    Abstract:科技期刊是传播前沿科技成果、科技理论的重要载体,在科技信息传播领域发挥着非常重要的作用。随着新媒体技术的发展,科研成果的传播途径与方法更加多样化,而科技期刊的传播力有所弱化,逐渐在市场竞争中处于劣势。所以,怎样提高科技期刊的传播影响力成为科技期刊在运营中需要重点关注与解决的问题。基于此,本文阐述了新媒体时代科技期刊面临的新形势及制约其传播影响力的因素,并提出了几点应对策略,以供广大同行参考。

  • 天线间相互串扰问题分析及解决对策

    Abstract:广播电台天线的信号发射质量受到天线馈线系统影响,众所周知,天线馈线系统的组成部分主要有主馈线和天线,另外还有功率分配器。电台发射机发射信号,经过馈线系统的传输后,转化为向外辐射的电磁波,这就是电视和广播节目接收信号的原理。因此,一旦天线间相互串扰问题出现,就会影响信号的发射质量,工作人员应该注重天线间相互串扰的问题,注意天线馈线系统在设计和安装上的合理性,从而避免串扰情况发生。在实践工作中,天线的安装检测和维修都应该加大控制力度,避免串扰情况,本文在此基础上通过研究天线馈线系统存在的问题,介绍如何对馈线系统进行安装检测,希望对电视节目接收线号的质量提供帮助,为电视行业的发展做出贡献。

  • 基于生态服务价值机会成本的沙漠电灌工程生态补偿研究——以景电高扬程电力提灌工程为例

    Abstract:以景电高扬程提灌工程为例,以因子当量计算了灌区对祁连山生态移民的生态服务价值,用余弦距离公式计算了灌区对消减下风向地区沙尘暴的生态服务价值,并计算了其机会成本,进而探讨了沙漠电力提灌工程的生态补偿问题。结果表明:① 景电灌区生态移民对祁连山植被恢复的生态服务价值为4.01×109元,灌区绿洲对消减灌区下风向沙尘暴的生态服务价值为7.09×107元。祁连山生态移民的机会成本和灌区下风向防风固沙的机会成本分别为2.05×108元和3.63×106元。② 景电灌区生态移民对祁连山植被恢复的受益主体是石羊河流域各县市和祁连山东端黄河流域的景泰县,国家也是受益主体之一;受偿主体是甘肃省和甘肃省景泰川电力提灌管理局。③ 防治沙漠化及沙尘暴和保护国家生态公益林是我国生态环境建设的重点,生态补偿有利于带动和促进相同或类似的生态公益事业发展,有力推进国家生态环境建设。

  • 我国银行业技术创新发展的问题分析与建议

    Abstract: With the deep integration of science and technology into industrial transformation, the technological innovation in China’s banking industry has reached a new level with growing capacity for innovation, relying on the “dual-wheel” innovation-driven development of business and technology. However, there are still problems and challenges for the technological innovation and development in China’s banking industry, such as concerns about the safety of key information infrastructure and high dependence on foreign sources for core technology. It is urgent to build a relatively complete, self-reliant, stable, and secure banking technology system. This study reviews the development process and main achievements of technological innovation in China’s banking industry, analyzes the major problems in the technological innovation and development in China’s banking industry from five aspects, including technological power, talent cultivation, data governance, organizational construction, and regulatory technology development, and further proposes comprehensive countermeasures, such as improving the innovation guidance policies, and enhancing the supplydemand matching mechanism for core technology.

