Abstract: Objective To discuss the operation mode and space nursing management of makeshift hospitals in public emergencies.
Methods Build makeshift hospital wards in public emergencies, build the 24-hour ward nursing operation mode. According to the disease characteristics of makeshift hospitals and public emergencies, the space management theory is introduced, sort out the safety risks and implement nursing risk management, and evaluate the relevant indicators of nursing quality before and after the implementation.
Results And the incidence of nursing defects and the quality of nursing work decreased in public emergencies (P <0.01).
Conclusion It is feasible to set up a square cabin hospital ward and integrate space management into nursing risk management, which is active and effective, which is conducive to the allocation of all kinds of resources under the emergency epidemic and improves the quality of nursing work.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to meet the needs of classifying massive patent automatically in current patent examination and patent information analysis work, this paper studies a series of patent automatic classification methods based on deep learning and compares the classification effects. This will promote the efficiency and effectiveness of patent classification. [Method/process] Aiming at the shortcoming of traditional machine learning methods, 7 deep learning models was designed, including Word2Vec+TextCNN, Word2Vec+GRU, Word2Vec+BiGRU, Word2Vec+ BiGRU+TextCNN and so on. These models based on the deep learning technology, such as Word2Vec, CNN, RNN, Attention mechanism and so on and considered the characteristics of patent text word order, context features and other key features in classification. Selecting the ‘Section’ of main International Patent Classification (IPC) was as the class labels, the study classified the Chinese patents by above 7 deep learning models and 3 traditional machine learning methods. And there was a comparison about the effect of classification in different models. [Result/conclusion] The empirical research indicated that it reached the better effect of Chinese patent classification by using deep learning methods which considered the characteristics of patent text word order, context features and other key features in classification.

Abstract: The increasingly frequent illegal transactions hinder the secure transactions of Ethereum, and the anonymity of electronic currency makes it difficult to track and analyze illegal transactions. This paper used the transaction data of the Ethereum platform as the data source, the marked illegal account and unmarked normal account data set as the training set, and the characteristic attributes of the transaction data as the construction basis. Account for the overall forecast. The process uses the T-SNE algorithm to realize the dimensionality reduction and visualization of transaction features, adopts multiple cross-validation, and introduces the SHAP Value factor to judge the positive and negative attributes of the feature. The prediction effect accuracy rate of the established model reaches 94.29%. The evaluation metric for the area (AUC) value reached 0.9846. The proposed scheme can more accurately predict the illegal behavior on the Ethereum trading platform, and will effectively improve the blockchain-based trading environment.

Abstract: The pot experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of volatile oil from an invasive plant, Chenopodium ambrosioides L. and its two main components α -terpene and cymene on the photosynthetic characteristics of Vicia faba Seedling. The results showed the volatile oil treatment significantly reduced the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), transpiration rate (Tr), maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), actual photochemical efficiency (ΦPsⅡ) and total chlorophyll content. However, it increased the concentration of intercellular CO2, which was the dual effect of dose and time, and the effect of high dosed volatile oil treatment was irreversible. Compared with the control group, α–terpene treatment reduced Pn, Fv/Fm and ΦPsⅡ, and increased Ci, Gs and Tr, and all the parameters were gradually approaching to the control level after stopping treatment. The effect of cymene on photosynthetic characteristics of V. faba Seedling were not significant. These results suggested that the volatile allelochemical stress from C. ambrosioides on photosynthesis of receptor plant was due to the the synergistic effect of many allelochemicals, instead of a single component.

Abstract: Abstruct: The polar codes proposed by Arikan caused much attention due to their simple structure. As a high-performance channel encoding, polar codes will achieve good performances once the code length N is greater than 210. On the basis of the Successive Cancelation (SC) decoding algorithm, the decoding latency increases with the increase of code length. By analysis of the position of frozen bits and the SC decoder architecture, this paper proposed an improved SC decoding algorithm, which effectively reduces the latency of the traditional SC decoder algorithm. The algorithm improves the decoding delay by 50% compared to the original. What’s more, it further improves the error correction capability of the decoding algorithm by using the Succession Cancellation Single-Bit-Flipping.

Abstract: A 20-year-old male patient was admitted in our department 14 h after paraquat poisoning at the dose of about 50 mL. The patient underwent intensive hemoperfusion for 2 h (3 times a day) for 9 consecutive days and received continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) in the mode of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) for 10 consecutive days in addition to routine medications. The biochemical indexes were monitored during the therapy. After the treatment, paraquat concentrations in the blood and urine were decreased, and the patient's urine volume (UV) increased, serum creatinine (Cr) level decreased, and the oxygenation index became normal. Dynamic CT scan showed no obvious pulmonary fibrosis. The patient was followed up for 6 months after discharge and no complaint of discomforts was reported. This case suggests that early intensive hemoperfusion and long-term CVVH may help improve the prognosis after paraquat poisoning.
