  • An Experimental Study of the Interaction between Human and Artistic Healing in Contemporary Art Spaces

    Abstract: Faced with the pressures of academic achievement, employment, and other life stressors, contemporary young people are experiencing heightened levels of anxiety and unease. Their spiritual and cultural needs are continuously evolving, necessitating the exploration of additional avenues for psychological solace. Contemporary art spaces have emerged as one of the primary means through which the public can satisfy these needs. As a result, their public responsibility has become increasingly apparent. In recent years, there has been a gradual shift towards incorporating art therapy into these spaces as part of their developmental transformation. This article begins by categorizing the spatial presentation of art therapy and analyzing its inherent logic and operational mechanisms. It then delves into exploring the interactive relationship between individuals, art therapy, and contemporary art spaces in order to seek out common ground for their mutual development potential.

  • Decision Service Modeling of Product Design Process Based on Knowledge Crystallization Theory

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper aims to serve the decision-making of solutions to problems in the product design process, meet the demand of knowledge retrieval and reuse, and guarantee the sustainable development of products. [Method/process] Based on the double-cycle model of knowledge crystallization, it found that there are problems in the existing IBIS (issue-based Information System) model and its improvement model. Therefore, the knowledge crystallization double cycle model was used to connect the discussion dialogue model and the product design process, to construct the ‘IBIS representation supporting the product double cycle model’. In the original discussion dialogue model, ‘take the large or fetch small operators’ was used in fuzzy comprehensive decision making. However, because of this operator, some useful elements will be invalid, so ‘take the large or fetch small operators’ was replaced by the Einstain operator. [Results/conclusions] The Einstain operator draws on the idea of ‘take the large or fetch small operators’ to ignore the useless value data, and highly reducts the data at both ends. The IBIS representation supporting the product double cycle model has made the product design process decision service modeling based on the knowledge crystallization double cycle theory has a basic model framework, and the improved discussion dialogue model makes the core algorithm reliable.

  • Analysis of Emergency Information Management Research Hotspots Based on Bibliometric and Co-occurrence Analysis

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Emergency information management is an interdisciplinary field of emergency management and information management. Summarizing the major research output is helpful to strengthen the effective utilization of information resources in emergency management research, and to provide references for the follow-up development and practical exploration of emergency information management research. [Method/process] By retrieving concerned literature from CNKI, this paper used the bibliometric and co-word clustering analysis methods to analyze the domestic emergency management research output. [Result/conclusion] Domestic emergency information management research mainly focuses on five hot topics: disaster emergency information management, crisis information disclosure, emergency information management system, emergency response, wisdom emergency management. China should strengthen the emergency management information base for future theoretical research, and build the emergency information management theoretical framework.

  • 农村振兴背景下信息服务投入效应对创业绩效影响机制研究

    Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] As rural entrepreneurship advances continually, exploring the impact of agricultural information services on entrepreneurial performance is of great significance for accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and driving rural entrepreneurship. [Method/Process] Based on the theory of information and empirical data collected via "pilot work on the monitoring and investigation of the innovation and entrepreneurship of rural", this paper takes new professional farmers as the research object and constructs a panel threshold model with the level of agricultural information service supply as the threshold variable. With the model, the influence mechanism of agricultural information service supply level on entrepreneurial performance of new professional farmers is explored to reveal the relationships between agricultural information services and entrepreneurial performance. [Results/Conclusions] Results show that the impact of agricultural information services on the entrepreneurial performance of new professional farmers is not a simple linear relationship, but a non-linear one with a "single threshold" effect. When service supply crossed the "threshold level", the promotion effect was weakened by 43.6% . It confirms that information technology productivity paradox also existed in the development process of rural entrepreneurship. Therefore, strategies of agricultural information service supply can be formulated according to actual conditions to avoid excessive investment. At the same time, measures such as improving the quality of farmer education and accelerating the construction of rural entrepreneurship infrastructure can be combined to achieve an effective improvement on the quality of rural entrepreneurship.

