Abstract: Purpose/Significance In the Internet era, with the rapid development of knowledge payment, the phenomenon of knowledge anxiety has become more and more significant, attracting the attention of many studies. However, existing research lacks a detailed categorization of knowledge payment products, which does not adapt to the current situation of knowledge payment development. This study aims to break through the generalized treatment of knowledge payment products, focus on their different types, and clarify the mechanism of knowledge payment’s effect on knowledge anxiety, with a view to providing a new dimension for related research, helping to optimize knowledge payment products and services, and enhancing users’ knowledge consumption experience. Methods/Processes Knowledge payment products and their use behaviors are divided, semi-structured interviews are conducted based on the use and satisfaction theory, and the interview data are analyzed by three-level coding using the rooting theory, which leads to the construction of a theoretical model. Results/Conclusions The mechanism of the effect of knowledge payment on knowledge anxiety is divided into three stages: trigger initiation, strategy selection and implementation, and effect generation, which is considered to be subject to the combined effect of product type, product use, product quality, and user personal factors. Knowledge payment products are classified into two categories: practical and hedonic, based on which the model is constructed and suggestions are made for users and knowledge product providers at the practical level.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The formation of the diversified energy supply pattern of knowledge service has brought opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of publishing knowledge service talents. How to effectively absorb the advanced experience of other emerging knowledge service subjects while maintaining, inheriting and carrying forward the tradition and characteristics of publishing knowledge service, and how to actively exchange and learn from each other and create value with multi subjects. These are the problems that traditional knowledge service providers need to solve in the new environment. [Method/Process] Focusing on the current situation of the reform of the publishing industry facing the knowledge service, this paper put forward the innovative direction of the publishing talent training mode by analyzing the guiding role of the reform of the key elements of the publishing industry, the expansion of the core functions and the reconstruction of the operation mode. [Results/Conclusion] Put forward the multidimensional talent training direction of “point-line -plane-body” of publishing knowledge service, that is, to improve the curriculum system of publishing specialty, promote the joint training of industry and university, and participate in the open innovation of multi-disciplinary subjects by means of talent series and multi-level integration.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to analyze the characteristics and advantages of digital note tools, so as to remove the obstacles encountered in the process of scientific research, dredge the scientific research process, and improve the scientific research efficiency. [Method/Process] Through literature analysis, network research and other methods, we sought relevant note-taking tools for the common pain points in scientific research activities, and explored its functional advantages as the starting point. [Result/ Conclusion] It is finally concluded that digital note-taking tools have considerable advantages in auxiliary supplementing human brain functions, solving process inefficiency and building knowledge networks, and can achieve the goal of enabling scientific research.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] In the context of the popularization of users and audio content increasing of the new Internet knowledge payment platform, its information organization shows difference from the traditional knowledge service platform. The study analyzes the information architecture of the new knowledge payment platform, and proposes optimization strategies. [Method/Process] Apply with information architecture theory, select audio knowledge service platform case to analyze characteristics in organization, identification, navigation and retrieval. [Results/Conclusion] The information architecture of audio knowledge service platform is different from the traditional platform by users, content and context. The attributes of knowledge business, the modality of knowledge dissemination and the mode of knowledge production are important factors affecting the information architecture of audio knowledge service platform. Audio knowledge service platform could provide reference for other platforms in terms of audio services, learn from traditional classification and subject methods, and make cross platform information architecture.

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] The knowledge payment platform has changed from the knowledge payment to the knowledge service. How the knowledge payment platform elaborates the related concepts of knowledge service has become a new problem that the knowledge service domain pays close attention to, it adds a new research perspective to the field of knowledge service. [Method/Process] Using the memetics, MAXQDA2020 was used to analyze the managers’ discourse data of the knowledge-based pay platform and extract the meta-memes. This paper uses qualitative research method to construct a model of knowledge service discourse system based on memes, and tests the memes in the model. [Results/Conclusion] There are seven memes in the discourse system of knowledge service of knowledge payment platform, including knowledge payment platform, social background, users, knowledge products, services, communication channels and problems, the seven memes consist of 26 sub-memes, which are related to each other. The knowledge payment platform replaces knowledge payment with knowledge service and education, emphasizing users, high-quality content, product delivery and scenario, and they are related to each other. By comparing with the knowledge service of library, we find that both of them emphasize the use of scene and new technology, but there are differences in the description of discourse system and the way of communication.

