  • Research on the Mechanism and Affect of Recommendation Marketing from the Perspective of AIDMA Theory

Subjects: Digital Publishing >> Digital Technique submitted time 2023-07-23

Abstract: Looking back at the outbreak of the COVID-19 in the past few years, although China's real economy has been hit hard, the online economy has achieved unprecedented development. To some extent, the epidemic has promoted the rapid shift of consumption demand from offline to online. At the same time, with the development of Internet technology, online shopping and social communication have become the normal life of people, and users' consumption habits and preferences have also changed. 70% of the post-1995 consumers are keen on the consumption mode of "being recommended first, purchase goods second". This paper will start from the theory of AIDMA to explore the mechanism and effect of recommendation marketing in the post-epidemic era.

  • Applying seepage modeling to improve sediment yield predictions in contour ridge systems

Subjects: Geosciences >> History of Geosciences submitted time 2020-10-20 Cooperative journals: 《干旱区科学》

Abstract:Contour ridge systems may lead to seepage that could result in serious soil erosion. Modeling soil erosion under seepage conditions in a contour ridge system has been overlooked in most current soil erosion models. To address the importance of seepage in soil erosion modeling, a total of 23 treatments with 3 factors, row grade, field slope and ridge height, in 5 gradients were arranged in an orthogonal rotatable central composite design. The second-order polynomial regression model for predicting the sediment yield was improved by using the measured or predicted seepage discharge as an input factor, which increased the coefficient of determination (R2) from 0.743 to 0.915 or 0.893. The improved regression models combined with the measured seepage discharge had a lower P (0.007) compared to those combined with the predicted seepage discharge (P=0.016). With the measured seepage discharge incorporated, some significant (P<0.050) effects and interactions of influential factors on sediment yield were detected, including the row grade and its interactions with the field slope, ridge height and seepage discharge, the quadratic terms of the field slope and its interactions with the row grade and seepage discharge. In the regression model with the predicted seepage discharge as an influencing factor, only the interaction between row grade and seepage discharge significantly affected the sediment yield. The regression model incorporated with predicted seepage discharge may be expressed simply and can be used effectively when measured seepage discharge data are not available.

  • A 210Pbex mass balance model in cultivated soils in consideration of the radionuclide diffusion

Subjects: Nuclear Science and Technology >> Nuclear Materials and Techniques submitted time 2023-06-18 Cooperative journals: 《Nuclear Science and Techniques》

Abstract: The existing 210Pbex mass balance models for the assessment of cultivated soil erosion are based on an assumption that 210Pbex is quite evenly mixed within the plough layer. However, the amount of 210Pbex distributed in the soils below the plough depth, like a downward tail in the lower part of the 210Pbex profile, has been largely ignored. In fact, after the initial cultivation of undisturbed soils, 210Pbex will diffuse downward from plough layer to the plough pan layer due to the concentration gradient. Assuming 210Pbex inventory is constant, the depth distribution in the two layers of the cultivated soils will achieve a steady state after continuous cultivation for 10.37 years, when 210Pbex is evenly distributed in the soils of the plough layer with an exponential concentration decline with depth in the soils of the plough pan layer, and the 210Pbex concentration at any depth will be invariable with time. The work reported in this paper attempts to explain the formation of the 210Pbex tail in the soil profile below the plough depth by theoretical derivation of the 210Pbex depth distribution process in the two layers of the cultivated soils, propose a 210Pbex mass balance model considering 210Pbex diffusion based on the existing model, and discuss the influence of the 210Pbex tail to the existing model.

  • The morphology of Chiappeavis magnapremaxillo (Pengornithidae: Enantiornithes) and a comparison of aerodynamic function in Early Cretaceous avian tail fans

Subjects: Geosciences >> Geology submitted time 2017-08-10 Cooperative journals: 《古脊椎动物学报》

Abstract:We provide a complete description of the skeletal anatomy of the holotype of Chiappeavis magnapremaxillo, the first enantiornithine to preserve a rectricial fan, suggesting that possibly rectricial bulbs were present in basal members of this clade. Notably, Chiappeavis preserves a primitive palatal morphology in which the vomers reach the premaxillae similar to Archaeopteryx but unlike the condition in the Late Cretaceous enantiornithine Gobipteryx. If rectricial bulbs were present, pengornithid pygostyle morphology suggests they were minimally developed. We estimate the lift generated by the tail fan preserved in this specimen and compare it to the tail fans preserved in other Early Cretaceous birds. Aerodynamic models indicate the tail of Chiappeavis produced less lift than that of sympatric ornithuromorphs. This information provides a possible explanation for the absence of widespread aerodynamic tail morphologies in the Enantiornithes.

