摘要: Compact terahertz (THz) functional devices are greatly sought after for high-speed wireless communication, biochemical sensing, and non-destructive inspection. However, conventional devices to generate and guide THz waves are afflicted with diffraction loss and disorder due to inevitable fabrication defects. Here, based on the topological protection of electromagnetic waves, we demonstrate nonlinear generation and topologically tuned confinement of THz waves in a judiciously-patterned lithium niobate chip forming a wedge-shaped Su-Schrieffer-Heeger lattice. Experimentally measured band structures provide direct visualization of the generated THz waves in momentum space, and their robustness to chiral perturbation is also analyzed and compared between topologically trivial and nontrivial regimes. Such chip-scale control of THz waves may bring about new possibilities for THz integrated topological circuits, promising for advanced photonic applications.

摘要: Quantum-dot light-emitting diodes (QD-LEDs) promise a new generation of efficient, low-cost, large-area, and flexible electroluminescent devices. However, the inferior performance of green and blue QD-LEDs is hindering the commercialization of QD-LEDs in display and solid-state lighting. Here, we demonstrate best-performing green and blue QD-LEDs with ~100% conversion of the injected charge carriers into emissive excitons. Key to this success is eliminating electron leakage at the organic/inorganic interface by using hole-transport polymers with low electron affinity and reduced energetic disorder. Our devices exhibit record-high peak external quantum efficiencies (28.7% for green, 21.9% for blue), exceptionally high efficiencies in wide ranges of luminance, and unprecedented stability (T95 lifetime: 580,000 h for green, 4,400 h for blue). The overall performance surpasses previously reported solution-processed green and blue LEDs.

摘要: The current status of rehabilitation exercise KAP and exercise fear in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention was understood, and the correlation between the two was analyzed. Methods: A general information questionnaire, an exercise fear scale for cardiac patients and a rehabilitation exercise KAP questionnaire for patients with coronary artery disease were used in a cross-sectional survey of 326 patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention in the cardiology department of a tertiary care hospital in Luoyang from April to August 2020. correlations. Results: The total rehabilitation exercise KAP score of the 326 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention was (49.52 9.85), which included a score of (10.46 5.99) on the knowledge dimension, (18.52 2.90) on the belief dimension and (20.53 3.47) on the behavioral dimension. The total score for fear of movement was (39.934.56), which included (10.631.76) for the avoidance dimension, (10.781.59) for the fear of movement dimension, (8.341.36) for the perception of danger and (10.191.76) for the dysfunctional dimension. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis showed that the patient's total KAP score and the scores on each dimension of rehabilitation exercise were mostly negatively correlated with the total score and the scores on each dimension of fear of exercise (p0.05). Conclusion: Patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention have higher levels of fear of exercise, lower levels of perception of rehabilitation exercise, and attitudes and actions towards exercise that need to be improved. Exercise fear was negatively correlated with KAP levels for rehabilitation exercise. Health care professionals should improve their knowledge of rehabilitation exercises to help patients develop a positive attitude towards rehabilitation exercises, so that patients' fear of exercise can be reduced and early postoperative rehabilitation exercises can be promoted.

摘要: We conducted an experiment consisting of five blocks to examine the effect of non-labial facial information on audiovisual speech perception. 20 Chinese native speakers were asked to report the syllables they perceived during five condition: audio-only, video-only, video-only without labial part, audiovisual and audiovisual without labial part. The materials were /pa/, /tsa/, /ta/, /tʂa/ and /ka/, which were selected according to places of articulation from front to back. The results showed that even though the non-labial facial information was not enough to distinguish non-labial consonants, they could have significant effect on auditory speech perception

摘要: This paper is intended to investigate how the Dai Dialect speaker in Dehong Autonomous Prefecture perceives Mandarin tones. Therefore identification and discrimination experiments are conducted of the four Mandarin tone continuums with Dai Language speakers. The results suggested that the Dai Language speaker’s perception mode of T1-T2 and T2-T4 continuums are Categorical Perception, but for T1-T3, T2-T3, T3-T4 and T1-T4 continuums are not. These findings indicate that Dai language tone system does have a significant influence on the perception of Mandarin tones.
