  • Clinical Characteristics and Correlation between Preoperative Frailty and Metabolic Syndrome among Older Patients with Gastric Cancer

    Abstract: Background  Frailty and metabolic syndrome(MetS)are both common geriatric conditions and may have potentially important links in terms of risk factors,body composition,and metabolic mechanisms,which could jointly affect the prognosis of older patients with gastric cancer. Clearly distinguishing the characteristics of the two syndromes and elucidating their intrinsic relationship can help to develop precise and targeted preoperative management strategies. Objective  To compare the characteristics of preoperative frailty and MetS in older patients with gastric cancer,focusing on general information,blood indicators,and body compositions,and analyze their correlation. Methods  A total of 286 patients aged 60 to 80 years who were admitted to the gastrosurgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University for gastric malignancy from August 2021 to August 2022 were included and divided into the four groups:the frailty group(n=45),the MetS group(n=58),the frailty+MetS group(n=12),and the normal group(n=171)based on the presence of frailty and MetS,and the clinical indicators of these groups were compared. With frailty as the dependent variable,Logistic regression analysis was conducted to investigate the correlation of MetS and its diagnostic indicators with preoperative frailty. Results  Statistically significant differences were observed among the four groups in terms of age,comorbidities,Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS2002)scores>3,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),C-reactive protein,hemoglobin,albumin,height,body mass,waist circumference,BMI,fat content,fat mass index,body fat percentage,visceral fat area,skeletal muscle content,skeletal muscle mass index,limb skeletal muscle mass index,muscle percentage,fat to muscle ratio,and muscle to fat ratio(P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.115,95%CI=1.046-1.190),history of smoking(OR=2.156,95%CI=1.134-4.096),NRS2002 score>3(OR=2.359,95%CI=1.159-4.802),CRP(OR=1.038,95%CI=1.003-1.073),and central obesity(OR=0.405,95%CI=0.183-0.896) were the risk factors for frailty in older patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion  The frailty group showed advanced age,elevated levels of inflammation,and increased nutritional risk,along with an overall decline in fat and muscle composition. The MetS group showed increased comorbidities,elevated inflammation and albumin levels,abnormal markers of glycolipid metabolism,and overall increased fat and muscle composition. The frailty+MetS group had increased comorbidities,abnormal fasting blood glucose and HDL-C levels,with increases only in fat-related components but no significant changes in muscle components. Thus,frailty was not significantly associated with MetS in this study.

  • Research on the Peer Review Mechanism of Registered Reports

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The frequent "academic scandals" in recent years have posed new challenges to my country's scientific research review mechanism. The Registered Report that emerged in the open science movement can effectively improve the transparency of the research process and evaluation process, reduce the publication bias in the review process, and ensure academic rigor and scientific research quality due to its unique peer review mechanism, to put an end to academic fraud. The paper attempts to conduct an in-depth study of the peer review mechanism of registered reports, analyze and summarize its characteristics, in order to provide a reference for the innovative development and scientific improvement of peer review in my country.[Method/process] Comprehensive used of online research methods and content analysis methods to analyze the review process, review form, review efficiency, review ethics guidelines, reviewer expert database construction and other aspects of the registration report peer review. Explored the relationship between authors, reviewers, and editors in the peer review mechanism of registered reports and related rights, and summarized the characteristics of the peer review mechanism of registered reports.[Result/conclusion] The innovative features of the peer-review mechanism of registered research reports are mainly reflected in the following aspects:① The optimization of review process and standards:the new mode of peer-review for registered research is implemented twice, which is no longer only based on subjective judgment of experts, and the process of selection of review experts and treatment of expert opinions is scientific and reasonable;② The improvement of anonymity and interactivity:the diversification of peer review forms and the pursuit of maximum flexibility while maintaining basic checks and balances;③ The improvement of review efficiency:the parallel review information transmission mode, the regulation of Ming culture and the systematic supervision and punishment mechanism contribute to the high efficiency of peer review. The advanced features of the peer-review mechanism of registered research reports are as follows;① It establishes a strict and meticulous moral code system for reviewers;② Pay attention to the construction of the peer review expert database, and form a complete reviewer incentive mechanism.

  • Analysis of the Content and Characteristics of WIPO Trusted Digital Evidence Service

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This study aims to analyze the content and characteristics of WIPO trusted digital evidence service, and find the feasible application of WIPO trusted digital evidence service in digital copyright protection.[Method/process] Using the methods of literature research and network research, this paper reviewed and summarized the research progress of digital evidence. It analyzed the background, development process, service connotation, service content and service characteristics of WIPO trusted digital evidence, and put forward the feasible application of WIPO trusted digital evidence in digital copyright protection.[Result/conclusion] It is found that the current research on digital evidence mainly focuses on the concept analysis, characteristics analysis, legal status and related legal system issues, evidence collection and preservation issues of digital evidence. WIPO trusted digital evidence service has the characteristics of authoritative organization status, reliable workflow, stable technical support and strict management policies and service standards. It can be used to provide trusted timestamp digital evidence for the creation process of digital works, bind the creator identity for digital works, assist scientific researchers and university libraries to manage research data, and help researchers deal with the problem of reference rot.