Abstract:当前我国的知识市场发展日益活跃,全社 会对于高质量知识产品与知识服务的需求旺盛。 同时在知识服务供给端,呈现出知识服务多元 供给格局,新兴知识服务模式与传统知识服务 模式并存,典型表现诸如:在面向全社会基本 文化需求的公共文化服务领域,随着现代公共 文化服务体系构建进入“效能提升”时代,文 化领域的公共服务均等化水平不断提升,公共 文化服务对于社会的“知识保障”作用也在不 断加强;在面向知识消费升级需求的互联网知 识服务领域,“知识付费”业态经过持续发展 和优胜劣汰,其模式不断成熟,并极大地拓展 了知识服务的服务对象范围,也深刻改变了知 识服务的阐述方式与实践方式;在面向高层次 决策信息需求的智库知识服务领域,国内新型 智库建设初具成效,而智库本身就是依据知识 创新成果提供各种知识服务的机构;在面向传 统图书阅读需求的商业出版领域,面对互联网 冲击和用户阅读行为变化,大量传统出版单位 开始转型为“知识服务者”,并开始将知识服 务视为出版业的核心;在面向个人知识管理需求方面,以各类笔记类软件为代表的大量个人 知识管理工具涌现,提高了知识服务的精准性 与颗粒度,对个人具有极大的赋能作用。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Due to the continuous development of information technology, it is necessary to improve on the traditional teaching methods and learning modes to meet the needs of the new environment. [Method/process] Through the review of classic literature and case analysis, this paper introduced the evolution of knowledge management, the key points of networked learning and open innovation, and how they are implemented in enterprises, universities, and other organizations. [Result/ conclusion] Networked learning connects people and information through the network. The cMOOC embodies the requirements of network learning, and is consistent with the purpose of open innovation. The future education, learning and knowledge management activities need to continuously match the dynamic characteristics of knowledge.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Understanding on generation and function of open knowledge from the perspective of supply side, help to activate open knowledge as important innovation resource. [Method/ process] Through theoretical analysis, the comprehensive definition of open knowledge and the integration framework of open knowledge supply system were brought out, and the components of the framework were explained through typical cases. [Result/conclusion] In the open innovation environment, open knowledge has become an important resource to drive innovation. The open knowledge supply system can be developed from content supply, policy supply, service and platform supply.

Abstract:在本期《专家访谈》栏目中,我们对话了北京我知科技有限公司 CEO 李峻先生。谈到该公 司的产品 —— 为知笔记,相信很多人都不会陌生。在当下的中国,有越来越多的用户开始接触、喜爱并 依赖笔记类软件应用,将其融入到自己的生活、学习和工作中,并由此开始自发地运用知识管理的理念与 方法。笔记类软件也逐渐从个人应用拓展到团队应用和企业应用,从单纯的信息记录功能扩展为支持知识 采集、知识组织、知识搜索、知识分享和知识共创等知识管理功能。而为知笔记则是目前诸多笔记类软件 应用中的先驱者和佼佼者,被誉为更适合国人使用的云笔记,在越来越多的个人、企业用户中树立了口碑。 为知笔记的开发团队从 2011 年成立公司到今年已经走过了 5 年时间。而这 5 年正是移动互联、云计算、 大数据、人工智能等各类IT技术发展日新月异、方兴未艾的5年,全社会的知识环境发生了史无前例的变化。 为知笔记的发展历程也恰恰为我们观察这 5 年间知识管理工具的发展进化提供了一个绝佳窗口。 李峻先生 10 余年前曾供职于金山软件,是中国最早一批互联网程序员之一,后来又自主创业,在互 联网软件工具开发和服务、知识管理等方面具有丰富的经历和深刻的见解。相信本期访谈一定会为我们从 工具角度认识知识管理带来新的收获。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] In order to explore whether the measurement results of Altmetrics indicators are consistent in the evaluation of subject papers, this paper attempts to build a comprehensive literature evaluation model based on Altmetrics through the existing measurement data, and to create new metrics for the evaluation and reuse of data.[Method/process] In this study, the Altmetrics indicators of all articles published in the Civil Engineering disciplines from 2009 to 2016 on the PLoS ALMs are obtained. The 15 original indicators are divided into 4 principal components using correlation analysis and principal component analysis methods, which are applied to specific disciplines. It analyzes the correlation between the single index and the comprehensive evaluation index of Altmetrics, and uses the fairness test method to explore the differences in the relevance of time to the evaluation of the paper.[Result/conclusion] The study finds that after using the fairness test method to eliminate time impact, the relevance of the citation indicators has increased, while the indicators related to social media communication have declined. But the Twitter index has not decreased, and it has always been highly correlated with the F value.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] To identify and analyze the dynamic mechanism of library development in the current changing environment, and to explain its regular and direction.[Method/process] The existing literature was reviewed, and the analytical framework was constructed by referring to organizational theory and knowledge theory.[Result/conclusion] The change of knowledge content leads to the chain change and adaptation of knowledge management technology and library governance structure, and brings the overall reform of library institutions.
