Analysis on Hot Spots and Evolution Trend of Scientific Data Policy Research

Abstract: At present, scientific data management is being highly concerned and closely studied by scientific research institutions all over the world. Comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences between international and domestic scientific data policy research is conducive to the development of this field. This paper selects the papers related to scientific data policy as the research object, uses the methods of literature metrology and content analysis to analyze the development characteristics and evolution trend of international and domestic research in this field, and reveals the research hot spots. The results show that both international and domestic scientific data policy research are in the stage of exploration and development, and the amount of research literature fluctuates and increases. The research direction is dominated by information science and library science, and some research belongs to interdisciplinary achievements. International research pays more attention to scientific research data sharing, while domestic research focuses on scientific data policy, data management and the research relationship between scientific research data.