  • Strategic Positioning of National Natural Science Foundation of China within National Innovation System in New Era

    Abstract: As the main channel to support basic research, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (refered as science funds hereafter) plays a leading role in the national innovation system. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it is urgent to deepen the understanding of the strategic positioning of science funds in the national innovation system to optimize the national innovation system and accelerate the construction of China’s strength in science and technology. This paper reviews the development process of China’s national innovation system and the evolution of funding orientation of science funds, analyzes the characteristics of the national innovation system in the new era, and puts forward the function of science funds in six perspectives, namely, stimulating comprehensive innovation, cultivating innovative talents, connecting efficient system, leading open innovation, shaping scientific culture, and demonstrating deepening reform, and provides decision-making reference for systematically promoting the deepening reform of science funds and better playing the unique role of science funds in the national innovation system.

  • 1例轻度焦虑伴药物依赖失眠患者耳穴三序疗法病例报告

    Abstract:目的 总结1例轻度焦虑伴药物依赖失眠患者耳穴三序疗法临床疗效病例报告。方法 采用耳郭按摩、刮痧、耳穴贴压的耳穴三序疗法进行治疗,每周两次,分别周三、周日上午各一次,10次一个疗程,共治疗24次近两个半疗程。结果 耳穴三序疗法治疗后,PSQI量表评分由18分降为7分,SAS量表评分由58分降为26分,患者停药,焦虑及失眠痊愈,3个月后随访无复发。结论 通过耳穴三序疗法治疗能有效改善轻度焦虑伴药物依赖失眠患者的临床症状,可为临床治疗轻度焦虑及药物依赖失眠患者提供借鉴与参考。

  • 面向应用的RGB-D机器人道路坡度融合估计方法

    Abstract: In order to improve the estimation accuracy of the road slope during the movement of the robot, this paper proposed a fusion slope estimation algorithm for RGB-D(red green blue-depth) moving robot. Firstly, the method used random sampling consistency algorithm to complete the point cloud processing. Secondly, the normal vector estimation followed an improve plane fitting method. Finally, the cosine clustering and cumulative average method were used to accurately complete the road slope estimation. Experimental results showed that compared with the least squares method and the sparse subspace method under the data set, the estimation error of the algorithm is reduced by 1.21% and 2.13% respectively, in the actual environment, the average error is reduced by 1.43�compared with the least squares method, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

  • 2001—2017年开都-孔雀河流域植被物候特征及其对气候变化的响应

    Abstract:研究植被物候对气候因子变化的响应对于解析植被与气候的复杂关系至关重要。本文以开都-孔雀河流域为例,基于2001—2017年MOD13Q1数据,结合气温、降水和日照时数,探索流域内植被物候时空变化特征及其对海拔、气候要素变化的响应。结果表明:① 流域植物生长季始期(SOS)主要集中在第90~150 d,生长季末期(EOS)主要集中在第270~315 d,生长季长度(DOS)主要集中在120~220 d。随海拔升高,整体上植物SOS呈推迟趋势、EOS呈提前趋势、DOS呈缩短趋势。② 近17 a研究区植物SOS、EOS均主要呈提前趋势,提前像元面积分别占研究区植被总面积的60.81%和61.83%,DOS主要呈缩短趋势,占比为52.11%。③ 4月气温对植物SOS(负相关)提前影响较大;对植物EOS提前变化影响较大的因素是6月降水(负相关)和11月气温(正相关);6月降水对植物DOS(负相关)缩短变化影响最大。总体上植被生长季始期主要受气温因素的影响,植被生长季末期和生长季长度主要受降水的影响。

  • 天马望远镜K波段双模环型滤波器的研究

    Abstract:低插入损耗、边带陡峭的带枝节的双模弯曲方环形带通滤波器,用于射电天文K波段(18-26.5GHz)多波束接收机的小型化集成下变频系统。该滤波器采用正交直连馈线,获得低插入损耗,再加载调谐枝节构成一个边带陡峭的宽带滤波器。从测量结果可知:单环滤波器的3dB带宽为42.8%,在17.4GHz-26.9GHz频带内的回波损耗小于-20dB,插入损耗为-1.05dB。15.1GHz-16GHz和28.1GHz-28.9GHz的阻带抑制度大于35dB;双环滤波器的3dB带宽为39.8%,在17.7GHz-26.5GHz频带内的回波损耗小于-14dB,插入损耗为-1.27dB。12.8GHz-15.3GHz和27.9GHz-30.6GHz的阻带抑制度大于35dB。两个滤波器的测试结果和仿真结果吻合度很高。
