Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Various features of indoor layout are individualized related to various reading types, which can lead to differences in reading state of users. To induce the best reading state of users is an important goal of library indoor layout, and is also the embodiment of the wisdom of library environmental services.[Method/process] Based on the literature research, the researcher analyzed the reading status indicators of users according to the theory of psychophysiology and self-efficacy. Then, in accordance with the Chinese and foreign literature, the researcher extracted five layout characteristics such as Unified Geometry, and conducted experiment by combining layout rule with nature, social science, planning, and unscheduled reading, measured reading efficacy, attention and emotional tendency data. Through SPSS statistical analysis method, the correlation between layout features and reading topics was found.[Result/conclusion] It is found that different reading areas have different layout characteristics, which can help users achieve better reading status. The result of study can be used as reference for the layout of library reading area, and can also be extended to all kinds environmental layout of nationwide reading.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] With the purpose of providing guidance for the establishment of corresponding library service strategy and service system, this paper made an investigation into the makers' knowledge demand.[Method/process] Based on the grounded theory, the authors obtained the data by the questionnaire, the field trips, the non-interventionist tracking observation and the in-depth interviews, and analyzed the data by SPSS and NVivo. In the end, this paper constructed the conceptual model of the makers' knowledge demand based on the analytical data results.[Result/conclusion] This paper finds that the motivation of maker's knowledge demand is driven by interest and competition, the characteristics of the maker's knowledge demand include active learning, preference for "informal learning", divergent thinking characteristics, close correlation with community needs, and cross-integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge, and the content of maker knowledge demand includes principle knowledge, experiential knowledge and knowledge situation. According to the findings, this paper puts forward the macro development strategy of serving the makers.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] This paper takes humanities scholars as the research object, divides its digital competence categories, and constructs a digital competency framework for humanity scholars' academic research, through which it points out the problems existing in the digital competence development of Chinese humanities scholars.[Method/process] Questionnaire survey about 200 related humanity scholars from different four disciplines (Literature, History, Philosophy, Law; Art, Music, Media; LIS, Archives, Museology; Anthropology, Sociology, Politics)in China is conducted. Factor analysis, T test and ANOVA are used according to the questionnaire results.[Result/conclusion] Giving corresponding suggestions from three research contents:Early basic information ability, Middle digital technology application capability, and Final achievement communication and sharing capability. It provides some suggestions for humanity scholars about how to conduct academic activities, how to improves libraries' subject service ability, and how digital humanity centers develop academic research.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] From the perspective of customer satisfaction, the university research projects that have been carried out by academic libraries are sorted, and the key factors and the impact of the project are identify by the Kano model, so that the library can reasonably allocate resources, and improve service quality.[Method/process] With the basic theory of Kano model, combined with 985 colleges and universities library research support services project classification, it classifies research support services projects by designing Kano questionnaire survey, statistical analysis of survey data and satisfaction analysis four steps.[Result/conclusion] Four levels of scientific research support service projects are proposed, which are basic projects, expansion projects, featured projects and non-differentiated projects, providing an analysis method and suggestion for the selection of scientific research support service projects for university libraries of different scales.

Abstract： [Purpose/significance] Reading therapy is a way to preserve and restore physical and mental health through the study, discussion and comprehension of targeted literature. Nowadays, the increasing number of anxious people in China and the proposal of reading promotion make anxiety treatment, automatic emotion intervention and interest enhancement become important demands of library reading therapy. The paper aims to explore the use of biofeedback to train the correct mood of anxious people, and enhance fun and efficacy of the treatment. [Method/process] At the library of Jiangsu University, the researcher carried out the anxiety reading therapy, established the book medicine label portraits, and intervened and trained anxious people's emotional reactions automatically by biofeedback technology when they reading. [Result/conclusion] Comparing the data from SAS anxiety scale before and after, we can find that the curative effect of the testing group is obvious, and the three kinds of factor item have the difference of curative effect. Promotion application analysis shows that this kind of therapy in library is feasible.

Abstract：目的/意义 在学科交叉合作蓬勃发展的时代背景下，探究图书情报学研究方法和理论跨学科使用意愿影响因素的组态路径，为图书情报学的跨学科研究和学科影响力提升提供更广泛、深刻的思路，对促进学科交叉合作，解决科研迫切需求和社会重大实际问题等具有一定理论与现实意义。 方法/过程 以图书情报学研究方法和理论的跨学科使用意愿为主题，以认知-情感-意动为理论基础，构建图书情报学方法理论跨学科使用意愿模型，采用模糊集定性比较分析法得出影响因素的组态路径构成，并探求其组成机理。 结果/结论 研究表明图书情报学科研究方法和理论的跨学科使用意愿是多因共致的结果，使用fsQCA研究方法得出了三条组态路径并概括为：理论创新协同型组态、理论社群协同型组态、学科知识交叉基础驱动型组态；基于对组态路径联动作用机理的深入研究与解析，本文对学科未来发展提出如下建议:①以现实为导向，加强学科建设，推进学科知识体系转型升级；②立足信息资源管理守正创新，提升学科吸引力；③积极推动跨学科合作，增强学科影响力；④发挥信息交流支持作用，强化学科社群感知力。
