    Abstract: [Purpose/significance]This report is poised to impact library strategies, operations, and services with regards to learning, creative inquiry, research, and information management, containing a reference and technology planning guide for librarians, library leaders, library staff, policymakers, and technologists.[Method/process]A panel composed of education and technology experts from 14 countries on five continents. The panel's work begins with a systematic review of the literature, then the group discusses on existing applications of emerging technology and brainstorms on new ones, finally selects the topics in the report based on a modified Delphi process.[Result/conclusion]Six key trends, six significant challenges, and six developments in technology profiled in this report, include that, libraries remain the gatekeepers to rich tapestries of information and knowledge, incorporating new media and technologies in strategic planning is essential, open access is a potential solution in the face of financial constraints, the research landscape is evolving enabled by digital scholarship technologies, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things are poised to amplify the utility and reach of library services, etc.

  • Using Data Management Plan in Libraries' Research Data Management Service

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This paper summarizes the application value of the research data management plan according to the current research about data management plan in libraries, and guides libraries to make better use of the research data management plan to enhance its research data management service.[Method/process] The previous research about data management plan were sorted out, and three types of value that using DMP to guide and improve institutes' research data management service were summed up. Taking DMP content analysis practice of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as an example to verify the three application values summarized above further, the notes of analyzing DMP were given.[Result/conclusion] There are three values of using data management plan in libraries' research data management service, which are as an information resource to help in-depth understanding of the data management practice and behavior characteristics of the researchers in the organization; as a feedback channel for the library to improve the current service and develop potential services; as a training platform rooted in the practice, helping librarians improve and develop research data management service effectively and build a cooperative network with stakeholders. However, there are some inherent limitations to analysis data management plans, combining with other approaches to guide the institute implementing and improving RDM services better is important. Nevertheless, the importance of the research data management remains beyond all doubt, and the relevant domestic institutions should consider the requirements of data management plan as soon as possible.

  • Springer Nature's Practice for Research Data Policy Standardization and Its Inspiration

    Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Springer Nature has made pioneering contributions in promoting the standardization and unified development of research data policies. Study the standard framework of research data policy proposed by Springer Nature and its application, hoping provide a reference for China's sci-tech periodicals management agencies.[Method/process] Through web search, text analysis, website visits, and comparative analysis, this paper analyzed Springer Nature's policy standardization framework, researched on the support services provided by Springer Nature to promote the application of the framework. Then it summarized Springer Nature's work practices of promoting the standardization systematically and revealed its significance for reference.[Result/conclusion] Springer Nature's policy standardization framework can be used as a reference for China's relevant departments to formulate a standard framework for research data policies. Third-party data curation service developed by Springer Nature to promote the standardization framework, shows the practical path for publishers to participate in research data management services. It is suggested that China's sci-tech periodical management organizations take the lead to convene stakeholder groups, draw on international advanced experience to construct a scientific and reasonable policy framework, and design supporting services to effectively promote the application of the policy framework.

  • High-quality Energy Development and Energy Security under the New Situation for China

    Abstract: Energy security is the cornerstone of national security and stable development, and high-quality energy development is the fundamental guarantee for long-term national economic growth. This study analyzes the complicated domestic and international environmental impacts of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, the United States energy rule, and the rigid demand for domestic energy consumption growth. It also analyzes the uncertainty of domestic energy transformation and development. Then, the study summarizes the enlightenment of China’s energy development. Furthermore, based on China’s energy structure and resource endowment, this study establishes an independent, controllable, safe and reliable integrated energy security system based on fossil energy, and develops multi-channel energy development and energy reserves. Strategic ideas and technical routes to support low-carbon development of energy transformation are formulated simultaneously. This study also proposes the establishment of modern energy and mining governance system platform, topology and composition: 5G energy private network, energy and mining big data and artificial intelligence processing platform, blockchain energy and mining industry cooperation supervision platform, provincial and national supervision center. Logically, this study promotes the establishment of an all-round security concept for the energy industry and a modern energy mining governance system, so as to ensure China’s high-quality energy development and energy security.

