Abstract： Purpose/Significance Under the new situation of the rise of AI big models and generative AI, AI literacy has become the basic ability requirement for personal survival and development. Research on AI literacy education in colleges and universities is conducive to cultivating talents who adapt to the development of the times and promoting the development and application of Al technology. Method/Process Systematically sort out relevant concepts such as information literacy, digital literacy, and AI literacy. Based on summarizing the research progress on AI literacy education at home and abroad, list the measures of five domestic universities in the practice of AI literacy education, and provide suggestions for AI literacy education in university libraries. Result/Conclusion Taking university libraries as the core battlefield of literacy education, the quality and effectiveness of AI literacy education in libraries are improved from four aspects: establishing a sound education system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, emphasizing practical operations, and establishing an education evaluation system.

Abstract： This article takes the practical case of reading promotion in university libraries as a guide, and conducts design and research from four aspects: system construction, system improvement, publicity methods, and characteristic activities of reading promotion. Abstract： This paper expounds the inevitability of integrating the metaverse into the wisdom service of ancient trees in agricultural libraries, reflects on the practice of smart knowledge service in agricultural libraries under the metaverse threshold and the current situation of smart knowledge service in ancient tree disciplines, and further looks forward to the trend of intelligent knowledge service for the ecological protection of ancient trees in libraries under the metaverse threshold.

Abstract： According to the former literatures, library services items divide into three categories, space facilities, information resources and librarian’s intelligences. With Structural Equation Model and ANOVA analysis, this paper tries to weight the impact of service items on student’s achievement. With 76 pedagogic students, It Shows: (I) information resources have positive effects on students' course performance and moral conduct；(II) space facilities and librarian’s intelligences had negative effect on students' course performance and moral conduct；(III) Library service items have no effect on the development of critical thinking. According those findings, this paper recommend that, (I) continuing the construction of digital libraries, especially the organization of digital resources on mobile platform; (II) modular organization of "space, resources, and intelligence", change the image of academic library as self-study room; (3) offering variable information literacy courses and aiding low- socioeconomic statue students.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance In response to the critical period of intelligent transformation and connotative development of university libraries, this paper explores the construction of a knowledge service system that is suitable for the development of first-class universities, leading innovative development in the new era from a interdisciplinary perspective, achieving a leapfrog transformation of the university library industry, and assisting in the high-quality development of higher education. Method/Process By analyzing the current situation and needs of library knowledge services, clarifying the connotation and implementation path of knowledge services, and taking the exploration and practice of knowledge services of Beijing Institute of Technology Library as an example, this paper constructs a knowledge service system that serves first-class universities from the aspects of construction goals and positioning, service platforms, and managementt and operation mechanism, and elaborates on the future development direction of library knowledge services. Results/Conclusion First class university libraries must seize the development opportunities of the new era, take knowledge as the core, innovate institutional mechanisms, build a knowledge service system that serves the construction of first-class universities, create a knowledge innovation development platform that can release digital productivity, and make contributions to promoting the digital construction of higher education and the construction of a cultural power.

Abstract： Abstract： Purpose/Significance Exploring public library services abroad from a resilience perspective can provide an important reference for the future construction of an adaptive public library service system in the context of a resilient society. Method/Process Based on relevant foreign research literature, it first explains the theoretical basis of public libraries' participation in resilience building, secondly analyses and summarises the behavior of public libraries' participation in resilience building, and finally put forward future research prospects. Result/Conclusion Public libraries are an integral part of resilient cities, and they help to build resilience in cities by building strong links with society through concrete actions. Future research should further elaborate the theoretical framework of resilient society from the perspective of LIS disciplines, analyze the role of public libraries in building resilient cities, build adaptive service systems, strengthen empirical and contextual research, and in the process also focus on internal organizational resilience.

Abstract： Purpose/Significance With the far-reaching influence of the tide of science and technology on library career, "transformation and reform" has become a major proposition in the library field. What does the current university library look like in the eyes of users? It is of great significance to explore the users’ perception of university library image for improving the image of university library and promoting its overall development. Method/Process In view of the lack of user perception research on the image of college libraries in China with user review data from third-party review websites, based on comments on libraries of universities included in the “double first-class” construction collected from the public comment network，this paper analyses the overall image，cognitive image and emotional tendency perception of university libraries by using TF-IDF keyword extraction, LDA topic clustering algorithm and ROST CM6.0. Result/Conclusion The results show that the users mainly hold a positive attitude towards the image of university libraries, though they have different emphasis on the image perception of different components. Finally, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the image of university libraries.

Abstract： The Special Library management system reform’s result in China, isn't easily seen. The main reason lies in the reforming target, value orientation and practical direction not clear and lack of mature guideline. The narrow angle of view and way of thinking for the public service organization, the needy management theory and the imperfect management methodology and the mazed management practical direction are the key factors that limit the Special Library management system reform to obtain results in China. The authors think that the successful key of the Special Library management system reform in China lies in from the height of the global trend for the public service organization’s management system reform, holding the direction of the Special Library management system reform, recognizing purely the global trend of “Entrepreneurship for the Public Service Organization Management”, using it as aware of self “the spirit home of the Special Library management system reform”, giving the Special Library reform the firm & explicit direction, and the clear & integral guideline and theoretical basis.

Local colleges and universities have also encountered the bottleneck of development. By taking the advantage of information technology, data analysis has become an effective means to dig the potential of the academic library. Expanding the services of the academic library can help to improve the utilization efficiency of the library. For the first time, the author puts forward the concept of borrowing and reading factor. It quantifies the utilization efficiency of the library. By learning experiences from academic libraries around the world, detailed implementation plan is given to JINGDEZHEN Ceramic University library for attracting external readers.
