Abstract： [Purpose/significance] At present, IR has reached a relatively mature stage. This article combs, analyzes and summaries the development of domestic IR, to provide reference for the next stage of IR development. [Method/process] Using the software of Excel, VOSviewer, CiteSpace and programming, 1 362 articles of IR were collected from CNKI in 2000-2018 year for visual analysis. [Result/conclusion] The results of this study are as follows: IR articles publishing had experienced rapid development period, the relative stationary period, and downturn period, which means that the current research of domestic IR has reached a new stage, and have new research hotspots; the high-frequency authors (groups) are mainly composed of the authors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and universities, the former’s research is more advanced and deeper than the latter; “Library and Information Service”, “Journal of Modern Information”, “Researches in Library Science”, etc. are the most published journals with IR research papers, and are more influential in the field of IR research in China; research hotspots of domestic IR include system construction, resource construction, academic communication, knowledge management and services, copyright protection, etc.; future research hotspots include research data, scientific research services, auxiliary research decisions, and data value-added services.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to explore the method of using semantic web to build confederation of institutional repository which is different from the traditional way. [Method/process] It publishes the institutional repository content as linked data firstly, and uses the method of the semantic web to build confederation of institutional repository. [Result/conclusion] The confederation of institutional repository based on linked data can realize the basic functions such as browsing and retrieving. At the same time, the confederation can realize knowledge service function by extending semantic content and semantic reasoning. Building confederation of institutional repository based on linked data is a specific practice of semantic web, the confederation can provide more and better functional services than the traditional confederation, and the construction cost is low.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance]This article analyze the system of PIE-J, it hopes that Chinese can pay more attention to it and all stakeholders of the electronic journals supply chain can work together to optimize the electronic journal metadata. It aims at addressing electronic journals searching issues plaguing stakeholders for a long time.[Method/process] This article analyzes the background, significance, main content, application of PIE-J and its enlightenment on the display and identification of Chinese electronic journal through induction, case study and other methods.[Result/conclusion] PIE-J provides detailed guidance on the identification of electronic journal metadata through concise language and image examples, which can improve the quality of open links, improve the search efficiency and accuracy of journal articles, and further improve and develop the electronic journals. Under the circumstance that China has not yet issued the standard of electronic journal identification, if electronic journal publishers or suppliers in China can refer to PIE-J to optimize the electronic journal metadata, it will greatly enhance the competitiveness of its own products and promote the development of both domestic and overseas markets.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Focusing on the collaborative governance of rural reading services can improve the level of collaborative governance, and the effectiveness of rural-level grassroots reading services. [Method/process] A questionnaire survey for rural residents and reading service providers was carried out in Hubei Province.And based on the integrative framework for collaborative governance proposed by Emerson and Nabatchi, the survey results were analyzed, and the status quo and existing problems of collaborative governance of Grassroots reading services at the rural level were found. [Result/conclusion] The results show collaborative governance of rural reading services is still at a low level. Regarding the collaborative governance system environment, there are problems such as insufficient downward communication of relevant policies and laws, insufficient reading service resources, especially digital resources, insufficient education of reading service personnel, insufficient rural reading atmosphere, and insufficient trust of rural residents in reading services. Regarding the drivers of collaborative governance, there are problems such as the lack of communication between service bodies, which leads to uncertainty, interdependence lack of coordination, lack of incentive mechanisms, and insufficient leadership across departments and organizations. Regarding the collaborative governance dynamics, there is a mechanical and not systematic enough principled contact, not strong enough common motivation based on understanding and trust as willingness to act, and insufficient capacity for joint action at grassroots level. On the basis of above, a collaborative governance framework for rural reading services based on digital reading service platforms and corresponding action strategies are proposed.

Abstract： [Objective] This study aims to promote the creation, anagement and use of academic library’s digital resources. [Context] The development of IPv6 and 10 Gigabit Network generated difficulties in network data acquisition. [Methods] We proposed a port mirroring technology for network devices. Data from the IPv4 and IPv6 networks were filtered before they were collected for the digital resource usage analysis system. [Results] We built a practical digital resource usage analysis system. [Conclusions] The proposed method helped academic library establish digital resources analysis systems for the IPv4/IPv6 dual stack and high-speed campus network environment.
