Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] Grasp the characteristics of foreign digital inclusion research, promote domestic theoretical research and practice, and accelerate the process of digital China and Chinese path to modernization. [Method/Process] Through the investigation and content analysis of the core collection of Web of Science, this paper combed the research contents and methods of digital inclusion abroad, summarized the research characteristics and drew inspiration. [Result/Conclusion] The total number of research results on digital inclusion is relatively small, and the research methods are diverse. Its research covers and transcends the digital divide research, and mainly focuses on various types of digital vulnerable groups and digital inclusion projects to carry out research on digital inclusion triggers, measurement indicators, framework models, strategies to achieve digital inclusion, and library digital inclusion services. Inspirations for domestic digital inclusion research include: strengthening the community research of digital vulnerable groups, carrying out macro-research based on field research, paying attention to the popularization of digital education, paying attention to interdisciplinary cooperation research, innovating research theories and methods, paying attention to strengthening cross-border collaborative project research, and promoting the theory and practice of digital inclusion are the social responsibilities of the library community in the digital era.

Abstract： [Purpose/Significance] In the current context of economic globalization, innovation ecosystem has become an important driving force to promote enterprise innovation development in China, the article interprets the knowledge management standard ISO 30401 released in 2018 and tries to provide ideas for the construction and optimization of the innovation ecosystem of Chinese enterprises. [Method/ Process] This paper began with an interpretation of the new global standard for knowledge management, ISO 30401, and took the enterprise knowledge management system as an entry point, attempting to introduce the new knowledge management system into the construction of China’s innovation ecosystem in terms of the establishment of a knowledge management system, changing the form of knowledge organisation, clarifying leadership roles and responsibilities in enterprise knowledge management, technological and infrastructural innovation and promoting the formation of a knowledge management culture within the enterprise. [Result/ Conclusion] Knowledge in the innovation ecosystem flows in a continuous cycle among innovation subjects, the establishment of the knowledge management system will help enterprises to form a systematic and standardized knowledge management ability, effectively use the knowledge cycle, obtain knowledge advantages and competitive advantages, and constantly enhance the innovation ability of enterprises.

Abstract： In the era of artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence represented by ChatGPT contains enormous productivity and value, but it also brings risks such as academic misconduct, privacy security, and intellectual property. Exploring and analyzing the regulations on the use of ChatGPT in British and American universities has certain reference and reference significance for the introduction of regulations on the use of ChatGPT in Chinese universities. [Methods /Process] This paper uses the Grounded theory research method and NVivo 12.0 software to code and analyze eight policy texts of ChatGPT usage regulations in British and American universities, and initially constructs a theoretical model of ChatGPT usage regulations in universities. [Result/Conclusion] The research findings found that the usage regulations of ChatGPT in universities include: overall rules and scope definition, academic usage standards, and teaching usage standards. Among them, the overall rules and scope definition are the foundation of the regulations on the use of ChatGPT in universities, academic usage norms are the guarantee of the regulations on the use of ChatGPT in universities, and teaching usage norms are the fundamental foundation of the regulations on the use of ChatGPT in universities. Based on the practice of using ChatGPT in British and American universities, this article explores the implications for introducing ChatGPT applications and organizing the development of ChatGPT usage regulations in Chinese university libraries.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Digital Storytelling as a kind of online narrative is conducive to enhancing the interpretability and human-computer interactivity of red people's resources, which provides the possibility of optimizing the intellectual development of red people's resources. [Method/process] On the basis of combing the knowledge-based development of historical character resources and the research related to red characters, the basic framework of digital storytelling of red character resources composed of narrative resource integration layer, narrative element extraction layer and narrative work generation layer is proposed, and then the knowledge mapping as a narrative tool is used as an example for empirical research on the "Red Characters of Western Anhui Province". [Results/conclusion] The digital storytelling framework of red people's resources can improve the current limitations of designing semantic association of entities mainly based on the "content" and "external" levels of red people's resources, and form an operable structural process, which provides reference for the development of red people's resources' knowledge; compared with the traditional manual extraction and rule-matching knowledge extraction, the ternary batch extraction mode based on ontology and BERT model improves the efficiency of red people's resources' knowledge extraction; and with the help of the knowledge mapping to achieve the red people's resources' visualization and knowledge discovery of thematic narratives, it proves the value of the application of digital storytelling in the red people's resources' knowledge development and organization.

Abstract：目的/意义 美国是最早开展信息组织教育的国家之一，信息组织类课程设置和教育较为完善和先进，对其开展研究可为我国高校信息组织类课程设置和教育提供参考和借鉴。 过程/方法 本文选取美国LIS专业排名靠前的15所高校作为调查对象，围绕课程设置、课程内容、教学模式和考核方式，对其开设的信息组织类课程进行网络调查和研究。 结果/结论 发现美国高校图书情报专业教育课程设置具有重视信息组织类课程、信息组织选修课多、具有跨学科特性、课程设置符合时代需求且注重实践、教学多元化及考核多维度的特点，并在此基础上提出了美国高校信息组织类课程设置和教育对我国高校信息组织类课程设置及教育的启示，以期为新文科背景下我国图书情报专业发展提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract：
Purpose/Significance Building a digital China and a network power needs to study digital inclusion. Grasp the progress of foreign research to promote domestic theoretical research and digital governance and service practice, and accelerate the process of Chinese path to modernization and digital China construction. Methodology/Process Through literature survey and content analysis, this paper summarizes the research methods, contents and themes of digital inclusion in foreign countries, and draws inspiration. Results/Conclusions The research found that digital inclusion covers and transcends the research of digital divide, with diverse research methods; The total amount of research results is relatively small; Digital inclusion studies cover a wide range of digital vulnerable groups; Multi-frame model research; Pay attention to the research of measurement indicators; Outstanding role of digital inclusion services in libraries. The research topics mainly include digital vulnerable groups and their digital inclusion situational factor analysis, measurement indicators, framework models, digital inclusion projects, and strategies to achieve digital inclusion. The further enlightenment from the analysis of foreign research is that digital inclusion has the characteristics of sociality, space-time difference, policy-orientation, multi-agent, sociality, dynamic, measurability, interdisciplinary, and prominent public welfare;China has a large number of digital vulnerable groups, so strengthen the community research of digital vulnerable groups; Carry out macro research based on field survey to help the national top-level design launch relevant policies; Pay attention to the popularization of digital education and promote the cultivation of digital talents; Pay attention to interdisciplinary cooperative research and innovate research theories and methods; Pay attention to strengthening the research and implementation of cross-border collaborative projects; Promoting the theory and practice of digital inclusion is the social responsibility of the library world in the digital era.
