Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In recent years, hot papers have been paid more and more attention by academia. A few research results have begun to explore the characteristics of hot papers themselves, but the research on influencing factors and other laws is still insufficient.[Method/process] Based on this, this study uses TF-IDF algorithm and negative binomial regression model to explore the distribution characteristics, influencing factors, time window differences and disciplines type differences of hot papers.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the distribution characteristics of hot papers focus on developed countries, well-known research institutions, interdisciplinary and authoritative journals, and are influenced by refined titles, inter-country cooperation, research output, open access, high-impact factor journals and other factors; hot papers have time window effect, and even change the titles, abstracts, open access and other factors. The differences among disciplines have an impact on hot papers, and there are differences in title, abstract, scientific research cooperation, literature type, open access and journal impact factors.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The evolution path of scientific themes is of great significance for understanding the process of scientific development and predicting future development trends. In view of the defect that the existing research treats the topics on the evolution path equally, a new method of multi-position scientific topic identification and its evolution path is proposed. [Method/process] This method divides the topics of each time interval into four types: core-mature, edge-mature, edge-immature, and core-immature based on centripetal degree and density, and uses cosine similarity to divide different time interval themes are related to show the dynamic cross-evolution relationship between different types of scientific themes. [Result/conclusion] Taking the literature of 3D printing as an example, the development process of 3D printing technology was measured from four aspects: technology development stage, theme recognition, theme type division and theme evolution path. The results proved that this method is effective for scientific theme recognition and its evolution path display.

Abstract: To realize sci-tech self-reliance and self-strengthening at higher levels in China, it is imperative for disruptive technologies to embark on a new journey and open new horizons. The layout and development of disruptive technologies is a complicated and systematic project with strategic significance, in which the identification of disruptive technologies holds the key and serves as the premise. To this end, based on the underlying logic that disruptive technologies are destined to transit from marginalized forces to mainstream power in the future through the process of 10→3→1 constringency, on the understanding that the generation of disruptive technologies is driven by science and technology, the study puts forward the identifying approach of “identifying-selecting-evaluating”, and develops a methodological framework for identifying disruptive technologies based on science with a view to providing reference for the early identification of disruptive technologies.

Abstract: [目的/意义]高校智库建设需要从结果导向转为过程导向,完善体制机制,提升专业化水平。[方法/过程]本文借鉴管理学理论,提出通过建设高校智库供应链实现过程管理。通过定义高校智库产品,主要包括3个基本环节(需求对接,科学研究以及成果推广)和2种运营模式(点菜模式和自选模式),建立产品的供应链。基于面向订单生产和面向库存生产模式,分析了点菜和自选模式的运营特点。[结果/结论]最后结合样本,分析了产品供应链在实践中的特点和问题,为高校智库提升专业化水平提供建设思路和参考模型。

Abstract:以独山子区3种优势草本植物的根际与非根际土壤为研究对象,采用Biolog-ECO微平板法对土壤微生物功能多样性进行了研究。结果表明:3种不同植物根际与非根际土壤微生物代谢活性(AWCD)、丰富度指数Shannon(H)和均匀度指数McIntosh(U)均存在不同差异,且博乐蒿根际土壤微生物功能多样性均优于非根际土壤及其他两种植物;根际土壤微生物对糖类、脂类、酸类和胺类碳源物质比较敏感,非根际土壤微生物敏感于酸类、氨基酸类以及糖类碳源,根际土壤微生物对碳源的利用能力更强,且不同植物根际环境微生物碳源利用特征不同;微生物活性、丰富度指数和微生物均匀度指数与土壤pH值、SOM、AP和NO3--N存在显著正相关(P < 0.05);博乐蒿根际土壤养分含量与微生物活性均较高,对环境的适应性更强,在独山子区生态环境管理与建设中可对其进行关注。
