• Research on Online Training Quality of Intellectual Property Information Services for Subject Librarians in Universities——Based on Data from FULink Alliance Librarians

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and the national strategy for strengthening intellectual property rights, based on the perspective of user needs, this paper quantitatively analyzes and classifies the influencing factors of online training effect of intellectual property information services for subject librarians in universities, in order to improve the quality of online training and promote the high-quality development of intellectual property information services.[Method/process] Based on 17 quality elements extracted from the six dimensions of personnel qualifications, course contents, training forms, learning support services, communication and interaction, and assessment and evaluation, the questionnaire was designed and distributed. Kano model and IPA analysis method were used to identify the categories of elements and the priority of promotion.[Result/conclusion] The results show that the 17 quality elements were divided into 2 essential quality elements, 8 expected quality elements, 5 glamourous quality elements and 2 undifferentiated quality elements. Combined with IPA matrix analysis, the online training of intellectual property information service for subject librarians in universities should focus on three aspects of strengthening patent information analysis and utilization courses, using diversified curriculum resources, and improving communication and feedback mechanisms.
