Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The emergence of social media provides a new way to collect healthcare data. By using natural language management technology,the adverse drug reaction(ADR)signal can be extracted from social media,it has great potential to improve the clinical and scientific knowledge of ADR monitoring.However, the extraction of ADR from patients' reports in the social media is still a major challenge. This paper puts forwards an adverse drug reaction signal extraction framework based on advanced natural language processing techniques.[Method/process] The ADR signal extraction framework include the following implementation steps:Firstly,it recognizes the medical entity from the noisy social media based on multi-dictionary sources matching. Secondly, it applies statistical learning based on the shortest dependency path kernel to extract the adverse drug events.Then, filtering the information on the treatment and application of drugs as well as negative drug adverse events by though the semantic knowledge of the drug safety database. Finally,in order to remove rumors and other noise information, we should categorize the source of the report.[Result/conclusion] We collect data from BBS diabetes to identify the validity of the model,the result shows that each part of the model contributes to its overall performance.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The semi-automatic construction method for the adverse drug reaction ontology is proposed. The constructed fine-grained ADR ontology provides a semantic resource library for exploiting potential ADR signals by using social media. [Method/process] Firstly, based on the design concept that separates the business level and language level, this paper expressed the adverse drug reaction discussed in the network health community in the form of "object-attribute-description". The fine granularity is reflected in the diversity of describing the same adverse drug reaction. Then, based on the idea of deep learning, the word2vec-based description concept candidate word extraction algorithm is used to automatically extract more description concept to construct ontology. [Result/conclusion] The modeling example shows that the fine-grained ADR ontology construction scheme proposed in this paper can improve the efficiency and intelligence level of ontology construction. At the same time, the constructed fine-grained drug adverse reaction ontology provides a semantic resource library for exploiting potential ADR signals by using social media.

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] This research aims to make anin-depth review on information industry researches in China and depict the development rules of Chinese information industry. [Method/ process] We employed co-word and conceptual network analyses. Through the knowledge graph of current researches, information technologies and industrialization, information security, information resources development and planning, governmental information service, information policies and information industry in the process of regional integration were deeply discussed. [Result/conclusion] Under the national information strategies and policies, the technology development promotes the information industry activities. Interest coordination and policy connection become the key factors for an effective regional integration.

Abstract:闪存(Flash)在访问延迟、传输带宽、价格方面介于DRAM 和磁盘之间,而且密度比DRAM 和磁 盘高,能耗比它们低,因此近几年基于闪存的外存储技术成为研究的热点。本文总结了目前基于闪存的外 存储技术,重点分析了两类软件体系结构,以及与其相关的研究问题和关键技术。并且基于对研究现状的 分析,我们认为未来的研究方向是如何充分发挥闪存存储器的最大价值。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Based on the research fronts module in ESI database and the research fronts in the field of nutrition selected by domain expert, this paper uses the bibliometrics methods analyzes the competitive advantages of key countries and reveals the contribution and influence of China in the research fronts of global nutrition. [Method/process] By the methods of information retrieval and expert screening, 129 research fronts in the field of nutrition were identified from 9256 ESI research fronts, and these research fronts were divided into 6 research directions. Then, by analyzing the core papers and the citing papers of each group, each country’s share of core papers, share of cited papers and share of cited frequency of core papers were calculated. Finally, based on the above works, the key country’s activity, contribution and impact in the nutrition field were identified. [Result/conclusion] Further analysis of research fronts shows that USA is in a leading position in the field of nutrition. Chinese performance is also significant, but there is still a gap with the United States. Meanwhile, the analysis reveals that there is great potential for China, although the current research development of nutrition in China is not balanced. This Study suggests that the collaborated work between information analysts and domain experts enables a better use of scientometrics. Through the analytical results, we are able to better understand the research status, identify the development trend, demonstrate the competitive advantages of key countries, and accelerate the sustainable development of the studied discipline.

Abstract:利用柴达木盆地8个气象站1960—2014年气温和降水的日值数据,分析该区域极端气候的时空变化趋势、周期特征及极端降水对南亚季风和西风环流变化的响应。结果表明:1960—2014年柴达木盆地极端温度总体表现出显著的变暖趋势,变化幅度在空间上表现为由西向东逐渐降低;极端降水频率、降水量和降水强度均有所增加,但中西部地区变化速率远小于东部,仅连续无雨日数通过了显著性检验。平均温差、霜冻日数、冷夜日数的周期特征较弱,结冰日数和生长季日数的显著周期都有变长的趋势,而最低气温的显著周期有变短趋势;极端降水指标均有显著的周期特征,其中连续无雨日数和最大5日降水量的显著周期有变短趋势。同时,南亚季风环流与各极端降水指标间相关振荡的凝聚性很强,具有较强的关联性;而西风环流只与普通日降水强度存在着较强的共振关系。研究结果可为柴达木盆地可持续发展和生态环境保护提供理论与实践参考。