    Abstract: Understanding the cognitive mechanisms underlying word segmentation has been an important focus for research on Chinese reading. Previous research shows that Chinese readers can identify words very efficiently even though the Chinese script does not use spaces between words or other visual cues to demarcate word boundaries. One possibility is that Chinese readers can make use of their knowledge of the positional frequency of characters (i.e., how often they are used as the first or second character in words) to facilitate the word segmentation and recognition. Nevertheless, this potential role for position frequency remains controversial. Accordingly, with the present research we used the lexical decision task and eye movements during reading to investigate the use of positional frequency information about the first and second character of two-character words in both visual word recognition and reading. Four experiments were conducted to explore the effects of character positional frequency. In Experiments 1a and 1b, we manipulated both first and second character positional frequency (high vs. low) for target words that were of either high or low lexical frequency. Sixty college students were instructed to perform visual lexical decision tasks on words and pseudo-words. In Experiment 2a and 2b, we used measures of eye movements to investigate the use of character positional frequency in natural sentence reading. Sixty college students were required to read sentences while their eye movements were recorded using an EyeLink 1000 eye-tracker (sampling rate = 1000 Hz). The results of Experiments 1a and 1b revealed an effect of first character positional frequency in both the accuracy and latency of lexical decisions only for target words with low lexical frequency, and no effect of second character positional frequency regardless of the lexical frequency of the target word. The results of Experiment 2a and 2b showed a clear effect of first character position frequency on reading times (gaze duration, regression path reading time, and total reading time) for target words of low lexical frequency only, and no effect of second character positional frequency for either high or low frequency target words. Participants made shorter response times and fixation duration in high character positional frequency condition than in low character positional frequency condition for target words with low lexical frequency. In sum, findings from both the lexical decision task and measures of eye movements in reading reveal a privileged role for first character positional frequency as a cue to word segmentation and recognition. However, this influence of character positional frequency depends on word frequency, and is only observed for words of lower lexical frequency. We argue that these findings support the augmented addressed morphology model theory of Chinese word recognition, and can help inform the development of a model of character positional processing model in Chinese reading.

  • 基于机器学习模型的海河北系干旱预测研究

    Abstract:提高干旱预测精度能为流域干旱应对及风险防范提供可靠数据支撑,构建比选合适的干 旱模型是当前研究的热点。研究以4个时间尺度(3、6、9、12月)标准化降水指数(SPI)为表征指标,利用小波神经网络(WNN)、支持向量回归(SVR)、随机森林(RF)三种机器学习算法分别构建了海河北系干旱预测模型,利用Kendall、K-S、MAE 三种检验方法判定模型表现及其稳定性。研究表明:(1)WNN、SVR模型呈现结果在不同时间尺度SPI 存在差异,WNN最适合12个月尺度SPI 干旱预测;SVR最适合6个月尺度SPI 干旱预测。(2)对3、12个月尺度SPI,RF预测性能最优(Kendall>0.898,MAE<0.05);对6、9个月尺度SPI,SVR预测性能最优(Kendall>0.95,MAE<0.04)。(3)模型预测性能稳定性存在区别,RF预测稳定性最高,其次为SVR。(4)构建的三种模型表现异同主要是因为SVR转为凸优化问题解决了WNN易陷入局部最优解的不足,从而提高了模型预测性能,RF集成多样化回归树,降低了弱学习器的负面影响,提高了模型预测准确率及稳定性,同时,RF处理包含噪声的降水数据的能力更强。

    Abstract: According to current algorithms for rotating machines largely depending on expert prior knowledge, the paper proposed an adaptive fault recognition algorithm based on shift invariant dictionary learning and sparse coding. Firstly, it segmented and smoothed vibration signals to decrease the complexity. Then, it used shift invariant dictionary learning with adaptive penalty factor to learn shift invariant bases in different fault states. After that, it used an efficient sparse coefficient solver called Feature Sign Search for reconstructing signal to be recognized. Lastly, residual was an evidence to determining fault state the signal belonging to. In the experiments of rolling bearing datasets and vibration signals of real aero-engine demonstrate its higher accuracy than up-to-date algorithms and feasibility for practical applications.

