Abstract： [Purpose/significance] In order to implement the important task of "foster virtue through education" deployed by the state for colleges and universities in the new era, exploring the construction mode of curriculum ideology in the discipline of library, information and archives management is not only helpful to promote the process of ideological and political work, but be of great significance for improving the quality of personnel training. [Method/process] By combing the connotation of curriculum ideology, and investigating the current situation of curriculum ideological and political teaching in the discipline of library, information and archives management in China, this paper put forward a curriculum ideological and political teaching mode of "integration between ideological education and innovation & entrepreneurship, coordination between schools and enterprises", based on the discipline characteristics of the discipline of library, information and archives management in Jilin University. Taking archival science as an example, this paper shared the practical experience and achievements of curriculum ideological and political teaching under the guidance of this mode. [Result/conclusion] The curriculum ideological and political teaching mode of"Integration between Ideological Education and Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Coordination between School and Enterprise" has certain practical guiding value. Abstract： To promote the high-quality development of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics, better serve the national governance system, and advance the modernization of China’s system and capacity of governance, it is necessary to improve the ability of think tanks to organize and manage tasks, and it is important to explore and establish project management paradigms that adapt to the characteristics of think tank research. Under the double helix structure theory, this study deeply analyzes the characteristics of think tank research and project management from the perspective of a professional think tank management team, based on understanding of think tank research characteristics and project management experience. This study proposes suggestions to improve the organization and management capacities of think tanks.

Abstract：环境信息是大天区面积多目标光纤光谱望远镜（LAMOST，即郭守敬望远镜）运行状态的一部分，用于辅助望远镜的日常维护、观测以及后期数据处理。环境信息来源于多个子系统，而子系统的数据存储由不同单位设计，使得数据存储环境复杂，不利于统一检索。基于异步协程，我们提出了一种异构环境信息检索的方法。该方法利用数据库代理对象工厂整合多个数据库及检索字段信息，通过客户端和Web浏览器提供远程服务，以自定义检索命令的方式实现对异构数据库的检索。本方法充分考虑了后期升级的需求，保留多种数据库和应用接口，便于更多数据库和应用的接入。目前基于该方法开发的检索系统已部署于LAMOST运行环境，在实际运行中简化了运行环境检索操作，提高了工作效率和数据获取的精准度，提升了维护和观测效率。

Abstract： Objective: To construct a fusaruside-producing strain of Pichia pastoris, and to solve the source of the natural small molecule immunosuppressant fusaruside. METHODS: The genes related to the synthesis of fusaruside, the 3-position desaturase (Δ3(E)-SD) and 10-position desaturase (Δ10(E)-SD) genes, were amplified from Fusarium graminearum PH-1. ; And the co-expression vector of the two genes was constructed by the 2A peptide strategy, and transformed into Pichia GS115 for inducible expression of the two enzymes; after the induced Pichia cells were treated with methanol and dichloromethane, the efficient Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) was used to detect the product changes. Results: The 3-desaturase and 10-desaturase were successfully co-expressed in Pichia pastoris. SDS-PAGE showed that the molecular weight of the 3-desaturase was about 48 kDa, and the molecular weight of the 10-desaturase was about 65 kDa; HPLC- MS showed that recombinant yeast could produce fusaruside. Conclusion: Compared with the fusaruside native strain Fusarium, the yeast has a shorter fermentation time and higher yield, which lays a foundation for the further development and application of fusaruside.

Abstract： Objective To evaluate two different kinds of simulation-basedTransthoracic Echocardiography (TTE) training effect and against traditionaltraining on TTE skills among anesthesiology residents; Methods In our study, 63anesthesiology residents were randomized to 3 groups, simulation 1 group (n =21),using Heartworks simulator； simulation 2 group (n = 21)，using U/S mentor simulator; and control group(n = 21),using traditional teaching method. A pretestwas done before TTE training. Firstly before training, members in all groups accepteda written test to access their pre-training knowledge of TTE. And after training,a similar written test was carried out again. Beside, TTE practice examination onvolunteer models were adopted to evaluate the teaching result, including the abilityto acquire correct images and to identify the anatomy structure; Results Therewas no statistically significant difference on the pretest results among theseresidents of the three groups. After training，however, the two simulation groupsgot similar grades but higher than the control group on all the three indexed: writtentest (53.8%±12.6%，52.6%±13.6%， 43.3%±10.8%；P<0.0167), model image quality (0to 25 scale) (17.1±4.5，16.0±4.1，7.7±3.1；P<0.0167), and structure identification(0 to 25 scale) (18.2±6.3，17.0±6.1，11.9±6.9；P<0.0167); Conclusion Our studyshowed that in TTE teaching, anesthesiology residents trained with both kinds ofsimulations acquired better knowledge and skills of image acquisition and anatomyidentification on volunteers.
