Based on the dialectical care of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with routine nursing measures such as diet, mood, daily life, and health knowledge education, the clinical treatment of severe abdominal distension and constipation, and improve the quality of life of patients.

  • CiteSpace-based analysis of urban economics research context and trend outlook

    Abstract:   Purpose/Significance Through bibliometric analysis, this study aims to sort out the context of urban economics research, analyze the differences between domestic and international urban economics research, identify the urgent problems and weak links in Chinese urban economics research, and propose prospects and reflections for future research and application of Chinese urban economics. Method/Process Extract the search records of urban economics research from the CNKI database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure and the Web of Science core collection from 1949 to 2023,and use Citespace software to visually analyze the author, keywords, and other content. Results/Conclusion Analysis shows that although there are differences in the research hotspots and frontiers of urban economics both domestically and internationally, the overall number of literature on urban economics research has increased, and the intersection and integration of multidisciplinary theories to solve urban problems has become the main trend in urban economics research. The refinement of research fields, continuous innovation of research methods, and wider application of research results have made it possible for this discipline to provide more theoretical support and practical guidance for urban sustainable development.

  • Effect of Pre-transplant Skeletal Muscle Mass on Early Outcome of Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation:a Cohort Study

    Abstract: Background  Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT) is an effective treatment for hematopoietic malignancies. Malnutrition is a common complication and negatively affects prognosis. Muscle mass has been shown to reflect the nutritional status of patients earlier than blood biochemical parameters such as albumin. However,the influence of pre-transplantation muscle mass on the complications associated with early transplantation remains unclear. Objective  To investigate the effect of pre-transplant skeletal muscle mass on the early outcomes of allo-HSCT,provide a clinical basis for nutritional interventions and prognosis improvement. Methods  A prospective cohort study was conducted with 77 leukemia patients who underwent allo-HSCT at the Medical Center of Hematology,Xinqiao Hospital in Chongqing from January to October 2022. Bioelectrical impedance analysis was used to assess skeletal muscle mass. The patients were divided into the normal skeletal muscle mass(normal SMM) group of 36 cases and low skeletal muscle mass(low SMM) group of 41 cases according to their skeletal muscle mass. Baseline data,including personal and clinical details,were collected. Early post-transplant complications (within 30 days post-transplant) such as oral mucositis,gastrointestinal symptoms,infection and hematopoietic reconstitution time between the two groups were compared using SPSS 23.0 software. Results  There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,and abdominal pain/gastritis incidence between the normal and low SMM groups(P>0.05). The incidence of oral mucositis,hypoalbuminemia,overt gastrointestinal bleeding,and infection was lower in the normal SMM group than in the low SMM group(P<0.05). The severity of oral mucositis in patients in the normal SMM group was lower than that in the low SMM group(P<0.001). Neutrophil implantation time and platelet implantation time were longer in patients in the low SMM group than in the normal SMM group(P<0.01). Conclusion  The pre-transplant patients had a high incidence of low skeletal muscle mass. The low skeletal muscle mass before transplantation correlates with the occurrence of oral mucositis,hypoalbuminemia,overt gastrointestinal bleeding,and infections,as well as extended neutrophil and platelet engraftment time in the early transplantation period,and patients should be screened as early as possible prior to transplantation to boost skeletal muscle mass and improve early post-transplant outcomes.

  • 橡胶籽油替代鱼油对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、消化酶活性、脂蛋白含量和抗氧化功能的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究橡胶籽油替代鱼油对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能、消化酶活性、脂蛋白含量和抗氧化功能的影响。选择大小均匀、体格健壮的吉富罗非鱼鱼苗600尾,随机分为5个组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾鱼。5组试验鱼分别投喂以橡胶籽油分别替代0(对照)、25%、50%、75%和100%鱼油的5种等氮等能饲料,分别记为G0、G25、G50、G75、G100。试验期为8周。结果表明:1)橡胶籽油替代不同比例鱼油对罗非鱼幼鱼的末重、体增重、日增重系数、摄食率、饲料系数和蛋白质效率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)G25组罗非鱼幼鱼肠道胰蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),G25组罗非鱼幼鱼肠道淀粉酶活性显著高于G75组(P<0.05)。橡胶籽油替代不同比例鱼油对罗非鱼幼鱼肝脏胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和二糖酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)随着橡胶籽油替代鱼油比例的提高,罗非鱼幼鱼血清总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量大体上呈下降的趋势,肝脏游离胆固醇(FC)含量及FC/TC呈先下降后上升的趋势,其中以G25组最低。4)G0组罗非鱼幼鱼血浆谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),G0组罗非鱼幼鱼肝脏GR活性显著高于G50和G100组(P<0.05),G100组罗非鱼幼鱼肝脏总抗氧化能力显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。由此可见,橡胶籽油替代25%~75%鱼油对罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能和抗氧化功能均无明显负面影响。橡胶籽油替代25%鱼油有利于改善罗非鱼幼鱼肠道消化酶活性;橡胶籽油替代100%鱼油时,罗非鱼幼鱼抗氧化功能下降。

    Abstract: For the limitation of hand region segmention with skin color in the traditional gesture recognition, using Kinect to obtaining depth information to segment the palm can get better results. The palm contour is polygonal approximation, and the convex points are selected as the candidate fingertip. The fingertips are distinguished accurately from the unwanted convex points by a threshold circle. Utilizing the distance relation of the non zero pixel (white) to the nearest zero pixel to extract the palm center, the threshold circle transform radius dynamically by linear regression method. In the classification and recognition, combining the Hu moment and the number of fingertip as the feature of gesture, and the KNN classifier achieve gesture recognition. Experiments show that the gesture recognition algorithm based on composite features and dynamic threshold circle method has better recognition rate and real-time performance.