  • 不同亚硒酸钠浓度对党参生长、生理特性和品质的影响

    Abstract: To comprehensively understand the effects of selenium (Se) supplementation on Codonopsis pilosula, effects of sodium selenite levels on Se accumulation, growth, physiology and quality were explored by using hydroponic experiments. The results were as follows: (1)Treatment with 0.2 mg∙L-1 Se promoted leaf size, plant height and biomass of C. pilosula, while treatment with 10 mg∙L-1 Se suppressed them. (2)Both increasing Se level and exposure time to C. pilosula seedlings could raise its Se content in roots and leaves, and Se was distributed in organs with an order of root>leaf>stem. (3)Treatment with 0.2 mg∙L-1 Se increased photosynthetic pigment contents and root activity, and reduced malondialdehyde, proline and hydrogen peroxide content, while treatment with 10 mg∙L-1 Se had opposite effects. (4)Treatment with 0.2 mg∙L-1 Se had positive effects on accumulations of lobetyolin, polysaccharides, and soluble protein, while treatment with 10 mg∙L-1 Se had negative effects on the accumulations of polysaccharides and soluble protein. Collectively, sodium selenite had dual effects on C. pilosula; Application of appropriate Se was beneficial to its growth, plant physiology and quality, and 0.2 mg·L-1 Se level was the optimum. This work may improve our understanding the effect of selenite level on the biology effect of C. pilosula, which would be useful for the basic research and cultivation of Se-enriched C. pilosula.

  • 两种不同生境苦苣苔科植物的复苏特性及其对水分的光合和生理响应

    Abstract: Resurrection plants usually grow in extreme habitats and have the capacity to survive from lower relative water content to 10%. There are many resurrection plants in Gesneriaceae family, and the resuscitating mechanism of different species may be different. In order to investigate whether the two species have resurrection characteristics and their physiological mechanisms in response to drought, two species of Gesneriaceae, Paraboea rufescens and Oreocharis cordatula, which are distributed in subtropical and temperate limestone areas respectively, were selected in this study. Their leaves were dehydrated for 1, 2 and 3 d respectively, and then rehydrated for 1 day respectively. The leaf morphology, relative water content, photosynthetic activity, photosynthetic pigments, membrane integrity and osmotic adjustment substances during different dehydration and rehydration treatments were detected and analyzed. The results showed that the leaf discs of Paraboea rufescens folded inward after dehydration, and the leaf upper epidermis was completely wrapped after dehydrated for 2 days, and the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm, which characterized the maximum photosynthetic potential, was inhibited. Comparatively, the leaf discs of Oreocharis cordatula shrunk slightly, and they maintained the Fv/Fm level, and had higher photoprotection ability [Y(NPQ)]. The leaf discs of both species spread out and Fv/Fm recovered following rewatered. After two days of dehydration, the relative water content (RWC) of the two species decreased to about 5%, the conductivity increased to 51.8% and 56.2%, respectively, and the content of soluble sugar content increased significantly. During the following rewatered, RWC, conductivity and soluble sugar all recovered to the control level. After further dehydration for 3 days, RWC of leaf discs of two species reached about 1.5%, the conductivity increased to about 95% after rehydration, and Fv/Fm disappeared. Chlorophyll a+b content of P. rufescens decreased by 50% during resuscitable dehydration and rehydration, while Oreocharis cordatula remained basically unchanged, which indicated that both of them were homoiochlorophyllous desiccation tolerance species and could quickly resume photosynthesis after rehydration following dehydration. During dehydration and rehydration, the contents of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) had no significant change, and remained extremely low level, which indicated two species could keep their membrane lipids from being oxidized under extreme drought conditions. To sum up, these two species can survive from dehydration to lower level of 5% RH, therefore they are both resurrection plants. Under severe dehydration,Paraboea rufescens can avoid the damage from excessive light absorption by curling its leaves; however, Oreocharis cordatula can spread the excessive energy by heat dissipation through photoprotection of PS II, thus protecting its photosynthesis organs.

  • 不同浓度硒酸钠对茶树的生长和生理指标的影响

    Abstract:本研究旨在探索硒酸钠浓度对茶树的生长和生理的影响,为富硒茶栽培的基础研究提供参考。以一年生扦插苗为材料,采用水培试验,研究不同浓度的硒酸钠(0、0.15、0.3、1.5、.3、5、8 mg‧L-1)对茶苗的硒积累、植株生长、生理指标和根尖显微结构等参数的影响。结果表明:茶苗的根和新梢中的硒含量与营养液中的硒浓度正相关;随着硒浓度升高,茶苗的鲜重、侧根数量、根系生物量、光合色素含量、根系活力等生长指标,茶多酚、可溶性糖等茶叶质量指标均呈现先升后降趋势,而丙二醛、过氧化氢、脯氨酸含量等抗逆生理指标则呈现先降后升趋势。显微结构分析显示在不同硒浓度处理条件下根尖的显微构造存在差异。低硒浓度(0.15、0.3、1.5 mg‧L-1)处理的茶苗根尖的皮层薄壁细胞饱满、完好,表皮细胞较小;高硒浓度(Se≥3 mg‧L-1)处理的茶苗根尖的皮层薄壁细胞变形或受损,表皮细胞增厚,表现出胁迫反应。上述结果说明硒对茶树具有双重效应:合适浓度(0.3 mg‧L-1)硒对茶树生长和茶叶品质有益,表现为光合作用和根系活力增强,过氧化物和脯氨酸含量降低,生物量增加,茶叶茶多酚含量增加;硒浓度过高(≥3 mg‧L-1)对茶苗的生长和茶叶品质有害,表现为茶苗出现胁迫反应,茶多酚降低。本工作为进一步研究茶硒对茶树的双重作用机制和富硒茶的栽培提供有益参考。