  • 基于傅里叶变换色散条纹法的实验研究

    Abstract: 光干涉要求实现各光路共相位叠加,对于宽波带的白光干涉要求则更加苛刻。因此,要实现稳定的白光光干涉需要对光程进行实时探测和控制。本文对基于傅里叶变换的色散条纹法进行了理论推导、算法设计,并利用实验室建立的Fizeau型干涉实验装置开展开、闭环实验研究。在开环实验中,采集不同光程差的多幅色散条纹图像,研究了图像频谱次峰偏移量和光程差的关系,结果显示,偏移量与光程差之间呈现出良好的线性关系;在闭环实验中,利用光程差的实时计算结果和光程补偿机构,对光程差进行闭环控制,结果显示,在外加扰动的情况下,系统能够始终保持在初始的干涉状态。

  • 黄河口邻近海域浮游动物群落时空变化特征

    Abstract:利用2012年12月-2013年9月4个季度的现场调查资料研究了黄河口邻近海域浮游动物群落的时空分布特征。研究表明,黄河口邻近海域共鉴定出浮游动物70种,包括浮游幼虫19类。浮游动物优势种主要由夜光虫(Noctiluca scintillans)、小拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus parvus)、双刺纺锤水蚤(Acartia bifilosa)、拟长腹剑水蚤(Oithona similis)、强额拟哲水蚤(Paracalanus crassirostris)、近缘大眼剑水蚤(Corycaeus affinis)、强壮箭虫(Sagitta crassa)、双壳类幼体(Bivalvia larvae)、多毛类幼体(Polychaeta larvae)等种类。黄河口邻近海域浮游动物丰度夏季最高(60620个/m<3),春季(31228个/m3)和秋季(21540个/m3)次之,冬季最低(7594个/m3)。不同季节浮游动物丰度的空间分布具有差异性,春季浮游动物丰度呈现出从近岸到外海降低的趋势;夏季浮游动物形成两个高丰度区,分别位于河口邻近海区和河口东部海区;秋季和冬季浮游动物丰度高值区均位于河口东部海区。浮游动物生物多样性指数均呈现从河口到外海升高的趋势,低值区位于黄河口入海口附近海区。相关性分析显示,黄河口邻近海域浮游动物丰度与海水温度显著正相关(r=0.212,P< 0.05),表明温度为影响黄河口邻近海域浮游动物丰度变化的主要因素。

  • Construction of Optimized Treatment Plan of Acupuncture for Migraine Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS Method

    Abstract: Background With the accumulation of high-quality evidence,the clinical effectiveness of acupuncture for migraine has been increasingly recognized. Numerous acupuncture clinical studies in China highlight and validate various acupuncture intervention schemes through clinical trials. Integrating and selecting these advantageous schemes to guide clinical practice has become a new focus in acupuncture research. Objective To conduct multicriteria decision making(MCDM)by using technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method based on meta-analysis,screen OPT of acupuncture for migraine and explore the ideas for constructing OPTs of acupuncture. Methods Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP,CNKI,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,and Embase were searched by computer for randomizedcontrolled trials(RCTs)on acupuncture treatment for migraine published before April 2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted basic characteristics of literature〔author,year of publication,sample size,cure rate,efficiency rate and visual analogue score(VAS),etc.〕,and assessed the quality of the RCTs by using modified Jadad scale. Acupuncture treatment plans for migraine were summarized based on the characteristics of the included RCTs,andmeta#2;analysis was performed. The relative risk(RR)of cure rate and efficiency rate,and the mean difference(MD)of VAS scores for each plan were extracted based on the meta-analysis results. The treatment frequency and score of the modified Jadad scale were calculated for each plan using sample size as the weight. The data were all included in the MCDM analysis,the weights of different decision criterion were determined using the entropy weight method. The TOPSIS method was finally used to select OPT of acupuncture for migraine. Results A total of 17 RCTs were included and categorized into 8 types of treatment plans of acupuncture for migraine(Tongyuan acupuncture,six-spirit points,bone-nearby acupuncture,conventional acupuncture,Gallbladder Meridian acupoints,head acupoints,penetration needling method and Siguan acupoints)according to the results of meta-analysis. The TOPSIS evaluation indicated that the treatment plan of acupuncture focusing primarily on head acupoints is OPT,involving needling the head acupoints of Fengfu,Tiantu,Head Yingxiang,Taiyang,Shuaigu,and Fengchi once daily or every other day,with an average treatment number of 11,with the main advantages of shorter treatment time and significant reduction in VAS pain scores. Conclusion The OPT of acupuncture for migraine screened and constructed in the study can provide reference for clinical application. The utilization of the entropy weight-TOPSIS method based on meta-analysis presents a novel approach for constructing the OPTs of acupuncture for migraine.

