Abstract: In order to cultivate the traffic BIM talents to meet the social needs, the "1+1" teaching mode of transportation BIM application ability is put forward in this paper on the basis of analyzing the development trend of BIM technology in the transportation industry and the current situation of the computer application course of transportation specialty. In the proposed teaching mode, the BIM modeling ability of students is developed from the aspects of alignments and structure respectively. In the teaching implementation plan, the whole teaching process is divided into four stages which are connected with each other and step by step. Through teaching methods such as CAD-BIM connection teaching, contrast teaching and project-driven comprehensive practice, students can quickly understand the advanced character of BIM technology compared with the CAD technology, master the basic skills of BIM technology and have some practical ability.

Abstract: The subway station is buried deep underground, and its structure is complex and special. If a fire breaks out, it will cause heavy casualties and property losses. How to effectively prevent and reduce the casualties in the case of fire, especially to prevent the occurrence of major accidents such as group death, has become a hot spot and focus of the research in the field of fire control safety in the world. In order to take timely and effective measures in station fire accidents, reduce the range of the impact of the fire accident to the minimum and the loss to the lowest, this paper analyzes and classifications the fire warning system and related early warning mechanism of the subway station fire. Different fire occurrence locations in the railway station are analyzed and discussed. It is of great significance to research the fire safety of large subway stations, and it also provides a reference for the design and management of subway stations.

Abstract: The traditional model of existing building reconstruction project management is subjected to the limitations of technical means, resulting in a phenomenon of low work efficiency and difficulties in coordination. The introduction of BIM technology has changed the traditional project management model, providing new ways of thinking for managers. Taking the Shikumen building Shanghai Jianyeli as a case study, the application of BIM technology in existing building reconstruction management was combined with 3D scanning, reverse modelling, and virtual reality/augmented reality technology to study the basic and extended application of BIM on a collaborative platform. The project's practice has vertified the unique advantages of BIM and “BIM+” technologies. The combination and application of these new technologies is well in line with the trend of the development of information and refined management, which lays a good foundation for Smart City.

Abstract:本研究利用BIM技术实现工程造价中的成本管理,建立了我司在商务条线中基于BIM技术实现算量的技术方案。通过对比研究现行的建筑工程成本预算软件以及BIM构件的连接扣减关系,验证了BIM工程计量的准确性;根据工程量清单计价规则归纳总结了基于工程算量的BIM建模标准以及BIM构件的工程量数据交换标准。

Abstract: This research applies Physical dynamic rendering techniques Digital mode separation technology based on VR, dynamic rendering technology based on physics, secondary development technology based on unity to complete the VR interactive system based on BIM architecture.At the same time, the active 3D time-sharing display technology is researched to form a light and multiplayer VR display scheme. The application of the project in Shanghai Rail Transit Operation Command Building shows that the method provided in this study can speed up the design of the scene decoration deepening plan, reduce the number of rework of the model room, and support the application in the project deepening design process. It has the promotion value in the field of architectural visualization.

Abstract: The hydraulic climbing formwork equipment and integral steel platform play a key role in the construction of super-high buildings. In view of the low modeling efficiency during computational analysis of the climbing formwork equipment, an interactive modeling method based on Midas/Gen mgt file and mgt command is introduced in this paper. Firstly, two conventional modeling methods are introduced in this paper. Secondly, the interactive modeling method based on mgt command and mgt file is introduced, especially the framework and format of the method are analyzed. Combining an actual super-high engineering application, the validity of the method is verificated.The engineering application shows that this method can improve modeling efficiency and can be applied to fine calculation and analysis of the climbing formwork equipment.

Abstract: In this paper, the BIM model of the substation is established. Based on the secondary development technology of Revit, the rebar is modeled。Through reading the information of the BIM model,this engineering quantity of the steel bar, concrete, doors, windows and walls is calculated automatically. This program also provides the function to apply the quota based on the family and the family symbol, and get the bill of quantities from the BIM model of substation.

Abstract: Based on an actual engineering case, this paper analyzes a large number of on-site measured monitoring data to obtain the laws of the deep soil horizontal displacement, axial force of supports, surface subsidence and so on under the construction of the foundation pit. During the actual construction process, the deep horizontal displacement of the soil is increasing while the depth of the foundation pit is growing, and the location of the maximum value of the deep horizontal displacement is also declining. The curve presents a “big belly” pattern. The axial force of the supporting shaft also increases with the construction of the foundation pit, and the additional second support effectively relieves the axial force of the first support. However, the axial force of both supports increases at a rapid rate until the project is over. Surface subsidence and the displacement of surrounding pipeline also continued to increase under construction. The conclusion of this project can provide a reference for similar projects.

Abstract:推行实践教学改革,提升学生的工程实践能力和专业综合素质是全面落实国家中长期教育改革的重要举措,是培养复合型、应用型、创新创业人才的重要手段。但是,目前实践教学存在深度不够,关联性不强等问题。普遍采用的去建筑企业或工程项目现场实习、实践教学方式,又存在安全隐患且受时间和空间的限制。本文首先总结了BIM在国内外教育领域中的应用现状,然后提出BIM虚拟仿真实训平台的构建目标,设计了总体系统结构图,将平台分为建筑结构设计实训子平台、施工虚拟模拟仿真实训子平台、BIM工程造价实训子平台、BIM一体化项目管理实训子平台等,最后给出了实训平台的云架构示意图原理,列举了主要的软硬件构成,以供同行建立类似实训平台参考。
