction of network public opinion risk management system, overcome the technical drawbacks of traditional management system, directly hit the existing difficulties and pain points of network public opinion risk management, and improve the efficiency of network public opinion risk management. [Method/process] Based on the theory of risk management and elasticity management of network public opinion, this paper established the theoretical framework of elasticity risk management of network public opinion, and then proposed a risk management system of network public opinion by using block chain technology. It elaborated on risk identification ledger, risk association tree and intelligent contract in detail. [Result/conclusion] This paper constructs the public opinion risk management system and block chain data guarantee system. Based on block chain technology, it designs perceptual intelligence ledger, risk association tree and intelligent contract. It makes public opinion risk management data safer, data traceable and more adaptable to organizational flexibility. This study can effectively guide the development of relevant systems, enhance the controllability of network public opinion risk management, and improve the efficiency of network public opinion risk management.

  • An Empirical Study on the Motives of Information Sharing among We Media Users Based on Big Five Model

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This article examines on the information sharing motives of we media users by analyzing the personality factors of users, and then enhances the efficiency of supervision and regulation of information behavior of users on the we media platform.[Method/process] Based on the big five model, this article constructed the information sharing model of we media users. Using WeChat users as sample, this article conducted empirical study through questionnaires and structural equation modeling.[Result/conclusion] The relationships between 5 personality factors and 3 kinds of information sharing motives:entertainment, social needs and self-expression vary. Users with low emotion stability, low conscientiousness, low agreeableness, low openness, high extraversion would have higher probability of information sharing. The influences of information sharing motives and information sharing behavior rank as:entertainment, social needs then self-expression.

  • Construction of Behavior Spectrum and Behavior Hierarchy Model of User Participation on Social Media Platforms

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] By sorting out the current research results of user participation behaviors on social media platforms, and combining with information generation theory and information processing theory, the user participation behavior spectrum on social media platform is established. Thus, a hierarchical model of user participation behaviors on social media platform is constructed to find one or more participation behaviors that users of social media platforms may have in the face of different types of events. It lays a theoretical foundation for establishing user profiles, identifying a certain type of topic activity and participation and predicting user participation behaviors of social media platforms based on user participation behaviors. [Method/Process] Based on the structure and function of mainstream social media platforms, based on the formulation process of the primate behavior spectrum, the observation experiment method was applied. Double observers with different disciplinary backgrounds were invited to discover users' participation behaviors when using social media platforms, and to construct a behavior spectrum of user participation on social media platforms including 8 categories and 21 specific participation behaviors. [Result/Conclusion] Taking the behavior spectrum of user participation on social media platforms as the core and the amount of cognitive effort as the measurement unit, the structure is constructed as a three-factor and two-level hierarchical model of active participation behaviors and passive participation behaviors, active participation behaviors and negative participation behaviors, deep participation behaviors and superficial participation behaviors.