  • Cryospheric Chemistry: Fingerprint to Decipher Climate/Environmental Changes and Anthropogenic Activities

    Abstract: Cryospheric chemistry is a new discipline and one of important branch of cryospheric science. Pollutant emissions from anthropogenic activities have greatly altered the status of chemical components in the cryospheric environment since the Industrial Revolution. When this scenario is coupled with the rapid shrinkage of cryosphere under global warming, both anthropogenic activity and global warming have cooperatively influenced the biogeochemical cycling in the cryosphere and even on a global scale, which results in significant effects on climate and environment. In this paper, firstly, the role of cryospheric chemistry in the cryospheric science is introduced, and the discipline framework and research focuses of cryospheric chemistry are summarized. Secondly, the coupling relationship among cryospheric chemistry and climate/environmental changes, and anthropogenic activities, with emphasis on this relationship in the research field of global change, was exemplified. Lastly, we summarize a review and prospect of hot topics in the current research of cryospheric chemistry. The rapid development of cryospheric chemistry will provide important scientific and technological support for tackling the climate and environmental issues that challenge human survival and development.

  • AlGaN/GaN HEMT漂移区动态电阻分析

    Abstract:AlGaN/GaN HEMT适合应用于高压大功率器件,但在高电压动态使用时,存在导通电阻增加的现象[1,2]。目前可以有效降低动态导通电阻的方法有:场板结构[3,4]和AlN介质层[5]等。本论文采用叠层双栅结构AlGaN/GaN HEMT器件,该器件在栅电极之上新增加了一个通过介质层(Si3N4)与栅电极相隔离并可以单独加信号控制的顶栅。在动态下工作时,顶栅电极的脉冲输入信号与栅电极的脉冲输入信号同步。在器件关态时,顶栅电极加0V偏置;在器件开态时,顶栅电极加正电压。顶栅在器件开态下所加正电压越大,器件的动态导通电阻越小。

  • 景电灌区移民对祁连山植被恢复的相对生态价值

    Abstract:近些年来,生态系统的服务价值研究已成为生态学以及生态经济学领域中的一个热点问题。祁连山被称为伸进西北干旱区的一座湿岛,在我国“一带一路”建设中占有重要地位。景电灌区兴建以来从祁连山移出了大量农牧民。那么,景电灌区移民对祁连山植被恢复的生态价值如何呢?以景电灌区移民涉及到的祁连山东端景泰、古浪、天祝3县山区为研究区,用价值工程方法对从祁连山区向景电灌区移民退耕退牧还林还草的生态价值做了分析,并与模型因子当量法的计算结果进行了比较。结果表明:祁连山向景电灌区移民退耕退牧还林还草总的生态价值为37.458 1×108元。其中,退耕还林还草的生态价值为37.438 6×08元,退牧后草场植被盖度增加的生态价值为194.79×104元。计算结果为用COSTANZA和谢高地模型因子当量法计算得的祁连山向景电灌区移民退耕退牧还林还草总的生态服务价值40.054 0×08元的93.52%。两种方法计算结果祁连山向景电灌区移民退耕退牧还林还草总的生态价值为景电工程年总成本1.45×08元的25.8~27.6倍。两种计算结果一致表明,景电灌区生态移民对祁连山植被恢复的生态价值十分突出。由此也可以看出,COSTANZA和谢高地模型因子当量法适用于祁连山的生态服务价值分析。
