  • Study on Degradation of Streptomycin in Water by Electron Beam Irradiation

Subjects: Nuclear Science and Technology >> Radiation Physics and Technology submitted time 2024-06-27

Abstract: Electron beam irradiation, as an advanced oxidation process, has been widely researched for its utilization of highly oxidative and reductive reactive species generated during the process, to treat organic compounds in water. Currently, there is a lack of research on the degradation of streptomycin using advanced oxidation methods. Therefore, electron beam irradiation is adopted as a novel approach to explore the feasibility of streptomycin degradation. Experimental results demonstrate that under the conditions of 1 MeV electron beam energy and 10 kGy irradiation dose, complete degradation of 5 mg/L streptomycin is achieved. By employing Density Functional Theory (DFT) to predict reaction sites and integrating mass spectrometry data analysis of streptomycin degradation products, along with inferring degradation pathways based on the composition and content of degradation products under different irradiation does, the feasibility of streptomycin degradation via electron beam irradiation is validated.

  • Research on the Collection of Major Event Archives from the Perspective of Digital Memory Construction

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Library Science submitted time 2024-04-18

Abstract: Purpose/Significance The increasingly widespread application of digital information technology in the field of archival work has given rise to the emerging cultural form of digital memory. Therefore, doing a good job in collecting archives of major events not only has profound political and historical significance, but also has practical significance that cannot be ignored. Method/Process Based on the constituent elements of digital memory, analyze the current situation of archival collection for major events from three aspects: participating subjects, collecting objects, and digital achievements. Result/Conclusion In response to the obstacles of incomplete memory lines, lack of consideration for the construction of memory frameworks in narrative logic, and imbalanced achievements in digital memory construction caused by the lag of collaborative mechanisms in the collection of archives for major events, this paper proposes countermeasures for the collection of archives for major events: building a collaborative mechanism among participating parties, establishing narrative norms, and balancing consciousness and action.

  • A Study on Textual Knowledge Discovery of Red Periodical Literature Publishing Terms Based on Rooting Theory

Subjects: Library Science,Information Science >> Philology submitted time 2024-04-18

Abstract: Abstract: Purpose/Significance Red periodical literature is one of the most important and unique red resources in our country, and the launching words as the founding declaration of red periodical literature have special value. Methods/Processes The text takes the red periodical literature as a research whole, takes its issuing words as the research object, applies the rooting theory to analyze the issuing words text with fine granularity, organically organizes the vocabulary, characters, geographic entities and other elements of the text, and places the red periodical literature in the background of the New Democratic Revolution, combines with the political, economic, cultural and other factors to carry out in-depth analysis, and finds the relationships, trends and patterns hidden in the red periodical literature. relations, trends and laws in the red periodical literature. Results/Conclusions The study finds that the text of the red periodical literature issuing words contains elements such as the purpose of running the publication, the social environment, the content of the publication, the style of running the publication, etc., and that it has been linked with the destiny of the country and the society since the beginning of its founding, and it is a response made by the Communist Party of China to the trend of the times under the social environment in different periods.

  • The dynamic mechanism of voice behavior oriented human resource practice promoting employee subsequent voice behavior

Subjects: Psychology >> Management Psychology submitted time 2023-07-17

Abstract: With rapidly changing information, the long-term stability of organizations urgently requires continuous feedback on critical information and effective solutions related to the market and business front lines. As a result, the continuity of employee suggestion is becoming increasingly vital. The majority of existing literature focuses on how to motivate employee voice behavior, but there is a lack of understanding of how to motivate employee subsequent voice behavior. This study, inspired by the phenomenon, first summarizes effective voice behavior practices in local firms and explores the concept and dimensions of “voice behavior oriented human resource practice”. The study then investigated the varied moderating effect of voice behavior-oriented human resource practice in two phases, based on the two-stage model of "initial induction" and "follow-up reflection" of employee subsequent behavior from the perspective of actors. Finally, the case study is used to reveal the multi-stage dynamic evolution process of voice behavior oriented human resource practice that promotes employee subsequent voice behavior. The findings of this study are likely to improve the understanding of how to inspire subsequent employee voice behavior, and provide implications for employee voice behavior practice in local firms.
