Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Automatic identification and extraction of research design fingerprint from scientific papers is able to provide researchers with significant methodology and research support for project design, validity evaluation of research methods, problem diagnosis of research process and identification and evaluation of research results.[Method/process]The paper, based on the concept model of research design fingerprint in scientific papers, proposes amulti-rule hybrid machine learning methods to design and implement the fingerprint identification algorithm model and analyze and verify the feasibility and validity of the methodby sample data in the field of datamining.[Result/conclusion] The results show that in addition to the research data and research trends, the recognition accuracy of other research design fingerprint is almost 80%. And the acceptance of coverage, in addition to research tools and research data, is almost 80%.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Citizen science refers to non-traditional sense of scientific researchers participate in the scientific research process as new scientific research paradigm and new open innovation model. The analysis of the development trend and challenges of citizen science has certain reference significance for the development of citizen science in China.[Method/process] Based on the literature research, typical case analysis, comparative analysis methods, this study analyzed the development of citizen science, the typical citizen science projects and the problems faced. Then this paper put forward some policy suggestions for the development of citizen science.[Result/conclusion] Citizen science is a new type of open innovation, which is conducive to promoting the development of open science, improving citizens' scientific literacy and public participation in government decision-making. It should be aware of the enormous potential of public science and promoting the progress of citizen science from policy level.

Abstract:【目的】实现针对科技路线图内容的知识发现研究, 预测未来科技长期发展趋势。【方法】基于采用“抽取–同步–分类”的文本挖掘方法构建的科技路线图信息库, 集成分析全球科技发展需求和趋势, 对比分析各国发展路线和措施, 并以可再生能源领域为案例进行实证研究。【结果】利用开源工具Timeflow、Gephi 等对实证研究结果进行可视化, 按时间序列从多个角度呈现了可再生能源领域到2050 年的发展态势及各国的战略规划。【局限】综合利用了多种方法工具, 自动化程度有待提高, 个性化功能有待完善。【结论】该研究方案能够快速获取科技路线图中的核心信息, 提高情报获取效率。

Abstract:【目的】分析数字文献资源长期保存的可持续性挑战, 推进长期保存服务的可持续建设。【方法】系统分析国内外相关文献, 梳理长期保存可持续性框架, 分析可信赖认证和经济支持等问题体系, 分析整理可信赖性认证实施机制和长期保存经济投入实施机制。【结果】提出数字文献资源长期保存的可持续支撑机制建设具体建议。【局限】对数字文献资源长期保存经济支持模式和相关研究只做了简要概述, 有待更深入展开论述。【结论】数字文献资源长期保存的可持续性包括格式可持续性、系统可持续性和服务可持续性, 服务可持续性涉及管理、经济和政治可持续性要求, 并提出加强长期保存可持续性建设的具体建议。

Abstract:【目的】面向语义出版构建论文写作工具, 在论文写作阶段实现内容结构化、对象化, 使得一篇论文即是一个系统, 论文可运行、可交互、可体验。【方法】采用数字对象和数字模板技术将论文内容(元数据、章节、数据、富媒体等)分解成不同类型数字对象, 数字对象间采用模板进行组织, 通过事件触发机制实现交互, 采用HTML5 网页形式进行编辑和呈现并存储为XML 结构化文档包。【结果】DPaper 结构化论文写作工具已上线, 提供从素材收集(云笔记)、数字对象制作、自动标引参考文献、按期刊版式呈现到Word 文档格式转换等一系列功能, 论文内容实现对象化和部分语义化。【局限】与常规论文编辑器相比, 数字对象编辑器功能还不完善, 还不能创建公式、图形等对象, 排版的灵活性不足。【结论】利用DPaper 写作工具可以在写作阶段由作者构建出满足语义出版应用需求的结构化论文。

Abstract: [Objective] Propose a set of detailed structure specifications of scientific data management plan and in accordance with a data curation model constructed from the operational perspective. [Methods] This paper carries on the research and the statistics on the scientific data management plan specification of the main research and management agencies in the world, and makes supplement combining with the requirement and characteristic of current scientific research data management. [Results] This paper forms the detailed structure specification of data management plan with 8 major basic elements and 39 sub-elements and constructs a data curation model taking data management plan as the core driver. [Conclusions] The detailed structure specification of data management plan may regulate and guide the activities of scientific data management completely and accurately, it can also be effectively controlled and restricted the data curation process of the whole life cycle of scientific research at the operational level.

