Abstract: Objective To explore the intelligent management of personnel, articles and equipment in operation room throughradio frequency identification technology. Methods A toltal of 200 patients in our hospital were selected, which 100 patientswere used as observation group with radio frequency identification.The other 100 patients were treated as control group withroutine manual management method, such as manual check of medical staff and patient’s identification, preoperativeequipment and articles preparation. Preparation before surgery, goods in and out of warehouse and infection after surgerywere observed.The equipment delivery rate, operation frequency and cost, the satisfaction of medical staff and patients, theworking quality of operation room were compared. Results The preparation time before surgery, the error rate and the rate ofinfection after surgery in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The effective utilization rate ofthe observation group was 99%.The average daily operation quantity was 5.38±1.23, the average cost was 5482.38±1231.23yuan, and the results were better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Patients satisfaction of observation group was 96%,the doctor satisfaction was 94%, nursing satisfaction was 97%.Work quality assessment score of operation room weresignificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Radio frequency identification technology can realizethe comprehensive management of goods, equipment and personnel of the operation room. It improves work efficiency,reduces the incidence of medical accidents and cost.

Abstract:【目的】探讨人工智能对科技期刊出版业态带来的可能影响。【方法】采用趋势分析和案例论证的方法,对人工智能技术语态下科技期刊传统出版的内容生产、传播生态和价值逻辑进行再剖析和审视。【结果】认为未来的出版业态将更加智能化、高效化、定制化、场景化,具体体现为算法化选题策划、自动化内容创作、智能化文稿处理、个性化发行传播、场景化阅读体验、社群化学术交流;介绍了人工智能应用存在的一些现实瓶颈和困扰,如算法歧视、数据不足和“信息茧房”等,提出了如平衡人机关系、重塑编辑价值的人工智能风险挑战的适应性治理思路。【结论】人工智能对科技出版生态的形塑和再造是全链条、多视角的,需要主动拥抱、积极融入,但也要审慎对待人工智能应用的风险挑战并加强规约治理。

Abstract: Objective Systematically sort out and summarize the operation process of scientific research data in the scientific research process under the trend of Intelligent Scientific Research, mine the potential scientific research data demand, and provide thinking for the transformation and development of scientific research data services under the new trend.
Methods Under the guidance of the theory of scientific research data life cycle, taking the field of materials and chemistry as an example, this paper analyzes how scientific research data can be transformed into knowledge in the intelligent research of scientific research, and constructs six stages of scientific research data life cycle operation process, including data management plan, data generation and collection, data processing and analysis, data generation and publication, data storage and sharing, and data reuse, so as to explore the role and potential needs of scientific research data.
Results The research on intelligent scientific research demonstrates the exploration of multi-source heterogeneous data integration, fine-grained data structuring, human-machine interaction language representation, data association mining, and the enrichment of scientific research data types.
Conclusions It is recommended to strengthen the construction of high-quality and comprehensive data networks in the field of scientific research data services in the future, deepen embedded scientific research data services, enhance the knowledge and artificial intelligence literacy of librarians in the field, attach importance to the mining of experimental information in textual data, and pay attention to the exploration of human-machine interaction language.

Abstract: As the core of the fifth research paradigm, AI for Science has been widely used in multiple research fields of natural sciences and high technologies. In contrast to that the application of AI in natural sciences mainly focuses on discovering new theories, principles, and laws, the application of AI in high technologies mainly focuses on creating new plans, tools, and products, in order to resolve concrete problems in related fields. This study first summarizes the typical characteristics and scientific problems of the application of AI in high technologies, i.e., AI for Technology, and then introduces a successful case study of AI for Technology, that is, fully automated CPU design. Finally, this study points out that the main targets of AI for Technology are not only to accelerate the innovation process and thus reduce human investments, but also to endow machines with higher creative abilities than human experts eventually.

Abstract:有线电视过往沿用有源设备,经常会面临雷击的侵扰,因此时刻呈现出安全性不高和维修消耗成本费用过多等弊端。相比之下,FTTH网络覆盖模式,主张沿用皮线光缆直接入户的途径进行有关用户覆盖,因为无源光网络的批量化布置,使得这类设备故障滋生率和维护成本费用同步持续缩减,值得日后予以全方位推广沿用。基于此,笔者决定在客观论证智能化技术和有线电视接入工程同步组织的现实意义、具体施工要点基础上,结合实际探讨发展智能化小区的具体措施,希望能够为相关施工与管理人员提供帮助。

Abstract: Purposes The purpose of this study is to solve the current difficulties in the construction of sci-tech journal cluster, and to explore a new path for the construction of sci-tech journal cluster combined with digital technology. Methods Combining domestic and foreign advanced periodical cluster cases, this paper analyzes the problems existing in intensive management, cluster digital platform and cluster construction talent. Findings The study found that group management is an important path of periodical cluster, intelligent upgrading is an urgent need of sci-tech periodical cluster platform, and compound talents are an important factor to improve the level of sci-tech periodical cluster. Conclusions Therefore, this study puts forward four strategies of transformation and upgrading, such as building publishing group, digital platform, and training compound talents, which are the reference road for the construction of sci-tech journal cluster under the background of digital age.

Abstract: On the basis of measurement technology, the intelligent terminal has been extended to the research of intelligent control and compensation technology. The development and application of this technology is of great significance for improving the efficiency and stability of the power system. First of all, measurement technology is a basic component of the smart grid. Through the high-speed two-way information communication system, the smart grid can monitor the parameters of the power grid in real time, and convert the detected grid parameters into data information for the use of various systems of the smart grid. This information can reflect the complete status of the power grid in a timely manner, help to comprehensively evaluate the safety and reliability of the power grid, and improve the efficiency of energy utilization. Intelligent control and compensation technology is an important means to further improve the efficiency and stability of the power grid. Intelligent control technology requires the introduction of a pre-set expert system that automatically diagnoses, analyzes and predicts the state of the grid in the smart grid. Appropriate measures are taken to prevent interruptions in the supply supply and disturbances in power quality, up to the limits set by the expert system. These measures may include adjusting the active and reactive power of the grid to achieve intelligent control and compensation of electrical energy. Therefore, it is an important trend in the development of power system technology to expand the research of intelligent terminal from measurement technology to intelligent control and compensation technology. Abstract:【目的】在新技术频繁更迭的当代社会,6G技术正以蓬勃的姿态建构着新的传播景象,并创构了移动智联的新时代语境。考察6G传播的场景建构问题是主要目的。【方法】采用思辨阐释、案例分析等方法对6G传播实践的场景表征样态进行分析。【结果】发现以6G为底层架构的传播场景中,物理场景和虚拟场景的交互更加自然;个性场景和共性场景的适配度不断提高;生产场景、生活场景、社会场景的智能化增强;用户成为场景的主人,场景的自主性进一步升维。【结论】6G传播的丰富场景建构,为人们带来丰富多元的人生图景,但始终离不开“以人为本”的核心理念支撑。