  • 药用植物灯盏花种子储存条件及萌发特性研究

    Abstract:通过探索灯盏花种子的适宜储存条件和萌发特性,为该珍稀药用物种的合理储存和高产栽培提供有效指导。该研究以云南春季野外采收灯盏花种子为试材,研究了不同储存湿度、储存温度、储存时间及不同的光照、温度、吸胀条件等对其萌发率的影响。结果表明:(1)降低储存湿度(15 % RH)和储存温度(-20 0C, 4 0C)有利于种子的保存,种子的寿命可延长至2年多,萌发率可达80%以上;高温(35 0C, 45 0C)和高湿C 60 % RH)加快了种子的衰老,不利于保存,种子为短命种子;(2)光照与否对种子的萌发率无显著影响,为光中陛种子,但光照有利于种子萌发后幼苗的形成;(3) 25 0C为该种子萌发的最适宜温度,萌发率可达84.37 % ; (4)生产上播种时,尽量避免低温(4 0C)和高温C 30 0C, 35 0C,有利于提高出苗率;(5)该种子对吸胀冷害不敏感,为抗冷型种子。因此,在种子研究和药材生产上,成熟种子采收后应及时干燥并密封存于低温下,来年春季及早播种;在育苗生产上,应提供适宜的光照条件、设置单独的恒温(25 0C)育苗间、并避免低温季播种。

  • 土壤水分含量和接种摩西斗管囊霉( Funneliformis mosseae)对伯乐树幼苗生长的影响

    Abstract: In this paper, the mycorrhizal infection rates of Bretschneidera sinensis under different water treatments (40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) and time points were determined. Quantified morphology characteristics of the seedlings such as heights, ground diameter, and number of leaves, together with malonaldehyde content and survival rate in the inoculation group and the control group before and after different water treatments were also determined. The results showed that, under the condition of relative soil moisture content of 60%, the infection rates of mycelium, arbuscula and the total were the highest, low moisture content (40%) and high moisture content (≥80%) were not conducive to mycorrhizal fungi on the seedlings infestation; the content of malondialdehyde in the inoculated seedlings was significantly lower than that of the control at 40% and 60% treatments, suggested that inoculation with Funneliformis mosseae could increase seedling resistance to drought stress, but with no obvious effect on treatments of 80% and 100% high moisture content; the relative water content of soil suitable for seedling growth under natural and inoculated conditions was 80% and 60%, respectively; under the same water conditions, the survival rate of inoculated seedlings was higher than that of the control, with the highest (90%) under 60% treatment, while the survival rate of seedlings was relatively low at 40% low moisture content and 100% saturated moisture content

    Abstract: Abstract:The infection of a virus is a great threat to host; the innate immune system is set up as the natural protection system of an organism. VISA (also know as MAVS, CARDIF, IPS-1), is an critical adapter protein required for virus-triggered IFN-β signaling, recruiting RIG-I-like receptors( including RIG-I and MDA5) and downstream signaling proteins to VISA signalosome at mitochondria upon virus infection, leading to activation of transcriptional factor IRF3 and NF-κB, and resulting in the induction of IFNs and other inflammatory cytokines. However, the mystery of VISA for the antiviral function is still not completely figured out. In this study, we use VISA as bait for screening a human 293T cell cDNA library in a yeast two-hybrid screening, trying to identify the interacting proteins of VISA. Then, coimmunoprecipitation experiments were carried out to verify the association between VISA and candidates proteins screened from the yeast two-hybrid system assay. It is indicated that Sec13L1 associated with VISA. Overexpression of Sec13L1 in 293 cells facilitated to enhance the activation of IFNβ promoter induced by VISA and virus infection in a dose-dependent manner.
