    Abstract: to understand the common problems of the post-90s nursing interns in clinical practice, to summarize the corresponding countermeasures, to effectively improve the quality of practice, to impart relevant experience to the next intern.Methods 150 post-00s nursing interns were randomly selected to investigate the common problems of nursing students during their internship by self-made questionnaire.Results According to the survey, 28% of the students felt anxious, 41.33% had weak sense of self-protection and law, 56.67% needed to strengthen theory and operation, 22.67% could not communicate with patients effectively 1.33% could not communicate effectively with their teachers, 9.33% could not complete the tasks assigned by their teachers on time, 6.67% could not correct their mistakes, and 8.78% thought the health education for patients was dispensable From the results (p< 0.05) , it can be concluded that there is a significant correlation between theory knowledge and technique operation and gender, and from the results ( p< 0.05) , it can be concluded that active participation in nursing operation, learning with an open mind, active thinking has a certain correlation with age, education, and school performance, and has a statistical difference.CONCLUSION The survey results mainly reflect the problems of the post-00s generation, such as lack of initiative and practical ability, poor practical ability, etc.

  • Irradiation Effects of Nanosecond Laser on Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate Crystals and Its Damage Mechanisms

    Abstract: The surface morphology, microstructures, chemical bond vibrations and optical performances of Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystals induced by nanosecond laser with different wavelengths, at different energy density are studied by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) microanalysis techniques. SEM results showed that with the increase of laser irradiation energy density, the damage region on KDP surfaces presented three parts evidently. And the damage area increases nonlinearly with the laser energy density. Meanwhile, at the same energy density, the damage area induced by the 355nm nanosecond laser is much larger than that of the 1064nm nanosecond laser. Infrared spectroscopy results revealed that the laser irradiation leads to a break in hydrogen bonds and a dehydration of KDP crystals, in conjunction with a generation of P=O and P-H bonds due to the vibrational mode disorder of the PO4 3- tetrahedron and H2PO4 - groups after laser irradiation. Simultaneously, after irradiation, the surface reflectivity of KDP crystals decreased and the surface is roughened. Moreover, with the increase of the laser energy density, the KDP crystal is damaged firstly, and then is annealed and repaired, finally is destroyed again under the thermal effects of the laser energy deposition. In addition, after irradiation with the energy density of 10J/cm2 , all vibration modes of KDP crystals weaken or even disappear, and the sever damage occurs.

  • Effect of fixation of gastric tube and duodenal nutrition tube after operation for esophageal, gastric and cardiac cancer

    Abstract:

    Objective To compare the difference between the fixation of gastric tube and duodenal nutrition tube with 3M tape and the combination of 3M tape and cotton tape, and select an effective and safe fixation method to reduce tube displacement, tube loss and skin damage, relieve patients' pain and pressure.

    Methods 100 cases of patients who were placed duodenal nutrition tube and gastric tube after radical surgery for esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and cardiac cancer were fixed by different methods, the experimental group was fixed by 3M tape and cotton tape double knot method, and the control group was fixed by conventional 3M tape method.The psychological pressure, tube displacement, tube shedding cases and local skin damage were observed and compared between the two groups.

    Results The method of 3M tape and cotton tape double knot fixing gastric tube and duodenal nutrition tube was better than traditional tape fixing in safety and stability, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).

    Conclusion The combination of 3M tape and cotton tape to fix the gastric tube and duodenal nutrition tube is safer and more secure, and can effectively prevent the tube from shifting and falling off and alleviate the pain of patients.

  • Research of Automatic Extraction of Entities of Data Science Recruitment and Analysis Based on Deep Learning

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Data science is emerging as a new interdisciplinary field which combines many fields. Extracting the corresponding entities knowledge from the announcement information of data science recruitment can not only help to understand the development of data science from a market perspective, but also help to improve the content of data science teaching.[Method/process] Based on the recruitment announcement from the recruitment website, combining with information science data collection, annotation and organization methods, data science corpus was constructed and the corresponding entities from it were extracted.[Result/conclusion] In the existing 11000 annotated data science corpus scale recruitment announcement, based on the Bi-LSTM-CRF, CRF and Bi-LSTM models, this paper compared the extraction performance of data science recruiting entities and finally determined the final data science recruitment entities automatic extraction model, designed the data science recruitment entities automatic extraction platform, and built a data science recruitment entities network.

  • A Comparative Study of Model Performances Facing Abstract Structure Function

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Abstract can explain concisely the research purposes, research methods and the final part of the statement, which is of high exploration value and significance.[Method/process] In this paper, four short-term memory networks (long short-term memory, support vector machine, LSTM-CRF and CNN-CRF) were selected to summarize the journal articles of 3672 CNKI databases.[Result/conclusion] The long-term memory network model identifies the highest F value of 69.15%, the maximum F value of LSTM-CRF neural network model is 88.76%, and the highest F value of RNN-CRF model is 89.10%. The highest support vector machine classifier classification macro F value is 72.04%. The experimental results have a high reference value for the selection of the experimental model of the functional structure of academic dissertation in the field of library and information science.

  • Radio Signal Recognition Based on Image Deep Learning

    Abstract: " This paper innovatively proposes a technical idea that uses image deep learning to solve the problem of radio signal recognition: first, it transforms the radio signal into a two-dimensional picture, and transforms the radio signal recognition problem into the object detection problem in the field of image recognition; then, it makes use of the advanced achievements about image recognition to improve the intelligence and ability of radio signal recognition in complex electromagnetic environment. Based on this idea, a novel radio signal recognition algorithm named RadioImageDet is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively identify the waveform types and time/frequency coordinates of radio signals. After training and testing on the self-collected data set with 12 types and 4740 samples, the accuracy reaches 86.03% and the mAP value reaches 77.72, while the detection time is only 33 milliseconds on the medium configured desktop computer. "

  • 离心泵前置导叶的正交优化设计

    Abstract:为研究前置导叶各设计参数对离心泵水力性能的影响,对一IS系列离心泵运用二元理论自编程序完成其前置导叶的水力设计。应用正交表,选取导叶轮毅半径;,长宽比,安放角分布规律n及出口边速度环量C#30;;为设计参数,对其进行4因素3水平正交设计并得到9组导叶。对加装导叶的离心泵进行全流道数值计算,以扬程和水力效率为考察目标并利用极差分析影响其水力性能的主次因素,得到最佳方案。对最佳方案下导叶进行加工并试验,结果表明:数值模拟与试验结果基本吻合,综合优化后相比于未加装导叶的离心泵,加装导叶时离心泵扬程变化不大,水力效率提高1.43%,轴功率减少了0.83kW总能耗节能约2.06%,同时验证了正交优化方法的可行性及可靠性。
