Abstract: Kupffer cell(KCs)is an important component of immune cells in the liver, which is very important for maintaining tissue homeostasis and rapid response to liver injury. Complement receptor immunoglobulin superfamily Complement Receptor of Immunoglobulin superfamily(CRIg)is a receptor protein on the KCs membrane, which can not only capture pathogenic microorganisms flowing through the liver blood by complement binding, but also mediate liver immune response by regulating immune cells in the liver. In recent years, the research on CRIg has further established its key position in the regulation of liver immunity. This paper mainly reviews the mode of action of CRIg and the latest research progress in the regulation of liver immunity.
