  • Research on the Architecture of Emergency Decision Intelligence Engineering Driven by Cloud Platform

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The use of intelligence engineering thinking into the cloud platform driven emergency decision-making, aims to make emergency decision-making more efficient and scientific.[Method/process] The paper analyzes the characteristics of emergency decision-making requirements, introduces intelligence engineering thinking on the basis of engineering value model and intelligence system, that is "fact data" + "method Tool" + "expert wisdom" three elements, and then builds a cloud platform driven emergency decision intelligence engineering architecture.[Result/conclusion] According to the function effect, cloud platform driven emergency decision intelligence engineering architecture is constructed from the requirements layer (aggregating requirements, selecying information), work layer (mining intelligence, enhancing value), operation layer (integrating knowledge, integrating wisdom) and service layer (rapid response, precision service) four aspects, so that emergency decision intelligence can be engineered and paralleling, providing some ideas for emergency decision-making in practical application.

  • 比值校正法在射电频谱中的应用

    Abstract:分子谱线可以在射电频谱上显现,但是采用离散数字功率谱分析算法会引入离散误差,难以获得分子谱线准确的频谱信息。针对射电频谱上离散数字功率谱分析中带来的频率偏移问题进行比值校正法研究和处理。该方法是频谱矫正方法的一种,特点在于算法简单,方便快捷。利用射频信号相同、分辨率不同和不同射频信号、不同分辨率情况下,归一化频率偏移量的变化确定该方法的校正效果,最终实现了射频为80.0MHz,141.8MHz和270.8MHz的频谱校正,提高了相应的频谱分辨率可达7.5Hz/channel。通过实验结果对比,确定了测试系统的最佳频率分辨率为50Hz/Channel或200Hz/channel。

  • 地网对VHF天线性能影响的分析研究

    Abstract: 基于VHF频段射电天文干涉阵列的天线,研究地网以及不同环境对天线辐射特性包括增益、方向图、谐振点等参数的影响。结果表明,无地网条件下,天线在干燥土壤和沙地上增益分别是3.06dB和1.44dB,且存在明显的旁瓣和后瓣;在两种潮湿地面上,分别是4.33dB和4.25dB。增加地网后,天线在干燥土壤和沙地的增益分别为4.87dB和4.97dB,潮湿土壤和沙地分别是4.39dB和4.40dB。并且方向图不存在明显的后瓣和旁瓣,谐振点稳定在27.0MHz和69.5MHz处,且在此之间的频段中,驻波比均满足银河噪声限制条件。最后得出结论,在干燥土壤和沙地上铺设地网时,VHF天线性能最好,噪声最低,这对于大规模的VHF天线阵列的基础构建环境选择至关重要。

    Abstract:脉冲星是一类自转极为稳定、辐射电磁脉冲的中子星。脉冲星研究的3个前沿领域使得与其相关的射电天文观测需要更多更宽的无线电频段。来自深空微弱的射电信号及射电望远镜的高灵敏度等特点,又使射电观测易受到来自人类活动产生的电磁干扰的影响,甚至有时对射电观测带来致命影响,因此射电观测需要选择电磁环境优异的地方建站。利用宽带噪声源、50 SZ匹配负载、高低频天线组成具有三重定标校准的监测系统。系统处于哀牢山生态站进行不同频段(100 MHz-18 GHz)、多方位角、两个极化角、不同气候环境下的观测。阐述了对观测数据进行统计分析及处理的方式。系统可以广泛用于野外电磁环境监测及射电望远镜选址等领域。
