Abstract: Objective To study the diagnostic value of ultrasound examination in the digestive tract perforation.Methods Weretrospectively analysed the ultrasonic manifestation of 64 cases digestive tract which were proven by operation, and madecontrastive analysis with the X-ray examination results and the operative results. Results Among 65 cases, there were 10 casesof gastric perforation, 39 cases of duodenal perforation, 14 cases of appendiceal perforation and 1 cases of small intestinalrupture caused by trauma. 58 cases of digestive tract perforation were found by preoperative ultrasonography and thecoincidence rate was 90.6% . And we were found 41 cases of free intraperitoneal air(64% ), 54 cases of free peritoneal fluid orloculated fluid(84% ), 23 cases of the gathered omentum (gathered) and 21 cases were found the site of perforation(32.8% ).X-ray examination found 44 cases of free intraperitoneal air and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 68.7% . It was nostatistically significant difference with ultrasonography. Conclusion The X-ray and the ultrasound examination all can befound free intraperitoneal air, but the ultrasound can also be found peritoneal effusion and local retinal aggregation. Theultrasound examination had higher detection rate for the digestive tract perforation and had great clinical practical value.

Abstract:导管分子的演化和植物的进化是相联系的。毛茛科是联系基部被子植物和核心真双子叶植物的关键类群,对其导管穿孔板的研究具有重要的系统学意义。为了研究毛茛科毛茛族不同属植物导管穿孔板类型及其与环境的相关性,该文利用新的扫描电子显微镜和半薄切片技术,对该族7 属8 种植物次生木质部导管状分子进行了比较观察。结果表明:木质部管状分子以单穿孔板为主,除了茴茴蒜、鸦跖花和角果毛茛外,其他类群均具有梯状穿孔板;侧金盏花属蜀侧金盏花的导管分子类型多样,有单穿孔板、梯形穿孔板、买麻藤式穿孔板、网状穿孔板和梯-网混合形穿孔板;碱毛茛属的圆叶碱毛茛具单穿孔板、梯形穿孔板和网状穿孔板;在水毛茛属水毛茛的根和茎中未未离析出导管,半薄切片显示为其具原始的环纹导管。同时对不同类型导管纹孔膜进行了观察,发现有对列纹孔、互列纹孔,纹孔膜完整或有残余。毛茛族植物导管长度的多样性较高。对不同导管类型的适应性意义和毛茛族的系统位置进行了探讨,揭示了导管分子微形态结构特征与其所处的环境存在一定的适应性。太白美花草、蜀侧金盏花、鸦跖花的导管类型与高寒环境相关,角果毛茛、水毛茛的导管类型分别与其旱生、水生环境相关。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the relationship between hemomyelogram and sererity of acute appendicitis and identify the best routine blood test feature for perforation. Methods 721 patients were included in this study, all of whom underwent appendectomy for the clinical diagnosis of appendicitis during the years of 2010-2013. The initial preoperative hemomyelogram was evaluated at different stages of appendicitis. The area under the ROC curve was used to assess the clinical feature with greater diagnostic accuracy of perforation. Total lymphocyte counts of 1.83 was used in the prediction of perforative appendicitis. A group of 467 patients was used for validation to confirm the diagnostic value of the cut-off value. Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Trichinella spiralis and its worm-derived proteins on cecal ligation and puncture(CLP)-induced sepsis in mice. Methods Eighty male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into sham-operated group, CLP group, Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae (ML) pre-infection group (ML + CLP group), soluble muscle larvae proteins (SMP) treatment group (SMP + CLP group) and excretory-secretory proteins (MES) treatment group (MES + CLP group). In ML + CLP group, the mice were orally infected with 300 Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae at 28 days before CLP and those in the other groups were intraperitioneally injected with PBS or SMP (25 µg/mice) or MES (25 µg/mice) 30 min after CLP. The general condition and 72-h survival after CLP of the mice were observed. The levels of alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-10 and TGF-β were measured at 12 h after the operation, and the pathological changes of the liver and idney were observed. Results Compared with the sham-operated mice, the mice in CLP group showed decreased 72-h survival, obviously increased ALT, AST, BUN, Cr, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IL-10, and TGF-β with hepatic cords disorder, hepatocytes swelling, glomerulus shrinkage, and renal tubular cell edema. Compared with CLP group, the mice in ML+CLP group showed lowered levels of ALT, AST, Cr, TNF-α and IL-1β and increased levels of IL-10 and TGF-β; in SMP + CLP group, the levels of ALT, AST, Cr, TNF-α and IL-1β were decreased and TGF-β increased. In MES + CLP group, the mice showed obviously increased 72-h survival with lowered levels of ALT, AST, BUN, Cr, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β, increased levels of IL-10 and TGF-β, and alleviated liver and kidney damages. Conclusion Trichinella spiralis and its worm-derived proteins can decrease the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increase immunomodulatory cytokines, and MES has more potent effect to reduce structural and functional damages of the liver and kidney.

Abstract: In order to determine the theoretical repairable threshold(i.e.the upper limit of repair tolerance)of honeycomb sandwich panels suffered with perforation damage,a method based on parametric modeling and genetic algorithm search is proposed.First,a finite element(FE)model simulating perforation damage repair of honeycomb sandwich panels was built using the ABAQUS software,in which the Hashin failure criterion was used for analyzing damage initiation and propagation of composite panels,and built-in cohesive elements were set between repair plies and the parent panel for predicting the strength of repaired structures.Meanwhile,compression tests on intact,perforation damaged,and repaired honeycomb sandwich panels were comparatively performed to verify the accuracy of the FE simulation results.Based on these results,the FE repair model was parameterized by the Python programming language,and then integrated with the modeFRONTIER optimization software based on NSGA-II genetic algorithm,which yields optimized repair scheme after quick search.The repairable threshold of honeycomb sandwich panel with perforation damage was finally obtained using the method of bisection.The results show that the simulation results of the repair model are in good agreement with those of the tests,which proves the accuracy of the FE modeling method.Parametric modeling combined with genetic algorithm can quickly determine the theoretical repairable threshold of honeycomb sandwich panels with perforation damage by greatly reducing calculation work.
