  • Early Warning Assessment Tools for Cardiovascular Disease Risk:a Scoping Review

    Abstract: Background Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is a major cause of human mortality worldwide,characterized by its insidious onset,intricate and variable course,and poor prognosis. Early identification and active intervention of potentially critically ill patients is essential to improve their prognosis. Objective To conduct a scoping review of the research on early warning assessment tools for cardiovascular disease risk at home and abroad,summarize and analyze their assessment content and application,ultimately providing reference for the selection of appropriate early warning tools for cardiovascular disease patients in China. Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,CINAHL,and Scopus were systematically searched from inception to May 2023. Two investigators independently screened literature and extracted data,analyzed in terms of assessment content,study subjects,validation method,reliability and validity,and predictive efficacy. Results A total of 16 papers were included,comprising 7 papers on the development and validation of assessment tools and 9 papers on the localized application of these tools,involving 20 early warning assessment tools for cardiovascular disease risk. The results of the analysis showed that each assessment tool contained 3 to 17 assessment items,with the most frequently mentioned items of age,systolic blood pressure,respiratory rate,oxygen saturation,heart rate,comorbidities,level of consciousness,and gender. The results of the reliability and validity tests for 2 papers indicated robust reliability and validity,while all other studies lacked reliability and validity evaluations. Ten papers reported the area under the curve(AUC),with values ranging from 0.550 to 0.926 9. Conclusion Diverse early warning assessment tools for cardiovascular disease risk are available,however,their overall quality remains to be improved and there is a lack of specific assessment tools. In the future,it is imperative to conduct further validations of the reliability and validity of the existing tools,and develop localized early warning assessment tools specialized for cardiovascular diseases considering the unique characteristics of the disease,which exhibit robust reliability and validity.

  • 高质量发展视域下的公共图书馆绿色发展策略探析

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] Based on the research of library transformation from the mode of "high-speed growth" to "high-quality development", this paper addressed the green development as one of the key routes for the transformation of public libraries and provides a multifaceted definition of green development and sustainability from home and abroad as applied to public libraries. [Method/Process] By investigating the transformation and development of domestic libraries in recent years and drawing on the experience from a range of international projects, this paper found out how dedication to be sustainable and green action has become more central and widespread in the library sector worldwide. Successful examples were drawn from IFLA Green Library Award as well as other innovative programs, services, buildings and projects based on increasing consciousness around the green development. This paper integrated an overview of various efforts to define the green library and arguements for sustainable libraries. At the same time, some typical examples of libraries' environmental awareness and sustainability have been presented. [Results/Conclusions] This paper puts foreword the key areas to implement the concept of green development in libraries, including library buildings, facilities and equipment, collections, information services, operational management as well as library strategic development plan, thus incorporating the library development in the scope of environmental, economic and social sustainability. Libraries should take into account the environmental impact of their building as well as their own activities. They should also consider their specific features, not just the criteria for green buildings and offices. Besides, they can promote recycling and sharing in the community in various ways. These actions can raise environmental friendliness as a value and signals the importance of environmental issues to the community. In the aspect of resource development, the basic task of libraries is to ensure open and easy access to reliable information, which includes environmental information. With the provision of information, libraries should also promote the information retrieval skills of the community in order to improve the information literacy of the public with regard to environmentally sustainable awareness. In conclusion, libraries should create an environmental strategy that defines the means and objectives of the environmental work. It is important to raise awareness of the role public libraries can play in the near future, showing proof of their contribution to UN 2030 Agenda and SDGs by measuring and gathering evidence o f their performance, namely the access to information and knowledge, access to information infrastructures as well as literacy competences development.

  • Catalytic Mechanism of 6-Hydroxynicotinic Acid 3-Monooxygenase (NicC)*

    Abstract: 6-Hydroxynicotinic acid (6HNA) 3-monooxygenase (NicC) is the key enzyme for nicotinic degradation in Pseudomonas putida KT2440. NicC can catalyze the hydroxylation of pyridine ring to promote the ring cleavage reaction of pyridine ring. The expression level of NicC was enhanced by replace the rare codon in the N-terminal of NicC, and then the His-tagged NicC was purified to homogeneity. The optimal temperature reaction range of NicC is from 30℃ to 40℃, and the optimal reaction pH is 8.0. The Cd 2+ ion could significantly inhibit the activity of NicC. The apparent Km and Vmax values of the purified NicC for 6HNA were 51.8 μM and 14.1U/mg, respectively, and those for NADH were 15.0 μM and 10.79 U/mg, respectively. According to the HPLC and LC-MS analysis, NicC could catalyzes 6HNA to form 2,5-DHP and formic acid, and it could also transform 4-hydroxybenzoic acid to form hydroquinone. Isotope labeling experiments proved that the oxygen atom incorporated into 2,5-DHP is from dioxygen. The study will provide useful information for the microbial degradation of pyridinic compounds.

  • 电磁连铸对Incoloy800H合金铸坯内TiN分布和内裂纹的影响

    Abstract:通常镍基合金制备采用模铸等浇注方式,与连铸生产方式相比存在流程复杂、合金成材率低、能耗高等不足。本文研究开发了Incoloy800H耐腐蚀合金立式电磁连铸制备方法,成功制备出截面为100×100 mm的Incoloy800H连铸坯,并研究了其内部凝固组织、内部裂纹和TiN分布等物理现象。研究结果表明,常规立式连铸Incoloy800H铸坯的内部组织粗大、存在严重的内部裂纹和大量TiN夹杂物;采用立式电磁连铸后,制备的Incoloy800H合金连铸坯的中心等轴晶比例从2.45%增加至41.45%,且中心等轴晶的平均晶粒尺寸由10.83 mm 减小至1.28 mm,并有效地消除了内部裂纹。TiN数量与分布的研究结果表明,立式电磁连铸条件下,铸坯中心的大尺寸TiN(大于2 μm)数量由3.71×10-4 个/μm2降至1.59×10-4 个/μm2,使得易于诱发内裂纹的TiN数量显著减少,并抑制了TiN团簇的形成,有助于枝晶间的液态合金的补缩;另一方面,电磁连铸促使Incoloy800H合金连铸坯形成细小的等轴晶,减轻了合金元素偏析并减少了大尺寸TiN的数量,从而减少了萌发裂纹的机率,有效地抑制了内部裂纹的形成。
