  • Current Situation and Developmental Suggestions on Shortage of Feeding Protein Resources in Chinese Pig Industry

    Abstract: Pig industry is the pillar industry of animal husbandry in China and serves as a key part of the agricultural modernization system. However, the serious shortage of feeding protein resources and the low utilization rate of non-grain protein resources have restricted the development of modernization of animal husbandry in China. Therefore, according to the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC Central Committee and based on the Structural Reform of Supply-Side, this article offered relevant suggestions on the challenges faced by the current pig industry, which will further guide the development of animal husbandry and feed industry with “environmental friendliness and resource conservation”.

  • Perspectives of Chinese Medicine Agriculture and Rural Revitalization

    Abstract: The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and also wrote it into the party constitution, which is an epoch-making milestone in the development of China “three rural” development process. The convergence among rural primary, secondary, and tertiary industries is the path of rural industrial revitalization, which conforms to the law of industrial development and reflects the multiple benefits of modern agriculture. Because of its cultural tolerance, concept specificity, and technical non-invasiveness, Chinese traditional medicine has unique charm and far#2;reaching significance for promoting the construction of healthy villages and assisting rural revitalization. This article explores the important role of Chinese traditional medicine in promoting industrial revitalization, talent revitalization, cultural revitalization, ecologicalcivilization , and poverty alleviation. It also proposes relevant policy recommendations.

  • 肾上腺糖皮质激素节律性分泌及主要受控因素

    Abstract:机体在维持内环境稳态和适应外环境的过程中,各种生理机能和代谢活动按照一定的时间顺序发生周而复始的节律变化,称为生物节律。肾上腺糖皮质激素作为机体内维持稳态的一种核心内分泌激素,在维持机体内生命活动发生和营养物质代谢的有序性方面扮演着重要角色。自然状态下,外源受控因素(食物和光照等)通过丘脑的视交叉上核和生物钟之间的复杂地同步反馈调控,使肾上腺糖皮质激素的产生、分泌及生物学作用都具有了节律性特征。本文主要就糖皮质激素的合成、分泌及其内在作用机制的节律性变化特点等方面进行综述,以期为机体内生物节律机制的研究及其对动物生产的指导提供参考。

  • Sustainable Development of Animal Husbandry in China

    Abstract: Through forty years of reforming and opening up, the integrated production capacity of animal husbandry industries in China is continuously improving. Such improvement is characterized by the continuous optimization of animal product structure, further improvement of the quality and safety control system, significant improvement of overall quality of the industry, and the steady progress of the ‘green development’ program. Nowadays, the animal husbandry industry has become one of the pioneers in the progress of establishing modern agricultural systems in China, and achieving sustainable development has become a priority issue for current and future period. This article analyzed the main problems restricting the sustainable development of animal husbandry, and elaborated the potential strategy of promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry in current and future period. It stated that the transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry should be accelerated, with the establishment of the mechanism of livestock-farming cycle and the environment for sustainable development of high quality animal husbandry industry. An animal husbandry system which is resource saving, environment friendly, and ecologically protective, will provide strong support in achieving China’s goal of better agriculture, richer farmers, and more prosperous and beautiful rural areas.

  • 饲粮中色氨酸对畜禽的免疫调节作用

    Abstract:色氨酸是一种具有调节机体免疫功能的必需氨基酸。色氨酸的代谢产物吲哚-2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)、犬尿氨酸、喹啉酸和褪黑激素等,可通过抑制T淋巴细胞增殖、增加血液免疫球蛋白含量和促进组织的抗原递呈等,来提高机体免疫力、抗炎症反应和影响肿瘤细胞免疫逃逸。本文就色氨酸及其代谢产物对畜禽免疫功能的调控作用和机制进行简要叙述。

  • 减少矿物质元素的饲粮中补充包膜半胱胺对育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质、组织矿物质元素沉积及粪便矿物质元素排放的影响

    Abstract:本试验旨在研究夏季高温状态下,在减少矿物质(铜、铁、锰、锌)元素的饲粮中补充包膜半胱胺对育肥后期猪生长性能、胴体品质、组织矿物质元素沉积和粪便矿物质元素排放的影响。试验共选用360头健康、平均体重为(103.9±0.7) kg的三元(杜×长×大)杂交育肥猪,采用2×2双因素试验设计,分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15头。因素1为饲粮矿物质元素的含量,设计为基础饲粮铜、铁、锌、锰元素含量的100%和80% 2个水平;因素2为饲粮包膜半胱胺(半胱胺含量27%)含量,设计为0、1 600 mg/kg(半胱胺含量300 mg/kg)2个水平。试验期30 d。结果表明:1)饲粮减少矿物质元素或补充包膜半胱胺对育肥猪后期的生长性能和胴体品质均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)饲粮减少矿物质元素可显著降低育肥猪肝脏中铬元素的含量及肾脏中钠、钙、铅元素的含量(P<0.05),显著升高血清钠元素含量(P<0.05);减少矿物质元素的饲粮中补充包膜半胱胺显著或极显著降低肝脏中钾元素含量和肾脏中钠、钙、铅、铜元素含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),并有降低肝脏锰、锌、铬及钙元素和血清中铬和镁元素含量沉积的趋势(0.05≤P<0.10),对维持机体各组织中钠元素的稳定有利。3)饲粮中减少矿物质元素或补充包膜半胱胺极显著减少粪便中铅和铜元素的排放量(P<0.01);饲粮减少矿物质元素可显著降低粪便中锌元素的排放量(P<0.05),极显著升高镁元素的排放量(P<0.05);减少矿物质元素的饲粮中补充包膜半胱胺对粪便中铬元素的排放量有降低趋势(0.05≤P<0.10)。由此可见,夏季高温期,在饲粮的铜、铁、锰、锌4种矿物质元素含量减少20%条件下补充1 600 mg/kg包膜半胱胺,能在不影响育肥猪后期生长性能和胴体品质的同时,降低血清、肝脏和肾脏中矿物质元素的沉积,减少粪便铅、铜和铬元素对环境的排放,维持机体电解质平衡。