Abstract:【目的】在与基础研究密切相关的技术领域, 需要从专利信息中的被引科学知识主题内容出发识别突破性创新。【方法】抽取专利科学引文的关键词和学科分类表示被引科学知识; 在关键词共现网络和学科分类组合中识别被引科学知识的主题; 提出基于关键词和学科分类的主题突变程度计算方法, 遴选突变程度高的主题对应作为突破性创新发生的技术主题, 对突破性创新进行识别。【结果】在纳米电子学领域识别出已被证实为突破性创新的纳米电路相关主题, 即纳米导线、碳纳米管、可计算电路等纳米电路材料和制备主题, 并且是材料科学、化学、光学、生物学和应用物理等多学科交叉融会的结果, 验证了该方法的有效性。【局限】被引科学知识抽取、预处理和匹配准确率需要提高, 方法通用性还需在其他领域进行验证。【结论】该方法是基于专利信息识别突破性创新的重要完善和补充, 可扩展应用到其他与基础研究密切相关的技术领域中识别突破性创新。

Abstract:在全面了解用户非正式信息行为的基础上,以中国科学院国家科学图书馆所服务的研究生为调查对象,采用问卷调查和访谈调查的方法,定量研究与定性研究相结合,引入“型人冶的概念,建立四类虚构人物,并且针对六种新型服务提出二十四项建议。 研究表明,创建与使用具有行为特征的型人,对于图书馆服务和数字图书馆系统设计具有重要意义。 表 4。 参考文献 21。

Abstract:介绍SCOAP3资助联盟将高能物理学术论文转为开放出版的基本模式、内容范围和运行机制,指出它所代表的开放出版资助方式更适合数字网络时代,能更有效、更经济地保障知识获取,强调这种模式同样服务于图书馆保障信息获取的本质目标,并为图书馆扩展信息服务、提高自身地位和作用提供新的空间。

Abstract:ArXiv是一个由康乃尔大学图书馆运营的重要开放获取系统,在国际科学家团体中起 着重要的作用。 为了推动 ArXiv在我国相关领域的普及,促进我国科研界积极参与 ArXiv 预印本论文的存缴和资源的有效利用,国家科学图书馆于2012年8月发起了成立中国ArXiv 服务工作组的倡议,得到了国内多家主要图书馆的响应。 2012年 10月 22日,在“ 中国开 放获取推介周”上,国内的十家重要机构成立了中国 ArXiv服务工作组。本文主要探讨 ArXiv 在科研成果开放发表中的特殊地位,分析ArXiv在中国科技界的主要应用情况,研讨中国 ArXiv服务工作组将如何更有效地推动 ArXiv在中国科技界中的普及和应用。

Abstract:Open Access academic paper has become important measures of the world's leading countries which promote knowledge sharing, collaborative open innovation, economic growth and inclusive development. Moreover, Open Sharing of academic papers founded by public funding projects has become the consensus of the world’s leading countries, and an important requirement is to deposit those papers in the open access IRs which are attribute to funder and authors’ institute. But the situation of institutional repository in China is serious, such as poorer deposit awareness, incomplete or incorrect submitted data and so on. It affects the development and perfection of China Open Access and open sharing mechanism. Though RJ-Broker can assist and promote to solve problems above, it is mainly related to European PMC data and located abroad. In order to better solve those problems, National Science Library of CAS, as a leader institute of this study in China, with hundreds of Research institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences as demonstration, and reference to the OA-RJ model, constructed a pushing and routing services of Chinese academic papers, namely iSwitch, implementing automatic deposit. It can help institutes and funders to construct their IRs effectively and promote academic papers utilization by others openly. After iSwitch service is released publicly, it has routed more than 360,000 paper metadata pushed by Web of Science and some experimental Open Access paper data from other publishers to CAS IRs. Now it is a stable service to exchange WOS update data and other publisher data. Besides, with the help of iSwitch, Web of Science has linked full-text link of CAS IR papers since 27, July, 2015.

Abstract:提出用于描述科技文献核心知识的“研究设计指纹”概念,综合研究分析了相关的科技文献规范描述框架,创建“基于科技文献的研究设计指纹描述框架”,以增强科技文献的机器计算可执行性、知识粒度性、知识关联性、结构的扩展性以及研究设计思路的可视性,为科研人员快速发现研究设计方法、研究设计工具等指纹提供了新的思路与方法。

Abstract:[目标]现将接收与解析成功的开放获取论文分发推送到作者机构和资助机构知识库。[方法] 析 iSwitch 系统技术框架,设计论文分发推送服务功能模块,利用任务调度代理与FTP 协议实现论文的分发推送。[结果] iSwitch 系统可以实现论文分发推送服务,并完成来自 Web of Science 的 34 332 条文章数据的分发推送。[局限] 目前仅仅基于一种数据源完成论文分发推送,对基于多个数据推送方的更大体量数据的分发推送服务中可能遇到的问题考虑不够。[结论] 实验表明,分发推送服务的工作流程机制是正确的,分发效率满足未来服务需求。