    Abstract: The higher level of construction informatization has improved the construction quality of the fine residential projects,strengthen the overall contracting management ability and generated better construction management for project. This paper takes the construction situation of the Country Garden Project in Balizhou,Tianjin as an example,to introduce how to use BIM+VR technology to build high-quality residential project. The content covers 3 D visualization technology disclosure,virtual test of standard layer, VR hardbound model,3 D quality information database,auxiliary virtual acceptance,4D schedule management,border protection simulation,3 D site layout,cloud platform management using VR,and etc. Through the application of combined BIM+VR technology,the construction quality of residential hardcover project is improved,the production safety during construction process is ensured, the construction cost of the entity model is reduced,and finally,the fine management and green construction of hardcover residential project is realized.

  • 妊娠后期胎儿宫内生长受限对蒙古绵羊胎儿肝脏细胞外基质合成的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究妊娠后期胎儿宫内生长受限(IUGR)对蒙古绵羊胎儿肝脏细胞外基质合成的影响。选择健康的、经同期发情和受孕的蒙古绵羊18只,随机分为3组,代谢能水平分别为0.175(R1组)、0.330(R2组)和0.670 MJ/(kg BW0.75·d)(自由采食组,C组),每组6个重复,每个重复1只羊。妊娠140 d时屠宰母羊,测定胎儿肝脏实质细胞数量及细胞外基质含量。结果表明:R1组胎儿肝脏重(P<0.01)、肝细胞数(P<0.05)、肝细胞核直径(P<0.01)以及Ⅰ型胶原(P<0.01)、Ⅲ型胶原(P<0.05)、Ⅳ型胶原(P<0.01)、层黏连蛋白(P<0.01)、透明质酸(P<0.05)、纤连蛋白含量(P<0.01)显著或极显著低于C组,且内皮细胞数显著高于C组(P<0.05);R2组胎儿肝脏重(P<0.05)、纤连蛋白含量(P<0.01)显著或极显著低于C组,而内皮细胞数显著高于C(P<0.05)。结果提示,妊娠后期营养限饲蒙古绵羊严重限制其胎儿肝脏生长发育,代谢能水平为0.175 MJ/(kg BW0.75·d)时,胎儿肝脏细胞外基质合成受到了严重影响,且发生肝纤维化修复反应;代谢能水平为0.330 MJ/(kg BW0.75•d)时,仅有胎儿肝脏纤连蛋白含量发生改变。

  • 饲粮添加万寿菊提取物对肉鸡血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫性能的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加万寿菊提取物对肉鸡血清生化指标、抗氧化能力和免疫性能的影响。选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡192只,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.15%和0.60%的万寿菊提取物,即有效成分叶黄素含量分别为30和120 mg/kg,试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮添加0.60%万寿菊提取物使肉鸡血清甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著降低(P0.05)。综上,肉鸡饲粮中添加万寿菊提取物可以提高肉鸡机体的抗氧化能力和免疫性能,且对机体脂代谢有调节作用。

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The resource and environment think tanks of the USA play an important role in global affairs. Its operation mechanism, think tank product systems and influence development mode are of great significance to our country’s think tank construction. [Method/process] This paper analyzed and summarized the characteristics and operation mechanism of American think tanks from various aspects based on the site inspection of several resources and environment think tanks in the United States. Given the demand and current situation of the resource and environment think tank construction in China, we put forward some recommendations for China’s construction of high-level think tanks of resources and environment. [Result/conclusion] The article argues that the construction of resource and environment think tanks in our country should gradually establish an influential think tank system, expand the channel of fund raising actively, raise the output of special field achievements and enhance the product influence.

    Abstract:作物土传真菌病害是当前农业所面临的最重要问题之一,由于防治困难,正日趋成为限制我国农业生产可持续发展的重要因素。基因沉默(或RNA沉默,RNAi)是广泛存在于真核生物中,基于同源序列调控基因表达的一条重要途径,而由此发展起来的基因沉默技术,作为一种新防治策略被广泛地应用于防控植物有害生物的研究中。文章综合介绍了作物土传真菌病害的发生与防治现状、RNA沉默及其在植物有害生物防控应用的最新研究进展,客观分析了基因沉默技术在防治作物土传真菌病害的巨大潜力和亟需解决的主要问题,阐述了研发基因沉默技术对可持续控制作物土传真菌病害的重要性及其巨大应用前景。