  • Negligible effect of tooth reduction on body mass in Mesozoic birds

Subjects: Geosciences >> Geology submitted time 2018-04-04 Cooperative journals: 《古脊椎动物学报》

Abstract:Tooth reduction and loss was an important evolutionary process in Mesozoic birds. Analysis of evolutionary trends in the total mass of the dentition, a function of tooth size and tooth number, has the potential to shed light on the evolutionary pattern of tooth reduction and loss, and on the causes of this pattern. Because modern birds lack teeth, however, they cannot provide the basis for a model that would allow estimation of tooth masses in their Mesozoic counterparts. We selected the teeth of crocodilians as analogues of those in Mesozoic birds because the former are the closest living relatives of the latter, and the two groups are similar in tooth morphology, tooth implantation, and tooth replacement pattern. To estimate tooth masses in Mesozoic birds, we formulated four regression equations relating tooth mass to various linear dimensions, which were measured in 31 intact isolated teeth from eight individual crocodiles (Crocodylus siamensis). The results for Mesozoic birds show that dental mass as a proportion of body mass was negligible, at least from the perspective of flight performance, suggesting that selection pressure favoring body mass reduction was probably not the primary driver of tooth reduction or loss. Variations in dental mass among Mesozoic birds may reflect the different foods they ate, and the different types of feeding behavior they displayed.

  • Effect of nitrogen and phosphorus addition on leaf nutrient concentrations and nutrient resorption efficiency of two dominant alpine grass species

Subjects: Geosciences >> Geography submitted time 2021-11-10 Cooperative journals: 《干旱区科学》

Abstract:Nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) are two essential nutrients that determine plant growth and many nutrient cycling processes. Increasing N and P deposition is an important driver of ecosystem changes. However, in contrast to numerous studies about the impacts of nutrient addition on forests and temperate grasslands, how plant foliar stoichiometry and nutrient resorption respond to N and P addition in alpine grasslands is poorly understood. Therefore, we conducted an N and P addition experiment (involving control, N addition, P addition, and N+P addition) in an alpine grassland on Kunlun Mountains (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China) in 2016 and 2017 to investigate the changes in leaf nutrient concentrations (i.e., leaf N, Leaf P, and leaf N:P ratio) and nutrient resorption efficiency of Seriphidium rhodanthum and Stipa capillata, which are dominant species in this grassland. Results showed that N addition has significant effects on soil inorganic N (NO3–-N and NH4+-N) and leaf N of both species in the study periods. Compared with green leaves, leaf nutrient concentrations and nutrient resorption efficiency in senesced leaves of S. rhodanthum was more sensitive to N addition, whereas N addition influenced leaf N and leaf N:P ratio in green and senesced leaves of S. capillata. N addition did not influence N resorption efficiency of the two species. P addition and N+P addition significantly improved leaf P and had a negative effect on P resorption efficiency of the two species in the study period. These influences on plants can be explained by increasing P availability. The present results illustrated that the two species are more sensitive to P addition than N addition, which implies that P is the major limiting factor in the studied alpine grassland ecosystem. In addition, an interactive effect of N+P addition was only discernable with respect to soil availability, but did not affect plants. Therefore, exploring how nutrient characteristics and resorption response to N and P addition in the alpine grassland is important to understand nutrient use strategy of plants in terrestrial ecosystems.

  • First report of immature feathers in juvenile enantiornithines from the Early Cretaceous Jehol avifauna

Subjects: Biology >> Zoology submitted time 2019-08-27 Cooperative journals: 《古脊椎动物学报》

Abstract: Molting—the process replacing one plumage with another—is a critically important biological function in Aves. This process annually replaces the feather coat, damaged by normal wear and tear, produces ontogenetic changes in feathering, and produces alternate breeding plumages associated with reproductive activity in adults. Immature, growing feathers are encased in a keratinous sheath, giving them a narrow, tubular, and featureless appearance. The complete loss of the sheath indicates the feather is mature. Despite the wealth of integumentary data published from the Jehol Biota, immature feathers have never been definitively reported, although they may potentially be preserved in a juvenile specimen of the non-avian oviraptorosaur theropod dinosaur Similicaudipteryx from the 120 Ma Jiufotang Formation. A developing feather has been reported in a 99 Ma enantiornithine neonate preserved in Burmese amber, in which three-dimensional preservation makes interpretations of integumentary structures more straightforward. Here we report on probable immature feathers in four juvenile enantiornithines (Aves: Ornithothoraces) from the Jehol Group. As observed in developing feathers in extant birds, the purported immature fossil feathers appear proximally narrow and featureless with barbs protruding only distally. Based on our observations, we suggest that similar-appearing feather structures preserved on the manus and tibiotarsus in the holotype of the enantiornithine Cruralispennia multidonta may alternatively be interpreted as immature feathers. The presence of immature feathers in combination with sexually dimorphic ornamental feathers in juvenile enantiornithines suggests the complex molting patterns of Neornithes, in which such ornaments only appear after several years (following several molts) when reproductive activity is achieved, are limited to a subset of crownward avians.
